I have been using Idea Mobile for last more than 7 years, Every month I recive a message from Idea that Rs. 15/- have been deducted from your account for Missed Call Information Alert, but till I have not received a single message from Idea when I am travelling or whenever I am out of coverage area, Infact My Clients or my friends inform me that I was not reachable when they had called me.

Idea Cellular Company has been deducting the amount of Rs. 15/- for last more than 12 months but are unable to provide me the service,

I donot mind paying but I need the service on urgent basis, and are they going to reimburse the talktime wihich they have deducted till date. My mobile number is [protected]

Idea Cellular — Deduction of amount Rs.92/- without concern

On September 17, 10 Rs.92/- (Rupees ninety two only) has been deducted from my main account balance by activating three promos without my concern.

I want to refund the same amount to my main account balance

Idea — Messages and miss call

I the idea prepaid user from last 3 years suffering from the teriffic problem from last 10 days a person of mobile no[protected] msg me . I already spoke to idea customer care but to no avail they are not helping me to find the person details .In this matter pls help me out or i have to cancel my idea no .

i am receiving the daily missed call and messages from last 3 days from idea number [protected].Plz check and take the action against him asap
any query against may be informed me at [protected]

I am getting calls, miss calls and messages from [protected].I warned him not to call and message still he is doing that.He got my number because i bought this SIM card from his shop.

    A V. Good Evening Sir. Myself Ravindra Kumar, Changed my Idea prepaid connection to postpaid at 22nd january .My mobile no is [protected].all was well. But from 24th january my outgoing calls were restricted. since then i have complaint so many times to idea care center at palam gol chakkar. but all in vain.they behaved not in good manner. i also complained to idea customer care but they did, t respond.they were too much irresponsible in talk wiyh me. they said my adress varification was negative although i have submitted my licence zerox and other neccesary documents.after that i left driving licence copy at my home but they did, t varified my adress after which my outgoing calls could be restart.on 1st feb they called at my roo met, s cell and told that my sevice was continue, which was a lie.when I went to Ide care center at Palam Gol Chakkar they replied that was not their fault. Now my Sim Registration is failed when i insert it any phone.i am working at palam airport at delhi.I am totally harrased with idea customer sevice & want to file a Case against them & Want compensation of RS 50, 000 /-.Plz Help me .I am feeling very helpless.

    respacted sir/mam,
    it is requested that m using ur services for more than 3 years. Now a days m nt getting satisfactory response. On ur helpline, every executive gives different answers of same query. They dont forward the applications given by customer.
    It si bad for u as well as ur customers. its harmful for ur goodwill also.

And when I am giving a complain to costomer care on 12345 as well as 4444, it always anouncing that your costomer care representatives are busy.     I complain in customer care, but i have not receive 1 sms/call from Idea Post Paid service or any action against my complain.

    I am an existing customer of Idea, My no. is [protected]. I got my balance deducted two times for idea music station which Idea activated without my knowledge when I coccated to customer care they answered that this is a very god service which I should use even I do not know how to use this,
    first it was deducted in the month of june09 when I was in roaming, now today I got the massage that Rs. 15/- has been deducted from my account, I remained surprised how can a customer based company can play with their customer. this is a totally fraud. now my Idea is completly changed about Idea. I am very much upset with these incedents & seriously thinking to stop using of Idea service. My feeling has been totally shaken by ur attitude & felling humilated.
    if we want any information for anything when we calling customer care they are not picking phone
    comming unwanted nonsence information. in end then also not picking phone werst customer care werst service cheeting to customer deducted automatically money ffrom balance

    Whenever I called to customer care they always they misguide us. I have called them to ask related voucher for Validity extension. So somebody said that voucher of amount 50/-, somebody said voucher of amount 99/-. One of my friend did recharge of amount 50/- for validity extension. And he got validity till Aug 2010.At the same time I have i did the recharge of same amount still my validity is not extended. So, for that I call up to customer care. So one of person said that, "Idea" company have policy to which number they gave validity extension.And, when I asked him regarding company's policy he is totally speechless.And, also, said that you have to give a call to customer care before recharge.Is it good manner of helping customer. From last 8 years, I am using your services.But, this is first time I m facing such a kind of problem.
    How the company recruit people for customer care, who don't have knowledge of companies policies.

    after repeated complain to customer care [protected] till 30 aug 09 at 10.57 am, once the document has not reached, another time after assuring that no document is pending, they told that it might be something lacking so better send the another set.

