I have taken a post paid connection Rs 299/ month on 31st march at Idea service centre, College Road, Trichur, Kerala. I had paid a deposit od Rs 350, which includes a refundable amount of Rs 250. I have submitted my photo and a copy of my Voter's ID card .
Since yesterday I have been recieving crank calls from a caller in Calcutta of idea cellular no. [protected], claiming to be one Sammer and asking for Pradeep Padhy. He claims that he has been getting repeated calls from my phone no which is [protected]. Despite repeated attempts from my part to convince him that he has got a wrong number, he has not quit.
During my endeavor to find a number for complaints division for Idea in the reciept I had recieved for my connection, I noticed that it was not given in my name but in the name of pradeep Kumar. I do not know whether it was a accidental mistake on the part of your outlet.Kindly look into the matter and sort it out at the earliest.

    Dear Sir,

    I am Amar Bhardwaj working as a Sr. Sales Manager in birla sunlife company and looking after the Citi bank relationship for delhi & ncr. Our company has recently got a corporate tie-up with idea and advice us to switch on to idea so that we people should take the benefit to working with Aditya birla group. I am a Vodafone customer and my monthly billing is not less then 8-10k per month. It was a valued relationship with Vodafone till date I am pretty happy with Vodafone services, now as per the company instructions I have make up a mind to switch to idea. Two of your representative’s (Mahesh Tiwari- [protected] & Santosh) come to our office (Citi bank Sec-4, noida) and I have taken a sim from them but I want a number of my choice and they have committed me to give me a option of numbers on the same day so that I can choose a number of my choice. I have having a team strength of 24 Sales executives, who is reporting under me so I have given them so many references and told my team members also to take the same connection so that we in-between talk free & frequently. My lot of team member taken connections also on my advice and rest are still thinking to switch. But it was shocking to see that I didn’t got any cal from them and second day when I check my sim, it was activated and they people activate a number by their own choice. If they didn’t fulfill their commitments then why they do..?? When I called them and tell them the same then nobody is responding, nobody answered me, nobody even listened me. This is how your representative treats your customers. When I told them I am going to complaint against them they said “Do whatever you won’t, it doesn’t affect us”. Once I got a cal from a concern department they said that I have to pay Rs. 500 to change my number otherwise it won’t be changed. My question is “why a customer pay when your representative selling your connections by force and getting activated by their own choice”. Even I have filled my application on my own and opt my residence address as my billing address but here again your representative show their smartness and change my billing address to my company. How can anybody make changes on my application form? I got Mahesh tiwari’s senior (Rishi Pandey- [protected]) number from santosh but he was maintain his tradition and misbehave me very badly, even I am shamed to inform you that your staff abused also over to his cell phone when I called him up, I request him “N” number of time but they people don’t bother. My question is to you that “How can anybody rely on a company who has a these kind of staff, who don’t want customer for their company”. This is the first impression I got from idea side, I don’t want to comment on that what will happen later on, if I start a relationship, because I don’t have an idea that how many Rishi Pandey & Mahesh Tiwari idea have……!!!

    What I want:

    A) I want a strict action will be initiated against these above mention two employees. I just want to make them learn that what customer can do, because I still believe that may be some wrong people will work in the company but company was not wrong & they want the customers and respect the customers. Kindly teach them a lesson so that in future in their career they will not do this with anyone.

    B) Kindly advice me what to do to change my number or send somebody who is good enough in customer relationship and reliable also so that I can take a connection.

    Kindly resolve these quarries or advice me what to do. Should I go to the consumer court or highlight this chapter in media. Your quick action will be appreciable.

    Citibank — Misbehave

    My Name is Satpal rawat & daily we receive so many call on my land line from Citi Bank Customer Care[protected] most of the time I was not available at home my old parents are there & Customer guys asking for my friend before that he was staying with us & now he left & thousand of time we gave my friend No to the Customer guys but they keep on asking & the main problem is that when my Mom or my wife pickup the phone the asking some personal question and some time they cross the limit this is really very very irritating so please I kindly request you to stop these calls & my friend No is [protected] & if you want to talk to me regarding for the same my mobile no is [protected]

      Dear sir/mam,
      I am regular customer of IDEA, but I am very sorry to say that IDEA has cheated me. I was never thought of this, that IDEA can go down upto this much with there valuable customer for just few rupees...

