I have handed over the details for the credit card to HSBC CC Team and have no response whatsoever from them. I am keen on knowing what has happened to my documents and am concerned if this is a part of a Credit Card fraud.

Refer to the trail mail from me sent to the HSBC who has ignored my request.

I am now concerned that you are involved in credit card scam.

I need to know the status of my card and need to understand where my documents have been used. Failure to respond in the next 24hrs will force me to file a complaint against you in the Consumer Court.

      i am your customer, i have a credit card of your HSBC. My credit card number is [protected]. My complain is, i m not getting my credit card bill statement properly in regular base. I[censored] do not give proper services then i do not want to get your card and services, Every month i have to call in customer care department and tell them that send me statement my credit card, every time they are not update my complain. If you want i am always being your customer for long long time, then send me statement time to time please please.....

      HSBC — not getting the CC statement

      Hello,
      This is the first time i am seeing the credit card statement from the day i have taken the CC till now i din't get statement to my postal address as well as through email & i have requested for so many times i din't get not even once also when ever i tried to call customer care after entering my correct credit card number it will say entered number is incorrect please re enter unable to reach customer care also.

      Now i lost my credit card & asked to block the card.
      Because of not getting the statements i am unable to know the balance & due date i am not the responsible for the balance amount...

        HSBC deducted 3200 rs of mine from my NRE account with out any intimation and communication to me. They changed my NRE account to NRE advance account with any intimation. They did not accept their mistake when I enquired about the same through my Relationship manager at the bank.
        They could not provide me any proof of the communication (like courier letter, ph. call or email id) , which as per them was done well in time.

          Someone has applied credit card in 2007 on behalf of my pan card copy. And hsbc has issued that card. All mendatory personal detail/ information (mother name, address, etc) are not matched, except my date of birth. This is really big blunder fault of hsbc bank ltd. I have never applied this credit card as well as never seen this card and used this card.

          Since i have applied for home loan then i got call form my home loan banker. That there is a huge amount (around 1.3 lac) is due against the credit card. And it is refelating at cibil site. Due to this due amount of hsbc credit card my loan got stuck. I have paid token money of rs. 1.50 lac to my developer. If loan does not approved then this token money would be forfitted and would not be refunded. Requet to take strong action against HSBC bank Ltd. and remove the due detail from CIBIL site. if it will not resolve within two days. then I will take legal action as well as go to media also.

          HSBC Credit Card — I never applied for other HSBC credit card but this card with wrong details

          Dear Sir,

          Just now I have got call from HSBC credit card recovering team, stating that there is due approximately Rs.98000 on card [protected] (This card is with my name). Actually I have my credit card [protected] with HSBC.

          I never applied for other HSBC credit card but this card with wrong details (except my name, my father and mother name). Please enquire the details and do need ful.

          HSBC Bank — Credit Card Complaint Not Resolved

          I had written an email to HSBC on the 18th. The mail details are as follows:

          Dear Sir,

          Reference to the above subject, this is to inform you that i had complained to HSBC personally at the Malad office on 11th January 2007 and I have not received a resolution to my complaint till date.

          I have been getting numerous calls and HSBC collection agents keep coming to my place asking for payments. I have also got mails saying there will be legal action imposed.

          My card number is [protected] and there were a few fraudulent transactions on my card which were internet transactions on 25/10/2006 & 26/10/2006 for a sum amount of Rs 48671.99. I got a call on the 28/10/2010 from HSBC bank asking if i was aware of those transactions and I immediately informed them that those transactions were not made by me. Then I followed up with HSBC and they told me to go to the MALAD branch and place a complaint. I spoke to an officer there and she told me that the same would be followed up within 30 days and its been 3 years now and nobody seems to have an answer.

          A few months later, Ms. Nilofer from the Auditing Department had called me up and she also informed me saying we would have the same resolved and I send her a fax of the complaint that I had. There was no response from here end after that.

          I really want to have the same resolved and please inform your collection agents to stop calling me and asking for the payment as I have already complained that the transactions are not made by me and that HSBC still has to resolve my complaint.

