hello sir i want to say you that my net setter idea speed and downloading speed is not good. and i want to unlock my net setter to use any other Sim in my net setter so pls solve this problem.

Idea Netsetter — The slowest internet speed ever.

When i bought the Idea Net setter, i was told that the speed that I would get would be 236 kbps however after buying it i was getting a speed of 5 kbps, i was even told that i would get an uploading speed of 200 kbps however i am getting an uploading speed of 0.4 to 0.7 kbps. I have even raised several complains to them but to no avail. I have not received any positive response and the internet is still extremely slow. Well, i have already given up the hope and should say that it is definitely a BAD IDEA Sirjee..

Idea Netsetter — Very Very Slow Net Speed

I am using a net setter device and facing issues with its speed from day 1. They have committed for 236 KBPS but never get more than 45-50 KBPS. I have complained many times on 4668 and every time it was resolved for a very short time period (for max 2-3 hours).

I am really frustrated with services. Also i tried email communication but every time they send an email like below:

Dear Customer,
Thank you for writing to us.
We have received your communication and will revert back to you shortly.

This is the worst internet service I have seen.

Please suggest what to do?

Idea Netsetter — Bad service

i have started using idea netsetter since 1 week.The service was very disappointing.The download speed is between 1 to 25 with average of 5 kb/sec usually.The connection also gets reset very oftenSo i am not able to download anything because of that.Mine is unlimited plan but of no use.Other service providers provide atleast better speed so that it is useful for customer.Idea providers please DO SOMETHING or else U WILL VERY FAST LOOSE YOUR CUSTOMERS.
