Dear sir,
I am an ICICI bank customer(icici bank SB A/C No.[protected] Aliganj Lucknow A/c Name SACHIN SAXENA),
made a transaction with IDBI ATM, Location: Raja ji puram, Lucknow on the 27th of September evening for widrawl of rs. 15000/- but at this atm, notes of 500 and 100 are placed in a
way that i recieved 29 notes of 100 inspite of 500 and 5 notes of 500 inspite of 100. there a dispute of rs. 9400/-
occured. i very suddenly made a compliaint regarding that. but still i hadn't recieved the amount back. that widrawl
i made regarding an emergency. .On my visit to the ICICI
Bank i have been told that until unless IDBI refunds us, how we r going to revert, ; and on my visit to concerned IDBI branch,
I logined a letter of dispute. they are telling its an interbank transaction and they have asked for a claim to VISA.
I Just want to convey that i made the transaction regarding a personal emergency and if i won't receive the
amount that will disrupt me a lot and i want it reverted as fast as possible. I am facing lots of problems due to that . it was my amount of salary and it has breakened me up to great extent financially and i have been told by the bank authorities to stay for at least 45 days.

I finished my exam for the post of executive on contractual basis, yet i have not received any details and result regarding the exam, please kindly inform me about the result

I had purchased three idbi flexibonds 22 on 3.02.2005, folio number: 22IFB2966044 from Industrial dev. bank ltd.,
each issuing price was Rs5000/- and these bonds are already matured, but i could not received
the cheque to my address.

Please send the details to whom we need to contact to get more information on non-recipts of
the maturity amount.

I haVE HOME LOAN FROM idbi. i APPROCHED FOR THE SET OF DOCUMENTS FROM THE BANK AS i NEEDED THE SACTION PLAN FO MY PROPETY. TO MY HORRO THEY DONT HAVE THE PLAN WHICH I GAVE IT TO THEM WHILE APPLYING FOR THE LOAN. NOW THEY HAVE LOST IT AND I AM RUNNING FROM ILLAR TO POST FOR GETTING MY PLAN. MAKE SURE U HAVE COPIES OF THE DOCS BEFORE U GIVE IT TO THE BANKS.AND WICH ME LUCK

I have a home loan with IDBI, I applied for an enhancement and processing agency charged me the processing fee paid INR 11, 236.00 upfront. They were not ready to log my case without this fee, I had to pay.
Then IDBI declined my loan for eligibility reasons and now I am struggling for last 4 months to get my money back.

Dear Sir,

This has reference to Unsigned letter without date, from Branch Manager, Nallasopara, under Ref. No. NSP/2008/189 in connection with Sub. No. 1 above, received by me on 2nd Sept.2008 through courier service.
At the outset, I cannot but express my shock due to sudden exorbitant increase in yearly Rent for the Bank Locker effective from 1st April 08 (but intimated to me after nearly six months) and the service tax thereon @ 12.36%. For ‘A’ type locker I was paying a reasonable Rent of Rs. 425/- per annum which has been now revised to over Rs. 1000/- (incl.of service tax). I do not know the basis for such sudden heavy increase in the locker rent with retrospective effect from 01.04.08 without any prior intimation to the Customers. I feel, this increase of Rent is unreasonable and its unilateral imposition on the Bank’s customers can not be justified. I would, request you to let me know the reasons for this increase in Rent for Bank Lockers.
Further, I had renewed acquisition of my Locker No.33 on 25.03.08 on payment of the Rent at the rate prevailing on that day and it was promptly debited to my S.B. A/c No.2440. I feel, therefore, the sudden upward revision in the Locker rent now decided (vide your letter under reference received on 2nd Sept.) but with retrospective effect from 01.04.08 can not be made applicable to me since I had already paid, in advance the due rent for the entire period of one year from 24.03.08 to 23.04.08. Hence the excess Rent now debited to my S. B. A/c without any prior intimation to me and my consent thereto should be refunded & credited to my said A/c with Nallasopara Branch.
I would request you to clarify the position in this respect.
Incidentally, I may add that I had opened S. B. A/c with Nallasopara Bank, only because the Branch used to be open on Sunday morning, As you know, the residents of such far off Suburb are required to leave home quite early morning for their service etc. and they return home late evening. Thus, they cannot avail of any Bank service except on weekly off viz. Sunday. I leave for my Office at 7.00 AM.and return home earliest at about 8.00 PM. Hence I cannot attend to Bank matters on any day except Sunday. I do not know why your Nallasopara Branch has suddenly withdrawn the “Sunday Working” facility making it impossible for the Customers to visit the Bank without taking leave from Office.
I therefore, request you to consider the problem faced by Bank’s Customer like me and restore the Bank’s working on Sunday morning as before.
For your information, I have already discussed with the Manager, Nallasopara Branch on the aforesaid matters.
Early action in this matter will be highly appreciated.

My name is Arun Kumar from Bangalore. I have a long pending issue with IDBI Bank regarding housing loan. I did not get a proper justification on the issue, hence, I thought of approaching you.
The complaint is - I had approached IDBI for a housing loan to purchase a site (plot) which falls under gram-tana jurisdiction in Bangalore. The DSA (Philip) a representative of IDBI Bank reviewed my case, checked all the documents and he said that I was eligible to take loan. I gave all the documents required, along with processing fees of Rs.5510. After that, IDBI announced that they will not fund for Gram-tana site. It is because of the bank's change in funding policy, I was turned down. I approached the bank and had lot of email communication back and forth; they say that- as per the loan application form, the processing fee will not be refunded at any cost. I don’t see this to be justifying. Please let me know your email address and I would like to send you all the email communication in this regard. Looking forward to hear from you soon.

The bond has already matured on 25.08.2008 and I suppose to receive the mature amount through cheque. Nearly one month is going to over but I have not yet received the mature amount.

HI,
I have applied for Home loan top up at IDBI bank pune, processed everything according to home loan. got sanction letter as home loan top up. amount got disbursed.. got welcome letter of home loan but bank has to say their system shows its a mortgage loan and not providing me interest certificate. and when asked them its IDBI mistakenly entered loan scheme as mortgage but they are giving very slow and unwilling response with irresponsible statements.
I have all support documents. Please suggest how to deal with thisl.
