[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Unauthorized access to my account!

Dear Sir

I have applied for personal loan, but there is no response from loan department, i was receiving calls from this tel number 65203594, i am trying to call on this number but no one is telling me what is status of my loan, so pls do need full.

Absolutely right. Group of people are sitting at ICICI to rob all o[censored]s. Suddenly they have decided to transfer all the Credit Card points to i-mint and all users have to buy i-mint card for Rs.200/- Imagine atleast 20 Lac ICICI Card Holders * 200 per head is 400 crores profit without doing anything. We should all protest against this.

Dear Sir,

I m ausing this card since last year. Credit limit is only 13000/- . I have givin too many request to in crease the crdit limit with my salary slip as an proff but not increased yet. My use is near abt 15000/- per month. After taking the proof they didnt increase limit but never told me that why not increasing the limit. I was thinking that after taking the proof limit has increased. Thats why in next swap they put some over limit charges. After that i had discussion then Cust Care Exec told me to pay 900/- in cash and 9900/- by cheque so that all dispute can be resolved.

I did the same even though i paid 100/- more. But when i was in abrod in next month then again some intrest charges, service tax charges, over limit changes etc were there. I called from there but Caust Care Exe told me that you have to pay. I denied to pay so i want to know why this hassasment of customer is going on. that amount in conineously incresing and today i have cancelled the card as well. But i dont want to pay those extra charges.

I have already paid the amount by which i have done the shopping.
So please tell me how i can complaint againt bank and also can fire a case or complaint in RBI.

So that necessary action can be taken on this.

yesterday i found my salary account along with my salary amount is blocked and when i asked for the reason to B.T.M bank employee's, they are asking whether you have any loan or not? that shows my account is accessed by other services also without my information.i have a loan from past two years and never missed one EMI and still they have done this.i repeatedly call and ask for reason but, no one replies... should i stop paying loan remaining EMI's to them and change my salary account also?

I believe ICICI Bank has to loose its banking business becuase if mixing up all these services.
My account is salary based account and taking loan or Creadit Card is Personel, Let me know how they can block Salary based Account without my awareness?they loose market Creditbility and i don't Think they can survive for long time, if they continue Playing with pubic, they have to wind up.I got a feeling of closing my account first time and just finish up everything with ICICI then move to some core indian Bank like bank of Indian, which i have experienced is best

I agree with all the complaints against ICICI,
1) One simple idea I will suggest is : NEVER take a Credit Card/Loan/Mortgage from the bank where you hold a Savings A/C.
Reason: The Credit card company will not be able to take money from your A/c wituout your concent. your money in Savings A/c is safe if you disagree spendings on your Creidt Card.
2) Keep multiple cards with less credit limits
Reason: The person who tries to use your card will have to make many small purchases.
3) Keep your card seperate
4) Lodge a complaint in the Consumer Court against the Credit Card company for un-authorised access to your bank account.
5) Get the the media involved, you will hit the Credit Card company where it hurts.
-- Its sad there is no control over these Credit Card companies (RBI is Sleeping, there is no Regulatory Authority over these Banks)
(I understand the above suggestion have some disadvantages, but its better to Safe than Sorry )

Credit Card — unauthorised entry

there is an entry of Rs 176.49 (ranger farms pvt limited ban) which is not utilized by me.So pls justify the same.

I HAVE CREDIT CARD NO.[protected] IN YOUR BANK.IN THE MONTH OF APRIL I HAVE PURCHASED SOME CLOTHS FROMFASHION GARMENT IN BANGALORE AND PAID BY CREDIT CARD.BUT IN THE APRIL MONTH BILL I HAVE BEEN CHARGED INTEREST &SERVICE TAX WHICH IS ABOUT 400 RUPEES.AS PER MY INFORMATION THERE IS NO CHARGE IF INDIVIDUAL PAY THE BILL AMOUNT WITH IN 50 DAYS.IF IT IS NOT WITH YOUR POLICY THEN YOU ARE REQUESTED TO CLOSE MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.YOU ARE ALSO REQUESTED TO RETURNED THE UNUSUAL CHARGE IN MY ACCOUNT.

ICICI Bank — un-authorised access to your bank account

Dear Sir / Madam,

I ‘m Hema Singh holding an saving account as well as credit card holder of ICICI bank, I have my balance of 63, 323 RS in credit card I usually pay my credit card bill through IVR option i.e., I transfer my amount through saving account to credit card (reason: I work night shifts). As usual I have called up customer care today as on 5th June 2008 to pay my credit card amount but I came to know that I hold negative balance in my saving account i.e., -46, 000 figure this is because of credit card department such as I have not given any authorization to figure out my saving account. And I have not received any information from ICICI that my card is blocked permanently and temporary block of my saving account. With out any further notice how credit card respective can take this strong decision or action on my saving account without knowing to my knowledge.

I have loaded the complain in regards to this several times to customer care with the credit card dept and also I spoke with the in charge of my case as well as collection dept I have promised to repay them back with in 3 - 4 months but still there are no action taken for this.

If my salary account is blocked how I can repay them back ICICI credit card dept has to think about this, please some one helps me on this I belong to middle class category and my month as well as house runs with my salary .

I handover my personal proposal documents to Santosh p. working with ICICI Bank in DST 3 with all my attestation. ut before that the unknown person without communicating me and without my permission login my file. the person is working with DST 5. I request please process the file which I handover to Mr. Santosh at yesterday 12/06/2008.
Without my permission the DST 5 person take out my Bank statement and my postpaid mobile bill. So please do needfull and justify the case.
And i want immediate reply from your side.

my self rupa roshan, my account number is[protected].6th of june i have submitted my salary cheque.after few day i will check my status of my account, it will be not cleared.iam vey shocked to see this.cheuqe will be not cleared.
always iam calling to custmer care he give bad response and he gives new request number day by day.i dont why he dont take action in this regards.iam not saftisfy with ICICI bank, sector-18, noida.

I have dropped a ICICI check no. 513687 for rs. 1675 in ICICI drop box for the payment of May 2008. But they bounced my check on 7th june 2008. The bank did not informed me nor sent me any communication regarding the cheque bounce even after 1 months of occurance.
The bank did not provide me the proof of documents i.e CHEQUE RETURN MEMO & ORIGINAL PAY ORDER even after following up for the same.
The bank has levied heavy charges for CHEQUE BOUNCES FOR 2 MONTHS, PENALTY CHARGE, LATE PAYMENTS CHARGES AND INTEREST CHARGES.

Still they do not return check to me.

So, this is my case and facing problems to get solved. Please guide me in this regard and help me to get solved out of these problems.

Credit Card — access amount added on bill

I am jagannath Panda a credit card holder from Axis bank.
I have been added Rs 10, 000/- extra in my credit card bill and more over Rs 5000/- abs interest has ben charged.

I have already paid Rs 12000 /- in my account and presently it has been desabled.
Though tried to clear this issue with Local Axis bank people i did not get the resolution.
If iam not getting my clear bill this time I will sue against
AXIS BANK and also will charge compensation for the harasement I am getting from Bank People.

ITS not a warning just a humble reminder.

ICICI Banking Services is a Joke. Their customer service is the worst i have come across in recent times. The IVR takes you in circles and finally if you manage to find the combination of keys that lets you speak to a customer care rep, It takes minimum of 10-15 mins hold time and then you will be mostly informed that the servers at their end are down and you are requested to try after an hour. After an hour its the same story and the only thing that changes is next you need to try after two hrs.

There online banking portal is poorely designed and down 70% of the time. The entire experinece is totally frustrating. Stay away from this bank.
