Non Receipt of Two Wheeler NOC from ICIC Bank
I have taken a Two Wheeler loan from ICICI Bank, which was started from 07th. June'2005, Loan Account no- LTBBL[protected], mode of payment is PDC and Tenor is for 24 months. The payment of the said Loan has been completed on Dtd. 7th May'2007 but till now there was nither I haven't receive the NOC Certificate nor any reply from ICICI Bank and also doesn't return one PDC Cheque keeping for a long period near about one year. As without the NOC from ICICI Bank I am unable to cancel the hypothecation in my registration book. As ICICI Bank have publicity that ICICI Bank is the best one in the field of LOAN but on my such type of past experience i this ICICI doesn't care the customers motto or satisfaction.

Hero Honda — Non Receipt of Two Wheeler NOC from ICIC Bank

Sub: NOC of LAN number LVPRU[protected]

I live in Purulia WB and took a loan no. LVPRU[protected] of Rs.350000/-from ICICI bank
Asansol branch against purchase of TATA 207 pickup van in the month of March 2006. The bank representative came to my office at Purulia and I signed all the papers required for loan and post dated cheques are isuued against the installments. Everything was done at Purulia.I was very happy with the services and behaviour of the bank representative. I was happy that everything is done at my office and I donot have to move anywhere.

Now all my cheques are encashed in due time and the loan is fully paid on 22nd. February 2008. When I asked them to send me the NOC/clearance certificate, to my utter surprise, they asked
me to appear and apply personaly or through an authorised person at Asansol Branch with photo identity.

I wrote a letter on 20th. March 2008 to Asansol Branch but no response received till date. Not even a reply to my letter.

Now I am getting confused. Is it the Banking for which I was Happy?
I even dont required to leave my chair for getting the loan but will
have to move to Asansol (80 KM from Purulia) for taking the clearance
certificate?

I dont know the procedure of issue of clearance but if this is the system it needs to be amended.
my father died due to heart attack in a month before He had taken a loan of one lakh.did i have pay the installement left by him ? what should i do?

    hi,
    my credit card dispatched four times but I didnt recieved that because it was thru ExpressIT.....after that I request that please send it by another courier service and this time i got my card in 3 days.
    but now again i am recieving some equipment thru ExpressIT.
    they are sending it back and they are saying that your home address is wrong.......my home is on the road...a big land mark is there.....but ExpressIT cannt reach that place....although all other courier services can easily reach there........

    I JUST WANT 2 SAY THE TRADITIONAL POSTMAN IS BETTER THAN EXPRESSIT COURIER......PLEASE NEVER USE THIS SERVICE.

    EXPRESSIT YOU OPEN OTHER BUSINESS.......OTHERWISE PEOPLE WILL NOT BELIEVE ON COURIER SERVICES.

    ExpressIT Couriers are one of the worst service providers I have seen till now
    Couriers are delivered at wrong address.
    No value and respect is given for the customer.
    In appropriate action taken in spite of complaints from the customers.
    Extra burden on customers to follow up with you guys.
    The cost of following up is more compare to the actual price charged for delivering the courier.
    You are not the deserving service providers, either improve your process or stay out from this field.

      I am Vinoth applied for a personal loan in Icici bank last month. They came for verification and phone verification . Finally they said it is over. There was no response from their sidee. When I called back the executive he is not attending the phone and not at all responding.Whn I ask for the documents they say will give back. But they will not come back.

      Again after one month one more executive from the same bank came and took the documents even I told so many reasons. they compelled and took the documents and again they are doing the same.
      My request number is 59425609.
      Please do act for this..
      Bcos so many are cheating like this.
      They dont realize the need of personal loan. Simply wasting everybody's time.

        i'm DR afaq mohamed siddiqui writing to say that i was delighted few years ago on hearing that icici bank opened in UK and also demat services .so i opend an account in 2005 dec ,but since than my saga o[censored]nhappiness with your service continued and i'm really reluctant to advice any one to go for it and very unhappy the way you trap people with good adds

        let me put this way,i oped demat account with your bank as dated above its an NRE account literally i opened both non pins and pins account .but with your services i have been given only a pin account .later i applied again in june 2006 and after waiting for almost few month the barnch at manchester says that my non pin nre account is opened but it was just on paper not on my online services .during this time i had number of emails written to you but of no help . laer in 2007 dec i personally visited to bangalore and sorted it out . now i realize i cannot allocate fund to my non pin account from my pins account and vice versa .And more that i bought few companies shares a month ago and they been exexuted i dont see them in my demat allocation but can see them in trade book so i cant sell them due to this i;m incurring losess and whose responsible for all these ,do reply

        spoken to online telephonic banking services .not much helpful other than providing this email id /during all these period i have incurred few thosand pound loses than gaining from your services

        On 01may08, my friend Aarvi Arrutchander made a cash Rs 5000 deposited in jamnagar branch but erronouesly it deposited in [protected] (ATM Card) instead of my savings account no[protected]. The staff at the counter who was reckless while depositing the money even didnt check the whether the name and account number matched. After depositing the money my friend proceeded on leave to Tamil Nadu. He comes to know the money didnt receive by me after three days. Then he visit to nearest ICICI branch in Arcut city Tamil nadu. and then contact the customer care even though the money didnt reversed to my account. The branch demanded for the deposit slips counter foil which was the only proof and assured to be forwarded to the jamnagar branch on 26 may 08. but still no action has been taken now when i visited the jamnagar branch the agaiun demanded for the counter foil and they are spoken to us very casually. They accept the money has been received in 01 may 08 but they donot take any step to solve the problem. They again said to follow the same procedure on 20 Jun 08. Iam very much depressed towards this kind of casual attiude. nowadays iam very much in requiirement of money so make the process quikly.
        The worst service you can ever receive in your life.Without even any information, they start deducting and blocking your savings account, and when you call the customer care for enquiry, they behave in a very bad manner, and this happens right from the start and all the way to the entire department, i do not know about other banks, but trust me, NEVER GO FOR ANY SERVICE FROM ICICI BANK!!!

          Hello,

          I request RBI to please take some action on ICICI bank home loan interest rates. They charge the highest and moreover they are not reducing anything for the existing customers. Dear RBI governer sir kindly take some action, because it is only middle class who takes home loans not rich class.

          I am also loyal customer and also suffer lot from housing for ICICI bank in term of service as well process.
          Also currently they are charging 11.5 % ROI for existing customer and it is higher than other banks.

          I request RBI to please take some action on GE Money home loan interest rates. They are charging the highest and moreover they are not reducing anything for the existing customers apart from various steps taken by the RBI and reducing RR and CRR. Dear RBI governer sir kindly take some action, because it is only middle class who takes home loans not rich class.apart from this they are sending the information to the customer from time to time and treat me as culprits
          With banks Like ICICI bank unilaterally increasing rates often without any notice the costs often exceed the agreed to cost at the time of taking a loan.

          A smart way to get out and ..

          ...stay out of high interest rates of banks is by using NBFC and private institutions which offer lower rates of 6.5 - 7.5%.

          I changed from citibank ripoff rate of 12.5% to 7.5% from private finance company, saving 5% every year
          as the rate is fixed for entire tenure of the loan.

          I'll be saving over 16.4 lacs over the next 15 years by changing over to private finance company.
          RBI must act tough on ICICI bank. This is the bank which has much bigger customer base for home loan, any of the recent rate cut (repo/reverse repo) by RBI for easing interrest rates are not passed to the existing customer.
          My in general suggestion to all home load seekers is that, they should go to public sector banks for home laons, you may land up spending more time in getting loan sanctioned but after that you would not feel any kind of descrimination old/new customer.

            I recvd repeated statements even after all my credit card payments had been settled and I recvd that the the statement mentioning that i have still outstanding Rs 40,000, I donot know how to handle this problem. Kindly lookafter my account in a proper way and do the need ful, Also send me the statement from 2006 till now. I expect your early reply, so that the people will have trust on ICICI bank,

              I Rajan S.Dabholkar an account hold with your andheri Branch with A/c No:[protected], would like to know why there is a deduction of Rs 4,040.35.

              On speaking to you Bank executive i came to know this is towards a credit card (which I never had). Also let me know if incase you in your account if i hold a credit card when was the Card issued, ANy transation and when was the last time you have send me a remainder card of this payment. This is a very unprofessional way to take money from any customer and if you where in my place you would have also ask the same Question.

