ICICI — PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED - ICICI INFRASTRUCTURE BOND 2005

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have to inform you that had purchased some ICICI infrastructure bonds which has been allocated to me in the month of febuary 2005 and which were already matured in the month august 2008 but so far I have not yet received any communications form ICICI regarding maturity nor the maturity amount cheque. I personally contacted with the nearest ICICI Bank and the they and they failed to supply that particular information about my maturity amount as well as cheque details.

Please help me out.

ICICI — Phone Calls

Hi,
I recently got a postpaid connection from vodafone in Kolkata and my number is [protected].
I am frequently getting phone calls from ICICI charging that this number belongs to some Amit Roy who has taken some loan from the aforementioned bank.

This is going from last 10-15 days and if it doesn't stop in 2-3 days, I will have to lodge a FIR against the company and the callers (I use to ask their names).

So, request you to stop the calls ASAP,

Hi, I had withdrawn 12000 Rs using my HDFC bank debit card at an ICICI bank ATM. Today i was purchasing some medicines at a medical shop, i gave him a 1000 RS note and i was shocked to hear that the note was fake... he checked the seriel number and told me that it was a fake one... Kindly suggest me what should i do next?? Can i get the note exchanged??

ICICI — wrong fine for late payment

ICICI — Cheating on Home loan

I have taken loan two years back from ICICI bank when market rate was 11.25%.
After two year i was happy to see that my EMI reduced, Later on i come to konw that they increased my tenure by 14 months... Even though market rates droped now to 9.75% but i am still paying 11.25%!!!!
Smart way to cheat customer. We need to takeup this issue to media. Lets starts getting together gents, and given one big punch to cheater bank ICICI.
After a long debate with bank manager, unofficially she agreed that bank is cheating customer and gave personal advice to approch other bank. But i need to shell out huge amount to come out of this trap... god save me.
Please drop me an email if you have same issue. We will take up this issue with RBI or Media.

This is in with reference to the unauthorized withdrawal of Rs 6500/- from my ac no on 18.10.09. I have raised complains serial no[protected]/[protected].But I have not received any reply from ICICI.I am not able to understand what kind of service Madam Chanda Kocchar is giving to her customers. This is my personal request to Mam that plz look into the matter and take action asap.

ICICI — online recharge

I did a top up of worth 550 to BSNL number through ICICI online recharge, which is not yet processed.
Rs 550 has been deducted from my ICICI account[protected], but recharge is not successful.
Please check this matter

ICICI — due to wrong statement paid extra amount but they not repaid if i gone for settlement

in the month of june thers is due of 900 rupess , but tay put cheque return amount 2000 rupess , we came konw that in the month of november , thay send a statement 5400 rupess due payment keping over and over pennatly . serveral time i made call to icici customer care they unable give proper answer . then i decied to pay total due 5400 ruess to avoid pentaly , by that time i made call to custercare they informed taht it a wrong entry . but i deposited cash 5400 repess in bank . so i want returent my balance amount , so please do need full ,i between i send a mail for settlement , by that i came to know that i has to pay only 2600 rupees , so please do needfull in this regrds

ICICI — deduction of cpp

Sir,
I am using icici credit card for the past 2 years( credit card no: [protected]. Two months back your representative phone to me and ask to join cpp and explain the details of ccp , if i am intreasted they asked to phone after 6 days. I was not phoned. But after some days they are sending one letter with some stickers and one message come my mobile they are going to deduct Rs.1295. After receiving the message I phoned to your representative at that time he is ask me to contact after 3 days but I am not able to contact your staff because whenever I phoned to your bank and enter the card number at that time one message come your entry is wrong so that I am not trying. For the last bill you are asking to pay Rs.1295 plus some taxes etc. Because of this, I cut my icici credit card and write a letter to icici credit cards Chennai. Today also I got a message from your bank for the current month bill. Why you are sending this type of message I already informed your bank I will not pay even a single paise for this ccp. I have no credit with your bank. Actualy you are cheating a genuine customer Why you are wasting your paper and time. You are harrasing me in the form of bill. This is for your information, because I am not purchase any thing for your amount. Just enquire about this
