yes... u r right... so many people have faced the same problem... plz change the dates of examinations according to our convinience

i want to change my examination centre from Mumbai to Kolkata.can i change my centre? if yes then what is the procedure.

i am dipendu barik from kolkata right now i am doing M.CA and also prepairing for the competition, but i have a problem with the date of the examination of the idbi banks executive, school service commission.both are held on the[protected].i have fillup the form of the ssc exam and idbi exam.
so please think about that and please make the date suitable for the every person so that they can sit in the various exams.

I Mohan from Kanyakumari dist. I have completed my MBA last year and am preparing for competitive examinations especially for the banks. Only after applying for both IDBI and OBC Banks I came to know that both the examinations are being conducted in the same date[protected]. If banks will conduct there exams on the same date then how a person will appear in the exams. I have filled both of the form online.... actualy IDBI did not mentioned the exam date on the pdf file which they used for advertisement. i have a copy of ads too ... if there is any provision to send the pdf i will send.

Plz make the IDBI exam on 20th Dec 2009 cos I applied for IDBI executive post and SSC Tax Assistant post and both the exams are on the same dateie 13 dec and I too applied for the Oriental BC also and its date of exam is on 27th dec . There is no other competitive exam on 20th Dec .

I din even get hall ticket, I had paid Rs 400 at IDBI at Kannur branch. Sounds like they are making money, had similar experience from Union Bank as well.

My name is S.P.Saravanan. I had applied for IDBI Bank Assistant Manager Grade 'A' on 19.10.2009 by payment voucher at SBI Branch name MADURANTAKAM Code:00870 and my UR ID:2774860. In the advertisement it is stated that application fee can be paid at SBI or idbi bank branches. The officer didn't provide the unique id no. I explained that i have to fill the application online using the unique number which you have to write in HRD and Candidate's copy. I was informed to ask at IDBI BANK customer care. I'm not getting proper response.

Last date for the online application form is 26.10.2009.

Kindly consider this mail as request and take necessary steps to advice the advertisement authority of IDBI bank to find a solution for this problem.

Even I am not sure where to find the link to the online form in the bank's website. If I pay the job application fees at designated branch and get the required details I won't be able to fill in the details in the online form. So no point of submitting the money if I can't apply at all.

Hi this is S.P.Saravanan. Atlast, I got a 7 digit Jr. No. today at the bank with my brief explanation. If anyone come across this kind of problem ask them to look for Jr. No. at the bank. I personally apologize for this kind of situation. Its the mistake of the SBI bank employee.

S.P.Saravanan...i think ur very confused nd u r also confusing others...last date of payment of fee at IDBI/SBI is 26/10 not the last sate of on-line application.

I am applying the job in idbi has I have been deposit necessary fee of Rs.400/- on 26-10-09as per your recruitment rules. please send the on line application to fillup and send it to same to your office.

Redemption of IDBI Infrastructure (Tax Saving) Bond
I had procured IDBI Infrastructure (Tax Saving) Distinctive Nos. [protected] . Though the redemption date was 25.05.2003, & Ammount is 5000 for 3.5Year
but I couldn't hear anything in the matter till date.My contact no.(Phone [protected]).

Hi Nalini, even I have a booked a 2BHK flat in Unnati woods with an initial booking amount of rs 1 lakh. At time of booking builder told me that I will have to make two agreements since flat was initialy planned as two 1 room kitchen flats. After booking the flat, I came to know through internet that this is a case o[censored]LC reservation for government employees/chief minister quota. Even if some bank might sanction two diffferent loans for this virtual 2 BHK flat, but still its not legal to sell flats which are meant to be reserved under chief minister quota in open market at high rates. Original cost of such flats are rs. 400 / sq feet. So many banks would not sanction loans to non government people for occupying such ULC reserved flats. In addition, there is always a risk in future of living in such flats meant for someone else. All in one, stay away from such flats and such builders.

The ULC clause of Section 20 is what applies to Unnathi Woods.
There are 3 different types of flat reserved under ULC.
1> For govt employees at special rate 'x' (carries a # mark on the approved plan)
2> For LIG/MIG at special rate 'y'
3> For others at full rate similar to other flats (we all fall in this category)
Thus it is not illegal but I asked the builder to prove this and he was not very convincing. Most experts sat this is a regular thing in Mumbai and many people take this option. Only that its better to take a legal check so that the flat is not under the above 2 options. Section 20-1 is a very strict one which is more stringent and section 20-2 is little easy. This I have heard from a legal expert and do not have further details. Though the expert says that get the agreement checked from a lawyer or the Thane Town Planner. Heard even Hiranadani had these type of flats in Powai.
I have fallen into the same confusion as to stick to this option or change. Will be taking a decision soon, any recommendations?