              This has reference to above card no, In this regard I wish to bring in to your notice following points-

              1. That above card was closed after making all due payments in the month of sep-2004 after which no transition was done as card was returned to you.
              2. My reason for closing the card was fraudulent billing in terms of late presentations of the payments made to you, and due to this you are being charging late payment charges/Interest.
              3. That approximately after 3.5years one fine day you blocked Rs.5732.80, from my savings account of ICICI Bank ( ac[protected]and later on deducted the same from my SB account held with ICICI, which is a fraud on part of customers.
              4. That when card was closed after making all the payments how you have arrived at the amount of Rs5732.80, its your internal mistake that you did not corrected the status and due to this late payment and interest charges were made.
              5. That I was one of the customer who use to pay all his dues in time and due to this you had Issued me another card and that too Gold Card in Lieu of this card ([protected])
              6. On this card also you had done unauthorized transactions details of which are as under-

              Dated23.07.2007 in favor of reliance for Rs 5550/-for which I never ever authorized you.
              Dated01.10.2007 in favor of reliance for Rs 207/-for which I never ever authorized you.
              For above transactions I informed you through mail but all in vein.
              Also, I had cancelled my above card along with all add on cards and got the conformation of the same on8.03.2008 through SR57906757.
              Than how come you had authorized any transaction of Rs550/- on the card, this is a true story of fraud on customer part and to add on this, You had sent Platinum card.
              My Credit Card Bill is about 30, 000.00 and in this situation the ICICI bank is how much rate of interest has been takne on this amount. What is the rate of interest ? Please suggest me.

                VERY BAD SERVICE OF ICICI BANK . MANY FRAUD CASE DOING THESE DAYS. I AM UNSATISFIED UR SERVICE.
                My name is vineet ahuja and I was the employee of
                your bank. My employee id is 517884. I Want to know that why my salary
                of November month was not drawn in my account .My total salary is 6920
                Rs. but you drawn only 923 Rs on 29 December. And I also want to ask
                you that for some reason my S.M Mr. Puneet mathur has terminate me. In
                the employment letter given to me by you said that if the bank
                terminate me then he have to given me 15 days notice or 15 days salary
                but both of these things are not don with me . I want to say you that
                please take an action about the both two things and please give me the
                salary of November month and 15 days notice salary. If this is not
                possible by you then please tell me where I should request. Please do
                some action otherwise I have to go to the consumer court for my
                salary. And I want to say you that please take an action against
                puneet mathur and enquiry about him. His behavior is suspeciable. One
                of my culige given the false documents of his education. And he knows
                about it but he didn't take an action against him. Ex. Assistant
                Branch manager Mr. Abhishek Verma also inform puneet mathur on 10
                October but he didn't take an against him. All the banks employees
                know about that he given the fake educational certificates. I asked
                puneet mathur why he didn't take an action against him then he said me
                mind your own business and said it's depend upon me that I take or not
                take an action against him. That's the reason why he terminates me
                from the job. I didn't want the job in that's organization where I get
                that rewards saying truth. But the salary is my rights and I get it.
                Please enquiry to puneet mathur that why he didn't taken an action
                against him. I have the proof also that his certificates are fake and
                puneet has known about it. So if I went to the court I saw that's
                documents in the court. Please inform me as soon as possible that you
                are giving me the salary or not.

                Dear sir,
                i am ashish sethi from indore and i have one serious problem regarding your services
                and faults done by your department.the whole matter is that i have one saving account and
                one credit card of your bank. I am client of your bank from last 6 years.I was also having a
                personal loan of 45000 on bahalf of my credit card.
                my icici credit card
                no. is [protected] and i am using it from last 3 years.ther was a call to me from your
                icici lombard regarding health insaurance policy. i agreed for taking one policy of having
                premium amount rs.9370 which was to be paid through an emi of 780.83 to my icici credit card.
                after these so many reprentatives contacted me for similar schemes, but i told them that i
                have already taken one policy. but icici lombard representatives isssued me 3 policies at same
                time details of all the three issued policies are as follows:

                1).issued on 02/11/2006 of a premium amount of rs. 21334
                2).issued on 06/11/2006 of a premium amount of rs. 9108
                3).issued on 05/12/2006 of a premium amount of rs. 9370

                when i got my credit card statement i was shocked by seeing that emi's of three policies were
                charged on my account. i contact to icici lombard and requsted them to cancel all the policies
                issued to me. they agreed and cancelled all my 3 policies on

                after the cancellation icici lombard returned the amount of all 3 policies to my credit card

                THEY CLEARED MY ACCOUNT REGARD THIS 2 POLICIES.BUT THEY DIDN'T ADJUST THE THIRD POLICY'S AMT.
                THEY TURNED THIS AMT. INTO EMI WHICH WAS BEING CHARGED ON MY CREDIT CARD NEITHER PROVIDING ME
                ANY KIND OF INFORMATION REGARDING THIS NOR TAKING MY PERMISSION.
                AFTER THAT WHEN I GOT MY NEXT CREDIT
                CARD STATEMENT I WAS SUPRISED AGAIN BY SEEING THAT AFTER CANCELLATION OF ALL POLICIES
                "WHY EMI OF RS.780.83 WAS CHARGED ON MY ACCOUNT?"

                I MADE A COMPLAINT TO ICICI LOMBARD ASKING ABOUT THE EMI. THEY TOLD ME THAT ALL MY POLICIES
                WERE CANCELLED. SO I WAS AMAZED THAT AFTER CANCELLATION OF THE POLICIES HOW COULD THIS EMI
                WAS CHARGED ON MY ACCOUNT.WHEN I REQUESTED THEM TO REFUND THOSE EMI AMT. WHICH WAS CHARGED
                ON MY CREDIT CARD. THEY PROVIDED ME SERVICE REQUEST NO. OR COMPLAINT NO'S WHICH ARE

                SO MANY TIMES WHEN I DIDN'T GET ANY CLEARIFICATION OR ANY SOLUTION TO THIS MATTER. I MYSELF
                WENT TO ICICI CREDIT CARD DEPARTMENT AND ASKED ABOUT THIS MATTER .THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WAS
                A MATTER OF LOMBARD AND ASKED ME TO CONTACT LOMBARD INDORE BRANCH AT INDRAPRASTHA TOWER, INORE.
                I WENT THERE ALSO AND THEY PEOPLE CONNECTED ME TO THEIR CALL CENTER. THE CALL CENTER PERSON
                WERE ALSO UNABLE TO PROVIDE ME ANY SATISFACTORY ANSWER.
                AFTER SUCH AN UNRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR AGAIN
                OF YOUR LOMBARD AND CREDIT CARD DEPT.I HAD ONLY ONE OPTION REMAINING WITH ME THAT WAS TO
                STOP MY AUTO DEBIT FACILITY FROM MY SAVING ACCOUNT TO MY CREDIT CARD.
                AFTER SOMETIME I RECIEVED SOME CALLS FROM YOUR CALL CENTER REGARDING OUTSTANDING PAYMENT
                OF MY CREDIT CARD. I ASKED TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER FIRST BUT I DIDN'T GET ANY ANSWER
                FROM ANY PERSON.AFTER SOME TIME I GOT CALLS FROM YOUR RECOVERY AGENTS TOO, BUT ON TELLING
                THEM ABOUT THE PROBLEM THEY WERE ALSO UNABLE TO PROVIDE ME ANY SUITABLE ANSWER.
                ON 4 APRIL, 2008 I WAS SURPRISED WHEN IGOT MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE THAT 2
                CHEQUES NO. 551464 OF AMT.25000 ISSUED BY ME TO MY STOCK BROKER AND A CHEQUE NO.551465 OF AMT.
                RS.1700 ISSUED TO MY HDFC CREDIT CARD PAYMENT WERE DISHONOURED ALTHOUGH I WAS HAVING MORE THAN
                70000 RS. IN MY ACCOUNT. I CONSULTED BANK CALL CENTER REGARDING 'WHY THEY DISHONOURED MY
                CHEQUES ALTHOUGH I WAS HAVING SUFFICIENT AMT IN MY SAVING ACCOUNT. THEY REPLIED THAT MY
                ACCOUNT WAS LEINED(FREEZED) BECAUSE OF OUTSTANDING PAYMENT OF MY CREDIT CARD.
                I WENT TO BANK AND THEY ASKED ME TO CONTACT TO
                COLLECTION OFFICER OF CREDIT CARD DEPT. THE OFFICER TOLD ME THAT OUTSTANDING PAYMENT OF

                that they adjusted returned amt from lombard of 2 policies but they didn, t adjusted refund
                amt. of third policy and they turned that amount into emi without my permission or without
                informing me about such emi.IN BETWEEN THIS PROCESS MY 3 CHEQUES WERE ALSO DIS HONOURED

