[Resolved] ICICI Direct.com — ICICIDirect Fraud - Income tax filing service | |
ICICIDirect has several options while registering for their income tax filing service. I registered for the service which costed most (Rs. 1250/-) and they promise a dedicated relationship manager for this option. It is close to a month now, but they haven't appointed a relationship manager. When asked they say that I have to ask for one explicitly by mailing to [protected]@icicidirect.com. When I mailed to this id, the mails get bounced. When I complained this at ICICI helpdesk, they simply ignored it. Also, when I escalated this issue higher up as per the escalation matrix on their website, they simply do not seem to care. Forget about response, I am not even getting acknowledgment mail. I have decided to close all my accounts with this now Good-for-nothing bank which used to be a good bank at one time. Anyone who is reading this information, please be more wise and stay away from ICICI bank and ICICIDirect service. They have been too arrogant with their success and it their time to collapse into dust. Was this information helpful? | |

I completly agree with this. The product is shoddy one and customer service too is poor regarding this product. It is better they stop this product for the time being.
I purchased Tax services, and money got deducted immediately. So far, I've not heard anything from them. Emails to support have bounced back. Apparently, tax services are provided through taxsmile.com which has negative record on customer support. ICICI direct is trying to find ways to extract money in whatever way it can

I want changeing my address in last 3 years but every time custemer care said to check the online proceeds.
In this i can not find the changing the adress process can u please tell me how to change my new parmanent adreess with old adress.
I have no one any bank statement received without this process.

ICICI direct dont have a proper document handling process.My demat account got deactivated.
When I asked customer care about the process to activate this account.They told that you have to submit the KYC as they were lost in flood.As part you have to visit the ICICI direct center and submit the KYC.
When I visited the center(J P Nagar-3rd Phase Bangalore), initially I dont found anybody in there office at around 11.30 IST, then same one came and told that today there was no person to handle your request you have to come som other day.
When I visited the next day the relationship executive dont have the idea about the process of activating an old demat account he simple asked my to open a new one.
Strangely I dont found any phone on that office and I came back I again call the customer care about this issue.Then as per the discussion between CC and relationship exec. they accepted one form called linked form along with 250 RS charges.After some days I found that all my documents are already there and they have rejected that form since my documents are already there.Strange still my account is in inactive state.
No escalation handling process is there for ICICI.Tomorrow if you loose your money then will simple tell no proof.SO this company has lot of flaws its better to stay away.
