I booked gas on 27.09.2011 but till today not deliver. Whenever i go to agency to take delivery, he says tomorrow you must be take gascylender. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. I personaly go to agency. my internet booking no.616161.

and sell to hotels tea shops.they have network and small motor to take gas from cylinder without break the cylinder. so please if any one of in charge vigilance
officer put on eye and catch the gas theft mafias.

Since last many year i am facing so many problem from Anand Gas Service at Byculla, I have book for my cylinder on 03.10.2011 but daily they use to say that we will provide tomorrow but i am very sorry to say you that till today 07.10.2011 they still not provided.

They use to sell Cylinder without taking my permission, and when i complaint to them they said that we have not sold any of your cylinder, on 18th september, 2011 they have sold a cylinder without my permission. as it has not been 30 days, so thats why they not providing.

Please look into the matter and do the needful, I will be your highly oblige,

i booked gass in the month of July 2011.i could not received gass till date. my consumer no628235 and my mobile no.[protected].to day i book again my gass no received through sms booking no 267701 pending refill booking cleared up to 24 sep 2011. but i could not get.refill till date.delivery man demanded extra money.and coming without receipt.pl look into matter prsonally and solve my problem.thanks

HP Gas — Cylinder not delivered after 20 days of booking

Hi,
I am Ramchandra Nimje staying in Chandan Nagar, Pune.
I have only one cylinder gas connection with HP Gas. I have raised a request for refilling on 20-Aug-2011, But I didnt get it till date.
How come I suppoese to survive without gas.
Please help me.

Hindustan Petroleum Gas Company — Monopoly activity of gas dealer

I am a consumer of HP Gas Company, vide my consumer No.606701,having double bottled connection.But most of the time I am wandering for gas due to non delivery of refilling cylinders in time by the dealer.I have booked for refill cylinder on 5.11.11, but till today no gas supplied to me.I contacted him, who refused for home delivery when I attended his godown for gas, again refused for godown delivery and told me gas will supply by home delivery basis.Telephone booking is completely stopped.He is supplying under weight refill cylinders and charging excess money in home delivery @ Rs.430/- per cylinder. I have no gas since last fifteen days. Kindly interfere in the matter and enable me to get the refill cylinders as soon as possible.

I want to inform you till today I've not received my cylinder.
We're always facing problems from our dealer.
When I asked to our dealer about refill cylinder, he replied, "we distributing cylinders of October month's bookings. So we can't give your cylinder. I calling them again and again but they always said same reason.
Please if anybody is alive in HP Administration, once visit at this agency and see how it's working. And take strictly action about them.