      Actually in my family everybody is using IDEA connection since many years. I applied for a new IDEA post paid connection & I got a call from one of your agency. And
      I summitted all the documents & Rs. 500 in cash to them.
      And the problem starts from here, the SIM I got from them is still not activated. I made lots of complains to IDEA customer, IDEA stores, even to the agency from where I got the SIM. But all goes invain... just useless.
      And now I m going to make complain in consumer forum against IDEA under the section of physically harshment, mentally harashment & 420 for cheating. And I m going to disconnect all the connection that we are using in our family.

      And I tell u sir, with very hard heart we have to maigret to another service provider. And u r the only last option for me.
      So I request you please needfully check the issue & take action.

        Hi my name is OM PRAKASH GUPTA, and my PF No is KN/BN/34272/46736. My concern is i called up to PF OFFICE and i got the information that PF amount has been settled on 13/03/2009.
        But i got it confirmed to my bank which is AXIS BANK Ltd [branch office is in GREEN PARK, NEW DELHI], Bank guys told me that they have nt rcvd any cheque, my cheque no is 478165 and 344973, it was settled on 13/03/09, which has been nt rcvd to my bank and nt transferred in my account.
        So i request to u that kindly look at this matter, i m waiting for 3 months and i m needy for the same, kindly do the needful...

          Myself Mukesh Kumar Chouhan, I had purchased Idea Data Card in around Jan-2009. My Net Setter number is [protected]. I choose a plan 399-Monthly rantal(1GB Free in plan).
          They Were set my credit limit 1000 rs only. That consumed in first 10 days still i have not consumed my 1gb free. They told make a intrim payment of 1000 rs we will adjust in your bill. I made payment. Now again i have not used 1Gb but becuase my unbilled is showing 1800 rs. They bard my service. They are saying make 1000 payment or increase ur creadit limit. I asked them put me in unlimited 860rs plan they told but ur creadit limit will remain 1000 rs And u get same problem again and again. Solution is u can increase ur creadit limit by giving 1000 rs in advance refundable.

          What A Gatia Plan ur launching Mr Idea.
          i m very upset because not able to use service.

          Suppose if i choose unlimited plan i have to pay 50000 rs payment. Becuase in unlimited i m consuming.

                Idea — Regarding PF

                Dear Sir/Madam,
                My name is Alok Sharma, I worked with Adecco Jul-2008 to Jul-2010 for IDEA at Kanpur Zonal office as a Cashier in Finance department. I enquire many times of my PF which applied through Lucknow Adecco office at last we recieved a mail from ASC on 14th jul-2011 which mention i will get my PF withdrawl amount next 30 days but at present we do not recieve it. Kindly tell me how much time take to get this amount.

                  Hi,
                  Idea Cellular, is an over efficient service provider who activates the services unknowingly & starts charging for the same.

                  In last couple of month idea cellular, Mumbai activated three services on my number namely GPRS, STD & ISD & all without confirmation. & over & above they started charging on daily basis for those services.

                  On Asking by calling to customer care they Said that I have told them to activate these services by SMSing the service name. But I havn't done that. Still they blame me. They asked to me to send an un subcribe service sms. But they do not refund anything.

                  This is how idea is stealing money of their customers.

                  They are also not transferring my call to any of there Superior.

                  Till date i have lost much of my valuable talk time due to such things.

                  It's Worst experience i ever had got from any of the service provider.

Chaudhary, using IDEA NET SETTER from last 8th month but since 21/5/2009 when I am recharge my IDEA NET SETTER the dealer say that the card is recharge but up till now the recharge message of my data card is not received on Text box, but my data card is working, Now from the same day of recharge the problem regarding internet speed and network will start.                     i m also facing speed problem in data card .
                    I brought IDEA DATA CARD, But as soon as i insert the data card my computer hangs, I am using AMD processor LE1200 with 2.15 GHz, 1 Gb RAM, Several Time I have tried with different data cards every times it hangs, but while removing the sim card from data card it works normally but with missing network. For Other i.e. Reliance its working promptly.

                    its worst speed & connectivity for Idea net setter (data card) its always 00 & 00 kbps peed shows maxi. 9 to 10 kbps(that is also rarely). And Cust. Care centers in Bangalore are not correct nums. given on net. And by contacting to Idea Cust. care num. available on phone they will just tell keep shifting to another fellow, like that I spend around 50 Rs. Almost 20 days I had recharged but not utilized whr as I recharged it for 600 Rs.