          I would really appreciate if you could do the needful to the earliest.

          However after 15 days HSBC reply back to me and say that I would have to make the payment. But I have the letter of which I had gone to HSBC bank and logged the complaint.

            Hello,

            Since I have applied for home loan. But got call from bank home loan that my loan is getting stuck due to overdue amount of HSBC Credit Card No. [protected] . Which was never applied from my side. It is purely fraud card. Someone has applied this card only belalf of my PAN card. But all personal information doesn't match with my personal detail/ information (like: mother's name, residance address etc.). This credit has been issued without any verification or enqury. As per my CIBIL report there is a due amount of Rs. 1,35,000/-. I was not aware of this due amount against this HSBC Credit Card as I have never applied from my side. I made a caal to HSBC customer care then get response from then that as of now HSBC Credit card protfolio has been handedover to JM Financial. After that I made caal to JM Financial tollfree no.. JM Financial as asking to me to settle this overdue in Rs. 14100/- (principal amount) . Which is not related with me and I didn't get this card as well as used this HSBC card. Now am trying to find out the solution legally. In this regard I have already made complaint to JM Financial, CIBIL. This amount should be forfitted as well as remove from my CIBIL record.

            if my life will be risk due to this mental touchier or any monetary loss then HSBC Bank Ltd and JM Financial both will be responsible.

            Your earliest action shall be appreciated in this regard.

            Credit Card — fraud credit card

            I want to inform that I have never applied for any city bank credit card but when I applied for a loan then I came to know that my name is in C I B I L and my outstanding is38000/ when I done inquiry in City bank they told me the card no. which is [protected] which I never received and as your authority told me the credit card limit is 17000 which is now presently had a outstanding of 42074 /.
            I, am the respected person of the society and my family background is also very reputed my father is posted as the post of asst. commissioner labor and this give a very bad impact on my reputation which me also hinder in future .this is now your responsibility to give me the clear picture that what exactly the matter. is because due to city bank my position is blured in any financial institution which I, ll not tolerate .


            Please kindly inform me that without my concern how this credit card had been issued and who received the card and on which addressed the card had been delivered and the concern person who receive the pin no.

            HSBC Credit Card — Misuse of my credit card by somebody

            Dear Sir /Madam,

            1. I was having a Credit Card No.[protected] from HSBC Bank with validity period from May-2004 to May-2006.This card was cancelled by me in [protected] after clearing the Out Standing Payment as on date due to non-wanting of this facility.

            2. In month of July-2009, I received a Credit card Statement (CCS) from HSBC Bank was showing out standing Amount of Rs. 20371.68. I shocked to see this as neither I was using this Credit Card nor I left any out standing with Bank.

            3. I contacted Bank on Telephone, they assured to look into matter and revert back soon, However I did not received any message from Bank even after a month.Meanwhile I received a letter dated 05.08.2009 from HSBC stating that they have reduced my Credit facility, which was ignored by me as I was not Using this facility and Credit Card was cancelled by me as well as its Validity was over in May 2006.So there was no ground left to take this matter seriously.

            4. In Month of August- 2009, I received another copy of Credit card Statement issued from HSBC, stating Net out standing Balance of Rs. 11634=00. Surprisingly, In this statement Rs. 10,000 was deposited by cheque No. 433078 by some one. it shows that Credit Card facility is misused by some one even after Validity is over.

            5. When I again approched Bank on telephone soon after receipt of this statement, they informed me about the Balance Transfer of Rs. 25000 was made from HSBC Credit card Account to HDFC Credit card No. [protected] on 20.10.2008. This is also instance of misused o[censored]nvalid Credit card.

            6. I written a letter to HSBC Bank on 01.09.2009 stating to investigate following points.
            (A) If Credit card was cancelled and Validity of the card was up to May-2006, How it become live ?
            (B) How Transection of withdrawl of Rs. 25000 in favor of HDFC Credit Card No. [protected] on 20 .10.2008 become possible? Why can n't you catch this HDFC CC holder.
            (C) Who deposited Rs. 10000 by cheque No. 433078 ? Why cann't you catch culprit though you have enough evidence of Misuing the Credit card?

