[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Unauthorized access to my account!

Dear Sir

I have applied for personal loan, but there is no response from loan department, i was receiving calls from this tel number 65203594, i am trying to call on this number but no one is telling me what is status of my loan, so pls do need full.

ICICI Credit Card — not giving my money and filling an appeal after 9 months

Dear Sir,

I had filed a case against ICICI Bank in Pune District Court which was decided exparte .They were supposed to pay within 2 months .They did not do so.I again filed for non-compliance of court order, but after 9 months they went to the State Commission and they accepted their papers and a notice was sent to me to attend for submission which did not happen as the H'nble Judge was not there.

It is beyond me how and who accepted their papers. They are trying to trouble me as it requires travelling to Mumbai.

I have to go to Mumbai again on 15/12/2009.

Hi All,

I have the salary account with this bank since 1.6 years. This is bank is a cheater bank. I have applied for Creadit card and there was no reply. One day this bank blocked my net baning account and after that I got a mail that PW is expired. I went to the bank and applied for new password. These bank people said that is free. after one week thay deducted 156 Rs and said for Password charges.

I lost around more than 1000/- with this bludy bank and now am using HDFC bank that are really good.

Icici bank services — Providing Personal Information to Unauthorized users

i am Ravi, an employee of a reputed software company, which had salary account in ICICI bank, So i applied for D-Mat account with icici bank. Since then some person posing as ICICI person and reveling all my personal info with my residential address and trying to terrorize me tht my account will be locked so please provide him access to my house address so that will activate my account using pin and user id sent to my home...........
I even received few mails from his ICICI mail id, Which will lead you into trap if you are in an hurry to read the mail...............I am completely baring with ICICI bank even with its high charges on De-mat account...............But how, he is easily providing access to Illegal persons to very basic personal info..........
I am going to file a complaint with Consumer court... if i do not receive reply with in 5 working days.

Naveen Saini — Unable to pay online premium through Credit Card

I am a holder of ICICI Prudential Smartkid policy no. 07023222 and trying to pay premium through my Amex Card since last ten days, but not able to process it. My earlier complaints on the subject were responded with the reason that the address is not correctly fed. But even if the address is fed correctly, the transaction is declined. I have only three more days to pay my premium. I tried it through phone banking, but I was kept on hold for a long time and afterwards got disconnected. I am left with an option to surrender all my policies, my credir card and saving account. If the card is not useful, then I will return it and take other bank's card.

ICICI Bank — Amount is debited automatically. For clarification nobody picking up call from customer care by keeping hold long time.

I am a customer for ICICI. I have savings account as well as current account. On[protected]:00 pm I tried to take cash from ATM. That time it showed host is offline. Next day morning I observed that In my savings account[protected], the amount is automatically deducted. Then I tried to reach customer care - [protected] on 25-01-10, 10:40 am from my mobile. They kept me hold for long time( without answering more than 20 mins). I am totally disappointed with this service. Please do the needful.

ICICI BANK shameless company which thrives by making people suffer has done it once again. Blocked my salary account by linking it with a disputed loan repayment fiasco, which the bank could not solve, instead has charged 1 84 000 rupees as penalty and outstanding. Can you believe it, my balance shows Rs -56000 odd when i was expecting more than a lakh in the savings account. This is high time to teach them a lesson. They should not be allowed to do whatever they want and when they want. Here is what happened, any advice will be appreciated.
I wrote a letter to you a few months back regarding my fears about my ICICI salary savings account. I told you that an issue with the ICICI bank’s personal loan repayment can cause problems, as I know that they will not think twice about blocking my account.

The dispute was about the repayment and the amount for settlement that was offered was not something that I could afford. So what I decided instead to do was to wait for sometime before they got back to me with a better offer. I have a friend in the bank who actually guided me to go for this wait and watch policy,

She did tell me that they can block my salary account if they want to, and that is the reason I had implored you to consider this, and give me an alternate way to access my salary. Now, after 4 months of having raised that suspicion, my worst fear has come true.

They decided to link the outstanding on the loan to my salary account and as of right now, after the salary was credited to the account, the account balance is showing INR Rs-56000.00/- and some change. (-ve balance). There was no warning provided to me, and even if I could do anything, there was nothing that the company could do to help me.

