And dear Sudip, I don't know what your association with ICFAI is but let me tell you ICFAI is the worst place to study.

I fully agree with Ankur. But would like to add that it is not the matter of one person doing something wrong. If one or two person does something wrong it can be said to be the mistake of those people not the university but if several people act in such illegal manner it is the failure of the university.

dont khow about u guys but one of my friend tring to get addmission in icfai university..did he try to take addmission through ifen, agra center or he should go to contact directly to icfai university...

What is then ifen is it consultancy who is taking admissions for icfai. plz help me out...

I think on these issues university should take a call.. University give contract to the people having money and then these people cheat students to make money. University does not bother about these complains as they are getting business from these institutes. Now university has made this person Rajan in-charge of Marathalli branch institute.

IFEN Rajajinagar — Cheating

IFEN Rajajinagar, deals in ICFAI university program have appointed cheat people. These people will give wrong information to make their incentives. After student is cheated no-one is there (from institute as well as university) to tale any action against them. Specially a person over thein named Yuvraj or Rajan.

The withdrawal from in respect of the above was submitted to the PF office and on enquiry at PF office it has been informed that Rs.23, 832/- has already been credited to the member's account at ICICI Bank, Secunderabad.

Sir, i want to let u know that your ICFAI Admission Centre representatives misguide the students just for the sake of acheiving the their admission targets cause they never let aware the students about all the legalities of prospectus, i agree with you that there is already mentioned every clause in prospectus but every student is not so intelligent & quick witted so it's the responsibility of your representatives that they should tell each & every clause of the prospectus to the students before admission. & one more thing, most of the students don't know the proper way of withdrawl cause when ever students visit your local ICFAI centres, your representatives directly tell that u can't withdraw from programe you have to study, you have to pay the full amount whether do study or not as it has already happened to me. so this kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour create a violence in students. but luckily i met with one of your representative Mr. Kishore Joshi here in ludhiana local ICFAI Admission branch he guided me the proper way of withdrawl. I am very thankful to him & you also. so it was my experience with ICFAI which i wanted to share with you & i hope your university wud provide a fair platform & help the students to make their bright future.

ICFAI ACADEMY — PF Discrepancy

AM WAITING FOR MY PF SINCE A YEAR FOR ACCOUNT NO AP/HYD/56966/4626.

Whenever I tried to speak to my employer HO, their answer was very neutral.
Some time they said they have deposited my form and will be informing the status within a day. and some time they said they are completely unaware about it.

I dont know what to do? I need help. Because my Ex employer is not even disclosing properly that whether they have submitted my PF Form or not.

ICFAI Academy as an body is a very nice company, but their HR department is not at all helpful and prompt for their ex- employees.

Should i consult with a layer regarding this issue.
I used to Spoke some Mr. Ramesh from ICFAI Academy Hyderabad, but he some time said yes your form has been diposited and sometime he clearly pretend that he was not aware about it.

I am helpless. Please Please help.

COURSE MATERIAL NOT RECEIVED ON REPEATED REQUESTS

I have enrolled for Distance MBA with ICFAI and my enrolment number is MBA2052189. I have to registered for march 2011 exams as i have already lost too much time (about 1.5 years) due to this for the below subjects :

1) Accounting for Decision Making I & II

I have written numerous emails to [protected]@icfaiuniversity.in and [protected]@iutripura.edu.in and fax to the university several time to send the course material for me to prepare for the exam but till date i have not received a single reply ..i have called up the 1800 numerous times but this number is also busy in another call ( tried for 3 days for 2-3 hours and each time same response ), i guess they lift the receiver and keep it off the hook

With less than a month for the exams now, i have still not received the study material..pls assist to get the course material asap..i think ICFAI ppl never want the students to complete the course and want them to keep apprearing for exams and paying fees

I agree with Rahul, there is no proper response from the university. I am very soon coming up with a plan to expose this complete scam. Guys, don't lose heart if you are one of the victim too. I have collected enough evidence and I have enough people who are supporting me on this.

At the outset, You have made allegations without revealing your student identity or enrollment number to clarify the details. Further note that program was restructuring with effect from October 2008, a clear two years after your enrollment.
The scheduled of examination is announced at least a year in advance. Hence you are advised to approach [protected]@iutripura.edu.in with your query for a suitable solution.

The complaint made by this particular student is baseless and instigated by some employees who have left the university. This student in particular has been irregular in attendance. The VC met the agitating students on October 25th. and clarified all their doubts. It was established clearly that there were no lies in what was assured. The issues raised by the students have been addressed. Unreasonably demands amounting to blackmail cannot be acceded to .


ICFAI University, Meghalaya

This is with reference to your claim, which states that you attempted Group D exams four times and that you are still attempting it. However, as per your contention, you are unable to clear the Group.

We verified your record and it shows that you attempted Accounting for Decision Making-I in July 2010, Human Resource Management-I in April 2010 and July 2010, Human Resource Management-II in April 2010 and July 2010. Thus, it is very clear that you have not attempted the whole Group. You were absent for the rest of the papers. Hence, the issue of clearing the Group does not arise. Nevertheless, the university never indulges in failing a candidate deliberately.

Therefore, we request you not to resort to such acts of maliciousness in future.

Many of students are being failed, for example MBA2085859 is failing in Grp "C" IT and Marketing although he have cleared very tough subject Quantative methods and all hard subjects that have been removed by ICFAI, he is CS gradute and failing in IT and MKtg. now he is going to appear 5 times, joking is that his numbers are always similar.

Really ICFAI is cheap university and making money, they are doing enjoy with money and our Govt. is Sleeping very carefully.

It is evident that the marks obtained by the student in different attempts in the subjects – IT and Marketing Management - I and II in Group C, are not similar as falsely claimed by you.

Therefore, your complaint is groundless and you are advised not to resort to such mud-slinging activities. Instead of making such baseless allegations, the candidate should have applied for a comprehensive feedback.

As you are aware, there is a system of providing a Comprehensive Feedback to enable the students to understand the areas, which they are weak in. After the declaration of the result, if any student wishes to obtain feedback about his/her performance, may apply for a comprehensive feedback.

While preparing the comprehensive feedback for a student, the answer book of the student is rechecked thoroughly once again, and then a comprehensive feedback for each question is prepared. In this particular feedback, we try to explain in detail, which all places the answer lacks adequacy.

We believe that the student, who sincerely follows the suggestions given in the feedback, would comfortably overcome the shortcomings and be successful in his/her future attempt.

Please note that, all the students at enrollment are issued with the program prospectus free of charge which contains all the details about learning methodology, passing criteria etc.