    I am getting very bad customer care.I have been using my cell [protected] from 2003.I paid Rs 175/- for one year 60 paise validity.Inspite of my repeated requests they are not stop deducting monthly deductions.When I asked the customer care they are giving rash answers and threatening.For the last 3 months they have been deducting.One team leader said that do what ever you do we will deduct like this.(his name is Avinash).They have been harrasing me and cheating.I have to file case on these people.What IDEA is thinking are U only the people having net work.U can not survive long time.this is competitive market.Is there any Godfather to hear the complints to listen customers.Dont cheat customers.Repay all my wrong deductions.U will loose customers i[censored] do like this.I have already taken another connection.

      i m manindra jay my idea mobile no. is [protected] prepaid connection rajasthan, this time i m in banglore means i m in roaming, so i m suffed a sim card registration failed, when i inserted my sim in mobile, and not any idea/spice signal r came, so please solve my problem, my validity is november 2009, balance is 3.50 so please solve my problem, i m requsted 2 u

      I had 2 post paid connection of Idea cellular Ahmedabad Gujarat .
      Recently I migrated one of them to prepaid...
      Its been 15 days as I am writing this and in these 15 days my prepaid connection stopped working every second day...I had to call their executive and He makes it working in 24 hours but after couple of days, same issue...

      Idea — my gang sim registration failed

      [protected] is my mobile number.my validity period 25/04/09.after, validity company already informs, their is 90 days is grace period. but before grace period the company rejected my connection. thus I informs to the customer care and outlets, they told me that this connection is not avaialable. but my grace period up to 17 days.
      So I kindly request you to allow my sim connection as far as possible.

      This is hari...am purchased NOKIA 5030 mobile in that i got idea sim...please tell me the process of activating my sim...am staying near by SEC_BAD.please send me office address near by SEC_BAD.

      I have purchased prepaid card no [protected] from idea outlet; Ajinkya communications, Bhelchowk, Nigdi, Pune.
      To activate the card and to have better option, as advised by officials from Ajinkya communications, I paid Rs.345/- for recharge and additionally Rs.181/- for value vouchar. Subsequently as advised by the same official I operated the card by "2222" for selecting the language.
      When I started calling, first message I got is "This card is not valid". When I repeatedly asked Ajinkya Communications, they agreed for their mistake in registering the cell number and made it active for life time. However they communicated that my paid amount of Rs.181/- for value voucher is not valid.
      For non of customer's mistake I am getting pinaluised for this money. This has happened for the second time with this agency.
      I request you to look in to the matter and instruct the concern to make the facility of Rs. 0.50 per call (for Idea to Idea andRs.0.60 for Idea to other cell phone) available for me.
      Hope to receive positive reply at the earliest.

        i had received the call of idea customer care regading the new mobile plan of idea i which i had to pay rs.299 & that too rs. 99 as the sim card charge & rs . 200 would be dedcuted from my 1st & 2 nd bill i.e Rs.100 from 1st bill & Rs. 100 from 2nd bill( & no security deposit) ...as i had taken the connnection between nov month ...bill received in the month of Dec 08 consisted of half rent for the month of nov 08 & there was not deduction of rs. 100 which was stated to me while taking the connection when is spoke to customer care thrugh mail they told me .the scheme which ur telling has already being expired & when i contacted the idea customer through phone told me ...yes i has not been dedcuted in this month bill ..will be deducted next month...but even the same thing happened in the next month & even the bill which i received was on some one else ...even nformed the idea bout this & they told me that will send the fresh bill ...but no action yet ...really fake commitment & fake service given by idea ...not worth beliving idea people

