[Resolved]  Hp Gas — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder after booking

I booked gas for home delivery my consumer no 613999 on 12.01.2012 & booking no is 20031, but till today 25.01.2012 is not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP Gas.

I WANT TO SAY THAT I HAVE BOOKED MY GAS CYLINDER ON 12/01/2012 BUT WE HAVE NOT GOT THE DELIVERY OF THE CYLINDER TILL TODAY i.e. 29/01/2012. DUE TO THIS WE ARE FACING A GREAT DIFFICULTY IS DOING OUR DAILY ROUTINE WORKS. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO COOK FOOD DUE TO NON AVAILABILITY OF THE GAS CYLINDER. THIS IS NOT FOR THE FIRST TIME EVERY TIME WE HAVE TO FACE THE SAME PROBLEM. KINDLY SOLVE OUR PROBLEM AND TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THE DEALER WHO MIGHT HAVE BEEN SEELING THE CYLINDERS IN BLACK MARKET.
IF WE DOES NOT GET PROPER SOLUTION THEN WE HAVE TO GO TO CONSUMER FORUM AND DEMAND FOR THE COMPENSATION FOR THE PROBLEMS CAUSED BY YOUR DEALER.

I have the honour to inform you that I am a consumer of (HP gas) your company(VARDHAN GAS ). the person of the agency tell me that they give delivery of gas in 20 day after delivery of first gas.he person of agency also give the return letter, but do not take any action on it.

I am Koyat Mathew George, Consumer No. 609034, Trivandrum had booked the Cooking Gas on 31/12/2011 and it is supposed to deliver withing 20 days as per the rule. since more than a year Divine Gas Agency, Ulloor
is not supplying us Gas in time. Since One year we have to follow up the Collectrate Control Room to get our Gas and never we have received the Gas before 40 to 50 days. That even after constant follow up through The
Collectrate Contrl Room.

Yester we called the Agency that they said that Gas is not booked online. Please check with your records
I confirm that the gas was booked on online on 31/12/2011 and the reference No. 223725. How the Agency is denying the same. Whether the Gas Company is in fault or the Agency is lying? It is a must to find out who is

On 31/01/2012 A nw booking was taken by the online at the time we were trying to call you. That booking No.
228846. Please confirm urgently. Failing to hear from your todat, I will approach the Collectrate and Civil Supply

my consumer no. is 609772, gas agency is Danish Gas Agency, Bangalore, whole staff including the manager (Mr. Murli) have such wonderful customer service skills that no amount of request or screaming makes any difference to them and are quite firm on their answer- "Please understand we are helpless, there is no supply". The understanding has been going on for quite some time now and I do not want to understand any more as I have reached the saturation level. I am so fed up that i donot want to waste my time in complaining about the same as it only makes me more and more frustrated. I dont know who is actually responsible for all this mess, is it HP or the gas agency. If HP is not able to have enough of production then you should have only limited consumer instead of having unsatisfied customers which the data base shows above just 29 pages full of complaint and i am sure all these customers who have written the complaint here are more frustrated than me. If there is a issue with the agency then you should take some strict steps instead of loosing customers.

Singla Gas Agency/ Gas Cylinder — Non Delivery of Gas Cylinder

I am consumer of Singla Gas Agency, SCO 72, 2nd Floor, Sector-7, Panchkula. My Consumer No. is 516626. I booked gas cylinder on 4-1-2012. Its Sr. No. is 9961. To-day it is 7-2-2012 but the delivery has not been affected. They have two telephone Nos. 2598851 & 2596873 which they keep blocked for the incoming calls. It is opened just for 15 to 20 minutes before 5:00 PM. One has to go in person to enqiure about the delivery status. As and when you go they have standard reply the cylinder shall be delivered within 2 days but it is never delivered. The working of the gas agency needs to be enquired as they are indulging into malpractices,

NON DELIVERY OF GAS CYLENDER AFTER BOOKING

I was booked gas for home delivery as on[protected]. i got an sms as on[protected]. that is hp gas booking no 201387 your refill will be deliverd with in next 48 hrs. case memo no.174839. after two days i have got another sms as on[protected].HP gas refill deliverd on 03.feb.2012 vide. but not deliverd till today[protected]. whenever i make a phone call to their repersentives, he says today must be deliverd. i am sorry to say we are facing much problems due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking
I booked gas for home delivery on 15th Jan 2012 but till today 13th Feb 2012 i have not received this gas cylinder. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and this is regular problem with HP. My Gas Agency... Varad Vinayak Gas Agency, Kamothe, Navi Mumbai. My Gas Consumer no. 656679.
This agency covered Kalamboli and Kamothe area.

@ durga31, i got same problem, my HP gas provider agency "vighnaharta" @ bhandup west [village road ] never delivers me gas .i had to wait for 29 days & finally had to personally go to their fckng office & remind them.

Its worst SERVICE, their license must be canceled.

Myself A.Vijaya Kumar, want to do complaint against HP Gas agency
regarding late delivery which a problem facing by several users. The agency
named "Sakthi Hp Gas Agency", Distributor Code 15109600 located in Kodungaiyur, Chennai. MY consumer no is 602771.Recently my booking on 26 /01/12 but I have not received gas cylinder till now, and there are lot of other people also facing trouble. But cylinders are readily available in the Black open Market at higher price Many
people are used to carry cylinders from Gas go down, which take additional cost
Doing late delivery its a casual/regular thing for this stupid agency, but
the employees working with this company are not giving proper response. I have made a complaint in the friendly(HP) Gas customer care. They also not taking immediate steps to resolving the issue. When I go for booking they say that booking will occur after 21 days. After booking it takes 20-25 days to deliver the cylinder. Tell me how can a family of 5 member can the gas for 50 days in a single cylinder. So kindly guide me for further actions on this company.

I think distribution system of HP Gas is totally out of control. I ordered Gas Cylinder on 01th feb. 2012 and till now i have not received it inspite of calling them atleast 15 times. My consumer number is 646037 and Internet Booking No. :[protected] Please if anybody is alive in HP administration, do something for god sake.

GSPC gas agency — after 1 year but he will not make make house gas connection

I will already paid 1000/- Rs before 1 year,, but still does'nt make gas house connection to my home,,, why???
many more connetion are already start to our society so why you will not make gas connetion last one year.. tell me ???? another i will go "GRAHAK SURKSHA"

I have booked my gas on 9th of feb and the period for gas is max 8 day for today it's 13 days when i asked the gas agency they are saying it takes more 2 days and this is not fair and the guy in shop was very rude regarding this i have spent almost 550 rs for cooking in this three days