            7. Meanwhile, HSBC bank send me a Fresh Credit Card in September 2009 without any notice/request from me, Which was not accepted by me and send the courier back.

            8. Surprisingly I received Credit card Statement of Credit card No. [protected], Which I never owned, in month of October stating out standing Rs. 772.10.

            9.They go on sending me Credit card statement every month then after but not listening my request and ignoring the fact.

            10. I received last letter from them dated 18.10.2009, stating They have investigated the matter and confirmed that Balance transfer was opted by me and cheque payment toward the same is signed by me.

            Despite the Fact, I have cancelled the Credit card facility well before in the year[protected],How they allow the transaction in the same Account even after expiring validity of credit cards?
            Why they are not approching HDFC credit card holder who has shifted Rs.25000 from this credit card ?Why they are approching Some one who has deposited Rs. 10000 by cheque.?

            I would like to request your good offices to high light the issue in front of HSBC Bank and to resolve the issue to getting me justice.

            My HSBC Credit card number [protected] , on 23rd Jan 2010 i paid 11800 Rs in cash to Settelment department agent Mr. Kapil Sharma. i got the settelment letter and reciept from Him, after that i came to know that this money has not been transfer to HSBC bank. i called so many time to customer services and settelment department but no response from them , they told me to mail to HSBC Bank.

            Please i want to know that where is my money???

            HSBC — Credit card fraudulent

            I have been using the HSBC credit card in the year 2007. But due to poor response & dumb service. I have closed the same in the year 2008 March. I made number of calls to the customer care numbers. Also sent mails for which I just got an acknowledgement that my closure request has been processed. But after 3 years, they have sent bill last week with opening balance as 10,000 & finance charges etc etc.

            Even now they confirm me that my card is deactivated. but they dont have records for how this amount came into picture. I ahve even broken my card in pieces & disposed it. No proper answer from any of the executives.Just calls get diverted from one person to another.
            How can i get rid of this torture

              Recently I signed up for a NO-Fee Card (HSBC Gold: last 4 digits 8677). A scan of the pricing Table from the form follows. As is clearly evident from the image, I signed up on a NO-Fee condition (Nil Annual Fee & NIL Renewal Fee).

              However, when I received the card, I was shocked to see that I will be charged Rs. 2000 as Annual fee. When I called up the Customer Card center, I was told that HSBC does NOT give out any NO-fee cards, and that I WILL be charged the Fee as detailed in the information received today (THANK GOD I DISTRUSTED HSBC and read ALL the terms & COnditions AGAIN). Frustrated with the Agent (Divya), when I asked to speak with the Manager, it took more than 20 minutes on the call before I refused to continue waiting, gave the agent my contact details, and requested to be contacted by the Manager.

              The Customer Service clearly seems to deem their time to be MORE VALUABLE than their customers.

              I have decided to not activate the card unless I have written information from the authorized personnel confirming the ZERO Fee. More so, I think a deplorable attempt like this to defraud the customers of their monies must be condemned, especially if it forms a part of THEIR system.

                This is Rahul Dhawan from Delhi, and being a premium customer of HSBC bank credit card, I received a call from customer care department regarding an offer for providing home loan/loan against property from HSBC. I requested to know more about the details.


                Subsequently, a person named Ashish Tiwari called on my Mobile from his cell number [protected] and introduced himself as a Relationship Manager, HSBC LTD, Home loan, operating from First Floor, K-14- 18, Sector -18, Noida, Uttar Pradesh -201301, India. He claimed to offer home loan in an interest waiver scheme in 12th, 24th, and 36th month EMI. He made numerous calls and sent the check list of the documents required through his email id [protected]@hsbc.co.in. on 12/03/12.

                I applied for the home loan to buy a property in sector-47 and had personally handed over the entire bunch of all the required documents on 20/03/12 along with the cheque number 39423 amounting to Rs. 5515/- drawn on IDBI Bank en-cashed on 28/03/12 in favour of HSBC Ltd.