        SIM CARD — Wrong Phone Number given

        I have received SIM No.[protected] vide Cash receipt No.
        10695 dated 29.03.2008 for Rs.250.00 on which your DSA M/s.Intouch Solution Pvt.Ltd, B-66, Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi-110026 given me Phone No.[protected].
        On checking from Vodafone Stores at D-27, Connought Place,
        New Delhi-110001 on 11.04.2008m it is found that they have supplied wrong SIM and above indicated Phone No. is already allotted to some one other. Your Vodaphone Stores above told me that they have done the best and this SIM Card will be activated with 3 to 4 hours, but till this date SIM Card is not
        activated. Who is responsible for this fault or cheating.

        IDEA Postpaid — Converting pre paid to post paid

        I have been contacted by a call centre of IDEA for converting my prepaid number into post paid. The name of the company is Live Wire Call Center Services Pvt. Ltd. I have filled the form on 30th March 2009. They said it will take 48 hours for activation. It is now more than a week, I have no response. When I called up the IDEA customer care, they said they do not have any request of my application. I don't know if this is a case of fraud.

          Sir actually i bought an IDEA sim whose tariff is "2599HSB " (number [protected])

          call rates-
          idea to idea at 10 ps/min
          idea to other mobiles at 40 ps/min
          idea to landline at 99 ps/min
          SMS rates
          first 3000 LOCAL SMS at 5 paise
          natinal sms at 2rupees and international sms at 5 rupees.

          my call rates are fine no problem with it,
          after using the sim for about a month i found that my sms rates are being charged at 1 rupee per sms instead of 5 paise. So i complained with customer care and got no response from them and after visiting the IDEA customer service center also i didnt got any solution. They are asking me to activate a sms pack which will charge 30 rupees per month to avail 5 paise/sms...


          I have been cheated by IDEA... how to get my problem solved?????

          i have net setter and replace the sim due to lose of net setter and i replace that sim i had call the customer service one madam reply me at last 5:00 pm but still not start so taKE ACTION
          I was actually a subscriber of spice, but as you know its been taken over by idea now. Even i was on a plan for 5ps/sms. I didn't have any problem initially.It happened when i had to delay a recharge for around a week, suddenly my plan has changed. I call customer service, they tell me its because of the delay. They tell me i could pay for an extra sms pack and bring down the price to 50ps. It is ok that idea has these rules but why don't they inform. Is the customer supposed to imagine it? At no point was i warned or told about it. Not even after the change occured. I had to call and find out what happened suddenly. Do other providers do this as well, i don't remember having this problem with spice, ever.

            dear sir i took a idea net setter plan of 299 from idea show room station road nasik on 04.12.2008 by paying the amount of 2740rupees the paticular given in the bill dated 08.12.2008 was net setter charges rs 2490 and PEF charges 250 rs which is valid for 6months but my last bill showed the same amount and i received my hard copy of my bill on dated 19.01.2009 in the evening were i have to pay my bill seein all the details i paid it on 20.012009 morning by showing the bill receipt no 2008-9/mh-01584/0039588 to the deailer who after seeing tld me to pay only 1120rs as my main bill she said that the extra amount will be deducted in the nextbill today on hand i received my bill report which shows the out standing of the same payed amount when i talked to the customer care very harshly he told me to pay me the PEF AMOUNT i requested him to note down the receipt no and see to it he said it is not his work better go to the showroom and talk . just want to ask u is it our mistake tht the details of your office record is not summited and checked time to time hy we shoul suffer for that if we ask for some help we are misguided and send again and from here and there please help me out how to move forwrd

              idea mobile service company provide me 140minuts in just 88Rs.by sending message in my mobile no [protected] but company is not provide me such service and given me 78Rs not 140minuts.so please take any action . no customer care officer receive my phone and send me busy tone again n again.i have try 200 times with in 24hours to call the customer care office no one give any answer.

