hi this is rakam singh. i have used ur idea connection. my no .[protected]. i have faced problem last 3 days in my incoming call any body call me no connect with my mobile. ur IVR say no is busy. But u r provide the very bed service.

i m shweta chand. my number is [protected]. i have been using this number for the last 4 and a half years.till january2009 all was ok but on january 11 2009 i went to sweden for business trip. from that time onwards i was not using this number. now i m coming bak on august 15th 2009 and when i tried my chip again in sweden it always give me same message "inactive sim". i told 1 of my frnd to make it recharge from india but he said that my number is deactivated.
i want my number to be activated again from idea.
please do this as early as possible.

I am a idea prepaid user my no. is [protected], i have recd. a message that Rs.20/- has been deducted from your prepaid balance for background music. For your kind information this type of facility not availed by me till now from begning of the connection and i never requested to activate the same. Many times you have deducted money from by prepaid balance in different heads. I am so annoyed by this type of cheating. When no facility provided by you then how you can charge ? Pl. advice.
Take the necessory action to disolve the problem.

I am user of your idea postpaid no. [protected] and I do not understand why outgoing call is locked by you, may be current bill is not paid because due date is 22.08.09. So I want clarification why you are locked outgoing call. If you locked my said no due to bill not paid before due date then you note I will not make the payment before due date and if my no is not working out going call immediate then not make the payment after due date.

idea has a useless customer care!!!when ever we call they just say okay okay and cut the call!!!m not able to deactivate gprs daily fun pack they continue to charge even after deactivation
worst customer care just keep cutting the call!!!m being charged 20rs everyday even after deactivating.