                He had collected the majority of the following duly self attested documents on the same day and rest ordering from time to time on some pretext or other for making excuses for uncertain delay.

                1. Copy of property deed
                2. Copy of entire property chain.
                3. 2 passport size photographs,
                4. Copy of Passport,
                5. Copy of Voter and PAN Card
                6. copy of office ID card,
                7. Salary slips of current employer,
                8. 6 month Bank statement,
                9. Electricity bill,
                10. Landline telephone bill,
                11. Appointment letters of current and previous employers,
                12. Relieving letters of previous employers plus resignation letters,
                13. Form-16 of current and previous employers,
                14. Car Loan track and NOC of previous financed car,
                15. Car loan track of current finance car.
                16. Receipts of the ordered immediate payments made to credit cards totaling Rs. 2,50,000/-
                17. And Duly filled up two application forms.
                18. Blank dated Cheque of Rs. 5515/- (encashed without any information on 28/03/12)

                After receiving all the above mentioned copies and cheque, he told me that my home loan eligibility is around 1 cr but I clarified to him that I need only 50 Lakh for home loan only; to which he readily confirmed. Till 28/03/13 i.e. even after 16 days from the collection of documents and cheque, he remained very sweet talker but post that he started making fishy stories, asking for irrelevant documents like receipts of credit card payments, loan track and NOC of previous and current cars, resignation letters to previous employers. I kept providing them to him on SOS basis.

                After wasting my many days, avoiding my calls + messages and my frustration with his disgusting services, told him to change my application from Home loan to Loan against property. Post regular and tiring follow-ups and then indicating to report the matter to his seniors, he finally sent some person to verify our flat (built and sold by Noida Authority in sector-19), for legal and technical verification on 16/04/12. He claimed that local brokers have given the valuation of 27 lakh only to the valuator so he can now finance upto 50% only of the same. I agreed to the same and told to do the needful. Subsequently, he has again started avoiding my call and messages to know about the loan status. Strangely, the person who posed as a valuator, is also not responding to my phone.

                Kindly do the needful to help me in getting back my money and to avoid such cheating or at-least appoint someone in providing the right feedback on my loan status.

                  on april 5th I have made a call to hsbc credit card division and asked them if my card has emi facility and they agreed saying yes my card is eligible to get an emi facility at 0% interest if made a transaction on same day. I was happy to hear that and made a transaction of 55255 inr on same day as I was planning an holiday with my wife so made a credit card online transaction and was planning my budget accordingly. After a day one of the executive calls from hsbc and asked me if I want to convert my transaction to 3 months emi or 6 months emi and I said 6 months will be great and they said about terms and conditions over phone and agreed on giving me emi facility. So I was happy and today I checked my account online and was shocked to see my transaction not yet converted to emi and I immediately gave a call to customer care and they started saying my card doesn't qualify for any emi facility and their marketing team has done a blunder and asked me to pay the entire amount in coming due date. Now what can I do at this moment as I am not prepared for this budget adjustment.

                  I know in india nothing is heard but just a hope if some one looks at this and helps me.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have received call from HSBC to offer me a credit card with 5% cash back ( 5 % cash back on all type of purchase,online, retail) and lifetime free charges. Based on the offer i have submitted the document and after checking the document they have changed my offer to send me the card which do not have 5 % cash back and yearly charges 499/- +taxes.

                    After the checking the first account statement i immediately contacted them and asked them to check my statement and offer which you have offered me while purchasing the card. Now they simple refused to revert the charges towards the credit card and forcing me to pay the annual fee with tax.

