[Resolved]  ICICIcredit Card — Reward points transferred to Imint program

ICICIcredit Card — due after payment settlement amount

I had a credit card of cenurion bank CARD No.[protected]. Then it transferred to icici bank having CARD No. [protected].

I had a due at dated 31.5.09 amount :28, 988.32
I had received a call from call center agent name kalika bose he told me to settled my card with 10% discount payment of amount 27, 000.00. as per discussion i paid amount 27000 on dated1.6.09 after that again i received payment due statement the remains part of amount from 28.988.32.

i have also complained to icici credit card bbsr they have trail from spceship kolkata (call center) regarding this 10% discount but they didn't talking any step for it. It is too worried for me.

ICICI Bank — Transfer of REward points to IMINT

Transferring reward points of ICICI credit card to IMINT program without consent of customer is totally unjustified and unfair. ICICI bank should immediately revert back my reward points.

ICICIcredit Card — Hard Copy statement not received yet

I dont received the statement for the month of JULY-09 yet.

I am also getting calls from AIrtel 10 days prior to due date asking for payment. I dont understand why would these companies call people before the due date, when we already have a contract to pay by due date.
If you do go for law suit, let me know also.

IMINTS Reward Program — IMINT Site is not working

From last couple of weeks i am trying to access IMINT site, there is some issue while accessing this ite with following url:

From past 5 years i am using icici credit card. i have accumalated more than 2200 points.Due to i.mint worst service i am not able to redeem my points.Icici should immeaditely cancel its collabration with i mint and switch to its old reward poins

As many people said my icici card points are transferred to i-mint without any intimation from ICICI. After some time, my points in in-mint a/c are suddently disappeared, when I enquired about with i-mint, they informed I have redeemed my points but they refuse to give how I redeemed the points. This is a purely cheating

Iam using my creditcard since last one and half year, and till now i din't receive my points, recently i got message for transfering these points to imint and they will send a card for me . still iam waiting for that and please send my new and present address (i.e) 10-5-50, Kisan nagar, Karimnagar.-505001, not only this somany times i called to ICICI customer care center regarding this issue, whenever i call to c.c they will leasten everything and they are not doing any thing and more over they are telling one new scheme or new insurance plan and they aside my problem. sir, please send any future corrspending to the above address only. please send I-Mint card .

I also never received imint card and without any prior notice all my credit card points are transferred to imint points. Fact is that if I do not want imint card which actually never received (bogus card) than what is the process. According to ICICI Bank it is not possible!!!

I had ordered for Rebok sunglasses vide no 66330 on 10 Aug 09.When I enquired today was told courier BLUEDART did not deliver the item hence its returned.Before shipment it should have been checked so that this was avoided.Can you send me the details by a letter so that I can go to consumer forum about BLUEDART'

I have similar thoughts about this transfer of rewards points from ICICI to i mint. Worst is the rewards poits just start disappearing from one's account when one reads the account statement, and comment says that the redemption of points is authorised by ICICI bank. This is absolutely unfair and wrong on part of ICICI bank. I think ICICI needs to remember that it needs customers if it has to survive in business. I really don't know if they really care for customers. As far as i mint web sit eis concerned, th eexperience i very dismal.

I want to know my i ming points and how will get it? i haven't received imint card also. If i want encash my points that what is procedure?

From my credit card([protected]) account an amount of Rs.567.90/- is debiting towards Lombard GIC ([protected]) monthly without my consent .I have not enrolled in any policy with icici.From last several months i am complaining about this to icici lombard kochi office. Always they will say that from next month statments onwards it will be rectified.No action they have taken so that i have given written complaits to them with acknoledgements.still it is continuing so i contacted icici credit card office ernakulam and all the matters explained to the Manager.He said all the matters will be rectified with in 8 days. I met him on 18th august.But even today i have not received any reply. I kindly request to verify the statements from september 2008 ie from the begining of this recovery and recast my account deleting this policy, penalties interest etc so that i can remit the actual transaction amount without any delay

I WILL PAY THE SAME AMOUNT TO EXCUTIVE ON BANK FAITH, BUT WITHIN A WEEK I RECIEVED A BANK LETTER OF SETTLEMENT.