                DUE TO SUCH IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR OF YOUR CREDIT CARD DEPT.
                I HAVE TO FACE MANY PROBLEMS, I AM IN A TOTAL DEPRESSION BY MENTAL HERRASMENT GIVEN BY YOUR

                i had taken a personal loan in the year 2006 may.From then i am getting deducted monthly 2995. No state of account has been sent to me till now.For how long this will be deducting that is also not known to me.                 ICICI service is absolutely terrible. I have a fixed deposit with them since many years, that was actually made with the erstwhile Bank of Madura and that bank was taken over by ICICI many many years back. I have been trying to prematurely close this deposit since a month, but no success. The ostensible reason is: they do not have my scanned specimen signature on their system because the deposit was from Bank of Madura. This is absolute nonsense, considering that this deposit has been automatically renewed every year at least half a dozen times since Bank of Madura was merged with ICICI. Why did they not bother to check these matters before?
                Their 24-hour Customer Care is the biggest joke. You ring up any of those numbers, you are endlessly directed to press 1, 2, ..etc and ultimately it says that you are being timed out and hangs up. Their level-1, level-2, complaint system is another joke. All their responses are mere wordplay, most irritating thing being their counsel to customers to have "patience". Indeed, you need limitless patience to deal with this bank.
                I have decided to pull-out of this bank and go to a smaller bank, where there is some one you can talk to and explain what you need from them

                  This is with reference to the above subject. I have literally been forced to put this mail to you and bring to your kind notice that the customer care and the resolution being given has gone down drastically.

                  I have been running from Pole to Pillar to understand the discrepancy and get my money back, but I have never been given a concrete resolution. When ever I call-up customer service I always get to listen, you have to wait for 2-3 more days and a new service request no. is handed over to me.

                  Just to give you a brief insight as to what lead to the discrepancy, please read further.

                  Sir, the discrepancy started when I traded in ISPAT INDUSTRIES shares on 22nd of FEB. I sold of 2400 shares on Trade value of 103680/-(inclusive of Brokerage and STT) . Out of which some 29K got credited to my account and remaining showed in limit option of ICICI direct account. On Tuesday (26th Feb) when I checked and wanted to confirm for the remaining money, the money did not get credited and further did not show in my account also.

                  That very day I called up ICICI Direct customer care and tried to confirm on the discrepancy… I was told that there was an off line trading in my account on 22nd Feb (ICICI people itself did it). Some 545 shares of RNRL of Trade value of 73K was bought because of which the money has not been credited, ok if this is the scenario then handover the shares ( I asked the CCE) , I get to listen, sir the shares have again been sold (off line) on Monday and there are no shares left. I asked for the money, I was told it will take 48 hours… I was given a service request no. . . . And was asked to wait on confirmation that money will be credited in my account. Money till date has not been credited in my account.

                  After the 2 day period had lapsed on 28th , I again called up customer care , again I spoke to CCE , the person on the other side told me to wait for another day, I was handed another service request no. and was told that I will be given the resolution on Sat ( 1st March), no resolution was provided.

                  I again called up on Sat evening and again I was told to wait for another 2 days. That is till Tuesday (That is today.) no resolution again. Further I was again told by your CCE that you have to wait for another 2 days.

                  Sir, my issue is I have been calling up ICICI since 26th and I have never been given a proper resolution. Please help me as I have any ways suffered a loss on Ispat and further I wanted to cover up the loss by investing in the market as market has again come down, but as I don’t have money I cannot do any thing.

                  Please help me in getting this money back.

                  Date – 28th Feb – Mr. Shekhar. Spoke to him in regard to the SMS on my mobile no ([protected]), he again gave me a SR no. SR57691451. Confirming me that money will get credited to my account on 29th.

                  Date – 1st March – Ms. Puja – no resolution on the SR request and no confirmation for the money to be credited.

                  Date – 1st March – Mr. Akhilesh, this person banged the call on me. No resolution.

                  Date – 1st March – Ms. Deep pal, this lady had again tried to solve the issue , she called me up also and had told me that money will be credited in my account by Monday evening or by Tuesday morning

                  Date – 4th March – Ms. Vinee. This lady told me that she will ask one of he managers to give me a call and again said this time she will not give me any request no. and confirmed u matter has been escalated to the higher authorities and it will be resolved in 3 days.

                  Sir Please help in resolution on highest priority as I am suffering loss as there is a fluctuation in the market and I desperately need this money.

I have been helping him in trading in his account since last month since he is a frequent traveller i have been following the query of wrong debit of an amount of Rs. Rs. 428,283.34 from our account.


                  My husband having ICICI Demat A/c no : 34180657 and savings a/c no :[protected] and ICICIDirect Account number [protected] have been following up with you ICICI Direct people from last 15 days when we found the difference in our net worth due to wrong debit from our account without making any transactions.

                  We would like to summarize the complete issue of last 15 days . It all started on Feb 27th morning at 9.0 am. When we checked our portfolio on 26th evening after trading hours it showed limit positive Rs. 200,000 and Net Worth Rs. 86,50,000/- . All of a sudden on 27th morning before trading hours the limit reduced to - 2,50,000/- ( negative Rs Two Lakh and Fifty Thousand ). We reported the matter to the customer service on the same day but without any results. We have come across Mr. Haresh - ICICI branch at Shoppers Stop, Ms. Meenakshi- ICICI Borivali, Mr. Balchandra Nayak ICICI Borivali, Ms. Amarpreet - Andheri (E) AKruti and now MR. Bidhu - New Bombay. Now Mr. Bidhu is unwell and we are talking to Mr. Brajesh.No work on SR nos are generated.result is zero.

                  We have always received weird replies fom your customer service who without taking the efforts have just reported that everything is fine. Also we have an email from Mr. Bidhu stating we found that there are no cash / share Pay out pending for your ICICIDirect Account number [protected] and the problem remained unsolved.We kept repeating that the reconciliation statement shows a difference please check there is some error but he refused to reconcile saying it was not his job.

This has been informed to Mr. Prajesh verbally by the operations team. He has promised that he can give the same in writing to us.Due to your system error our account has been extra debitted.Also regarding the difference amount the same will be credtted to our account once it is confirmed by your office.

                  It is highly irresponsible for a big bank like ICICI where lakhs of people are doing online trading not to inform the customer of their systems technical problems,
                  Secondly you have refuted our claims and have always tried to defend that everything is ok without going to the depth of the problem and arguing on wrong basis and not trying to understand the clients grievances.
                  Trade history has been changed or datas recorded wrongly have been rectified. we have docmentary evidence of all what we are claiming.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                    I deposited a Balance Transfer cheque from HSBC bank to my ICICI Bank credit card No.[protected] for Rs.47,000 vide Cheque No.416454 on 20-12-07 at Tirupur Branch,Tamilnadu.

                    I have been charged for the above amount with interest,tax etc, by the HSBC, because for cancellation they need the original cheque. I requested ICICI to return the cheque since January.
                    I contacted ICICI several times there is no conclusion. Their tele complaint reference no's: SR56738943 & SR57595999.
                    Later given mail complaint on 1-march reference no.SR57905784.
                    it was assured by

                    ICICI Bank Credit Cards — Mishandling with Cheques

                    Hi sir,
                    Inspite of mine regular calls to to IVRS for one payment issues for month of April. I deposited mine cheque for Rs.6756 prior to 11 days befor mine due date. It sucessfully debited from mine account for mine credit card. But it has not credited for mine credit card account which even after regular calls i am unable to traced out. everytime i called ICICI bank credit card customer service centre but they bluffed me for various issues like i didnt pay the amount and even collection peoples started calling me inspite of solving the issues. Moreover, i have ample of documents to prove that it has been credited to mine account. Kindly take neccessary steps to overcome such issues.

                    I have been issued a ABN Amro Bank Titanium Card recently and before i receive the card i was sent a balance transfer cheque with 'Cheque no. 612795' of worth Rs. 10, 000.00. For your kind information i had not asked for it and on top of that i have been recently issued a statement with all the charges included with Rs. 10k.
                    I duely request you that kindly withdraw this cheque as i have not utilised this cheque and nor do i need it. This is very sad that since the first day i am facing difficulty with your bank. Your bank has really bad reputation in this regards as my brother also had cautioned me before i took the card.

                    Pls do the need ful and see that the cheque is cancelled and no charges are levied on that in my statement.