                      Envelope, containing a cheque, sent from HSBC Mutual Fund per airway bill no [protected] dated March 22, 2012 addressed to Kusum Merchant, was delivered to wrong person on Saturday, March 24, 2012. On that date, that is, on Saturday, March 24, 2012, Mrs. Kusum left home at about 6.00 a. m. for a group picnic, and returned home at about 8.30 p. m. I, Padmanabh Merchant, left home at about 9.45 a. m., on Saturday, March 24, 2012 and house remained locked from about 9.45 a. m., to 6.15 p.m., on Saturday, March 24, 2012. In view of the fact that the house was locked and Mrs. Kusum and I were away from away from home during normal delivery day time of your courier on Saturday, March 24, 2012, your courier man could not have delivered the article to Mrs. Kusum, who is stated to have received the envelope sent from HSBC Mutual Fund per airway bill no. [protected] dated March 24, 2012. Nor your courier man had left any note stating that the envelope could be collected later from your office, as the house was found locked.
                      I may incidentally point out that an envelope containing Annual Report of Glaxo Pharma Ltd. addressed to Padmanabh R. Merchant, sent per Professional Courier, was also stated to be delivered on the same date, that is, Saturday, March 24, 2012. But it was actually not delivered at all by the delivery man of Professional Courier. The delivery boy himself admitted later that he had misappropriated the envelope containing the Annual Report of Glaxo.
                      My wife, Mrs. Kusum, aged 76 years, herself visited your office near Rajesh Khanna Garden, Santacruz West,and saw some forged signature of the recipient on the delivery sheet. Kindly investigate the matter with your Delivery man and arrange to deliver the envelope sent from HSBC Mutual Fund addressed to Mrs. Kusum Merchant.

I lost my credit card 2.8 months before that time i have give compliant regarding last credit card. but before that some one have purchased on the card. i have submitted the dispute form and compliant and police FIR copy also. that HSBC bank manager said that" we will do investigation on that card with 45 days we will let you know the status but still i did not get any investigation status also. now they are calling and asking payment. please take action on this.

                          - dear Sir, I had taken a personal loan of Rs.245000/- from HSBC 30th May 2008 repayable in 36 months with an EMI of Rs.6910/- @ 15.9% p.a.
                          My loan account no. is[protected]

                          Till date I have not defaulted i.e. i have repaid each and every EMI. As per the terms and conditions, the loan should have ended in May 2011.
                          Due to a hectic work schedule, i was not able to access my loan statement. It was never sent to me physically. I am now shocked to realise
                          that i have been paying EMIs of almost 7000/- per month way beyond my loan tenure through ecs.This is highly irregular and i feel cheated.
                          Even if one considers the intt rates were hiked, extending the loan tenure for a year beyond the end date is ridiculous. I am already having financial constraints and problems..and HSBC has extended my agony. I now demand an explanation from them for recovering excess EMIs from me and demand that I should be refunded the excess funds recovered from me. Request you to register my complaint and help me get my funds back.

                            1. I visited HSBC bank first time about 2008, I can give correct date later. I have clearly mentioned my intention to the bank representative. I want to invest money for one year as an experiment and if it goes well I can invest more.
                            2. Bank suggested me a plan accordingly and told me about mutual funds. I was agree and he mentioned it also cover life insurance. I explained him, no one have patients to run behind Indian insurance company if something happen to me so I am not interested. But they insisted me it is free and all. They visited my house many times for everything and took me to hospital for check-up and all. Everything was well upto this point.
                            3. They have opened NRE account for me and ask me to transfer first 800,000 rs. After coming back to Japan, I have tranafered 800,000 rs.
                            Problem start here for me:
                            4. I was surprised to see monthly statement. It was about 600,000 lakh. It was divided into 30/70% liquid/mutual fund but only 600,000rs. When I have contacted bank; they have mentioned they have deducted insurance fee. I was surprised it was first time when I open the bank welcome kit to see my investment. I found it was Canara HSBC life insurance policy.
                            5. After that bank hardly contact me.. time pass away…. We have some phone call and email exchange. I tried to complaint everywhere but noghting comeout.
                            6. I visited bank after one year. They gave me option pay your next instalment (it was booked as three year policy, every year 800,000rs) other I will lost my previous 800,000rs. I tried to explain, argure and tired everything that give my money back I am not interested in life insurance at all. “ I came to bank and life insurance company.” If I need life insurance I would have gone to other insurance agents from the beginning.
                            7. But nothing happened. I transferred my second 800,000rs without any choice. But policy was lapse that time due to late instalment payment.
                            8. Bank ask me for medical checkup again… after that I have had long email chain with canara HSBC insurance company because bank denied to do anything because it was not their business anymore…. I have long email exchange note. It tooks about 6month to communicate with then. But they couldn’t provided me right direction to take medical in Thailand or Japan. Then I have visited India and tried to take a medical check to reinstate the policy. But for some reason I couldn’t complete.
                            9. During this course of one year my second 800,000rs was transferred from HSBC bank to Canara HSBC by my bank financial support person. And it was sitting with Canara hsbc. They sent my cheque to Thailand address. I do not wanted to encash it because I do not wanted to pay echange and I wanted that money to be in my NRE account.
                            10. That cheque remain with me for about 6 months. And finaly I have asked my mother to put in HSBC bank. Bank denied to put in NRE account but normal saving account.
                            11. Curent status policy laps.

