HP Gas — SEAL WAS BROKEN.
I AM HAVING HP GAS CONNECTION FROM LAST 30 YEARS.TODAY MORNING I GOT THE DELIVERY OF CYLINDER FROM PRAMOUNT GAS SERVICE BUT THE SEALE WAS BROKEN WHEN I ASKED THE PERSON TO REPLACE THE CYLINDER HE HAD REFUSED HIS NAME WAS DEEPAK.AS YOU ARE AWARE THAT KEEPING UNSEADLED CYLINDER IS DANGER, SO I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE TAKE THE ACTION & GIVE ME THE REPLACEMENT.Hindustan Petroleum L. dear siri am the custemer of hindustan petrolium L.P.G of fauji gas service thandi sarak etah (u.p). sir i want to say that fauji gas service thandi sarak etah (u.P)selling tea with every cylinder refilling and booking if we say that we are not interesting to buy the tea that cost is 40 rs./- then workers strarts abuse and not even that but some time they come on the beating also so please take action or come and investigate that all to see the reality

sir,I am consumer of HP gas and my dealer is MS ragubher gases, ramadevi, kanpur.On 1st sept 08 I went there to book gas,
but receptionist sitting there refused to give recipt .Til now ihave not recived my gas cylinder.I think MS ragubher gases is indluge in black marketing ofLPG gas.
There is lot of blackmarketing of LPG gas is going on with the help of local police and adminstration in kanpur.The kanpur has become the hub of black marketingof LPG gas and goverment is doing nothing and people are suffering and they are enjoying.
HP Gas — Failure to deliver Gas Cylinder
Receiving a HP Gas cylinder has become like an impossible mission these days.Booking for a HP gas cylinder was done on the 27th of August 2008 at the distributor "Yogesh Gas Service", Bandra (W). Until date i.e 12th Sept 2008 1645 hrs, daily reminders have been given to Yogesh Gas Service ( Tel 26406220/[protected]. Miss Arshata who always attends to the calls takes the reminders very lightly and gives a standard reply " Gas will be delivered tomorrow". Miss Arshata in particular besides the other staff do not realize the inconvenience that my family is going through waiting at home for a gas cylinder to be delivered. HP Gas — Non Delivery of Cilinder & Poor Customer Service
Dear Sir / Madam,13/09/08
I have booke the gas for more than a week ago which is not delivered yet. As such I took the trouble to visit my suppling agency which is about 8-10kms away, where I am given the reciept and couple of phone numbers for delivery persons and asked to call him and get the cylinder. Once I spoke to one perason on one number who said he will come to my area about couple of hours laters are also asked me to go to a strange place where he is on field to collect it personally. As I do not know the place asked him to come to my area, which he said he will come in another couple of hours afeter which I was talked to him for few times every time he was on his way and finally his mobile is switched off. When contacted the other number provide the persons discnnects the phone abruptly asking to contact the other person whom I spoke earlier as I had already spoken to him. Finally I contacted the dealer again where they say they will send it on monday.
I know we cant expect a good service from you for that matter any Gas dealers as you dont have any competition from Pvt Sector, until then you will not wake up, but atleast moderate service should be provided.
The delivery to house which is supposed to be free is done only if you pay out Rs 25/- extra on top of the cylinder price and we have to spend our time and money on calls and finally end up look like fools. The telephone line will not be answered at all. You can notice that if you visit the dealer office teh phone will be ringing though there are people there they will not pick up, once you ask them why dont you pick the call then they will lift the phone.
Is there somebody who can send out strong signals to dealers to rtemind them the business ethics if you have any. We had similar problems with Local Cabel Networks where the attitiude was if you want you can subscribe or watch Doordarshan, this is how we works, untill DTH services became available. Now cable service providers are service oriented, they come to your door step to check if everything is fine as against earlier nobody would have attended even if request them to.
If I am not expecting something which is imppossible, then you can not down your dealer address/ details as follows:

