I have withdrawal Rs. 10,000.00 at around 2:00 PM of 19th–Nov-2009 from ICICI Bank ATM in Mayur Vihar Phase-III, New Delhi:-110096, But we did not received any slip & any cash amount from ATM Machine so I again withdrawal Rs. 10,000.00 form Same ATM but another machine and ATM ID is S1CW2434 at 2:06 PM of 19th-Nov-2009 and this transaction was successful I received both slip & cash Amount Rs. 10,000.00, But on behalf of first transaction Rs. 10,000.00 has been credit form my account, but that transaction has been failed, So I logged call in IDBI Customer Care at Date 20th-Nov-2009 and my call Ticket No: is PA/ATM Dispute 20/11/2009 but now customer care is saying that we received cash amount Rs. 10,000.00 in first transaction, while that transaction was failed and we did not received any cash amount even slip.

i have offer later too and accepted offer too...

my salary is 20000/- per month..

now when i decided to joint axis bank, i need releaving letter from previous iob...

i went to my previous bank ie hdfc bank... they told me to give within 3 to 5 months...

my axis bank manager told me to joint axis bank... so i joint axis bank...

now after 3 months my axis bank branch manager started pressure for releave letter...

in morning they asked for realeaving letter and in evening asked for business...

so they heavely started pressuring me whole day for business and realeaving letter...

now after my negative responce of realeaving letter they went to hdfc bank for my realeaving letter .. and

hdfc bank told that he will get within this months...

ie after 4months...

after 3.6 months axis bank told me to resign from my job, due to realeaving letter...

i had resigned on same day ie on 27 th jan 2009...

they told me that your salary for 3.6 months will get soon...and can joint bank again after your realeaving

letter.

now on 16 th feb 2009 i went to mumbai and bought my realeaving letter and gave to axis bank. they told

that we will conform u as soon as possible...

and after one and half months they told me that u r not joining bank again.. and your salary will get soon...

till date i didnt got my salary .. they had given me travel allowance and mobile bill....
but nothing about my salary...
i told i[censored] r not giving me than tell me fact that we r not giving u salary...

but they had give me mobile bill and travel allowance, so i m waiting for my salary....

if they r not giving then why they gave me mobile and travell allowance...

now after march all my branch manager, western zone head and all connected people we posted at other

branch so no body is giving me a proper responce moreover hd department were not responding mail or

reaciving phone too...

requested u to do needful for me...

I SIGNED A CKECK OF AMOUNT 45000 WHICH IS BOUNCED BY BANK ON THE STATEMENT
OF THAT THERE IS NO AVALIBILITY OF BALANCE
BUT ON ENQUIRY WE FOUND THE BALANCE ON ENQUIRY
DUE TO THIS MISTAKEN OF THE BANK WE HAVE TO SUFFER FROM A LOSS
IN TRADING COMPANY THAT SOME DEALS IS CANCELLED OUT

NOW I M HOPING AN KIND AND IMMEDIATE ACTION AGAINST THS MATTER
I STRONGLY FEEL TO FREE ME FROM TE LOSSES WHICH I HAVE SUFFERED DUE TO MISTAKEN BY THE BANK

i m surprised the way things get handled , i was in regular touch with your coustmer care dept for an incorrect loan shown in my account and after being promised by your team that it was a mistake from your end and the name will be deleted from CIBL data and a appology letter to be given in my name why my name still feature in the CIBL data showing a loan of 74000/- and outstanding of 115000/-.

I want immediate action to be taken in this regard and revert back to me

I hold a IDBI home loan for the last 4 years around now. My initial loan amount was around 27 lakhs. I repaid almost 65% of this amount during this period. Now , last month i had requested for a topup loan of Rs 3 lakh. I can tell you all , I'm facing the worst of verifications along with wrong commitments for the sales team.

Firstly, when i gave the cheque for Rs 3000/- on 31st oct 2009 the sales offical had commited for a rate of intreste of 9.75%. All of surprise later 3 days he told me it is 10.25% though my current home loan is running at 9.5% (floating). I had to accept his new terms as i have almost wasted 2 weeks there. I thought it's over but not

Recently(on 23rd Nov 2009) they have called up one of my high profile lady associate's who has been given as a reference by me. Here they instead of doing a verfication on my name/credentials , they have asked for 2 unknown people , asto if she knows. She paniced if her contacts are misused by IDBI/related agencies and gave me a ring to notify it. I took this complaint back to the sales person which was not positive as he was not aware asto who has done it

Lastly Im not sure where this is going on. This happened to me who has been so genuine and re-paid almost 65% of loan amount in short period. Please let me know if any of the complaints can be officially take up ( either for wrong commitment or misusing my referenced contacts )

Dear Sir/madam,

I have applied for Home Loan in IDBI Bank, Pune. But due to my CIBIL Report they denying to give me loan.
In my cibil report there is a overdue of ICICI Credit card showing, but I have already paid all my overdue in the month of Sep 2009. Last payment I have paid the payment of this Credit Card in April 2008.

