i agree even i as hsbc c/c holder suffered at the hands of tata-aig gen insurance. They have not issued policy they are not refunding premium of 3658/- for accident policy not issued fighting for 79 long days without success so far.
Same thing happened with me. as with Mukesh Kumar & other fellow friends above
It is really a bad service from Tata AIG. The number given by the TataAIG is not working now.I want to close this policy immedietly. When I contacted with HSBC customer care, they provide me a TATA AIG contact number and told, sir pls. contact on this number, they cancel your policy immediately. But nothing will taken care. The same thing is happened for me also.

I had taken the policy and after that i called to tata aig people to cancel the policy. They said that it is cancelled. But, it is not canceled and Hsbc people are deducting the amount every month.
Please don't attend these type of calls and please don't cheat by them.

My name is murali, I'm also holding hsbc credit card. and the same will happen with me also. I give them my HDFC credit card no. and they deduct money from my HDFC card. and HDFC executives says that they can't do any thing. any body suggest me what should i do. Can i block my HDFC credit card.

I am having same policy and want to cancel it immediaty and also want total amount refund which has been duducted for this fake policy, i have'nt yet received any policy details or bond from Tata Aig. my problem is same as dicussed by Mukesh and others in above.

I am sridhar. i am having HSBC credit card. I got a call from Tata AIG and they asked me to take maharaksha policy. They told that it's Rs 15/- per month for 2 months and after that if i am not satisfied, i can cancel the policy without any charges. I tried so many times in the 2 months period, and no body gave me the proper response. Now Rs 701/- is getting deducted from my HSBC credit card. I called to HSBC customer care and i asked them to cancel my card. But didn't agreed to cancel the card, as policy amt is getting deducted every month.

they have debited Rs.1496 from my HSBC Credit card account last month...
After lots of mails and calls they finally agreed to cancel my policy and reverse my account amount...
but.. here is the climax..
now they are saying like that.. there is a cancellation charge.. for the process...
according to this i have to pay 30% of the policy amount.. that is, around Rs.500/- :o
can anybody suggest where can i report this??

Same here, if anyone wants support to file a complaint, i am ready, its been over a year havnt got any documents regarding this policy, after many many mails and calls they said they've posted it, but i am yet to receive it. From past one year eveymonth they have been promptly deducting Rs.705/- from my credit card, and sent me nothing.
think this policy is bogus let us awae others not to join in this policy, but every month rs.705/- is deducted without any policy papers, saying it has been posted and it is on the way, we shd see a criminal advocate and sue them.

Call on this no.[protected] and enter as a tata customer. Your call will be diverted to a customer care executive wherein you can speak to him regarding the cancellation. He will ask you the reason & will offer you some other attractive offers. If you still wanna cancel you can ask him to give a service request no. & your policy will get discontinued in some 7 working days.

I would like to bring one key thing about this insurrance tieup among two companies, Whatever they are doing its totally CHEAT+FRAUD, They are thinking that they are expanding their business, but they dont know instead of earning profit they are playing with the wealth of their innocent cutomers and they are trying to make them fool by their dirty plans For this purpose they have make a team of bloody girls which thay are using to capture us.These comanies are spoiling their image and decreasing the confidence among their own customers, specially i am pointing towards HSBC. So i l'd suggest u guys to just through ur HSBC Credit Card out, n go for another CC like Citi bank +Delhi Metro, ABN Amro etc. i m not from any bank but i m also a user of same.

i am also thinking the same... i am also planning to cancel my hsbc credit card...
meantime, planning to register a complaint regarding TATA AIG to RBI ombudsman...
without any signed agreement, TATA AIG wanted to pay rupeees 560 as a cancellation amount to me and they have debited from my hsbc account... why i have to pay this amount to them?? i havent signed any document with TATA AIG so far...