LP Gas - Hindustan Petroleum — FW: Poor services of the dealer & delay in gas supply
Dear Sir,My wife had registered the gas on 6th Sept 08 by personally visiting the office since none of the phones were working.(Consumer No.608288 and booking No.792)with a specific request to deliver it on next Saturday I.e.13th sept.08 and the booking person had agreed for the same, he also had made a note of it and had given the cell number to my wife to remind about it on Saturday itself. (Cell No.[protected])
Accordingly my wife had called him about the reminder and he had promised to deliver it on 13th afternoon after 2.00pm.
Till 4.00pm since the gas cylinder was not delivered she'd called him up, he said that the gad cylinder will be delivered on Sunday.
Accordingly we had given him the call on the same number at 9.30 today & it was assured to us that the gas will be delivered today itself. After waiting for the entire day, the gas did not come & I had called up on the same number surprisingly the manager there informed me that he is listening to my name & requirement of the gas for the first time & that he will send it tomorrow morning at 11.00am.I informed him that I want it on Saturday only ads both o[censored]s are working & there is no one at home for taking the delivery. We are really finding it a nightmare of receiving the cylinder without any trouble.
I am really pissed off due to the services of this dealer & have personally written you previously and I was assured about improvements but these assurances have remained only at papers, NOTHING IN GROUND REALITY HAS CHANGED. If you take the opinion poll from the consumers in this area you'll come to know the service levels are really pathetic, as the result as the product owner your name & reputation is at stake. Even the black marketing is at its peak in this area.Can you pl let me know if I have to escalate the matter further internally, whom should I approach? Looks like the agency is not taking any steps & even you are not taking the cognizance of our complaints seriously.
Request you to warn the agency dealer seriously about providing the services as per your standards.

HP Gas, Gopal Rao Enterprise — Non Delivery of gas cylinder
I am using HP gas for domestic purpose from Gopal Rao enterprise. I have booked for filled cylinder one month back. Initially I was told it will take 10 days. Having waited for 15 days I went to aks for the status. They said it will be sent by tomorrow. I waited for few more days and then complained. was told it will be sent tomorrow. But unfortunately even after 30 days they have not sent the cylinder so far. There is no place where I can lodge complain. They (Gopal Rao enterprise) is misusing the cylinder causing enormous inconvenience to us.Manish Roy

I booked my gas in advance on 09.09.08 for home delivery. I told them to inform when it will be required. On 13.09.08 I informed them to delver the gas. they told me to deliver on 15.09.09. Now they are telling that it is not available, when it will be available it will be sent. from last two months they are giving me the gas 8 to 9 days later after booking. thats why this month i booked it in avance.
HP Gas — Irresponsive reply/rude behaviour
Sir,I am a user of HP gas with consumer No.601742 of your company dealer SHAH CHARAAG at Channi Himmat, Jammu.But it is sorry to inform you that the service and behaviour of the said dealer is not upto to the repotation of HP company.Two day before jammu bandh, telephonically I booked my gas cylinder to deliver at home.But the same cannot be delivered, when I asked them the reason after three days they gave the plea of disturbance.But it is very strange to say that after one and half monththey forgot about my booking.Than I personally visited the office of the dealer SHAH CHARAAG and got my booking registered in their booking register at page no.43 dated[protected].For delivery of two cylindres.The same was not delivered upto 5th September, 2008, than again I rang them for delivery but the answer was more shocking for me they showed their helplessness in delivering the cylinder at my residence and asked me to take the cylinder if you need it.Our auto is out of order and more over we are not bond to deliver cylindeer in that area.Than I visited your company office opposite Hotel Asia, and met Mr.Jasbir Singh and narrated him the whole episode.After returning from office on 12th September, 2008 I again visited the SHAH CHARAAG and Told him that I visited your company office and tthe told me that this is ur area and you have to deliver it.Than they promised me that they will deliver it tommorrow positively.Than after two days wait and spoling my two days in their wait for delivery.On Monday 15th September again I met Mr.Jasbir and narrated him the whole mischeves of the dealers SHAH CHARAAG. Its my request to your good self plz look into the matter otherwise I will be forced to ahead towards consumer court for the harrasment I faced by ur dealer.
HP Gas — Delay in cylinder refill

We have been facing cylinder refill issues with this agency for past 2 years. The phone numbers of the provider are always busy and the refill comes usually in 12-15 days after the booking.
This time it has crossed all the limits as my booking date is 29-aug-08 and till today 17-Sep-08, the refill has not been provided. If we get to speak to the agency people(if we get the line on always busy number), they say they'll send it by tomorrow. But that tomorrow hasn't come till now for last 20 days.
Is there any policy from HP side to bar such agencies.

HP Gas — NOT DELIVERING GAS CYLINDER ON TIME.
I booked gas for home delivery on 02.08.08 but till 10.08.08 not delivered. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered.