But now I dont have any overdue pending with me. Still IDBI is rejecting my Home loan requirement.

If I have already Paid all overdue then why CIBIL is still showing outstanding. Why IDBI rejecting my loan application even though I had submitted NOC from ICICI Bank.

Please suggest.

I have applied for Home Loan from IDBI Bank,during thier special campagien in Pragati Maidan,New Delhi on 01st/02nd Jan'2009.The processing fees of Rs.2000.00(Rs.Two Thousand Only) was paid thro cheque no.869957,dated 04.01.2009 of HDFC Bank,Ashoka Niketan,Delhi,alongwith other required documents.
The same was debited to my account on 10.01.2009.I got an intimation in the 4th week of January'2009 that due to some internal reasons they are not processing my loan.Inspite of several follow ups,I have not recieved back my Processing Fees of Rs.2000 till now.
Kindly help in getting my refund back.

1. I bought Home loan from idbi bank Nerul Branch & they Forcefully made me open a Savings A/C.
2. After the Savings A/C was opened by depositing Rs 2500/- I was not able to withdraw it due to unavailability of Debit Card. Than they debited it for some Charges & when the Balance was resduced as a result of Debiting my A/C. They again debited not maintaining balance 2500/-. Now finally I have to suffer & at last I have to bear loss of Rs 350 Approximately.

My Question is 1. why are these non-ethical Marketing strategy developed for creating new customers.
2. How can they automatically debit Amount from my A/c.

My atm card captured in atm machine (sec 22 chd) in the evening , on very next day 24/10/2009 at 10:00 AM i informed to Mohali 3b2 branch, bank personal assuerd to get back it on 27/10/2009, but card had destroyed without any information

i am girraj sahu from sawai madhopur rajasthan right now i am doing mba from distance learning and also prepairing for the competition ,but i have a problem with the date of theexamination of the idbi banks executive ,assistant manager and staff selection commissions tax assistant examination .both are held on the[protected].so due to the date i can not fillup the form of the idbi bank exams because i have fillup the form of the ssc exam .so many time due to the same date or matching the date we can,t fillup the form of the various exams so please think about that and please make the date suitable for the every person so that they can sit in the various exams.

My name is S.P.Saravanan. I had applied for IDBI Bank Assistant Manager Grade 'A' on 19.10.2009 by payment voucher at SBI Branch name MADURANTAKAM Code:00870 and my UR ID:2774860. In the advertisement it is stated that application fee can be paid at SBI or idbi bank branches. The officer didn't provide the unique id no. I explained that i have to fill the application online using the unique number which you have to write in HRD and Candidate's copy. I was informed to ask at IDBI BANK customer care. I'm not getting proper response.

Last date for the online application form is 26.10.2009.

Kindly consider this mail as request and take necessary steps to advice the advertisement authority of IDBI bank to find a solution for this problem.

After maturity of IDBI flexibond 1996, the bonds were submitted to the company for encashment of the same. But the maturity amount is still awaited to be paid in my account.

I've been repetadly complaining about my card pin. Rs. 60 was deducted from my account on 28th April and I never got the pin delivered.

Also, I've never been communicated why I've not got the PIN. Now you people have deducted Rs. 110 as part of the card annual fees. It seems that you do not have common sense. I've not been using my debit card since a long as I do not have a pin for that and still shamelessly you are deducting my money.

The amount is very much small. They are lacking in customer services especially the branch (V.V.Nagar, Gujarat) where I've my account. Whenever I used to complaint on the phone, they are diverting me again and again to the local branch. I have not received any telephonic communication from them. Complaints are being closed without even contacting me.. Ridiculous and pathetic service and no sense of serving customer. Used to send the auto reply kind of e-mails

No update from the bank as of the date.. Ridiculous..

As on 07.10.09 I have try to withdraw cash from IDBI ATM two times for Rs 1500 each. But system shows error and there was no Cash withdrawn.
But the bank had debited my A/c both times with Rs 1500 each total Rs 3000. I have mail the complaint to IDBI Customer Care.