                    ICICI Credit Card — Offer not send by the Bank

                    Sir,

                    There was a offer from ICICI Bank credit Card, if spend 30000/- through credit card with in the period from 1st Oct 08 to 31th Dec 08 for Reebok Carry Bag. But after one and half month go after offer finished there is no respose from any side and also when I call at customer care there is no satisfactory response from there. They always said there is no update till date please wait for some more time and when I ask to register my complain they asked we can't register your complaint on that. Please advice what I should do.

                    In the last month bill the amount pending against my bill is Rs 80/-, Your people is charges Rs 500/- as late charges and Rs 500/- as interest against Rs 80/-. This is quite ridiculous. If this amount is not waived, I have no other option except to go to consumer court and also give a wide publicity in the media. this is nothing cheating people. Last month I have cleared the total bill by paying Rs 20, 000/-. By mere taking card from your bank, people are getting cheated. If the interest amount is not waived, I have no other option except to go to consumer court and also close my card from your bank and go to another bank.                         on my mobile i got sms from icici bank ICVBP ABOUT succesfully proccessed a bill of Rs 100 for TOUCHTEL DELHI MUMBAI IND .[Inv. No.[protected] ].The previous day ,already a bill of Rs 814 was paid to the company . I was surprised by the message and inquired from AIRTEL C. C. I was told by the company that no bill oher than Rs814 was grnerated by the company . I conveyed the same information to icici bank credit cards and lodged a complaint on 21 / 02 /08 but of no use . Current statement is reflecting Rs 100 bill as it was before lodging the complaint .No body cares for the customer.
                        I did not receive Rs 5630/- as B . T . It was also informed by me to to icici bank but of no use , who cares ? The same is reflected in my current statement.

I am using these card since last 1 year (12 months). I am also using ICICI Bank future card No.[protected] from June 2008. I was satisfied with your service, but this time I am not satisfied with your service & not interested in using your credit cards now. Because this is first time you had charged unnecessary (wrong) charges i.ie. Late payment fee Rs.400/- + service tax Rs.9.39 & Rs.49.44 + interest Rs.75.98 = Total Rs.534.81. I paid my credit card bill before due date then also you charged abovesaid charges. I dropped Cheque No.587632 for Rs.4816/- (on Abhyudaya Co-op. Bank Ltd., Sec.17, Vashi) on 25/10/2008 in ICICI Bank ATM at Vashi, Navi Mumbai. It may possible because of Bank holidays (Diwali) cheque not collected from ATM drop box from you. That is not my fault. I had not received hard copy of credit card bill for period 10/10/2008 to 7/11/2008 till today.But I got SMS on 23/11/2008 about outstanding amount. so I saw my credit card statement on-line on your website on 24/11/2008. I found you charged late payment fees & other charges. Kindly debit these charges & credit my account for Rs.534.81 immediately otherwise I will think for cancellation of all my ICICI credit cards. On 25/11/2008 I had dropped Cheque No. 587634 dtd.24/11/2008 for Rs.11, 409/- (on Abhyudaya Co-op. bank Ltd., Vashi) as per your SMS.                           Sub: ICICI Bank dishonors its own branch Pay order
                          Its Back office (Right Hand) Dishonored its own Branch's (left hand) pay order sold to me.[Height of the situation is Both hands do not know what the other one does or should do]

                          Complaint: I had purchased a pay order for Rs 1,00,000 [ One Lakh] on payment of its pay orders charges. & cost from my SB A/c maintained with them.

                          Unfortunately, when the same was issued & valid on date of presentation, the same was refused / bounced by ICICI''s back office, for reasons best known to them.

                          Consequences : On account of the above, I as a CARDIAC PATIENT at the fag end of my life,1st time has lost my reputation before my Vendors, In fact, though not well, I had to run for more than a week between pillars to post, keeping all my jobs aside. This resulted into loss of reputation, productive / professional man hours,additional conveyance & communication cost, worth around Rs 21,000 + Physical harassment, mental agony & consequential delay etc.

                          This is nothing but a restrictive & unfair trade practice which deserves to be set right quickly by its top management.

                            In nov Stat i got stating on 16/10/2007 i had done a Trans of Rs. 1000 i.e malad that too from my Addon card which i or in my family had never done i had complained regarding the same and also send an dispute letter on 29/11/07 as they told me to send this was told by executive Karishma and she also told me not to make any payment till it is solved complaint no SR46061621 after that i did not received any responce and again spoke to the Executive and had sent again the dispute letter on 8/1/08 still after that i did not got any respaonce i called them several time i also spoke to Service manager Nitin Pamlikar on 24/02/08 he told me he would take this in priority and would give me call after two days but i didnot then on 2/3/08 i again called up to the custommer service and spoke with Willsom now they are telling me that we have sent me the charge slip which i have not yet received and u need to pay the Amt as well as interest charged on that amount now i just want to know that if that trans is not done by me why the hell should i pay that amount and also the interest charged it is the bank mistake .... this is not the first time iam using this card from 03/05 i had experienced several illegal charges which i need to fight or crack my brain waste my time and reverse the amount i my whole history i have never made any late payment this is just adding an bad ctredit on my name ...

                            ICICI Credit Card — Illegal Charge

                            Dear Sir,

                            Ref Credit Card No.[protected]

                            In the month of March2008, some body used my credit card and paid online electricity expenses of various person. The total amount paid by him was Rs.15610/-. Immediately when i received statement i lodged my complaint that these all expenses was not incurred by me. ICICI bank credit card department reversed the said expenses in the month of April 2008 statement. Two months later in the month of June 2008, the same amount was reinstate by ICICI bank credit card department without informing me or without giving me reason. On 10.05.2008 as per telephone disucssion with call center i send one more letter to Mr. Brijesh PAthak Asst Manager-Chargeback stating that i still dispute on said transaction even then they include all these expenses in my statement. Near about more than 200 time i called there call center for reversing the said expenses but no body take the responsiblity. Three time i went J.B Nagar Branch and showed them these expenses was not incurred by me but no body want to take decision. Every one told me to write a letter to ICICI Grieveance department. around one month before i write a mail to icici bank and still the matter is in dispute.

                            I want to lodge comapliant aginast ICICI bank credit card department and therestaff those who are torching my wife and spread rumor in my society that i am not paying there liability in absence of me.
                            I request them please come my house when i was available but generally they come when i was not available and torching my wife.

Mohali amounting to Rs. 70, 000 plus. I registered a complaint and have the complaint number. They have also informed that my card has been blocked. No one is guiding me whether the bank has to also file an F.I.R. or not. Or, whether it is the responsibility of the consumer to go to the police?

                            As Reference to my credit card statement the amount of Rs.400/- on the date of 08/10/2009 has been entered as late payment fees. I am paying the amount regularly every month wise . So explain reason for deducting the late payment fees and reversed the amount or if not I will cancelled my credit card.

                              I am writing this mail after a lot of frustration, in last two days your executive have harrassed me

                              I have this issue with your bank on interest charged to me which was amounting to 12331/- six months back now this amt is 42338/- & after another 3 months it will cross 100000/- also

                              I want to ask you a very simple question - You have a telephone at home & you dont pay your telephone bills till you dont get the bills isn't it normally everyone does that, because you dont know how much to pay & also you want to check how much the bill have come, the same has happened to me as i was waiting for the statements to come & your collection dept executives always used to assure me "sir you dont worry just pay this minimum amt & we have forwarded your request to concern dept to send the statements pls pay xyz amt" & they didnt come & interest mounted upto 12331/-

                              When i had signed up for the card i had mention my statements should come by emails, but then to it didnt come, after my many request / complaints i get your statements by email but then, all your other charges excluding transaction amt summed upto 12331/-

                              I had earlier also mention i am not liable to pay this amt of 12331/- which is only of interest charges & late payment fees & interest on interest has become 42338/- & may be after few months it will be 100000/- soon

                              Above all this, i got a call from your collection dept - Ms Puja (mobile #[protected] on 25th feb, 08 saying we have resolve your issue speaking to grieavances & vigillance dept & they have agreed, only thing you have to do is sign on dispute form & write your reason of dispute, also you have to give a cheque of 6000/- on the name of Icici bank but that too it is only for security purpose & also asked me to write behind the back of the cheque " pls do not deposit" she also assured me cheque will not be deposited she took my trust & fools like me still trust the strangers, but to be honest with you i didnt trust her, i trusted the bank - Icici bcoz she represents Icici, she is asking payments for Icici, talking on behalf of Icici, so i trusted her, she assured me cheque will not be deposited & will be sent to me in 2 hrs along dispute form acknowledged by Icici

                              What a fool i was, i waited for not 2 hrs but for 2 days i must have given approximately 50 calls on her number but she was not picking up my phone then today in the afternoon i got a message saying thank you we have received your payment of 6000/- against your credit card dues

                              Do you think this was the way to collect payments ?