                Idea — activation of service before sim activation

                Sir,

                I have a prepaid connection with Idea Cellular Services. My number is [protected]. I purchased this connection at November 4 2010 and , I have lost 30rs because of their Value-Added Services deduction which I never subscribed and have even complained to them...
                when i contact to customer care he told me that 30rs. has been deducted for idea jobs service which has been activated at 29th march 2010 .when I asked them how can it be possible that I have purchased sim at 4th November and the service is activated since 29 march so they couldn’t reply any thing .
                because of it i have to face problem for 5 days and all mistake is of only company .now I want u to take correct action against service provider. How can a service be activated before activation Sim and also aprox 6 month before . my complaint number [protected]. .and when i talk to komal who is nodal super wiser she didn't talk me in good manner and she disconnect my call without giving me proper solution .

                      I have Idea SIM card bearing no. [protected].For last 2 days receive SMS from Idea as “Your Dialer Tone has been successfully renewed” for no reason and my amount gets deducted of Rs. 30 each day.Do they have this as new practice of making money.I guess.I am fedup with such deductions.During such recession period people want to save money and here it goes without our knowledge and receives SMS`s and unnecessary calls for dialer tones.

This is regarding the activation of dialer tone without my knowlege and also u have deducted some amount for the same. i feel sorry to inform u that from last 2 days i am trying to get one of your customer care executive in the number[protected], but no results at all, not even connecting to the executive also. i am not expecting a service like this from ur side and this is so much irritating just to waste my valuable time for just the cancellation of a dialer tone.

                        Idea — Dialer tone activated with my knowledge

                        I have been using Idea no [protected] for past 2 and 1/2 yrs. i was satisfied with the services but recently without my knowledge dialer tone was activated, i was quite suprised as i had not activated any such service. After finding out the deactivation code i sent an sms to 55456 ie DT DEACT to deactivate but Rs 3 were charged. I need to know when i did not request for the dialer tone why should the amount is deducted.

                          Respected Sir / Madam,

                          I am idea user since long – may be approx 7-8 years. I am also CUG user of Idea, Taken in 3 -3 group under Congress CUG. That is on my Father, Wife & My name, plus have some on Tech Services Name. I have number of complaints against Idea Cell. I am running Computer Business & so given these number to my Engineers. So I wanted Credit Limit of Rs. 350 to Rs. 500/- as normally Engineer misuse & I get huge Bill as I am paying them Limited amount, So at time of Salary they do argu & all ( this is internal Problem ) so I wanted Credit Limit.

                          I wrote many mail’s for Credit limit in, but got no response. Then In Sept – Idea Executive came, As I wanted 5 more numbers, I told him the same along with following requirement

                          1) Wanted all numbers ( old that is of Congress CUG & new )under Take Services Name with scheme Rs. 149/- - CUG free, 100 SMS Free
                          2) Credit limit of Rs. 350, but they told it will be minimum of Rs 500/- & I agreed
                          3) Call Conference in 3 numbers
                          4) Rs. 390 Scheme in 3 numbers

                          There Executive Name Mitesh Patel ( Agent Code No. – 551188 ) agreed on this but he told that you take 10 numbers, as this is not possible to convert unless it is 20 number in Corporate, He paid me bill amount of 1 month of 5 numbers by cheque as I wanted only 5 numbers & told that your all number will come under CUG in one month, so take this amount of Rent.

