Same is the case with me. I won HP F4488 AIO printer on 29/06/2020 but its not delivered till date. I have called so many times at the customer helpdesk but there is no one to attend those calls

I win one hp K-209 printer on 3/6/10. It is not delivered to me till today. I have lodge complain to your office several times . On 21/7/10 one massage send from your end that my gift item hp k-209 will be dispatched in 8-10 working days. But till today i have not recived any hp K-209 Printer from your end.

Same in my case too ! I win K209a printer against my product C9352A registered on 01.06.10 against Spin & Win offer. But still no reply and no gift dispatched from HP after making so many calls also. Even they not picking the phones too.

I am Barun Pal member of HP Spin & Win Program. Where I won K209a printer on 05/08/2010 but till today I not received it.

Friends, I dont belive it. I won a HP F 4488 printer from Spin and win offer on 18.06.2010 and today i.e. on 23.08.10 at morning i received it. Yes, it is not on time in place of 21 working day they send it after about 45 working day say 2 months, but they definitely send.

I further request that when you will receive your gift kindly update your comment here to know much more person in this regard.

Thanks to HP, I have received 6/19/2010 HP printer F4488 AIO and Three parker pen Beta which were under USER ID : imagination76.
I am still waiting other products to reach me.

I have another problem. When i entered VC code in site it shows incorrect VC code. However, Cartirdge is original, manufactured in Jul 10.
I contacted HP Customer care they give me a new ph no. when i dialed that no. again customer care give me another no . and after repeating same story for two more time i got an email id where i can send my complain. but i found that email id returned my mail as undelivered.

Friends, HP helped me. they provide me a new code. It takes about 8 calls and two mail. but they done it

Finally I received HP F4488 AIO Printer last week. HP is not making fool to us. only thing is they are taking time.

I won a k109a printer. And i always thought that it was some kind of dirty trick by the company. I had the least hope that the printer will be delivered. After waiting for about one month and twenty days and no delivery yet i tried calling the number given in the website but nobody answered the call - further confirming that it was an HP trick. As a last resort i emailed HP - a faint hope came in the form of a reply to my email saying the printer will be delivered within another 8-10 working days. With that faint hope i waited for those 10 days, still no printer was delivered to my address. I had lost all hope then to my surprise after about another 10 days a Blue Dart courier man came to deliver the printer. So the printer was delivered to my address not in 21 working days but it took about 3 months. I can only say that wait for some more time.

I have purchased on HP original cartridge on 11.08.2010 and participated in the HP Spin & Win Program on the same date and I have won a PHILIPS DRY IRONS GC-87. I regret to inform you that I have not received the PHILIPS DRY IRONS GC-87 till date. As per information from HP website you will dispatch the gift through courier within 21 working days, but now it is 38 days completed. I request you to kindly verify your records and inform the status of the gift.