                              I immediately rushed to nearest Icici branch at J.B. Nagar to check whats happening

                              There Mr Mangesh (counter # 5) & Ms.Sheetal Nair (head for the floor) answered we cant help you on this

                              I am lodging a police complaint for the above matter

                              This is vey upsetting, i didnt expect this from the best private bank in india, this is a total fraud

                              If this would have been happening to you / your family member what you would be doing, plus we dont have time to follow on all this - just give it a thought

                              To be frank with you, i use credit card only because i dont want to carry cash with me, i dont want to use your money if you see my full statement i have made lumpsum payments as i dont like paying in instalments

                              Only when i used to not receive statements i used to give small amounts as said by the collection dept, that too expecting that statements will come

                              Currently i have done a stop payment for the cheque

                              I once again request you to resolve this issue asap

                              If there is any transaction money pending from my side i will pay it immediately, but will not pay for interest charged to me & now interest on interest and interest

                              You can send your executive to resolve this issue immediately

                                I would like to bring to your attention following facts about the unethical and illegal practice of ICICI Credit card division and bank and cheating being done.

                                A Credit card No - was issued to me on November 2002 which got expired on November 2004 . First The bank charged [debited ] annual fees from my savings bank account towards the annual charges while It was issued a life time free of cost basis and Later this was amount credited to my card account which is still unused and unnecessarily blocked for no fault of mine.

                                On August 2007 I was shocked to receive a SMS alert informing that Some transaction has been conducted through the card issued to me .Since I had not used this card at all therefore I immediately informed the customer care to block the card and transactions through this card.

                                I was assured through a telephone call from your customer care division that needful will be done and card has been blocked.

                                After that my credit card statement issued to me for the period August- September 07 reflected an amount of Rs.17958/ only to be paid to the bank for the transactions supposedly conducted by me . I informed the customer care that these transactions have not been done by me at all and I had already informed customer care about it.

                                Subsequently a fresh statement reversing the amount of Rs. 17958/ was issued pending enquiry into the matter.

                                After some time bank issued statement reflecting the amount again which I had not spent through my card.

                                I had sent many letters and emails to charge back department [ as advised by customer care ]to explain how transactions have been conducted and authorised by the credit card division but no reply on the matter has been sent to me till date about it.

                                Subsequently I met one of your employee from credit card collection Mr Ankit Goel ( Rohini Delhi Branch )to resolve the issue but he neither resolved nor revert on the case despite of my rigorous follow-up.

                                Now from January 2008 onward Your recovery agent start to calling me and abusing me for delay payments and on 1 st March 2008 I received an SMS that ICICI bank has transfered an amount of Rs. 20,760.00 from my Saving Bank accountno .This has been done without any information, discussion or knowledge .

                                Credit Card — FRAUDULENTLY DEBITING MY SAVING ACCOUNT

                                Dear sir

                                Please note that im a user of your credit card bearing card no [protected].

                                I have already surrendered my card and settled the amount also. As per your notice no 251982 dated 3mmarch 2007 my amount was due for rs 40200/- and i recd a call from your recovery dept in this regards and accordingly i paid a sum of rs 23500/- on[protected] and rs 9000/- on[protected]. the balance amount was rs 7700/-. for that i told the recovery people as they called me for the balance payment i asked them to collect the payment from me and give me the no due letter. they promised me to give the no due letter on 4-10-07. i said them to give the letter and take the balance payment they agreed for that.

                                But you have blocked my icici saving account and deducted the amount from my saving account without any intimation to me withou providing any intimation. and the amount which you deducted is rs 8700/- were as the amount was rs. 7700 only.

                                After that you have once again deducted an amount of rs 10000/- from my accouny yesterday without any intimation. My saving account maintained with you is once again blocked and due to that my 3 cheques have been dishonoured for whic icici bank is responsible.

                                I request you to reverse the payment of rs 19000/- to my saving account as you have deducted this amount without intimation to me and due to that my emi cheques have been bounced.

                                Kindly revert back to this mail and reverse the funds today otherwise i will be forced to apply to the consumer court as you have deducted excess amount and your recovery people have used very rough language also.

                                As i want my funds back kindly trf it today to avoide any inconvenience.

                                ICICI Bank Credit Card — Fraud and Cheating

                                I recently got the ICICI credit card and I was offered 101/- to be used before 29th of November. I used the 100/- on the 29th of Novemeber as per the offer. To my surprise on the 30th of November they simply reversed the 101/- offer and charged me the amount due as 100/-. When I called for the first time to the ICICI customer center, the representative said she had talked to the billing department and you will get the 101/- rs as expected and charges will be reversed. The next day I called again at the call center to confirm and I got the reply that I was eligible for the offer amount and 100/- amount will be reversed. Then I asked do I need to pay 100/- as you might put me late fee as charge in 15 days advance to the paid date. She ensured me that I don't have to pay anything and you have 0 balance as of now. But to my surprise I got the latest statement telling me to pay 493.26 /- where they charged 393.26 as late fees instead of reversing the 100/-. When I again talked to the customer care center, the fellow told me that you have been charged the late fees as you didn't pay the last bill of 100/-. I told entire story but he simply said i have filed complaint again and come back after 3 days.
                                This is simply a case of cheating to make fool of customers. I had faith in ICICI but now totally lost it as their way of cheating.

                                You are absolutely correct Gaurav, I too get frequent calls from those numbers and they say anything to force people to accept whatever they are offering. A better approach is to ask them to give their ID and call transaction ID, if they have that option. Or any advt on their website about such scheme.

                                I used to get lot of calls to convert EMI and regrding personal loans. Even sometime the girl in the other line speaks in a flirting slang. She will try to lure people or she insists others to get a new card and by the time when you are about to apply the card they will ask you for some new documents about which they won't reveal it during their 1st call. so beware of things.

                                Even some one offered me a ICICI EMI card with lot of false promises. i even got the card and after that i crossed checked the same by calling customer care. I found that many things are contradicting, so i canceled the card on the spot. then they asked me to cut the card in to 4 pieces and drop it in any ICICI ATM.

                                so for you, i would say don't believe in EMI, if you have money then pay it as quick as possible. also even when paying money, preserve the receipts, challans. call the customer care immediately and inform abt your payment along with the receipt numbers.

                                ICICI Bank Credit Card — Regarding-- Credit card outstanding Amt.

                                I have a ICICI BANK Credit card No.[protected].The service of credit card was satisfactory upto ending April-2007, after this the service is unsatisfactory, problematic & also painful. In the month of May, 2007 I received a call from ICICI Bank on my mobile (Old) from New Delhi that I have won some prize of Rs. 40, 000 /- out of which they deduct 10, 000 /- for commission out of rest balance Rs. 30, 000 /-. They said me that I have to take a ICICI lombard policy about Rs. 19, 000/- I said that after thinking about this I want one day than I can reply. But ICICI lomward representative press me and said "why think so? Again they told me that the amount of policy will be deducted from won prize balance (Rs. 30, 000/-) I said first sent me Rs 30, 000/- then I will agree your policys.
                                On 31st May, 2007 for transactions were shown in the statement of 21st June, 2007 i.e. Rs. 110/-, Rs 3250/-, Rs. 2990/- & Rs. 60/-. These transactions were not done by me. When on credit card instructions the signature of card holder should be done and I have follow the rules and signed on back of card, then how the card is missued by others. So I am not a defaulter in this regard. The statement of May, 2007 was received late due to wrong address, so the outstanding amount Rs. 600/- was paid on 3rd, July, 2007 through cheque which cleared on 7th, July 2007 in statement of 21st July 2007.
                                Out standing amount was Rs. 9108.80 was shown again in the statement of July. In this regard I was made a complaint through call centre that I have not received any policy of ICICI lombard then why they are sending this type of statements.
                                In August, 2007 statement they credited policy amount Rs. 19, 555/- So that outstanding amount became Rs. 9414.89 Cr. Due amount was Shown Zero. Again I contacted with ICICI bank credit card call centre and said that because I have not received any policy so it may be cancelled. In statement Sept. 2007 Amont is added Rs. 17510.86 & outstanding Amount was shown Rs. 7042.02. After receiving the statement again I made a complaint and faxed to ICICI Bank Ltd. Chargedback Deptt. IInd Floor Empire complex 414 - Senapati Bapat Marg Lower Parel Mumbai- 400013 and after 10 & 15 days again contact through call centre and as suggested I sent my complaint through courier on dated 24.12.07. As said the problem will be solved within 3 & 4 months I have not received any solution of my problem and statements received countiously, when I called again in mid of February 2008 and I was suggested that contact again after 28th Feb. 2008. In March, 2008 A representative of ICICI Bank was contacted me with comments that the outstanding amount is to be deposited. I contacted in Upasana Tower, Jaipur with representative of ICICI Bank credit card, but they were not interested to solve my problem. So Please look into the matter presonally and oblised.