                            • My complaint;
                            o I went to bank not life insurance
                            o Cheated by Bank agent with wrong information (but they got my signature on papers)
                            o Bank never tried to resolve issue but push me to pay instalment every year 8lakh rs. Otherwise I will loose my current 8 lkh rs.
                            o 2nd instalment, HSBC Bank transfer money to canara HSBC, but canara HSBC return to me in cheque – no interest to anyone. Bank should have transfer money after confirming canara accepts it. OR return check to my bank it self. It seems there is no internal connection. Then why Canara come in picture.. I went to bank not canara.
                            o In that process I lost my leverage to keep my rs in NRE. And Interest on it.
                            • What I am looking for:
                            o Return my money and I am not interested in life insurance.
                            o Interest on my second instalment where there is not my fault

                                i am receiving phone calls from HSBC personal loan department saying that my friends father has taken personal loan from them...so they are demanding there number from me which i dont have...they are also abusing on line...and doing my mentally harrasment...they are having my all personal information including my address..they called me by this number[protected]..please i am feeling very unsecure.

                                I have credit card account with HSBC bank.

                                I have purchased of Rs. 5500/= on May, 08 and got made EMI for 12 months and have been paid every EMI on time by me. Again in November 2008, I have purchased of Rs. 5450/- and made EMI for six months. even have been paid also every EMI on time after completed my all premium installments in may -09. I got statment of Rs. 3420/- and it was totaly surprised when I have seen that the statement totaly wrong. On that I had inform to customer care department regarding this. However the customer care department did not revert on this I am unable to pay the same. after that customer care are asking for total amount of Rs. 2500/- instead of Rs. 3420/- It includes annual charge. As you know all banks credit cards are life time free then there is no need to include such amount. kindly take into consideration this matter and advice for solution as i can't pay any more and shall take legal action.

                                I called at least 25 times to customer care dept and they did not give me any solution. Plz give me solution other i take some legal action to hsbc and check my statement properly and give me totally reveret

                                They carryforward the August 08 EMI Late Payment charges and they did not give me any infomation regarding this and in May 2009 they supplied me a statement of Rs 3420/ debt for me and after 25 times calling they revert and give me to pay 2500/ it is totally wrong for me I cannot pay anything.

                                plz give me totally revert. Plz give me reply as soon as possible before 6 of August 2009.


                                I write 3nd time for my wrong statement and i discuss your executive and i made min payment of 171/ last time in July.

                                I request to you plz check my whole statement from August 08 and revert my wrong payment of Rs 3000/. their executive told me that this is a life time free card. But bank has imposed annual charges on the account. I request several times to your bank reverse that charges or to close the account but nothing happen.

                                Nobody in the bank is listning to my complaint.

                                I made a call 30 to 40 times to your Custmer care Exec, but they did not give me any solution

                                Plz give me solution as soon as possible and revert all my wrong charges.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I am a Credit Card Holder of HSBC bank. I have the card only for use in Star Bazar India since 07/06. My Card No. [protected].

