Idea — deduction in talk time balance

My Phone no: is [protected]. I am not using any Value added service , Stil every week there is a deduction of 10 - 20 Rs.I don't know why . I have called to Idea customer care to know the reason of the deduction but no satisfactory anser is given by them. Pls. deactivate if any V A Service is activated on my phone. and refund the amount deducted till now.

Dear Sir,
We were having idea connection & we tried to closed it but your sale point always refused and make excuses. we had some issue on unpiad bill & we were getting calls form persons saying we are idea person and asking payment.

we got mails from JAI PRATAP ASSOCIATES mail ID jaipratap.[protected]@gmail.com and Mr. NARESH JAIN MOBILE NUMBER [protected] COME TO OUR OFFICE & MAKE Nuisance.

MOST WORST PART THAT HE TOLD THAT WE HAVE ALL CALL RECORDING OF YOUR CONNECTION & WE WILL MISS USE IT. MR. JITENDRA [protected] THEY STARTED CALLING OUR RELATIVES BY USING OUR CONVERSATION. AND NUMBER. ITS HORRIBLY

PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT IS CUSTOMER RIGHTS & COMPANY POLICY. how a person can use our call detail and call recordings. its very serious issue as they are your staff or you authorized them so we will treat it as idea team. How you can do such unethical and illegal business practices.

Idea Prepaid Connection — anytime cut the money

anytime cut the money
in this service there will be no regularity. when they want, cut the money in ur prepaid balance. and they are given reason is not match. they are cut my balance today[protected] and given reason is that u are start dialer tune in december and you not re-activate it, So, cut this money for it.
I want to know that they can cut money after a long time without any given message. So, give me a right dicision on this mettar. I am mently disturb for this act...

Idea Prepaid Connection — Cant make call and sms

I got a call on[protected] about 2 PM from idea customer care center and she told me to recharge with in 24 hours for Rs. 125 /- for making my call rate to 40 ps for idea and 60 ps. for other mobiles but i could not able to get the money for recharge.Then from[protected] PM i cant able to make any call from my idea sim card.What service you are doing ? Without any information why did you do that ? Anyway with in 12 hours i need my connection as working, otherwise i will suit a complaint against you .

I had not acitvated any GPRS Option at all, they are cutting my 20 rs per day for same without informing abt there charges and GPRS activation, and it was activated on 9th may 09 as per customer care person and today is 24 may 09, i had not messsage regarding it and not opted for it, this is totally cheating by seeing this i am totally unsatisfied and i had 3 idea connection right now, but sorry i will disable all 3 very soon, now they told me to deactivate by messaging Deactnet20 which was not given to me forcefully

Idea Prepaid Connection — IDEA-CHEATED ME

Dear sir/mam,
I am regular customer of IDEA, but I am very sorry to say that IDEA has cheated me. I was never thought of this, that IDEA can go down upto this much with there valuable customer for just few rupees...

I have an prepaid mobile connection no.[protected] since last year. Actually on 01.06.2009 idea network deducted rs.49 from my mobile for the service named "456 mid pack service" which i didn't activated myself. And when i call at the customer care for the above mentioned problam they just told that i activated this service on 01.06.2009 on 1.59pm.

But sir, it can't possible. Because my mobile was switched off at that time.

And after saying this.. when i just asked about the refund of my money...they just simply ignore it and said...WE CAN'T.

And I tell u sir, with very hard heart we have to maigret to another service provider. And u r the only last option for me.

So I request you please needfully check the issue & take action.

Since my last activation more than about a month back I have started getting 5-7 mesages each day from IZ-53030 etc. the last right now at 20:08:40 12thJuly'2009 writing a silly Joke or a unwanted write up. Later during sometime an advice stating that Rs.1 has been deducted from your prepaid account. Some Chit Chat account claiming Rs.7/- and so on. This kind of cheating through wrong claims and Bill raising is going on since 12thJune.
Why cant there be no check for these items of wrongful acts by such reputed companies?

Idea Prepaid Connection — Payment dediction for caller tune party

My mobile no. is [protected]

I am having your prepaid connection since long back. But Iam not satisfy with the services. On my mobile, one dialer tone is running but I don;t want to deactivate caller tune and for that so many times i requested but nothing get. today I have also called to customer care and he suggest to send SMS DTD and send to 50505 and when I sent SMS another message received. I don';t understand what is that, only SMS and SMS no result. Please reply and what i do to immediate deactivate this caller tune. I also surprised that when there is small balance less than rs. 30 then wy u deduct partly amount for caller tune without asking to customer. You don;t know some time people not having sufficient fund to continue caller tune and we have recharged only for emergency call, but u people deduct the same and beocme balance Zero.

Without asking to customer, how u can deduct charges.

I request just to deactivate immediately caller tune from my mobile. Other wise I have no option to use your connection only for incoming calles and use another for making call. This is loss of you, as you know the uses of my.

