[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Credit card payment

This is with the reference to my ICICI credit card no [protected] Visa.

I have not used this card since late 2003. Also I have not received the bill however person reached me from ICICI bank and said I have outstanding on. I paid immd with cash bearing receipt number 1993191 dated 03.12.2004

After 4 year I got call again saying that I have outstanding on same card – I gave the reference of payment I made. I also requested to send me revised bill to see where from the payment is pending.

To my surprise again bank people again called me asking to pay outstanding in 2011. Also they have not sent any bill for my knowledge.

Not sending the bill to me and keep calling every year by increasing the hefty charges is sign of wrong intention by the relevant authority.

In my credit card i taken Health Insurance policy and I cancel the Lombard Policy. So i have to pay Outstanding amount but i am very poor and poor family .So i gave the request to Ms.Priya ICICI Coimbatore from Legal Dept. So i go to settlement with 2 installment of 9000 Rs.
First instalment i paid Rs.4000 and after remaining within payment without my knowledge in credit card section automatically debit 24/09/2008 Rs.11367. So please kindly refund my amount Rs.11367 and my cancellation refund amount 567 Rs also cannot reach me.
I compliant 100 times in customer care so my telephone bill only raised. So in ICICI bank very very worst Response. Kindly request to take action and refund my amount.

Time and again with me same thing is happening
I have recievd today u r card bill of amount 11010.39 rs
in this privious balance of 6939.63 shown
but i have not recieved this statement of 6939.63 rs
this unnessasory cause me to put late payment fee of 850 rs
before this also three four time same thing happen
sir i am really amazed why company is doing with me
pl. do need ful and revert urgently

I have a credit card of ICICI Bank, I used it in a transaction and paid such amount on time except the Interest and Service tax due to misunderstanding which was only Rs. 297/=, but now for such tiny amount, bank has been debited my account by Rs. 11925/=. You are therefore, requested to please help me in return my hard money from the bank. If possible, please suggest my the future course of action.

I have received my credit Card Bill for Credit Card no.[protected] today during noon by Sigma Courier & Cargo vide no.[protected], I was suprised that the payment due date was immediate & that I have been charged with late fees in the said bill I say that I have not received the July Bill till date &
that in the evening I also received call from the BPO stating that my Bill has not been paid.
As per my credential till date i have been regularly payming my bills immediately on receiving the bill
since the bill for July have not been received by, me a my billing address I would request you to cancel the charges for the late payment charges.
I am making the payment as per the bill tomorrow itself, I hope you shall credit & adjust the late payment charges in my next bill.
I also state that if it is not done so I would request you to Kindly close my Credit Card No.[protected] & my add on Credit card no. [protected] of my spouse Meena U. Lad

I have taken credit card from ICICIC Bank in with card no 4477XXXXXXXX3009 I have made total purchase of Rs 20036/- & made payment of 25025/- i was paying them regularly They have activated ICICI Lombard policy in month of Dec 07 force fully for which i have not signed any policy papers.Still they want me to pay for that policy now they are asking me to pay Rs 35133/- for credit card payment which i have not used.What ever amount i have paid is calculated in Interest & late fees.
Kindly suggest what to do

ICICI — Undo transaction of Rs. 4000/-

I had called helpline of ICICI aound 90 times till date and visited branh 20 times for getting compenstation and apology but they are teasing me and saying you will not get even single rupee from us and neither apology letter.

Sulprit: Mr. Shashank & Deputy Branch Manager of ICICI Bank, Nehru Place.

This is to bring to your Kind notice that I Archna Thawani[protected] the saving account holder of ICICI Bank. I would like to inform you that the services rendered by ICICI Bank is totally useless & pathetic as till date i am waiting for my hard earned money to get refunded.

My case history which shows the negligence of ICICI Bank. After so many telephonic calls, meeting with the branch manager of ICICI Bank, Nehru Place, New Delhi. No one has shown the images or proof. ICICI Bank is satisfied that on 03/04/10 that transaction is done by us then they should show me the proof. As a Account Holder of ICICI Bank I have a right to see how can the amount got deducted from my account. Few days back they were saying that they will show me the proof but later they said that they don't have clear images and now they are saying they won't be able to show me the proof because those images are valid till 3 months. I feel ICICI Bank is cheater.

