[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking

My Booking no is 169026 & My Customer no is 626238 I booked gas for home delivery on 5/8/2011 but till today 01/9/2011 not deliver. The Boking Was Canselled Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. My Gas Agency Name is Ekvira Gas Agency Bhaynder (E)

we have very poor service of HP gas cylinder delivery in our area.I have booked my cylinder on[protected] but i have not rceived my cylinder till date 03/09/2011.

Every time we go to our dealers office they say it would be delieverd in two days. but it is of no use.
It is happening for many months . otherwise we have to go to the dealers office with empty cylinders and take our filled cylinders from the dealers after hours of argument with the executive siting our there.we have to pay extra for rickshaw to take our Cylinders.

I m realy very disappointed with the service.

please take some strict action against our dealer.

We have very very poor Hp Gas Cylinder dealership in our area.We do not get the booked cylinders after 30 days also.I have booked my cylinder on 01.08.2011 but i have not received my booked cylinder till date 03.09.2011. It is not the first time it is happening over here. is is always the same.

Some times we have to go with our empty cylinders to the dealers office and argue with the executive sitting over there to collect our cylinder.we have to pay extra rickshaw charges to come and go with the cylinder.

I m Very much disappointed with service in our area.

HP Gas — booking of gas cylinder

I did setup to book gas cylinder refill from emails and used for a while,once my my neighbor requested me to book a refill.Which I tried but could not do.
Since than I am unable to book refill by mail and not even able to make new setup for my refill booking.
HP SERVICE SHOULD PUT A NOTICE THAT MAIL REGISTERED FOR ONLY USER CAN BOOK A REFILL FOR ONLY REGISTERED CONSUMER NO.
So one do not come in trouble which could have been avoided.
I did sent complain in this regard to HP GAS by mail but so far no reply.
Now with new policy gas dealer do not accept verbal booking and ask for mail booking of refill or mobile call booking.
I am a senior citizen and running around for matter is tiring to me.

Our consumer no.658784, booked on 22.08.11, I requsted sir, kindly supply us a gas because we are one cylinder almost complited 22 days back purchasing outside cylinder i.e small 5kg it will be going on only 4 to 5 days almost used 4 cylinder, yesterday only refill one more cylinder each cylinder cost 190/-.I'm requesting you that i have received message from Hp gas booking no.229512 your refill will be delivered within next 48 hrs. case memo no.134593 Memo date 06.10.11.today also not yet received ple. ple. kindly arrange a cylinder to us do to the needful without cylinder facing lots of problem,

HP Gas — Non delivery of gas cylinder to residence

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that we the people living in virar is facing the problem for not receiving the gas cylinder to our home, since last 2 month we are facing the problem, as we had enquired the gas cylinder avaliability, as it is being told, we are telling to deliver the gas cylinder to home, but they are not lisceining. as the gas prise they are taking the same.
we had visited to the office also but no one is giving the proper answer

Please do the needful, we are facing the problem, we wr not receivinf the home delivery of gas cylinde.

Dear sir,
we have a poor service of HP gas in our town.
yaur service branch is named with "kitchen Queen gas agency" in nagpur distt Maharashtra.
agency delivery boy ( Mr. Gavande) says that he will not provide home delivery...he is given reason that your the only one customer in that area. customers are not getting reffil only but also getting so many problume from the service.

A customer has to himself go to the agency to get d delivery of the refill.we cn see o ong row during the booking time and then at the time of delivery.

I have booked for gas but my dealer never send the gas at a proper time. he always telling lie and told you do complain everywhere'
After calling to my dealer JAI AMBEY GAS AGENCY S-86 SITE-II .INDUSTRIA AREA, SHAHIABDA GZB. he says that come & collect otherwise there is no gas available.MY customer Reg. No is 600715.
His attitude is very bad. i have also visited the dealer but no results. he says, tomorrow i will send but he donot send the gas and always told next day. I am very frasted for the service of this agency.

Sir you are requested to visit this agency once see how it is working and take a proper action.

I have booked my gas before 20 days but till date my agencie are not deleverd gas. My gas agencies name are tyagi gas service in vaishali, gaziabad uttar pradesh, my connection no is 611220. If i call him they are not responde. It already over one month from previous gas deliverd. Please solve my problem.

Aurora Electric Co. Next to Carmelite Monystery, Margao-Goa . I have booked gas on 15.09.2011, but I feel sorry to inform you till today I have not received cylinder. In our location, they have not allocated a day in the week to deliver cylinders, Me and my husband are both working members and are not available at home, if a particular day of the week is given we can keep someone at home and take the delivery of the gas, I booked the gas on 15.09.11 and kept my aunty to take delivery of the gas until saturday the gas did come. Today morning I called and informed Aurora electric staff not to send the gas today and tomorrow has nobody is at home but now if I come home in the afternoon the delivery boys came and went back saying door closed.

The company need to allot a day in the week for working customers since this is a regular issue with the agency.