                          Now the main problem started, Mitesh Left JOB, we deposited his cheque & it got returned, but side by side we paid Rent of all 10 Card’s, & that also are not in CUG, we tried to contact Idea, then they all disagreed for above commitments, & after 3 month our card’s came under CUG & I have to pay extra bill of my Engineers as they are not at all in fault. But till date it has not under Tech Services name,

                          Now the main Problem Started – One of my Engineer left JOB & told me that his mobile got lost, so immediately I logged complain to Idea to stop outgoing of [protected], this was done at 10-35 am of 27 December 2008 with Complain Number[protected], & then I got bill of Rs. 5290/-, & got details that even after my complain, mobile was used – done MMS, ISD calls etc, I called Idea, - surprise reply, they told me that phone was started through Mobile by calling at Customer care, Above that I have seen that ISD is started on it, again same question with whose Permission it has been Started, if it is CUG on Company name then where is authorize person’s details – mail proof, id proof, I don’t think this can be started on Just phone call to there customer Centre – if it has gone to wrong hand’s then Police, my nation might had killed me or on whose name Mobile was . & in real it is on my father’s name aged 72 years, then again – where is his ID proof, as this is on single person name, then how can it be started without his id proof – ( I think this should be done with proper ID proof or mail from Company ID, not even with DOB, I think address / DOB common thing & is known to every body, every one coming to office or even that row.

                          I don’t want to pay for ISD call’s & bill amount after 27 Dec 2008 10.35 am. So need your support in this too

                          I want to ask how can they start mobile without ID proof, or mail from office or call from responsible Person of Company. Above that IDEA was very rude with us. & forcing us to keep these mobile started even though they are not fulfilling above demands- I feel this is totally “GUNDA GARDI”

                          Now we are getting disconnected with IDEA ( we are converting all Post paid card to Pre paid) as our all demands getting fulfilled by other Service Provider – Airtel.

                          But since Last 2 days they are harshing as by not giving Proper Billing amount, Since 21 we had made minimum 20 calls at [protected] ( some madam is taking phone, she is not even given her name & really very rude in talking – ), Now you guide us what to do, As now our new billing will start and unwontedly we have to pay that, but why should we get penalize for there irrproper response., I don’t think I should pay Bill after 25 Jan, As with this type of attitude new billing cycle will start, So I want your support in This.

                          I need your support in 2 Complains –
                          1) We want to close IDEA numbers, in short we want to convert to Prepaid, We don’t want or will pay bill of new cycle after 25 Jan. as 25th is our billing date & we are after them since 21 Jan & due to there irresponsible attitude it is getting delayed, previously we co-operated lot & in turn we have to face problem,
                          2) For Mobile number [protected] - I am not want to pay for ISD call’s & bill amount after 27 Dec 2008 10.35 am. So need your support in this too

                          Hope for positive response from your side, Hope you will understand by problem & I think you will also agree that I am nowhere in fault, but idea really did wrong with us. We don’t want anybody to come to our office for payment, so we also had submitted our written complain to there Baroda Office on 7-1-2009 as we got bill on 5 – 1 -2009, we had tried to got it solved through there customer care, but as usual no proper response, so on 7th Jan 2009 we went to Alkapuri Office, Landmark Building to submit written complain, We met Adarsh Verma ( Assistant SM) & Niraj Chaudary ( SM ), but they didn’t listened & even accepted our Application & told to submit this to their assistant Sarika, So we have Sign of Sarika on our application,

                          So at last we thought of you.

                            Hello .. My idea number is [protected] and i bought this number on 21 jan 2009 . I got a new sim for Rs 60 from the retailer in lucknow named vidya communication(Kapoorthala, Aliganj, Lucknow) with the banner "my idea". The sim had the following offers..

                            3 yr validity.
                            49 rs tariff
                            Rs 10 topup
                            25 Rs to be given every four month three times(total =75 Rs)


                            Now the problem is after purchasing the sim i got it recharged for 34 rs tariff and 35 rs talktime..
                            My tariff was working fine on 21 jan 2009 and i was able to make the call at 25 paisa idea ti idea.
                            The next day on 22 jan 2009 i got it recharged again for Rs 40. After which i noticed that my initial balance didn't got added in the new recharge. My tariff was also not working..

                            Now whenever i call the idea call center they tell me that they do not have my account details and therefore they cannot rectify my problem..