                      Hi All,

                      I am really very disturbed with all the unnecessary service calls I get on my Idea pre-paid number. I get atleat 6-7 calls daily along with 4-5 messages. I never activated these services. Customer should not get disturbed unnecessarily with all these services, if they don't require them. Please let me know if someone knows how to deactivate them. My number is on roaming from last one month and my incoming calls are even paid on raoming. I am really disturbed with these calls and sometimes I miss important calls even by not picking up with a confusion of getting service call from Idea's end. Kindly Help!

                        Mai idea ka ek naya cutomer hun, 09.04.09 ko maine ek naya connection liya tha,
                        20.04.09 ko mera call barring ho gaya maine customer care me contact kiya mujhe bola gaya ki aapka document submit nahi hua hai, maine jaha se connection liya tha waha contact kiya unhone bola ki aapka form with document 5 din pahle submit ho gaya hai.
                        Maine customer care me contact karke aapke executive se retailer ka baat karaya uske baad mujhe commitment kiya gaya ki next day morning tak aapka problem solve ho jayega, but 21th ko bhi mera problem solve nahi hua. Maine phir customer care me contact kiya phir mujhe commitment kiya gaya ki within 24 hours aapka problem solve ho jayega. But mujhe koi solution nahi mila, phir 22.04.09 ko bhi maine customer care me contact kiya, but till date mujhe koi solution nahi mila, aapke retailer ya dealer ki bad service ki wajah se problem kise hua, galti koi aur kare aur saja kisi aur ko.
                        Mai aapse sirf ye puchhna chahta hu ki aap log without document connection kaise dete hai, maine jo 4 days jo problem face kiya uska jimmedar kaun hai, agar mujhe bina document ke connection mil gaya to, iski kya guarantee hai ki aapka retailer kisi aatankwadi ya mujrim ko connection nahi dega, chand paiso ke lalach me aap jaisi company galat tarike se kaam karti hai, jiska nuksaan aam janta ko bhugatna padta hai.
                        Jab sabhi telecom company ko ye inform hai ki bina document ke aap kisi ko connection nahi denge phir aapki company aise unlegal kaam kaise kar sakti hai.
                        Idea cellular ka agar is tarah ka policy aur service hai to ye bahut hi ghatiya aur customer ko lootane ke aalawa aur kuch nahi hai,
                        Mujhe bahut hi dukh ke sath kahna pad raha hai ki itni badi company ka service itna ghatiya quality ka hai, Orissa me launch hone ke baad bahut khushi thi hame lekin ab
                        Lag raha hai orissa ko lootne ke liye ek aur company aa gai .

                        Respected sir,
                        Myself Pushpendra kumar jain having your idea prepaid connection. Sir, a call from Idea customer care execeutive Mr. Rakesh on dated 25 th nov. 2009 on my cell no. [protected] and he tell an attractive plan on my no. that my no. is selected. and a plan of Rs. 300 is avaliable for you in which 300 minutes per month for whole life time are avaliable from your esteemed organization afterthat lacal call from idea to idea 10 paise,idea to other networks 30 paise and STD 50 paise per minutes andv there is no roaming and local in other than home network. Afterthat i am interested in the aforementioned plan and he sent his representative and he tell same plan except 300 minutes is also avaliable in Rs. 500 and 750 (444 mintes and 1250 minutes per month respectively) and he talk to Mr. Rakesh about the said plan and Mr. Rakesh was agreed then i paid for two plan of Rs. 500 and 750 and he provide me a new sim (Sim no.[protected]) and representative said your sim with plan is activated within two hrs. but nothing is happen since 28 nov. 2009. When i call on mr. rakesh providing numbers they all are switch off or if ringed the call is not attending. Then i go for idea Rajnagar outlet, Ghaziabad and complaint about this frogery and they forward my complaint (Reference number[protected] to your execeutives and also registered FIR to Kavi Nagar Police Station, Ghaziabad. After complaint and FIR, I try to mr. rakesh providing numbers then Mr. Rakesh attend my call and he feel guilty for this frogery and he promised me that plan is activated on both of your number but SIM that was providing by my representative is wrong and he would be send an activated SIM with plan of Rs. 750 and he says when i receive new SIM the old issued sim will be returned and i believed on that person. He sent Mr. Vijay as a representative on dated 30th nov. 2009 and he gave me a new prepaid SIM (SIM No.[protected]) and i returned old SIM (Sim no.[protected]) but none of plan is activated afterthat i called to Mr. Rakesh, he lie but no plan is activated on any SIM. Mr. Rakesh given me following numbers in which i called manytimes:

                        I have also been cheated by this group recently. I got first call from same person called Rakesh on 09-Sept-2010. He mentioned the same plan that after paying Rs 500 (One time charges) I will get 30000 secs free every month.

