[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking

Request everyone who is facing issue with HP gas cylinder home delivery to file a complaint on HP gas website. I did the same when I faced this issue multiple times. They take you seriously only if you file a complaint, else no one there will cooperate as they are not willing to work at all. May be in case of other issues like getting a new connection also, things will be done properly only if one files a complaint at their website.

I booked gas for home delivery on16.04.2012 but till today 28.04.2012 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. Sir,
It is to inform you that some one has come to visit our kitchen showing some identity card by H.P on 02/05/2012 at the absence of any male person in home & forced to sign on a form or like that by one of our house lady & give threatening for not to inform any one about this.
Please inform me is this person really came from your any department or distributor otherwise we have to go in the court of law /police for lodge a complaint.

pragati gas-HP Gas cylinder distributor — non delivery of cylinders

I have booked gas cylinder in march. and after that booked the cylinder personally but nt received after 2 months. they dont lift the phone. their service is pathetic. i am facing the problem from past 1 year.they make all false commitments.

This is to inform you that, Tandon Road Dombivli East Branch, not providing gas properly because they are not getting the proper booking. If they are getting the booking from customer they are writing on paper after that they are not mentioning in computer system. If customer is asking about gas they are saying that you have not booked the gas. Due to these problem your valuable customer not getting the gas.
Another one thing is that staffs are girls. They are doing makeup on that office. They are not giving any attention to the customers. That office is seems like a beauty parlor .

NO ONE OF THE POST OFFICES GUIDE TO ME.

yes I have also faced the same problem as the above complaints every month receiving the refill is a big headache for bcoz every time the AKASH GAS AGENCY BELGAUM gives one or the other reason and delay the supply or wont supply the cylinder if this problem cannot be solved by the complaint handling offivers then you please cancel the dealer ship of AKASH GAS AGENCY BELGAUM .

I regret to inform HP Gas services are not good at Kota. I booked a cylinder on internet, the details are as follows:

HP Gas — selling in Black

I booked HP GAS on 6th August 2012 in T.T. TRaders Tirupati. Till today I didnt receive my Gas.
My booking No.246164. They are saying again it will take 10 days.
These people are selling in Black. This is very very pathetic condition.
Please do the needful.

Undue delay in supply of HP Gas cylinder

I Dr J K khajuria, Sector -C (ext), Sainik colony, Lane No. 5, (Back side Sharma Resort Chawadi road), Jammu (J & K), booked my gas cylinder about 10 days back at Chhani Himmat HP gas agency, Jammu (J&K). My booking No. is 240 and consumer No. is 606617. I have not received the gas cylinder as yet. Undue delay in supply of the cylinder is the routine practice of said agency. Many a times it is forced to collect the cylinder from the agency itself. Supply of the cylinder is delayed some times weeks together and even it may not be supplied. The facts can be verified from the booking registar/ record of the gas agency. It is requested that the detailed enquiry may kindly be made in the matter so that customers do not suffer. Hoping for early action.
