HSBC Bank — Credit Card
I had made several complaint that I haven't recevided any card from the bank. Every time they confirmed that they come with outcome. The outcome they came withis everytime a new person calls in and say I have to pay the amount. Everytime they say that I had made payment earlier via cheque. When I demanded for cheque number they are not able to provide it, over all every other person say different amount paid by me.They are giving harssing call to me. I am not able to understand whom should I contact to get this resolved.