                            I dont know how to proceed in this matter ..

                              Hi my name is Naveen Jain S L, I had taken an Idea postpaid connection 16th of January 2009 from there franchise My Mobile in Irla, Vile Parle West. But after few days i.e., 4 days my outgoing were barred and subsequently next day my incoming also were bloced, i.e, my screen showed "SIM card registration failed". On enquiring about it I was said that my verification was done twice and it was negative, were as the verification was done only once and that too I didn't find any thing to be negative in that. When I spoke to a customer care executive he promised me that the re-verification would be done on 20th Jauary 2009 between 4P.M to 6 P.M.. I waited leaving all my other work to attend the verification in person, but no one turned up. When I went to the franchisee, the next day i.e., on 21st the executive promised to get it done by the evening, even that didn't happen this made me feel paralysed as my outgoing and incoming both were blocked as I had given my contact number to many of them. Please advice me how to go about it.

                                I got a call from Idea customer care regarding an offer to convert my prepaid number to postpaid number early this month. There was a representative of "Shaiv BPO services" ie, Mr Devender - Phone number [protected]", who came to visit me on 10th January. We handed over a cash of 500 Rs to him and he delivered us a SIM card.

                                I submitted my Driving License as an identity proof. He assured us that the SIM card would be activated within 3 days after the verification. I got a call from IDEA customer care once again mentioning that again a representative would visit me on 12th evening and I had to show him my original identity proof. However nobody turned up.The representative visited me on 17th January 2009 and I showed him the copy of my Driving license and Pan card as well.

He told me that I was delivered the SIM of wrong series and assured that my SIM would be activated within 1 hour. Its 22ND JANUARY - 1:40 PM now and my SIM is not activated.


                                The Idea customer care has not still responded to my mails dated - 21st January - 11:20 AM.

                                For last 1.5 yrs iam facing seious IDEA NETWROK PROBLEM --Call Drops, No clarity, The other person cant hear, wrong numbers, other conversation in the between " ---- all sorts of problems a MOBILE connection can have --IDEA has it.

                                The solution I got is to clsoe my connection or pay monthly rent for one year as they are raising tower in DEc08.

                                I got a call from Idea customer care regarding an offer to convert my prepaid number to postpaid number early this month. There was a representative of "Shaiv BPO services" ie, Mr Devender - Phone number [protected]", who came to visit me on 10th January. We handed over a cash of 500 Rs to him and he delivered us a SIM card.

                                I submitted my Driving License as an identity proof. He assured us that the SIM card would be activated within 3 days after the verification. I got a call from IDEA customer care once again mentioning that again a representative would visit me on 12th evening and I had to show him my original identity proof. However nobody turned up.The representative visited me on 17th January 2009 and I showed him the copy of my Driving license and Pan card as well.

                                I had agreed to convert it on 5/03/09 and the very next day the executive came to my residence to collect Rs 500 and identity proof and other documents.He gave me a reciept of Midas marketing Solutions .but after two days my prepaid sim has been deactivated and the sim provided to me by the marketing executive was not activated due to which i missed very important calls . i call them many times but they are no picking up the call not showing any responsibility in doing there job. now, i want my money back and the no. remain to be prepaid. i think this is the worst service any organization can provide to their customers. IDEA corporate office should take a notice at these people who are defaming the organization with such kind o after sales service.
                                I agree to that..I stay in Pune and when i visited Kolkata for a week my sim stopped working. I tried calling Customer Service but they were not responding to me properly.                                 I got a call from Idea customer care regarding an offer to convert my prepaid number to postpaid number early this month. There was a representative of G -Life (TFR - 100 )services" ie, Mr YESH - Phone number [protected]", who came to visit me on 16th Fab. We get disturbed, our precious time is wasted, our attention is unnecessarily diverted from main issues. There are lot of other important things to be done. I have also registered my numbers on the national Do Not Call Registry. Despite this, I am rained with your unsolicited calls and messages day in and day out. Please stop all this for god's sake!                                     I Pralhad N Tavarageri received hard copy of the bill for idea number [protected] today dated 28/12/2008 and the amount charged is Rs. 1479.65 /-

                                    I am fed up with speaking to the customer care regarding the bill issue, as i did not get any call bill details. Earlier i was informed that the bill amount due was Rs . 260.93 and i assured to pay the same on 01/12/2008 after getting the detail bill, in the mean time all of a sudden they are sending me the above mentioned amount bill( i.e 1479.65 / -). It is really surprised.