I hope I can find imediate reply.

I have been facing a call drop and echo problem from last 40 days. I have logged official complaint at Idea call center on 18th november 08 regarding the issue (complaint ID[protected]. However there are no action from IDEA side.

I called up IDEA call center on 8th dec 08 three times. Every time i called the CC executive said that there are no issues from there side and problem is with my handset (which is not the case as i use 3 or 4 different handsets) and when i demanded to transfer the call to manager, they put me on hold and subsequently dropped the call.

The impact of this issue is that whenever i am making a call and echo or calldrop happens i could not talk to other party, however idea happily charges me for it.

Please let me know what kind if action can be taken from my side

On 13/02/09 I applied for Idea post paid connection.So on 16/02/09 my number activated.But 17/02/09 you disconnected the connection.After then I submited Proof and Residencial address.MY mobile number: 91 - [protected]. But our agent said dially definetly activated today onwards.But cannot activate up to now.So if you provide it i feel very happy other wise please return back my money as early as possible.Our agent name Ganesh.And his mobile number: 91 - [protected] and Raju his mobile number is 91 - [protected].I think they don't have any certification.

So please take care action on them and activate my number other wise i will do police case on them.

I am waiting for you reply.

People were complaining that someone else was answering my phone. When I dialed my number from a landline number I found out that there was a caller tune which had a woman in saying a lot of things in Hindi ... and this was causing my friends and family a lot of confusion. I was very angry that this caller tune had been attached to my number. I never subscribed for it ( I mean who would subscribe for it? It was really a ridiculous and useless caller tune). I immediately wrote a letter of complaint to Idea and my husband called up the customer care. It is annoying enough receiving spam phone calls from Idea ... now THIS??? Can't we do something about IDEA?

Talk to the ICICI pople regarding this. They are having this problem. I also faced same problem many times and each time I write an email to the ICICI perople and the money is refunded back to me. No I have stopped using th PREPAID MOBILE RECHARGE service from ICICI.

i subscribe idea internet scheme for one month, for this i recharge 400Rs. . But the service is very poor most of the time network is not work properly and the speed is also bad. Connection become passive at very regular small interval. Do for this something or otherwise stop your internet scheme.

I am custumor of Idea Prepaid mobile service in Rajasthan having number [protected] from Bharatpur District. My name is Neeraj Kumar Indoliya. I would like to bring it to your kind notice that yestarday Idea mobile service provider deducted the amount of two calls instead of one. ln this matter I have to suffer double charge of Call. According to my mobile, I was connected only for 59 seconds but the idea mobile service provider deducted the amount of two calls saying the duration was 1.01 minutes. How is it possible when someone taling for 59 seconds showing by his mobile is equal to 1.01 minutes. I have talked to the cutumor service associate in this regard but he was unalble to refund the same saying that the duration was 1.01 minute is right and my mobile is showing wrong information. In this regard, I would also like to inform you that they are deducting the next call charge just completing the 59 seconds. when any custumor is not talking for the second call time why are they deducting the charge for second call? In the continuation of my complaint one more thing is also considerable that a week ago I was provided a service of SMS for Rs.35 without my consent. after complaint they refund the same. many of phonecalls and messages I received without my consent and they wother me a lot. Please do the needful. This is not the matter of I Rs. Please think over If company is deducting the charges by following this mathod with all custumor, than how much money is company getting unlawful per day. due to network problem.even i have changed my mobile
but still the problem prevails.

Idea Prepaid — Unlawful Charges

Please deactivate the service due to which the Rs.20 is get deducted from the main balance of Mobile number:[protected].

after getting Rs. 20 deducted from the main balance user receive the message that your subscription has been renewed. to deactivate your subscription please visit:

Rs.20 is being deducted for every 15 days without our confirmation. this is radiculous.

