I want the incoming call details of last week of month Nov 2008.

I have been facing a call drop and echo problem from last 40 days. I have logged official complaint at Idea call center on 18th november 08 regarding the issue (complaint ID[protected]. However there are no action from IDEA side.

I called up IDEA call center on 8th dec 08 three times. Every time i called the CC executive said that there are no issues from there side and problem is with my handset (which is not the case as i use 3 or 4 different handsets) and when i demanded to transfer the call to manager, they put me on hold and subsequently dropped the call.

The impact of this issue is that whenever i am making a call and echo or calldrop happens i could not talk to other party, however idea happily charges me for it.

Please let me know what kind if action can be taken from my side

People were complaining that someone else was answering my phone. When I dialed my number from a landline number I found out that there was a caller tune which had a woman in saying a lot of things in Hindi ... and this was causing my friends and family a lot of confusion. I was very angry that this caller tune had been attached to my number. I never subscribed for it ( I mean who would subscribe for it? It was really a ridiculous and useless caller tune). I immediately wrote a letter of complaint to Idea and my husband called up the customer care. It is annoying enough receiving spam phone calls from Idea ... now THIS??? Can't we do something about IDEA?

No proper responce from customer support.

My ICICI bank transaction id is [protected] for recharging my balance with rupees222.

But idea company mot provide me my balance of rupees 222.

so please help me to get my balance again .

daily i have wasting my time to call on customer support.

I am custumor of Idea Prepaid mobile service in Rajasthan having number [protected] from Bharatpur District. My name is Neeraj Kumar Indoliya. I would like to bring it to your kind notice that yestarday Idea mobile service provider deducted the amount of two calls instead of one. ln this matter I have to suffer double charge of Call. According to my mobile, I was connected only for 59 seconds but the idea mobile service provider deducted the amount of two calls saying the duration was 1.01 minutes. How is it possible when someone taling for 59 seconds showing by his mobile is equal to 1.01 minutes. I have talked to the cutumor service associate in this regard but he was unalble to refund the same saying that the duration was 1.01 minute is right and my mobile is showing wrong information. In this regard, I would also like to inform you that they are deducting the next call charge just completing the 59 seconds. when any custumor is not talking for the second call time why are they deducting the charge for second call? In the continuation of my complaint one more thing is also considerable that a week ago I was provided a service of SMS for Rs.35 without my consent. after complaint they refund the same. many of phonecalls and messages I received without my consent and they wother me a lot. Please do the needful. This is not the matter of I Rs. Please think over If company is deducting the charges by following this mathod with all custumor, than how much money is company getting unlawful per day. Please note that I have prepade mobile connection no. [protected] from Idea Cellular. on 2.12.08, there was deuction of Rs.89/- from my balance with message that 1000 free SMS are provided under the scheme. This is done without my consent. Even on contacting Customer care, I am told that deduction will not be returned back and that it is done on my confirmation. Please do the needful to get my money back to my balance.

I have recharged my IDEA mobile no. [protected] with Rs. 96 (600 SMS pack for 30 days) on 25 Oct 2008. On 27th morning I have sent SMS to 74 people (of double length) to all my friends in Kerala. So you can say that I have sent 148 SMS. But instead of deducting my SMS a/c the money was deducted from my main balance that too Rs. 2 per SMS. So alltogether I lost Rs.296 . Upon contacting IDEA customer care at Indore, they say that it is Diwaali offer, so on 27th and 28th the money will be deducted from ur main balanace. Daily we get around 10-12 SMS and 5-6 calls about this offer or that offer from IDEA. But I never got any intimation about this so called offer. I have taken the SMS pack for some specific purpose that was also defeated. According to this SMS pack 1 SMS costs only 16 paise but my balance was deducted Rs. 2 per SMS i.e, 12 times. On 27th afternoon itself I went to their nearest dealer Royal telecom, Katora Talab, Raipur. A young chap was sitting there and ultimately he told that he has no idea about any such offer. He further told that he is a new trainee so he don't know much. He told to come in the evening to meet his owner Mr. Javed. I went in the evening and met Mr. Javed he told to ask the customer care on 12345. I asked him how to file a complain then again he repeated to call 12345. I called 12345 on 27th Oct 2008 night and asked how to file a complain. No body responded properly they put on hold for 4-5 minutes and then it got disconnected. I talked to 2-3 other people. But all efforts are in vain. Upon redialing 3-4 times after pressing 9 the call was deliberately disconnected. So i surrendered. It is not a matter of just Rs. 300 odd but it is the matter of extreme customer negligence, cheating and misconduct. Ultimately I visited their site and email them my complain and asked them to credit my main balance by Rs.302/- {Rs. 296/-(as above)+Rs 2/-(2 local SMS on 27th)+ Rs.4/-(2 STD SMS on 28th). But they told that it cannot be done due to festival charging. And when I asked why I was not informed then say that it was on their web site. What i think that they should inform us individually. So please take some action so that I can get back my money along with mental peace and in future no customer can be cheated like this.

several times idea deducted money for missed call alerts, but not a single missed call alert i have recieved.i never subscribed for missed call alerts.

my cell no is[protected] . i recharged a value voucher on 29/11/2008 of rs 385 according to idea information i recived by service message at [ NVV 385 ] charges applicable will be idea to idea 40 paisa idea to other 60 paisa national @ local sms .50paisa std 1.3 paisa but they are charging 1.5 paisa for national sms @ not registoring my complaint pls note my complaint @ take some apropriate step

I wish to bring to your kind notice that i bought an idea prepaid card at 29/8/2008 . for the very first month it was working all right but after that they started sending me messages of dialertone activation and other value added services by themselves without me sending any request for any of that services. From that time onwards i have lost my Rs.250 from my prepaid balance for dialertones & other.
I have already many times requested the customer care services to fix my problem but no action has been taken yet.I hope that you shall certainly help me out.

I had a client called Binny Khurana long ago, due to work coordination, we used to call each other for long time during those days.
Today i got a threatening call from an idea customer care executive, who did not know how to speak to a customer. She stated that Binny had a post-paid account and she has not got her bills cleared yet. I asked them, "What do I have to do with it?" So she staight away screamed at me saying, "Since your number has been found almost so many times while you talk to her, therefore, you are the point of refernece for us and therefore, we shall sue you and the send the legal notice to me, if she doesn't revert back!!!

Firstly, I want to know who is the lady who threatened me over the phone call. Secondly, merely if I had long call durations with binny on her no., does not mean that i would become her referee, automatically. i never referred for her to any company. She was just my client and business on phone takes lengthy call duration. The number from which i got the call was [protected]. Kindly take some action. Idea Cellular better pull up your socks

Two times i have given written application in my company letter head for STD activation for my no ([protected]) in idea office at satara road, pune. but still no action has taken. Many time i have visited the idea office and they assured me that std service will be activated with in 24 hrs. Last time comaplaint given on 20/11/2008. Servel time i have made calls to the customer care also, they also could'nt help me.. I dont understand the meaning of customer care, is it to torture the customer or to help...

I have not subscribed idea music station facility.They themself started the facilty and debited Rs. 60/- for the of month October 08- November 08.
I made call to customer care, they registered my complain no 74296825 on 7/11/2008, and informed me that debit is right.
I again made a call to customer care, they registered request id 74440517 on 8/11/2008, and informed me that debit was worng and would credit Rs. 60/- to my account within 48 hour from 8/11/2008.
They did not do same.
I again made two camplain to the customer care of id 75464729 on 15/11/2008, and id 75808372 on 18/11/2008.
Again they informed that debit is right and would not credit Rs. 60/-
