Idea to make fraud
I purchased a prepaid card on 23/08/2009 at 02.00 pm and topped up for Rs. 100 and my account balance was Rs. 110. I have not made even a single call but at 4.00 pm on the same day my account balance gone to Rs. 0.18. I don’t know how. I called to the Customer Care No. [protected], 12345 and also 53500. What a fraud idea. No human being is there in Customer Care. Adithiya Brila Group should pay for me and answer me. How can I speak to human being from this FRAUD IDEA Customer Care.

Sir/Madam i have shifted to Hyderabad Gachibowli two months back.
Here at Gachibowli i am having nill signal, i have complained
the same to idea customer care in the first week itself,
they told me that problem will be rectified within one month,
but this was the second month passing, please consider my complaint
and make a proper action.

I cant understand the problem with these cellular service guys specially with IDEA. They will accept any mode of payment and will come any where in the world just to give you a new connection but when its time to disconnect they will make us run round the world.
Payments will be at one end, customer service will at another end and disconnection no body knows the location even customer care guys will also tell you the address which will be far away from your location.
Guys if you have any ideas (note: not IDEA okay), then please post them and let people know about the solution on this and to get rid of all these problems from cellular service provider companies.
In my opinion our government should provide us everything in one go like they can provide internet, phone, television using one single cable that way they can reduce conjetion as well plus these corrupt people will not get any way to dig the roads too often, people need to opt for it after all its our own money taht gov. is using for all these services, we are paying that in the form of income tax.
Think on it.
