I booked cylendre for home delivery on 18-20 days ago but not deliver.to cylendre Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP Gas Agency...

Dear sir,
we have a poor service of HP gas in our town.
yaur service branch is named with "Ayus gas agency" in meranpur distt muzffarnagari-utter pardesh.
refil is soled mostlly to the blackist and the customers are not getting reffil only but also getting so many problume from the service.
Now the distributorship is they are not working properly.
they book the refill after the 31 days of the previous delivery and then they say that at list come after 10 or 15 days to get a refill delivery.
A customer has to himself go to the agency to get d delivery of the refill.we cn see o ong row during the booking time and then at the time of delivery.

Sir you are requested to visit this agency once see how it is working.

Dear Sir,
I booked online gas for home delivery on 28/01/2012 17:16:00 but till today (after one month)28.02.12 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. and delivery boy Mr. Manoj sharma is selling the gas cylinder by unfair means.

please help me out as soon as possible.

there refill soled mostly to the blacklist and customer are not getting on time . last week i have booked my gas cylinder but after five
day i went to the agency to get the delivery & i stand in a long rows but i did not got the cylinder last two days.

This is in regards to Consume no. 615302 "Amit Gas agency" always take 1 month time to deliver a GAs from date of booking they turn status delivered with 10 days and Gas gets delivered after 20-25 days of that message, Even I have logged many complaints on the HP site but no response, Seems they are doing black market for LPG Request you please take immediate action against this before I start legal proceedings against this harassment.

HP Kiran Gas Agency — Staff Behaviour

Hi,
This is really horrible for me to talk Kiran Gass staff, as per their recomendation i paid money as what they need, i asked him to change my House number, i gave a photocopy and original adress proof as evedence to make changes. Inpite of that it is more than 2 month and did not get gass at my place, this more horrible when my brother went their and ask them why it is dely to send gass, they said, your address is not updated, it is more than 20 days and we are running outoff gass now days, even it is ok, but Kiran Gass staff cut down riffiled number and asked to book again, and said go to Kiran Gass Godaam, This all activity is really harassing our mind as well also inpiring us to go consumer court, I request you please solve my case as soon as Possible.

I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP.

H P Gas — Delivery after booking

We booked a Refill on 31mar12 were informed we would get the delivery after 10days called today and are told that 10days more???????

Is there scarcity of H P Gas cylinders????????
I would like to receive the answer from either HP or Indane or from the consumers themselves for this query of mine. Every time, we book for HP refill gas, we h ave to wait for several time from the date of delivery that is almost after about 20 to 25 days and th en it takes about another almost 10 to 15 days to get the cylinder.

But for Indane the cylinder comes within a span of one week. Why this step mother treatment between HP and Indane

Added to this, the person at Akshaya - Malleswaram 18th cross agency for HP - the lady who sits there is very very rude. She does not understand that a person having two cylinders can book for one cylinder and then wait for a few more days . She refuses to book for another cylinder even though the waiting period is over. We have complained several times to the incharge who just listens and ignores. They sh ould understand that because of customers only they are able to survive and they should be polite in conversing with the consumers and not bark l ike a dog

Now we understand that Indane refill cylinder we did not wait for several days

What about HP gas why this favouritism

And i have got the message in Phone that it has been delivered on 04/04/12. But till now it has not delivered and deliver person is not even lifting the phone so pls look forward and send the gas as soon as possiable.

I have much time complaint your local office and Rajasthan Government department rasad vibhag Jodhpur but don’t take any action against gas agency. They don’t want to hear any thing against gas agency. I had made many telephone calls to your local office personally meet relating officers (Mr. Navin). Complaint no : 7/18-4
I told them that this agency is selling gas in black but they said that India is a democratize country, every thin will happen in this country and he cont do anything about this Because of no satisfactory answer from Jodhpur gas agency (Mahaveer Gas Agency) and your local office..

Hereby, I S. J. Rajan is a consumer of indian oil gas service through its dealer Ganesh Agencies . they always book cylinder on 30 day of cylinder delivered and then give cylinder delivery after 30 or more days with a lot of harrasment. His employes mesbehave on phone as well as their Owner' behavior is also very worst when we ask them to deliver the lpg cylinder on time. My connection no. is 36417 by the name of S. J. I have booked HP Gas cylinder on 14/04/2012 ( 14 days back ).
But till date not delivered. I request please arrange to deliver
because I am in problem.

I think this type of delay delivery happened due to dealer's partiality
to his known persons to whom they deliver fast in spite of some other's
turn or harassment by the deliver men because often they sold the cylinder
to the midway caller with high labour charges and extra charges for cylinder. They
expect when someone will call them for delivery. When every thing is on line hence customer service
should improve.
