icici bank had sent a courier by you. ICICI — ICICI Express IT courier service

Very Bad, lazy service provider choosen by ICICI bank which cclaims to be reputed bank in india
Is this the service provided to customers they should be fined for this

I faced this problem for about 8 times till now.

I topup online through ICICI's account and its not been credited to my cell phone at a time. While with hdfc i get instant recharge.

Their customer service is really poor. Saying i will get my money back after 4 working days. its been 5th day and no response from them at all.

I request everyone not to go for ICICI bank for any products at all.

Go for HDFC. its the best.

When I toptup with ICICI i was in hurry thats why only i did it online. But they took my money from account instantly and i havent got credit yet. So my money was on hold with them for 5days and I had immergency to call which their service stoped completely.

i got a msg from expressit that i got a consignment and thaey'll deliver the same in next seven day's, So next day the delivery boy called me up and said to me that he has come to deliver my credit card i said i am reaching there in next five minute but he dint bother to wait for me four five minute and he went back and said to the compnay that there is no office with this name and they sent back my packet to shipper, and i am getting five sms on daily basis that they will deliver the courier within 7 day's, i tried there cuctomer care numbers thousand of times but no one bother to lift the phone for a single time, some time i think that we are in 21st century and companies are trying to give best customer services to there clients so how is possible that copmay like EXPRESSIT can servive?
even copmany like icici, how can they sent there card's by this lasy company everytime as they know delivery by expressit is never assured even i'll sujest icici team to get the insurrance of there couriers before handoevr to expressit.

ICICI Bank has sent me a courier on 22.5.2008 AWB: [protected] but I am yet to hear from your courier company. Can any one let me know the status. I am getting worried about its delivery after reading all the complaints. God save your company.

To reliance Head Ahmadabad,

I just want to know why you did this unfair with taranprit, he is using your mobile and reliance connection from past 5 month and you charged him 320 rs extra although he had a SMS pack and you silly person charged him for his local messages, how can you do this ...now you have to return his money otherwise i with my friends who are currently reliance user will closed our connection as it can happens to us also in future so why should we take risk as our friend taranprit already robed by you, his cell number is [protected], and if you don't refund his money than we will go to customer high court and logged a complain against you, so its better for you to settle this issue outside otherwise we will meet at high court, as we know that reliance is a big company than why r u doing this ...if you not take any step after this mail than our agitation move forward so its better for u to refund my friends money as 320 is not a small amount otherwise you lost almost 50 reliance connection and and most important pride also ...so i am very eager for your reply ...