                                I have been issued a free life time card in 2006 4xxx 8005 in 2006 but i havent even opened the cover with the sticker intact but i keep getting messages on my mobile saying that my credit card is overdue.
                                I wasnt even aware of the credit card number as i had not at all used it and raised a cmplaint but there has been no response. The collection department cald me for payment and i even complained to them regarding the same. I have not received one bill so far and do not know what is happening and how an unused credit card can do wonders.

                                ICICI Credit Card — Directly debit my Savings Account for false Credit Card charges

                                The below mentioned mail was sent to ICICI Bank from my personal email on the date mentioned. After that I have send them few other mails, but in vain.

                                Till date nobody even bothered to contact me. Your guidance on the same is highly solicited.

                                Respected Sir / Madam

                                This has reference to your letter dated 19th April, 2006, Ref. IB/04/844, which states that my savings account no.[protected] has been debited for Rs. 6, 600.00 on 19th April, 2006.

                                Whatever the relevant terms and conditions is set out in the Card Member Agreement, I highly abide by it. Actually I was not aware of these Terms and Conditions. While issuing the Credit Card nobody highlights these terms and conditions. Anyway that’s a different story and lets come to the facts.

                                It all started way back in 3rd Sept 2003. I had issued a Cheque No 517300, for an amount of Rs. 15, 488.68 from my ICICI savings account, Connaught Place Branch, New Delhi. I dropped the Cheque in the Drop Box in Rajouri Garden Branch on the 4th Sept 2003. But the same Cheque was produced in my account on 24th Sept 2003. The problem started from there.

                                Actually in my Statement dated August 28, 2003, for the period July 29, 2003 – August 28, 2003, for the Card No. [protected], the total amount reflecting was Rs. 16298.68. There was an Annual Charge of Rs. 750.00 and Service Tax Incurred Debit of Rs. 60.00. I deducted this amount of Rs. 810.00 and issued the Cheque.

                                I just need few explanations from your side. When it was told to me that I would have a Lifetime Free Credit Card, why was I charged for the same? Secondly, when it was chargeable, how was the same waived off in my next statement? This is as far as the charges are concerned.

                                Above all, the reason why I held up the so-called payments was that when I dropped the Cheque on 4th Sept 2003, why was it produced on the 24th Sept, 2003. When I contacted your Customer Care Executive, they told me that they havn’t received my Cheque. Where was the Cheque in between these days? When I went to your Rajouri Garden Branch, I was told from the records in their Computer, that on 5th Sept 2003, the Collection Boy had collected the Cheque. Who is to be blamed or penalized for the same? I took up the matter to your Customer care Executives (namely Shiela, Padmini & Shalini), but they could not assist me neither I had any idea of how to go about it. Actually, I had no written proof or any authentic seal & stamp from the bank regarding the dates, because it was dropped in the drop box. But I would like to confirm you one thing that your Rajouri Garden Branch people should me the records in their Computer.

                                From there onwards, I used to make payments for only the amount spend by me and not the other charges. The amount that you lien marked in my savings account is not the amount spent by me on the card. It is only the charges.

                                Then one fine day, I got the address of your Office in Delhi. Let me clear one thing that whenever I asked your Customer Care Executives about your Office address in Delhi, they used to tell me that they don’t have any in Delhi. I still don’t know why they refused to give me the address. I went to your Office in Videocon Tower, Jhandewalan, New Delhi on the 4th April, 2004. I went to the 9th Floor and met Ms. Adeeba Khan and gave her a request letter for the above-mentioned problem and also handed over my cancelled credit Card No. [protected] and the Add On Card No. [protected]. She promised me to resolve the matter, but promises are made to be broken and nothing was done.

                                Then on 12th April 2006, my savings account was lien marked for an amount of Rs. 8, 710.58. I was not aware of these facts. I went to your Office in Jhandewalan, 2nd Floor and there I met Mr. Rajesh Kumar Ram on the 13th April 2006. Nothing was done but I got a sort of threatening from him, because he is in the Recovery Division. I requested and pleaded him, but he showed his power and Rs. 6, 600.00. On the 15th again, I met Mr. Vinod and Mr. Tulsi Prasad, both from Recovery, as Mr. Ram was not available.

                                Now since you have already debited my Savings Account for an amount of Rs. 6, 600.00, I would request you to look into the matter. Firstly, whether the Cheque was collected on the date mentioned i.e. 4th Sept 2003, secondly why was it produced on the 24th Sept 2003?

                                I am just requesting you to look into the matter because I have already made the payments. It is not only a matter of money; it is a matter of ethics.

                                If nothing can be done from your side then please guide me that whether I should approach the Reserve Bank of India or Consumer Court.

                                I shall be highly obliged if you kindly resolve the matter at the earliest and help me out.

Even anybody can check those numbers. But in almost all SMS from EXPRESSIT, they furnish to contact those 2 numbers.
                                Becos of these bad/worst behaviour of this, some of my couriers have been returned back to the sender. Lot of inconvenience becos of them.

                                i hold a credit card which (i was forcibly given) i never used.

                                i contacted your customer care centre to cancel the card. they said it will be cancelled. but i kept receiving the statements.

                                after some time i was given a notice to pay a huge amount.
                                When i went to chennai customer care centre they verified that i never purchased..infact never used the card. they said i need not have to pay the money since i never used the card.they told they will cancel the card.

                                What the hell is this... i am ICICI's customer and this bank is did something shameful that made me to think worst...

                                I, Isha Luthra, Hold a credit card #[protected] with your bank.In Dec'07 there was an outstanding amt of Rs 850/- for which i deposited the a cheque in ICICI Bank ATM drop in sector 62 JIT institute.However, I was confirmed by bank that they have not recvd the payment and the cheque is not found.I immediately issued another cheque and gave it to an executive visited my office.
                                I was told that once they receive my payment of Rs 850/- they will waive off late fee charged.I agreed

                                But every month I receive statements instructing me for immediate payment.There is no amount of "Actual payment" Its just full of Late fee and other charges.I called up customer care.But they said They cannot waive off charges of more than one month in just one month but it will be systematically waived on month on month basis.They wont be able to help me but i need to talk to Mr

                                Today I was shocked to see my credit card details which I saw through net banking that there
                                was a purchase of 62, 861 Rs from my add on card released in the name of my Wife Deepa Mehta..

                                I would like to draw your attention that I never applied for Add on card and never received that card .
                                I came to know that there was a request of address change of my account which was never been done by me.

                                There was four transaction which was done within 3 days by add on card which was never received and used by me and my wife ever.

                                Total purchase done in two days was around 62, 000 Rs

                                I would like to tell that I guess DSA of bank are invloved in it and security have many loop holes in ICICI bank.

                                If these ppl distribute cards like peanuts then this will happen to many more ppl...

                                Credit Card — False Recovery- ICICI Bank Credit Card No. 4477580042336005

                                I had a credit Card No.[protected]. Operation was normal. One day I got a statement regarding late payment of renewal fees. I immediately opposed their billing and I was told by their customer care that you make a payment and late fees charges will be waived off. I made the payment. Again I received statement late payment without availaing their facility of their card. The customer Care Department kept us assured that extra payment made by us will be adjusted. After that I made some purchase and adjusting our extra payment I paid their dues within the time limit. After 4 to 5 days I checked from our banker(IOB) but that cheque was not produced for payment. I immediately contacted ICICI Bank who advised us to stop the payment of earlier cheque and issue fresh cheque. I followed their instructions and issued cheque of PNB. This cheque was cashed. After taking their dues they again produced our earlier cheque which was stopped by my banker IOB. After they slapped fine of cheque bouncing without considering the fact that they do not have a single penny due on me. I wrote to ICICI Bank. After that they started slapping fine on my card and I strongly opposed and clearly told them to correct their records failing which I will discard their credit card. I discarded their Credit Card and returned to them. Today I got a call from Mrs. Heena Desai who introduced hereself as Recovery Officer of RBI threatening me to declare defaulter if I do not pay Rs. 1, 504.00 to ICICI Bank immediately. I pleaded her for cosideration of my case but she was issuing Talibani Order. I have two letters in my possession giving all facts. Please guide me what to do with this type of arm twisting of ICICI bank.