Kindly look into the matter & inform me accordingly. I have made many compliant against this problem but no action has been taken till now. Please help me i am waiting for my hard earned money since 5 months.

Hi , unnecessary harassment by bank asking to me late fee charges & blocked the card , Not ready to settle the issue . more than 10000 reward points that also bank is not allowing to redeem . Only wants payment no talk for redeem of points

I am Achint Kishore and I use to own ICICI credit card whose limit was Rs. 40000/-. First of all, they reduced my Credit Card limit to 17000/- without intimating me. Then, again without intimating me, they blocked my credit card forever. They did it even though I use to pay them every month. When I tried to contact customer care, they were failed to explain me the reason behind it. Last month, they auto deducted the rest of the balance from my ICICI bank account. And total amount due was Rs 605/-. I wrote couple of mails and contacted them through customer care to explain why my credit card was blocked, but they never did that. I did not paid the last due amount of Rs 605/- and now I got another mail from them saying the total due amount is now Rs 2475.63/-. Can you please look into this matter?

I Nitu Sitaram Dawre would like to bring your kind attention that the credit cards ending with 3003 &amp; 3004 i had with ICICI BANK have been paid in full &amp; have been closed already in 2007 also this was confirm to me by the ICICI bank Agent to whom i made the final bill payment for both the cards then however post 2007 I then received call from Collections agent name Sunil Kambli on 15/03/2013 who very rudely asked me to make payment of Rs 22, 000 towards the credit card paymenet &amp; has been making harassment calls to me since then till date inspite of me telling him that i had already cleared the payment towards both my cards in 2007 i am extremely annoyed with the experience i had with him i will be reporting this complaint to RBI OMBUDSMAN if these calls are not stopped by the ICICI bank collections department on immediate basis &amp; will also file FIR against the above agent &amp; ICICI bank if necessary action is not taken by ICICI bank

Hi Team,
This is regarding the ICICI Credit Card bill Payment for the bill generated from Nov 2 to Dec2.
I have used this ICICI Credeit Card for Foreign Online Transaction for purchasing some online products and because of product

dissatisfaction, Merchant has reverted amount of arround 9400 change and credit card bill amount was arround 9020(Which is lesser

amount than Merchant reversed amount) due date of the payment is on Dec 20th.
I have contacted ICICI Customer care once the Credit Card bill has reached to me through email and also intimated them that my

Current Available Credit limit is showing as 40000rs. If the bill is not payed Available Credit Limit will reflect as 30000 change

rupees. Customer care person has confirmed me to not to pay this month bill as because of this Merchant Reversal amount is greater

than the Bill amount and your Available credit card amount Is reflecting as 40000Rs(Which is the max limit of my ICICI Credit card).
Now ICICI Finance Team is torchering me by calling several times to my mobile to pay the bill. I have sent several emails to ICICI to

make them understand this situation.
After several emails to ICICI. I have received a call from ICICI Customer Care ([protected]) and one of the Customer Care Lady. She

has confirmed me that Merchant reversal money is not considered as a payment and they are going to Charge Interest and all sort of

extra taxes for this in my next bill. If i pay the Minimum amont of money of 460Rs now my blocked ICICI Credit card will be activated

again and the extraccharged amount will be reverted back. That too, I should again contact ICICI for this reversal.
Inspite of ICICI Bank Mistake they are demanding/Forcing me to pay the money.
I need justice here and bank should pay for disturbing me serveral times and making my life irritating.

In Sep’13 I have received ICIC bank Jet Airways credit card but I did not apply, some agent called me and sent this credit card without my confirmation
They charging joining fee and after some moth they put late fee charges also.
Once received this card I try to call customer care no one pick it up and I went to Teynampet branch Feb’14 and I called customer care they said this amount will be reversed soon they confirm to me next month bill this amount should be reversed. But its continue every month.
Can you please help me and reversed this amount and close my all ICIC credit card
