This is regarding my recent conversation with HSBC's telecaller - Pooja, who called me to pay up my pending installment for September 2006. This loan will be finished by August 2010.

Earlier I had a talk with one of the CCE regarding this & she told me including this pending installment this loan will be finished by august 2010. The payment has already been adjusted with the end of loan. I have no problem answering any queries from HSBC's side, but i am really feeling sad about the way the Lady interacted with me.

She suddenly went out of the courtesy and said "end kisne deka hai? mughe installment ajj hi chaiye." I insisted her to speak with in the civilized limits but she kept of speaking like this for the entire conversation her words were, "You don't know anything. Appka is month ka cheque bhi bonce ho gya." I asked her abt the details of the bounced cheque, she said, " app Sachin Arora hi bol rahe hain na. hold for a while. main advocate se baat karvati hoon." and then she hanged the phone-up.

For your information, a person from HSBC's agegency named Horizon Credit MGT. Services collected a post dated cheque(Cheque Date-8th Oct. 2007) on 5th oct. 2007
How can HSBC's telecaller can say on 6th oct. cheque has been bounced when its date is 8th of oct? how can it be possible?

Till now, none of my cheque has been bounced, so how can someone just try a fluke to threaten me about my payments. I respected her for she was a lady, otheriwise I could have been harsh on her as well. Can somebody tell,"Is it what they call world's local bank"?

HSBC is a very fraustating, i am victim also
Dear Concern, I am having hsbc account since last 10 years, but my experience with the bank's service is very bad, the customer care will never pick up the call even in emergency also. Without any information they used to debit the account etc. Today I have got the sms that Rs.1654.50 has been debited from my account, where as I have not given any cheque to anybody, then please let me know the transaction details. Even there is no outstanding in my credit card also which is again a useless card for me and I have not given any direct debit authorization.So what is that transaction and in this regard I had tried to call to the Customer Care atleast 30 times, but nobody has attended the call. Please arrange an urgent call back for me, otherwise I will knock the RBI as well as Consumer Fourm.

    i have recevied credit card from hsbc bank ,value of the card being rupees 50,000 thousand, while offering the card they said value of card will be one lakh and my spouse will get addition card for value of eighty thousand,they said their will be no annual fee & cash with drawal of 40percent and the repayment peroid will be 52 days.but what recevied credit card of value fifty thousand only for cash withdrawal interest will be from the day one. this is against what they offered me while offering card.so i want return the card please tell procedure to returning procedure of the credit card ,my contact no[protected]& [protected]

    HSBC — Regarding credit card

    Res.sir,
    I the under namee and email holder humbly requesting here.
    My HSBC account no.[protected].
    Primary card no.[protected].
    The HSBC bank has allotted only credit card no.to me but I have not recieved the credit card of HSBC till date.I have already informed the matter, yet no action has been taken.The bank employees from recovery dept.has been threating to me at my various contacting sources i.e email mobile phone etc. to deposit the dues against the credit card which I have not received..You are requested to stop the service and trasaction of the same and do not allow the trasaction of the said cards.

      Sir,
      I am having hsbc gold credit card No.[protected]. While offering this card,your agent told me that this is life time free credit card, but in the month of October,2007 in your monthly statement you have shown an amount Rs.2246.80 as annual fee + service Tax. Why? This is very much offending me and it compels me to cancel your credit card immediately.

      I have the simmiler problem.till date i have not yet recived the pin number of the HSBC gold credit card. But they have charged 1700 Rs.I am also going to cancel the card...
      HSBC "Gold" Credit Card. Whatever that means. The agencies that they HSBC employs to lure credit card customers are fraudulent to say the least. They assure you that you will get a gold card, and a credit limit of Rs. 2, 00, 000 no less. And when the card comes it's a useless Classic credit card with a princely credit limit of ...(wait for it) ... Rs. 15, 000 ! I want to take this further because i'm not the only one with this complaint. There are tons of people out there waiting to nail these people for what is clearly a very cheap ploy. With companies like this around, who needs enemies !

      I am having hsbc gold credit card No.[protected] + Add-on Card belongs to my wife. While offering this card, your agent told me that this is life time free credit card, but in this month of July, 2008 in your monthly statement you have shown an amount Rs.3370.80 as annual fee + service Tax for both cards. Why ????

      This is very much offending me and it compels me to cancel your credit card immediately.

        I have a HSBC Bank Credit card; I was using that card regularly and paying all the outstanding regularly but few months before I had received a credit card for the same bank with lower limit without my concern. I shocked why that card bank has sent to me, but I did not use the new one. After few days I used the older card for Rs. 30000/- Appx. in two or three transaction in a same day and than I recd a call from HSBC credit card for confirmation that are you doing these transaction or not and I replied yes I did.
        But before completion the period of statement I have recd a call from the bank banglore office that you have used your credit card (new One) with over limit and you must paid some amount immediately in account of new credit card., I shocked and replied that I did not use that card at all but without understand my word the telecaller said we can not do any thing, we have made remember call to you first that you have used this card if you said we will blocked the card immediately but before the blocking you have to pay all the amount due on this card. Than I said firstly block the same immediately than I will see what I should do.

        Than I called to customer care to find out what did happen on my credit cards than I came to know that my old card has been cancelled without any reason and some amount of that card has transfer on my new credit card and how could all these things happened, no body knows neither the customer care tell caller nor the officer and one thing they had said that it all happen at their end but why they don't know, than I asked what should I do they said please asked to Mr. Pandey who is at their noida branch than I called to Mr. pandey and told all the storey but he also did nothing to solve the problem and I am not receiving any statement from the bank from this episode but I recd a some calls from recovery agents they told me that bank is putting some heavy charges regularly for not receiving the payment and also advice me that please don't pay any thing without clear all the things because Mr. Deepak you are not faulty at your end bank should resolve the issue.

        Please help me and let me know in which account (Credit Card) I should pay the amount which I had already used.

        Hi All,
        Dear Sir/Madam this is regarding a payment made to HSBC
        Credit Card no [protected] from 2007 I utilized around 18k & I have not received any statement up to 1 year & I have follow up with customer care & I took email statement almost they have charged 28, 000 & one of call center lady called me for recovery that amount I told her for settlement & they have agree to give settlement of Rs 15, 000 into 2 installment that in the month of September 2008 dated on 29th & I have paid 29th Sep08 7500 & 30th Oct08 7500 & I got final settlement letter that fine.



        After 1 year on 28th Oct 2009 one guy called me (Akash from HSBC) he told me I have received your final settlement letter you need to pay Rs -2000 if not we are going to file the case in court ( before that he black mail me like we will go to you house & shouting with your parents ) Cleary I told him I have settlement letter why should I have to pay for this, he told you paid the amount after cutoff the date that was 29th sep08 but second installment you paid 30th Oct2008 that was cutoff the date but never told when I ask for settlement . They have agreed to done the settlement also. I have paid 2000 rs for account close also after I called Akash (hello sir don’t wast my time you can check next month) this is response I got from Akash. (First of all once I took the F&F letter why should I have to pay again ) upto 1 year I never got any call or statement . Akash called me after 1 year that to collect for 2000 rs.


        Still today no any communication about account status.


        Please provide account status as well what is the value for F&F what I have paid 29th Sep08, & why they have collected 2000 rs with me.



        Please response any one with your free time (please spend 10min for this case.)

        Kindly find attached copy of F&F settlement letter.