                                I has canceled and had made the final settelment of the credit card with ICICI Bank in the month of May itself. I have a settelment letter also with me.

                                This i had to follow up by myself by calling the collection agency several times and and ultimately got the same settled. Now i find they are sending the bills every month asking me to make the payment and if delayed they will report to CBIL.

                                How to stop this, when i call up the customer care they want me to call and follow up myself which means clearly that they are not ready to help the customers

                                I am a ICICI Credit Card Customer, i had dropped my credit card pymt chq before due date, but due to some messup from ICICI bank neither it came to my bank not recd by icici bank, now i have got charged for Late Pymtn charges, i am trying to contact ICICI bank call centre, from last 10 days buut always found system crash problem... call center executive are like god to me and every now and then they are making me call to call centre, stating that the system will be up in next 1 hr. I have weasted almost Rs.100/- in followup... there is no customer services as such with ICICI bank, neither they answer call properly nor answer there email... its better not to take ICICI credit card.
                                i want to know, how to get my credits card current statement about my bills and all.
                                this is my humble request to you, to please help me out as soon as possible about my question that i have asked.
                                Me to am suffering with the atrocities the ICICI is bestowing on the clients. I was charged a funny charge ranging from Re. 600 to Re.1500 as " excess usage fee" I objected and requested to them to correct, finally when there was no response to my telephonic/Courier/mails I finally stopped paying and am still requesting them to correct but instead of corrections they have blocked my saving account, and the most funny part is there is no response from them. I think ICICI has started a new way of collecting ransom from the people.

                                ICICI Bank — Savings account charged automatically for fraudulent Credit card

                                I have a Savings account and credit card for ICICI Bank. On 18 July, 2008, my savings account was debited Rs. 21312.83 without any prior intimation or authorization. This was for my credit card on which the bank had levied numerous fraudulent & inappropriate charges. Only Rs. 7280.83 was the purchase total.
                                On calling the call center, the executive refused to do anything. I managed to speak to the floor manager but she happened to be as "fake" and unhelpful as others. I was promised that I will get a call from her supervisor on July 21 but there is no call. Further, my credit card has been blocked so that I cannot call them back.
                                This is a total fraud on part of the bank. All reading, do not operate with ICICI bank - they can deduct any money from anywhere for anything and then block your account so that you cant do anything. I will however, take this matter up till the highest level possible.

                                I own a credit card no.[protected] which was issued on 08/07, by Big Bazar.
                                I have never opted for my NDPL billing automatically through credit card. Even I'm not aware when the person has tick that option while filling the form for the credit card.
                                The problem is my NDPL bill was paid through credit card in the month of January (this was not intimated to me). Even I had paid that bill myself. After paying the bill I started getting calls and got a courirer that I have to pay the particular amount with late fee. I had called your customer care number and talk to the lady there.                                 After that I again got a courier that there is a late payment due. I had called the customer care and she forced me to pay the amount. She sent some person from Jhandewalan Branh to receive the amount. I paid the amount unwillingly. He said that now there are no dues left .

                                This is total harassement which I am suffering with this credit card.

                                I have been using a Credit Card for sometime and always used to pay the charges in time with full value. However, for the past three -4 months, they have been adding Late fees charges and Interst. For the Last month, they have not even deducted the payments made.

                                Even after realizing their mistake, they did not bother to send me the revised statement to make the payments. However, they are not bothered even after writing to them 20 days back.

                                ICICI Bank is charging high Interest charges for Due amounts. They are charging interest on the basis of totel amount due in the previous statement although i have paid 70% amount before due date. still interest have been charged on total amount for total credit period instead of remaining period.
                                First of all when a new person take a credit card all of your agents of ICICI lombard take the details of your credit card holder and called them and make them fool by their humble request of thdir lady caller. I have received such type of call from your executives of Hydrabad that there is a great opportunity for you from our ICICI lombard. But I refused them. After a long request from their lady caller that before refusing our offer please see our terms and conditions which we will send to your doorsteps within one week. After reading all terms and conditions If you feel benificial it to your self then we will call to you for final decision then your policy will start on that day and first premium will be debited from your credit card. I agreed and allow them to send. Then they asks me to send all the details to you as per our rules and regulations you have to clear a simple inquiry from our head office. In that inquiry they will ask you that you have clear all the terms and conditions about the policy and you have to answer yes otherwise they will cancel the request. So i agreed. But I asked them that these type of inquries should be after the final decision. But they told me that this is the bank's conditions to send the details to customer. Then final call received by myself and they asked me as i have previously told by your executives and i answered them positivly YES as I was instructed.
                                But After the final verification i received the message of transaction in my credit card account. Thus they frod with me and made me fool. This is not fare for your bank that they are making fool their own credit card holders. As I am the customer of ICICI bank for last four years. I am also a customer of ICICI lombard medical insurance.

                                Please take strict actions against these type of executives of agents who are reducing your customer satisfaction.

                                I am very fed up withl all these and now wanted to get my money back which is 5800 rupees.

                                I have also complaint in your ICICI lombard customer care but they told me that you have to pay a sum of rupees 3200 to cacel your policy.

                                I possess a credit card of this bank called icici, i got a statement for six months, the first statement itself shows a previous balance of Rs.982 /- when i am using it for first time, they have also charged a 100 rupees for late payment and also an amount of Rs.2000 in excess when the total bill amount as per my repeated calculation comes to only 2400 totalling to an amount of 4200/- ( as per their calculation) this is radiculous and professional way of looting a customer who likes to maintain a credit card perfect ly, so iam cancelling this card and sugesting other customers who go through this mail to cancell a icici card if possess OR THEY WILL SQUEEZE YOUR POCKET AWAY

                                I am extremely harrased by the bank manager regarding the same.I had to run from pillar to post in that ICICI branch to get my justice which I finally didnot get.

                                My complaint is attached with the mail.I am holding a credit card of ICICI Bank..On February 1, 2008, my card had fraudulant transaction of Rs8745 from Home Solution, Electronics Bazaar(Pantaloon Group, Shipra Shopping Mall, Ghaziabad by someone whom I dont know.I had taken the copy of all details and proof of Transaction slip from the merchant.A proper police complain was also made at local Police station on February 2, 2008.The matter was forwarded to the ICICI BANK with the complaint (SR[protected].After some months, bank came out with reply that the case went in favour of the BANK.I asked several times from the bank to provide the copy of the report & transaction which I never did.The bank never provided the details.Instead the BANK sent Recovery people to my house 5 times & they behaved rudely.We told them that we are ready to face the matter in the court for the justice.Now all of a sudden the BANK deducted Rs11395 from my savings account unauthorised way without my consent.The bank never called me nor they intimated about this action by any correspondence.

                                I request you to take the matter & give me proper advice to get the justice.

                                I am a credit card holder of ICICI Bank from last 8 months, from first month i was not recieving any statement from bank, numbers of time i complaint to customer care, but after a long time i recieve a statement from bank with lots of charges i that. even i had requested customer care to waive that charges, but no result... My actual outstanding was Rs.22000/- but bank increased this outstanding to Rs 26500. even without informtion bank had deducted rs 13000/ from my saving account.
                                I suggest to u guys that pls dont open any saving account in ICICI Bank.

                                I have been trying to reach the ICICI call center for the last few days. Its impossible to get through at any time of the day. After entering all the details I get a recoded message "Due to high call volumes we will be unable to attend to your call". I tried the Karnataka number and stayed on hold for 20 minutes before disconnecting. Not to mention the many times the agents have picked up the call and disconnected. The one time I did get through the system was down and I could not get anything done. The service is PATHETIC. I am forced to use the service because it is our salary account. Someone needs to be accountable for this.

                                I worked at ICICI, I-process credit card collections as support executive nearly 1.5 years.

                                ICICI Bank Credit Card — card cancelled but they have not cancel at their end

                                Dear Sir/ Madam

                                I have used ICICI Bank credit card since last 5 years and i had made payment every month b4 due dates. Last November 2007 i had cancelled the said credit card but till date the bank persons have not cancell the same and they were putting mental harrasement to me via phone and sending bills every months.