I have recharged my IDEA mobile no. [protected] with Rs. 96 (600 SMS pack for 30 days) on 25 Oct 2008. On 27th morning I have sent SMS to 74 people (of double length) to all my friends in Kerala. So you can say that I have sent 148 SMS. But instead of deducting my SMS a/c the money was deducted from my main balance that too Rs. 2 per SMS. So alltogether I lost Rs.296 . Upon contacting IDEA customer care at Indore, they say that it is Diwaali offer, so on 27th and 28th the money will be deducted from ur main balanace. Daily we get around 10-12 SMS and 5-6 calls about this offer or that offer from IDEA. But I never got any intimation about this so called offer. I have taken the SMS pack for some specific purpose that was also defeated. According to this SMS pack 1 SMS costs only 16 paise but my balance was deducted Rs. 2 per SMS i.e, 12 times. On 27th afternoon itself I went to their nearest dealer Royal telecom, Katora Talab, Raipur. A young chap was sitting there and ultimately he told that he has no idea about any such offer. He further told that he is a new trainee so he don't know much. He told to come in the evening to meet his owner Mr. Javed. I went in the evening and met Mr. Javed he told to ask the customer care on 12345. I asked him how to file a complain then again he repeated to call 12345. I called 12345 on 27th Oct 2008 night and asked how to file a complain. No body responded properly they put on hold for 4-5 minutes and then it got disconnected. I talked to 2-3 other people. But all efforts are in vain. Upon redialing 3-4 times after pressing 9 the call was deliberately disconnected. So i surrendered. It is not a matter of just Rs. 300 odd but it is the matter of extreme customer negligence, cheating and misconduct. Ultimately I visited their site and email them my complain and asked them to credit my main balance by Rs.302/- {Rs. 296/-(as above)+Rs 2/-(2 local SMS on 27th)+ Rs.4/-(2 STD SMS on 28th). But they told that it cannot be done due to festival charging. And when I asked why I was not informed then say that it was on their web site. What i think that they should inform us individually. So please take some action so that I can get back my money along with mental peace and in future no customer can be cheated like this.

my cell no is[protected] . i recharged a value voucher on 29/11/2008 of rs 385 according to idea information i recived by service message at [ NVV 385 ] charges applicable will be idea to idea 40 paisa idea to other 60 paisa national @ local sms .50paisa std 1.3 paisa but they are charging 1.5 paisa for national sms @ not registoring my complaint pls note my complaint @ take some apropriate step

on 06.01.2011 i reacharged for Rs 13 as per Customer care shreyas direction that he told call rates are idea to idea 20ps & others 40ps but now its charging all calls 50ps plz take a complaint & plz change this plan to my previous plan... plz do as soon as possible

I wish to bring to your kind notice that i bought an idea prepaid card at 29/8/2008 . for the very first month it was working all right but after that they started sending me messages of dialertone activation and other value added services by themselves without me sending any request for any of that services. From that time onwards i have lost my Rs.250 from my prepaid balance for dialertones & other.
I have already many times requested the customer care services to fix my problem but no action has been taken yet.I hope that you shall certainly help me out.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought a recharge voucher of worth Rs.120/- from local dealer from Parichay shop at Andheri (East) on 17-Mar-09 and did recharge but i find talk time worth Rs.150/-. I call as per convenient & my balance talk time as on 21-Mar-09 was Rs.125 /- but as on 22-mar-09 same balance was suddenly Nil. Then i checked from dealer shop, he reply that after call to customer care then he realised that dedicate balance of Rs.150/- for only 4 days validity & balance talk time will collapse. Because of dealer unaware & dedicate balance system or showing message i lose my Talk time Rs.125/-. If any one check dedicate balance after dial *212*1# there was not showing validity. Thus IDEA Network co. make blind to customer & make profit. Like me they make profit from various customer so be care full when refill prepaid vouchers.

After that i did contact with customer care but they did not give me response. After 3 or 4 times calling the customer care executive but still i did not find any result. One think i know that customer care executive drop your call if they not able to solve.

I request to you please help me because i am lose my Talk time of Rs.125/- as a customer it was very big loss.

I had a client called Binny Khurana long ago, due to work coordination, we used to call each other for long time during those days.
Today i got a threatening call from an idea customer care executive, who did not know how to speak to a customer. She stated that Binny had a post-paid account and she has not got her bills cleared yet. I asked them, "What do I have to do with it?" So she staight away screamed at me saying, "Since your number has been found almost so many times while you talk to her, therefore, you are the point of refernece for us and therefore, we shall sue you and the send the legal notice to me, if she doesn't revert back!!!

Firstly, I want to know who is the lady who threatened me over the phone call. Secondly, merely if I had long call durations with binny on her no., does not mean that i would become her referee, automatically. i never referred for her to any company. She was just my client and business on phone takes lengthy call duration. The number from which i got the call was [protected]. Kindly take some action. Idea Cellular better pull up your socks

i was comited by mr . vikas jetly.ppm. idea cellular ltd.in the dec.2006.that company will give you 3 495 sim product free.after sale of 4, 495 sim.i have sold approx.50 sim in this scheam .mr.vikas jatly comiit me that company will give this claim after some time and you clear the claim of market because our sale is suffring due to market claim.after some time he resigned the co. mr.surender kumar was the new ppm.he always give us promise that we will give your claim as soon as possible.after some time when we resigned the distributership we ask about our claim mr . sumit rastogi thread us we will not give your claim and you can not do any thing and give resign easily. i will do something for you but there is no response from the co. executives

Idea net setter (internet) is the worst object in IT. useless speed, coverage etc. it belongs to 18 century.. even after cancelling my service, IDEA sales people regularly come to my house and ask for unknown unpaid money. even after cancelling and settling my account... pathetic personnel.