                                    The above mentioned number sim was lost and i informed to CC to block the number for safety purpose. And it was informed that the detail bill will be sent to me on my mail id as well as through post.

                                    But still i am getting bill for the month of November 2008. but still i did not received any detailed bill.

                                    Question : If the user is not getting any detail bill and the operator are asking to pay how much amount bill they have generated than please justify how to judge and confirm what types of call made and to whom, is it possible?

                                    I tried on customer care toll free number but not able to reach.

                                    For other operator connection i am receiving detail bill where i can justify how many calls i made and how much i have to pay. Its a clear vision.

                                    I have received a legal notice from the Mohit Gadkari and company advocates

                                    I got new idea postpaid connection 3.5 months back, the executive visited to my place gave me receipt and name of Enterprise is MAHALASA Enterprises/3 Jayprakash Nagar, Aarey road, goregaon(e), Mumbai 63, no such a Enterprise exist on this address.
                                    Executive name is Aditya Vedpathak and Manager's name is Niranjan Pai.
                                    He told me that after i pay my 2'nd month bill i will be entitle for one free Rebook gift and i needs to just visit any IDEA gallery in Mumbai and i will get gift.

                                    I have idea cellular postpaid scheme, where my plan can not exceed 750, but suddenly after year i got a msg that my bill is 2500 rs, due to data usage, also had data plan which was not over, so how charges were made??

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      there is no reply on my mail from your end; your one of executive was coordinating with me regarding this issue, but still he has not taken any action in this case.

                                      After all this problem still i had taken Idea new connection from your Idea gallery on 16/1/2009; that Idea Connection No. is [protected]. after that my address verification come but still there is creating new issue.

                                      1) your address verification executive not come at my place.
                                      2) he is taken all the details on phone and he informed me he is not able to come at my place today. plz give me your all details on phone.
                                      3) he has given the update in your office - customer not available and they rejected my form
                                      4) After that my outgoing services was stoped.
                                      4) when i spk with your customer care executive they are not ready to resolve my problem. today i spk with one of your executive and he is talking with me very very rudely he is even don't know how to handle the customer. I'm not satisfied with his service. I'm very disappointed with this service.

                                      i have taken this new connection from your vashi (navi mumbai) location branch. one of your executive Mr. vinay (Vashi Branch) is coordinate with me regarding this connection and i had already informed him i want to take new 50 connection in corporate plan for my office.

                                      after your all this service i am really don't want to go with Idea and i already inform in my circle not to take any idea new connection.

                                      Boz Idea service is very 3rd class level.

                                      Still you are not able to solve my first issue and after that also taken new Idea connection and i'm facing again new issue with New connection also from your end if your not able to satisfy your customer and you don't want to give good service to your customer so finally i am ready to go in Consumer Court also with all this issue.

                                      I was taken Idea connection on 1st Dec 2008. From Expertease Solutions (Authorized Associate of Idea Cellular Ltd.)
                                      I was already given my all required document to his executive, excepting my photos. After all few day latter I was give him to call (Miss. Shruti) and inform to collect my photo from my office but no body come from Expertease to collect my photo. After 1months latter when I was trying to contact them his all phone no. is not working his head Mr. Vikas Singh's no. is also not working.

