i have one HP GAS CONNECTION (TV2240) FROM MARWAR GAS HOUSE PAOTA JODHPUR.
I HAVE BEEN BOOKING THIS FROM LAST 3-4 MONTH BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY GAS CYLINDER. ALL TIME STAFF PICK THE CALL THE SAY (AAJ BHEJ DENGE)
PLEASE TAKE THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY.

I have booked a gas on 9/11/2011 and was told that it will be deliverd in a week but I did not receive till date.[protected] I get cylinder from M/S Emar Sons Delhi ph. No is[protected]. my Consumer No is 679486 I call up everyday no Recieve phone. This is becoming a regular feature and I simply have no idea what is going on. I am really very disappointed with the service.

I am T.K. subramani from Bangalore. I am regularly getting the cylinder replacement very late. My Consumer Number is 636757. They take 15 to 20 days after each booking. we have to make repeated reminders for 10 times to get the supply. Our agency is Sri Venkateshwara Gas Agency, Mathikere.

Message Hi ,previous gas delivery date 15th nov 2011, the next gas was booked on 1st dec 2011 . Its past 21 days of previous booking date so booked the same but the cylinder has not been delivered yet. Booking no 129 done on 1st dec ...they said we will get gas in 5 days .... its 12th dec 2011 not yet received . Called distributor several times, no response. Finally picks up the call at 12 noon and when enquired about the delivery says we have delivered on 15 nov 2011 so cannot deliver now. Gave him with the booking number, says you will get it tomorrow. You can come and pick it from the distributor address. The booking staff and the person who releases gas are rude to all the consumers. Kindly request you to look into the issue urgently.

This is the consumer of S S L Praveena consumer number 523689, we booked the refill gas with no.281440 dt 13.12.2011. I was received an sms pertaining the delivery cash memo no.168730 dt 16.12.2011.Sofar i wouldnt receive the cylinder & still the agency M/s. Shriya Enterprises of Malkajgiri mandal of secunderabad telling still one more day to wait.Every month the same problem we are facing & your procedure that next booking will be after 21 days of receiving the cylinder.We request you to serve the better option in procuring the refill gas cylinder.

We have a poor service of HP gas in our area.
Your service branch is named with century gas service in Rohini sec-5 area.
It is very sad that this is regular feature that we have booked the gas on[protected]. But sorry to say that till today we have not received the cylender. This is not a one time this is regular.
So please take early action that in future we have not get any problem.

HP Gas — Poor delivery

I have an Hindustan petroleum gas connection for about last 7 years form singla gas service (customer id-517021) since last month 29/11/2011 the delivery of gas cylinder refill has been erratic is delayed beyond one month. I have only 7 cylinder refill's for the year 2011.And only nine cylinder refill for the year 2011.There was no continuous service after 29/11/2011.Besides delivery was making after 2-3 trips to the office.I have to borrow cylinders from friends and relatives.I want to assure that we get monthly delivery in time.

I booked gas for home delivery on 16.12.2011 but till today 19.01.2012 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after reffiling sms & Gas Leakage complient
I booked gas for home delivery on12.01.12 and sms came to me on 17.01.2012 that i received it within 48 hrs but till today not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, She says within two days will be delivered.again i call her for reminder she banged the phone.