I cannot survive with this, you already know the kind of commitments I have, I have commitment to my family which depends on me, I have a sister, whose marriage I need to arrange and here I am, when I get my salary, and it is going to negative fifty six thousand.

I know that it is mine, and only my fault and no one else could help me even if they wanted to, but this kind of situation, I cannot do anything. I needed that money so bad this month, and instead I now I owe the bank. I know for a fact that ICICI bank is just a assorted collection of crooks, who will not think twice before stooping to any depth.

They tried to intimidate me by sending Thugs s at my house, but I faced them and I told them I am looking for a reasonable settlement, but instead of that they threatened me, and my mother after calling home. They are destroying my life, and I am not in a position to work with these difficulties. At the same time, I did not hide anything, I gave them all the details as was required when I joined, and when they came calling to my door asking me about repayment, I requested them to consider a reasonable agreement, but they started talking trash.

Unless this is resolved, I cannot even think about what to do.I am really frustrated. I would not have worried if it was only my money, but the money in the account other than the 26, 700 as salary was my dad's. I have presented a cheque of 1 lac to the builder as a booking amount for apartment and now that is also gone.

I do not have the courage to tell my parents about this, i cannot tell them that because of me, the bank did this and since the payment did not go through, i cannot help them to get that apartment.

I know that i clearly lacked forsight by dragging my account in to this transaction, but i was only trying to help without thinking.

Please help me get the money cleared, i will close this account or do anything as you ask me to do, and ensure this kind of goo[censored]p does not happen again. This realization is killing me...

ICICI — missing of my debit card ICICI on 17th feb 10

Sir ! I have lost my icici debit salary card on 17th feb 2010., i received messages at 1 :28 pm in office that 10 000 , 10 ,000 , 5000 money has been taken from my account (total 27 000) by someone who stole my card in the hostel .i am staying in Mylapore .chennai-600004.
Through phone banking i blocked my card . i just want to know how to catch the culprit?ICICI banking people said to me that the culprit withdraw the money from HDFC bank at thoraippakam , and karur visya bank .
please help me in finding out the culprit/

Really ICICI Banking is very Headache process and they are worlds no1 Fraud bank . We cant do any thing againast as Frauds are always stronger then normal people they know each and every way to escape. Only one solution is to close ICICI Bank Accounts . and better to go for any Govt Banks even if govt banks process is little bit slow but you can save your money and low interest @ Loans. Already im seeing hell with this ICICI Bank. Friends Lets start a Web site with ICICI Complaints . so atleast remaining people will be safe . lets save our india from icici bank .

I am the customer of icici bank since past 5 years. I had a bank account which i was using but stopped using it since past 15-16 month in the Year 2009 and am no more using this account and as per the policy the account should have moved to inactive mode and upon enquiry the banks informs that the account is still active.
Now the issue is that i received the PF amount from my prev company in the month of april 2010 and to my surprise rs 25000 has been deducted by the bank without any notice.Upon talking to the customer care i got to know from them that it was done coz of some credit card amount pending which i was using long back whose final settle ment is already been done by me in the year 2009.Please help me out as its a direct harrasment by the bank to the customer even after making the complete amount of final settlement they are jumping into the account.Take an immediate action and revert back my money as soon as possible.

MY NAME IS RUPESH TIWARI I HAVE A SALARY ACCOUNT WITH ICICI BANK ,BANK HAD ISSUED ONE CREDIT CARD IN THE YEAR 2008 FROM WHICH I HAVE PURCHASED A SUM OF AMOUNT RS 24000 AGAINST TO THAT I HAVE PAID 6000 RS IN INSTALLMENT UNFORTUNATELY I LOST MY JOB BUT I HAVE PROMISED THEM TO PAY THE AMOUNT BUT I HAVE NOT GOT A JOB NOW WHEN I HAVE A JOB I HAD TOLD TO ICICI I AM READY TO MAKE SETTELMENT IN SUM OF AMOUNT RS 10000 BUT THEY DIDNT AGREE NOW BANK HAD WITHDRAWN RS 13810 FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY NOTICE,NOW TELL ME IS IT CORRECT TO DO THIS OR NOT. this is feroz khan my a/c no. is[protected] i have saving a/c balace is Rs 2000 today i withdrow 1500 in HDFC in ( Kalina Kurla ) Bank but there was some ATM problem,