                                I have made payment of October 2007 in the Shahpur drop box on 23rd oct.2007 and due date was 30.10.07. Some of reasons they were not credited the said payment. They have called me on my cell immediately i have given cheque to their represntative. The very next month they have charged Rs.400/- towards late payment. I had requested them somany times to reverse the said late payment but they hav't. I had tired to called them and destroyed the said credit card alongwith letter droped in the drop box. but they have not cancelled the same.

                                In the month of january i had paid rs.100/- as per their caller calls to cancelled the card but they hav't.

                                In the month of feb.08 i have again call from their caller and paid rs.400/- additional for cancellation but they have not done their duties.

                                I have given so many e mails to them but till date they have not act anythings.

                                Kindly help me in this matter

                                My credit card number 4477 4670 XXXX 3002 was used online for a fradulent transaction which was billed to me in spetember 2007 statement with a transaction date of march 2007. first of all i dont understand how any bank waits 7 months to lodge a charge, and if you say you recieved the charge in september then why in october you levy interest for 8 months !! either the charge was wrong or you are trying to get money for a fradulent transaction. This has been repeatedly brought to the notice of the ICICI bank, J.B Nagar, andheri branch by me personally visiting them and submitting umpteen letters since a year now. Neither the letters are accepted not acknowledged, only photo copies are taken saying that they do not have the authority to acknowledge.

                                Also my name has been put in CBIl. Lately on repeated visits the details of the transaction were given to me and they admitted that it was an online fraud but they cant do anything as too much time has passed. I had showed them the correspondance that i had immediately pointed out in writing and also repeatedly, they say they are unable to help.

                                I had also been filing online complaints since jan 08 but still to no avail and all i get a reply saying that the problem will be taken care of in 48 hours. I guess 48 hours expend to more than a year.

                                ICICI Credit Card department & ICICI LOmbard — YOUR EMPLOYEE CHEATED ME

                                i recieved a call, from ICICI Credit Department Hydrebad, a person named Rajeev (ph: [protected]), told me that the credit limit of my credit card has been raised to 1Lac,
                                he also insisted me to take up a health insurance of some 3Lac Rs. to which I refused.
                                She told me that I will recieve a call from ICICI Chennai, confirming that I recieved my call, and he will ask me questions related to insurance policy, to which i have to reply yes for every questions.
                                he told me that it is just a verification call that I recieved my Credit Card, he told me that

Insisting that I need to say Yes that I know about the policy, he was annoyingly adamant on my saying yes to every question except for the 2 que that i do not have any doubt and i do not suffer for any disease

                                within 05 mins i recieve 1 messages that Rs 5860.00 has been deducted from my credit card.
                                I do not recieve any papers requiring my approval.
                                This is a clear case of fraud. Your employee Mr. Rajeev called me on 5th of Nov 2008 cheated me by providing me with wrong information.

                                I would like to cancell that policy if it has approved
                                I called your [protected] toll free number and asked him that I do not need this policy, and he told me that the database is not yet updated, then how come I recieve the message this soon.

                                Do look into the matter, I will lodge a complain in consumer forum about this incident, and log a case if required.

                                This is a highly disappointing. I will not suggest any of my friends to have an account in ICICI bank any longer.

                                I had to book 2 air-tickets for Delhi to Chennai. I called u ICICI customer care and told them that i have a ICICI Titanium Credit Card and need to book some air-tickets and asked them to tell me if any cash back offer is going on.                                 Now after 6 months, Today I check my statment and saw that the bank has debited Rs. 6210 /- on 16 Dec2008 via ECS from my ICICI Bank A/c.[protected].

                                I was shocked and scared about the transaction. Kindly Guide me for the way to get back the amount o any legal action can be taken against ICICI bank Credit Card.

                                ICICI Bank Credit Card — Groundless charges levied

                                Dear Sir,

                                During my last month's credit card billing period there has been lots of groundless charges levied on me. First of all on submitting the cheque well before time they levied a late payment fee on me. Then when I contacted them saying the same, their reply was "We have not recieved any cheque from you, please drop in another one." I insisted that it is a fault from your side, please search for the cheque but the phone banking person was adamant on me submitting a new cheque. Then I asked him in that case please don't forward the old cheque for clearance and I had provided him the cheque number and all other relevant details. I went and did the payment in cash this time to avoid such problems and paid some 100 Rs. more too for cash payment. And then to my surprise I see that the same day they had forwarded the cheque which I had asked them not to forward for clearance! As a result HDFC as well as ICICI both have again levied hefty fines of 350 and 400 Rs. approx plus service charges because the cheque has bounced.

                                I have been calling their phone banking people and they are so unmannered that they keep on hanging the call whenever I question then strictly. I am so irritated with this behavior from the so called "Number One" bank of India. This behavior is so unprofessional and the way they are making money is unethical. How can you penalize me for a chain of incident triggered from your very own fault? First of all they are reluctant to reverse all the charges and on top of that I have to pay a fine to HDFC also. Any institutions with even a little bit of professional sense would have apologized for creating such an inconvinience to the customer and would have paid for all the fines imposed directly or indirectly because of their own fault.

                                I wish someone listens to this complaint of mine and takes some appropriate measures. Moreover, if someone can point to me to the Banking Ombudsman who will be handling this case, as I wish to escalate this matter to the proper authorities.

                                  I, here undersigned requested you that the account holder of the ICICI bank,Mumbai branch,Rizwan Hussain has not send the bank commission charges to the bank of Lacaixa bank,Madrid ,Spain.I had deposited the commission charges to his account number[protected] as instructed from the Lacaixa Bank but the charges has not send to the Lacaixa bank til now. When I had made a call to his number ([protected]) he cheated me not to call again to his number.Why he did like this to me ? I thought it means that the monies that I had deposited has been used by him in wrong ways.
                                  So I had requested you please do help me in returning the monies to my nominated bank account number [protected] of the state Bank of India,Manipur University Campus, Branch.

                                  ICICI Account Holder — Cash not dispensed from SBI ATM

                                  sir,
                                  on 1st April 2009 at 1:14 PM I tried to withdraw 1500 Rs but the ATM not dispenced Cash & slip, after this i tried 2-3 times, then ATM responded as "Sorru unable to process", after this when i check my balance in other ATM, i find my balance is debited by Rs. 1500, which was not dispenced by ATM.

                                  Dude do you realise you shouldnt be giving out your bank acciunt number on public forums like these. It's supposed to be a very private and confidential detail which can be misused now by anyone who sees it here.

                                    I have Credit card holder of icici bank with card no-"[protected]". On the date of 28th July 2007 my credit card is lost. For this i have already inform to customer care for block to credit card. On that time some fraud transaction(27866/-) is done my credit card. Thus i have to also inform to customer care- Plz stop the that transaction amount @27866, which is not used by me. But customer care exe. haven’t cooperate for that. after all i have to complain in nearest Police station for FIR.

                                    After some days, i have to FAX to written Latter and FIR Copy to icici credit card department for the reversal of fraud transaction amount 27866/-. After the verification by icici credit card department, my fraud transaction amount 27866/- has reversed and amount to be credit in my credit card. icici bank also given to latter for the reversal of fraud amount and also the credit card statement dated[protected].

                                    But after one month once again Bank was debit the that credited amount 27866/-, without any information and any real bases. Many times i have remember to customer care, but i have not get any response.

                                    Now bank was blocked my bank a/c with icici bank, thus i have getting financial problem and mental disturbance. Plz solve the matter.

                                      I am a salary account (A/c no:[protected] holder of ICICI bank for the last 2 years. But without my consent suddenly hold amount has been credit card payment. i contact ICICI phone banking service but i have unsatisfied his answer.

                                      For the hold amount by bank, i have facing very critical financial problem. because other bank's Loan EMI and other many transaction are linked with my icici Bank a/c.

                                      Thus i have not capacity to attend any financial losses. Kindly solve the matter on the urgent bases.

                                        This is to inform your bank is recruiting people scientifically,the person who have open my account is a fraud person,it is because he told to me that he will open ZERO balance savings account and instead of it he had open CURRENT account which is useless.

                                        I dont know how much your bank is giving commision to achieve such target of opening account with a fraud manner.I want to close the account which will take Rs500 for the same but i will take money from him because he had open this account ,I also go to AMBAVADI BRANCH in Ahmedabad but nobody was knowing to him, i had also call to S.G highway branch he is not workin there also than i think he is using the name of bank and the 3rd person is working on behalf of him.I want immediate reply