                        Now I am facing the same dificulities chasing them. They have the photocopies of my documents (DL and Pan Card), which they may misuse. I have also written a mail to Idea customer care. Please suggest me what should i do?

                        I called on[protected] and even though after 18 minutes of paining keeping me on hold they have charged me Rs.3 for that without even talking to the executive

                          Facts:
                          Shaiv BPO Services, 18/17 basement WEA, Dhakha House, Karol Bagh, New Delhi-5 stated to be your marketing promoter contacted me on my prepaid mobile mo. [protected] through their so called executives Mr. Uma Shanker and Mr. Deepak and convinced me that considering the volume of my STD calls post paid plan will be better and economic for me, on further query they assured me that when i feel the plan is expensive then the option for converting it back to prepaid is open for me on the same no. and Rs. 750(amount being advance payment and security of the sim for post paid connection) will be adjusted against my bill for the tariff plan of Rs. 444.

                          They have sent Mr. Prashant Sahu who issued me a receipt no. 5144 dated 23/02/09 for a sum of Rs. 750 against my cheque no. 429721 issued from State Bank Of India (Tis Hazari Courth Branch) and handed me a sim bearing no.[protected] and assured me that after the clearence of the cheque and verification of my id my post paid connection will be activated and whatever balance i have in my prepaid sim will be adjusted against my bill.On 5/03/09 i had tried my best to contact Mr. Uma Shanker on his mobile no. [protected] but failed, then i sent a msg that due to their poor service i would like to cancel my request to convert my prepaid connection to post paid.

                          On 6/03/09 a lady executive from Idea Cellular contaced me and assured me as my cheque was cleared and identity being confirmed by their executives personaly and on teleph also, my post paid sim will be activated within 24 hrs. I requested her not to activate the post paid sim as i'm intersed in my existing sim. On my request she assured me if i'm not interested in postpaid connection the amount of Rs. 750 will be refunded within 2 days. On 9/03/09 at about 8:30 pm the registration of my prepaid sim failed. Then i contacted the customer care( prepaid and post paid) but no proper response was given to me.

                          On 10/3/09 i had mail my complaint to the customer care- Delhi narrating the above facts and requested not to convert my prepaid sim to post paid. The executive named P.S. SINDHU responded to my mail stating that their department is considering my request and the matter will be resolved in 24 hrs.

                          On 12/03/09 i received a mail from P.S. SINDHU stating that my post paid sim have been activated on 10/03/09. On 16/03/09 i again contacted her that no such connectivity is there in either of my sim(prepaid or post paid) and again requested her to activate my prepaid sim and on 18/03/09 she told me that they are looking into the matter and will respond at their earliest.

                          On 19/03/09 i requested her to solve my problem within 24 hrs as i'm facing a lot of problem as my clients and investors were not able to contact me as she has misused the technology and ceased my prepaid sim, and till today i have not received any mail from careless customer care people.

                          I have suffered a financial loss of Rs.95000 above (approx) due to their irresponsible behaviour.

                          Marketing by convincing a customer properly to preomote the company is a gud idea sir ji.

                          But grabbing the customer by mischevious activities and false state ment is not a gud idea sir ji.

                          Idea prepaid connection(i-card) — Complain against the irresponsible behaviour of Custummer care executive

                          I am unable to make the outgoing call since evening of 6th of may, i just called the customer care to know about the problem the first person named Md. Mumtaz ask me every thing and after keeping me on hold for eight and half minutes he does not give me the complain number and and disconnected the call. Then again i called them a girl called Pooja picked the phone and i just want to know the details about the executive i was talking who disconnected my call, she only try to convince me with her new excuses, after my repeated request she forwarded the call to his supervisor named Md.Shareef. He also unavailable to give me the details of the first executive i talked, he says me its against his company policy to disclose even the name, then he forwarded the call to his supervisor named mr.Abhay, he again tried to convince me with his own view and after my so many attempts, he finally given me the name as Mr.Mumtaj. This Mumtaj also not even tagged my call and register my complains.
                          So, its my heartiest request that these people must be severely penalized for wasting my precious half an hours of my office time and not making my query solved.
                          i had given complain to customer care that my hello tune is not comming which song i activated only voice of idea voice of idea comming ... my money was wasting 45 rupes cuted by ur custome care. so plz kindely solve my problem my idea number is [protected]

                          Idea prepaid connection — irresponsible service

                          I have an Idea prepaid connection (No: [protected]). I submitted address proof (for dot verification ...at 16th Nov 2010) at Idea camp near Dargah (opp. to OASIS school). They did not provide any information about the rest of the processes , just said process is completed .. you will get confirmation message within 8 hours. But still I am getting warning message i.e. "submit ur detail to avoid barring of connection". What is this non sense ???

