Harrasement from IDBI

When I approached IDBI Bank. MIDC Branch, Andheri(E) Mumbai for making loan prepayment in my wifes loan account, the officer asked me to submit the bank satement which I refused. Then he topld me if I could not submit the statement I will be charged 2% penalty. After I approached the Police he accepted the cheque.

Is it compulsory to submit passbook copy while making loan repayment? Is it lawful to penalise for non submission,...

false withdrawal of the money from atm

On 10th of August 2009, all SBI ATMs link were failed. I tried to withdraw a sum of Rs 5000 from IDBI ATM . All process done systamatically but could not get any amount.Around 10 p.m. all atm linked up and I wthdrawn a sum of Rs 7000 from SBI ATM at kadma. Processing fees charged twice

Inefficient work and Lying to the customer

This is Swapnil Shetty with regards to my Education Loan which i received after lot of eternity .The Loan i had applied for was Rs 400000 but after the first disbursement i asked to reduce the amount to Rs 275000. The EMI stated for Rs 400, 000 was around Rs 8500 which after repeteadly following up with Mayur for andheri operations was reviced to Rs 5795 that was after 3 months of disbursement.

Against IDBI Ltd Flexi bond of FLEXI BOND-22 OF 2005A series I invested Rs. 5000/- by depositing cash at UTI BARAKHAMBHA ROAD NEW DELHI on 01.02.05. Non receipt of maturity amount

Sir,
I am having SB account with your madurai branch. I have applied the internet banking facility and password transaction password before one month. FRAUDLY TAKEN MONEY

I Hitesh M Shetty had applied for Loan against property from M/s. IDBI BANK LTD in the month of May 2009, i was asked to give an upfront processing fees for Rs.12133/- which was paid on 04/05/2009 vide cheque no 921420. I was told by Mr.Rakesh Srivastava - Sr. Sales Executive of Belapur branch that the amount will be returned in case the Loan is declined.