                                Sir, I have received an statement for the month of Feb'10 showing out standing of Rs. 403.00 (Rs. Four Hundred Three Only.) Due to some reason i could not deposit the same or Minimum amount in time in bank. But a few days before i have already cleared my all dues and statement is also showing that the all dues are clear. these Rs. 403.00 were financial charges on dues not against purchases.

                                Here i want to inform you that i have deposited these amount only against my billing statment which i have got from Star Bazar not on behalf of HSBC statement.

                                Since last one year i am getting my statement bimonthly and for the i have complained to HSBC Customer Care so many time. Always i heard only one message that from next you will get regularly.

                                Now on yeaterday 07.03.2010 before leaving home at 3.17 PM i called to HSBC to know what is outstanding and what is balance amount in my card. I have received msg that total out standing is 3421.77 and balance amount to use aprox 2200.00

                                on this behalf i reached to Star Bazar and collect the material, but i surprised when cashier swapped my card and reply me, your card is blocked by Bank.

                                It was very shocking and shameful position between hundreds of people. Immediately sweeped my other bank card and make payment and save my reputation.

                                I want to know when i am regular and prompt payer to bank than why bank block my card and that is only for Rs. 403.00 as you know thousands of peoples declare default customer by bank at that time what bank want to show. by recovering of Rs. 403/- they will get award/ reward from RBI for 0% outstanding.

                                I will be claim penalty on bank for down my reputation in public and request you to give order to bank for correct his rules & regulation for prompt and timely payer customer.

                                It appears that the Bank is highly bureaucratic Coordination between various departments is very poor.In their silos working, the customer is affected .It appears that the CS is manned by green-horns who are under instruction to counter every customer complaint without verification of the veracity of claims .No honest attempt is made by the Bank to answer all the customer queries to satisfy them.

                                When I represented that the bills were not sent, they responded that the receipt of letters were signed by some people whose names bear resemblance to mine.No person with such names reside in the residential Tower where the letter was supposed to be delivered.The practice of taking the telephone numbers of the person signing receipt as practiced by other banks is not followed. In fact, I get a SMS for every transaction I make, by a Text Alert message from another bank whose card I am currently using.

                                When I sent a letter asking for the bills, the Bank sent the bills of a Person residing in Nagpur whereas I stay in Thane west.Even the Card numbers have no resemblance.

                                Making illegitimate claim of the Annual Fee even when the Card is cancelled or expired appears to be a normal operating procedure for the bank

                                This is the state of affairs with this Bank.

                                  Ref. - Communication in brief as below. A file has been attached with due details also.

                                  I was an employee of RISL till May'2010. My details are as under,

                                  Please note that during the service period I had taken an ESOS Funding from M/s HSBC via M/s SarthyWM, the service provided RIL had identified.

                                  I had one of the worst experience against the services provided by them. Kindly find the attached document which contains complete communications with issue in detail along with their response.

                                  To summarise - against 800 nos. of shares - I have got @ 2000 rs. profit against @30000 rs. interest paid and that too, because of problem / procedure of HSBC and SarthyWM ( by blaming each other and victimising the client / customer ). Actually I was supposed to get profit of @ 32000 as per my sell commitment instructions.

                                  Request to go through and inform to concerned, atleast such things may not happen with any other collegue in future.

                                    This is with regards to my HSBC credit card-[protected], where i had made a complete payment of Rs 65000/- in the year may 2008 and i had requested the card to be cancelled by calling the HSBC helpline and they has taken an request of cancelling the card.But was suprised to see the statement keep generating and i had called the helpline but was informed to call the collections when called on helpline and was not concerned about the customer.The Main reason to cancell the credit card was as head of family (Father had expired)and was held up with family commitment and as HSBC was my first credit card i had sentiment and cleared entire balance on the card.But today when i saw the card statement the same has grown to 19k and contionusly calling the contact num[protected] and they had told that they will retrive the statement and was assuerd the help and to my suprise the card cancellation request was provided in the month of June2008 1st week as the payment through cheque was made in last week of may 2008 and i was told that the card will get cancelled only when the cheque gets cleared. simenteauosly when i called help line and i was told that the card request for cancelloation has been taken and card was cancelled and MY CIBIL report also say that card got cancelled in the month june but HSBC Says that my card got cancelled due to non payment in the month of November2008.I am requesting to reterive the call recordings of the interaction which had in the said period and let HSBC prove that i have not placed a request for cancellation. So i am ready to take up the case in the consumer fourm and will face the same as No respect for customer interaction and money making mind has made HSBC has weaken the cibil histroty of the customer.Request to cancell all the charges and correct the cibil histroy.

