1.Recived card after 20 days.
2.10 days for activation.
3.I stay at virar ..no network beyond Bhaindar.
4.Compaint 3 times in 1st month /2 TIMES secont month in IDea Gallary Andheri (E) Near Station.
5.Paid 3 Month Bill on date.

STILL CARD WAS USELESS FOR ME.

6.dID NOT PAY BILL...

Hi,

This is to inform you that I had got a call from Idea cellular's dealer code TFR126, named "Creative" dealer for post paid connection. When their sales executive came, I paid the amount and submitted all my required documents with photograph and got a SIM.
But till now, it is not activated. They are not answering calls and not reporting anything on calls. They have already taken 10 days but not taking...

I am a Guy working in a travel agency in Bandra. I have purchased a Idea postpaid card and after just 02 days of activation of card, i called that sales guy that there is no network showing in the card. He took the card and told that he will cancell the same..
Now after a month, i got a bill of Rs. 676/- and when i called them informing abt the same they are telling me that they cant help me and I have to pay the whole amount. Also...

In the bill massage 30 Rs charged and 199Rs for one year tune services also billed i asked the customer care they are with telling without u r intrest we r not activated? I am using Idea Prepaid Number [protected] from six years. Now i want to change my prepaid connection into Postpaid Number. Now they are charging me Rs 250/- as a migration charges.
Sir please tell me whether they are doing correct and if wrong please take action against them.
As i came to know that TRAI has given that no telecom company can charge for this....