                                      Dear Madam / Sir,
                                      Can you tell me or clear that what is the means of customer care from your side because which means I know that was wrong, you have already prove this that which means we know that was wrong. I want to know that why you open your customer care for that only that we try two-three days and there are no response from your side. We waste only our time.
                                      From the last evening I have try on your customer care but always this show me that our customer care are busy and cut my call, from that time to now I have pass more that 16 Hours and I can’t contact your customer care. So now you tell me that how much more time I try so that I solve my problems.
                                      If some one have problems and he/she can’t contact within one days with your customer care then what is the means of your customer care. I think that it is he best option that you should close your customer care from your side so that we can’t try or bare these types of services. I also want to know that what is the means of Consumer Complaints Forum, I think that there is the no means of this also because everyone write here problems but there are no response on this from your side or no reaction no solutions form your side. So I think that you should also close this also.
                                      So that if we don’t have this option also here so we can’t write here problems because there are no solution form your side. I find here so bad your service so I have decided at last that I will stop my this number as soon as possible. My number expire date is 16 March 2009 now I think that I will stop this number before this and change any other operator which provide me best service which I want.
                                      Don’t worry I will also paste this matter on your Consumer Complaints Forum so that if anyone who want to choose your service first read this and then go ahead from choose IDEA service. Because I have face problems so I want that no one other face same problems here. We are customer, we pay money for best service so that on this money you are serve here in our country if we have problems here than why we pay you money, we will stop this. When we will stop service that time you know that what is the customer or what we can do and what are you. When customer stop your service that time you know that what is the means of this.
                                      If you want to increase your sales so you should come between customer and try to know their problems, you should check your Consumer Complaints Forum some time so that you find the feedback or actual position of your company in market so that you can serve best in market.

                                      this is bharath bhushan. i am useing idea connection from past 3 years. but nowadays i am facing lot of problem regarding to network and call rates. i called to customer care n times... there also i did not got the solution for my problem...

                                      sir i am a idea custumer using idea prepaid service from last 3 year in pune.right now i have transfered to mumbai.before coming to mumbai i talk to customer care regarding my no. i want the same no i dont want to switch to another service provider.
                                      so i asked for same no with local terif in mumbai and they told me that the roming charge is not applicable in mumbai.my terif will remain same as in pune.i confirm the same thing 2-3 times but now my tariff has changed. I am very dissatisfied with this wrong information provided from your end.now what i want to ask is should i change my number and switch to some other service provider or is it possible to hold the same number with local terriff in mumbai that i have in pune.

                                        I have cell No [protected] with your card & I m suffering from unwanted calls/ messages from you for purchasing/ downloading of tunes, songs & messages .



                                        In last month you have directly changed my caller tune without knowing me



                                        With this mail I am requesting you to stop sending unwanted SMS & calls for downloading of tunes & songs on my cell no. This is my Personal cell & not meant for any



                                        Advertisement & your unnecessary calls.



                                        Please stop sending unwanted messages / calls downloading anything on my cell no immediately. And also pl chage current caller tune on my cell no.





                                        Also one problem with your system is



                                        Your caller only ask subscriber to press * which is very easy to & unknowingly access able option & any child also can unknowingly press the *.



                                        In spit of asking to press * you have to ask some 4-5 nos to get the tunes or songs .

                                        I have activated the location name in my mobile. It was showing the location. Today it is showing the message like this instead of location.

                                        Personal — stopping of redundant and unwanted calles and messages.

                                        I have been receiving redundant and unwanted calls and messages, especially fron aircel numbers/network, whch I do not want. if it is not stopped, then I will perforce have to discontinue with you. pl note to stop such an undesired action which is not liked by the customer. the numbers from which most frequent and redundant calls keep coming whole day are as under:
                                        [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and many more.
                                        I have tried tosend messages to stop it to your customercare.but did not take any action in the matter. They pl be advised and directed/instrcted accordingly. alternatively I will have to go to consumer court for harrassing me in such a manner.
                                        Further the customercare Ph nuber [protected] provided is never available nor 123 picks. kindly do improve your servics pl.