                                    HSBC Credit Card — Claim of undue charges

                                    Sir,

                                    I am using HSBC Credit card No. [protected]. I always paid my usage amount within time. HSBC in collaboration with TATA AIG insurance had tried selling me an insurance plan couple of years back. I intimated my rejection of the offer to HSBC customer care within stipulated time. However, the next credit card statement was showing premium amount due. On nonpayment of such premium charges, further next bill had an element of interest, service tax and late payment charges in addition to next premium charges. This went on for the whole year. Further, all monthly statement continued to levy late payment and interest charges thereon. This has resulted to an outstanding amount of Rs. 31, 464/- as per the last received statement period 17th May to 16 June 08.

                                    The matter was raised to customer care several times with no result. Also, white mails were sent to bank twice with no revert from their end.

                                    I would request the concerned authority to arrange for reversal of entire amount in my next bill and also an assurance that collection team shall stop visiting my home.

                                      Recently I have applied for the home loan with Federal Bank and they have confirmed that one of the loan is still showing in my CIBIL record.

                                      I had taken personal loan from HSBC bank in Jan 2008 for Rs 5.50 lacs. In June 2011, I have already closed the loan by paying the amount of Rs 2,36,232.93 vide cheque no 277259 dated 30/06/2011 issued on Royal Bank of Scotland. Further to this I have also received the closure letter from HSBC Bank dated 06/07/2011 confirming that my loan account is closed and returning my unused cheques back.

                                      I would therefore request you to look into the matter and arrange for the action stating that the loan is closed.

                                      Am attaching the Personal Loan closure confirmation letter issued by HSBC Bank for your reference.

                                      I once again attended AGM on the 27 of May 2011 where again I stated my concern about HSBC India and its behaviour towards their customers.

                                      You may first like to go to HSBC AGM, go to questions and answers 40:11 min's in then go to Resolutions 19:02 min's in. As you will see Mr Flint could not get his facts right or was he misleading shareholders or was this just another weakness by the Chairman. The information the Chairman gave about customers complaints in India was not totally true.

                                      The Chairman stated that is was a invidious irritation to customers when they were registered on CIBIL.

                                      It is not an invidious irritation, it prevents a person from borrowing from any other lender, it has a very serious impact on that person and their lives.

                                      Did the Chairman trivialise their complaints or was he trying to belittle the complainants in India?

                                      Is this Chairman just ignorant to what it means when a person is registered on CIBIL or did the Chairman deliberately give false and misleading information to shareholders and the AGM?
                                      YOU DECIDE.

                                      The Chairman states “maintaining our reputation and our integrity”
                                      “Everything we do is governed by the imperative o[censored]pholding HSBC’s corporate reputation and character at the highest level”.

                                      Did the current Chairman ( Mr Flint) LIE about complaints in India and did he CHEAT shareholders of the truth at the 2011 AGM?

                                      Is HSBC Holdings PLC under investigation by a U.S. Senate panel in a money-laundering inquiry?

                                      Ask the 505, 000 Customers in India who have REGISTERED COMPLAINTS between[protected] what they THINK about HSBC'S REPUTATION, INTEGRITY and CHARACTER and what HSBC.

                                      The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited in India, has it LIED, has it CHEATED and has it FALSLEY registered and misused CIBIL, this is what customers and non-customers in India is complaining what they have done to them.

                                      Should he still be the Chairman? YOU DECIDE.