                          Other problem is: several time.. without my permission they made member of any nonsense scheme and start cutting amount like: 30rs, what is this?

                            Now we are not interested to activate & use these nos.

                            So I request you to you please refund our amount from above dealer .

                              What an Idea to [censored] the happiness and money of people with your [censored]ing Idea Net Setter rather it would be better if you [censored]ers name it "Idea To [censored] Net Users". I purchased Idea Net Setter by seeing the advertisement and it states that it is high speed internet connection speeds at maximum of 236.8 kbps...u know what speed im getting amazing speed of 0.0 to 1.6 kbps...so u know what...it takes atleast 15 minutes to just open up google home page then imagine if i was to download a song of 8mb...i would grow ol by the time it actually downloads to my computer...forget about watching onlinr videos...these Idea and think on a Idea to just [censored] peoples happiness abd rob money for this [censored]ing service...its better if you shell out 10 bucks to a local internet cafe and surf there...instead of just [censored]ing around with these Idea and ethicless who never attend customers calls...im going to consumer forum to sue IDEA...Idea number - [protected] = Hyderabad

                                i'm purchase a Idea data card 2 days ago & i am fully disappointed with the speed and connectivity...my gtalk is not working with it properly...at time of loading chat service it gets disconnected...

                                or when i open 2 or 3 pages at a time its gets disconnected...

                                1) Even no response from concerned department
                                2) Need to wait long time on call to reach concerned department.
                                3) Whenever u need to log query concern people will say "we are unable to log into system- due to technical problems" -- later will say till this time we have not received any query from your side……………………

                                IDEA CELLULAR - DATA CARD — UNPRECENDENTED CASE OF HARRASMENT BY IDEA CELLULAR IN BILLING - 9594057550

                                This mail is to bring to your attention unwarranted and unfair practices adopted by your company IDEA . I had applied for postpaid data card connection in Mumbai on 23/08/09, no. being [protected] under 2 month unltd free usage programme which expired on 23/10/09. On 08/11/09 night , I suddenly receive a demand SMS on the datacard to pay Rs. 1257 as interim monthly payment and on 09/11/09 morning the connection is disconnected without any telephonic intimation from your people. It is really surprising the way you people treat customers. The bill got generated on 08/11/09 itself and I recd a SMS on 08/11/09 night and you expect me to make immediate payment in the night itself whereas the due date is 22/11/09. If you guys are in so hurry to recover bills from your clients then you should stop postpaid service and have only prepaid ones and also dont give due dates. Also your customer care centre is one of the hopeless that I have ever experienced.

                                Not only this, also I had applied for Rs. 849 /- unltd plan on 16/09/09 when I had made payment of my first bill Rs. 38/- (Service Tax on free service rental) which was not implemented and I was kept under Rs. 399 plan purposely for unknown reasons. I demand an explaination of this carelessness and immediate retrospective implementation of the Rs. 849 unltd plan (Rs. 500 discounted for 3 billling cycles as your brochure reads) from 24/10/09 itself. Though I had made a cash payment of Rs. 1257 under your coercive tactics to extort money but I want it to be adjusted in later bills. It may also be noted that I have lost substantial business because of this practice and behaviour of yours for which you are solely responsible.

                                Also demand to have a relook at your customer unfriendly extortion practices. Why you guys dont inform customer all this non sense intentions of yours beforehand itself?

                                Inspite of numerous mails like this to IDEA Cellular on their id (appellate.[protected]@idea.adityabirla.com) no response has been recd till date from them except for unnamed and unmanned auto replies from the above email id.

                                I, purchase a Idea data card a year ago & I am fully disappointed with the speed and connectivity...my gtalk is not working with it properly...or when i open 2 or 3 pages at a time its gets disconnected...                                   Urgent:--- I feel extremely dejected in writting this mail.

                                  1. Some Aryan called me and offer me to convert the idea prepaid i.e [protected] to post paid. and told me that your call rate will be 10p per min and you will get 600 mins idea to other free @ 249 monthly rental plan. but when i called to customer care they are saying different. I gave him 500 Rupees also for this scheme.

                                  2. They promised that the Sim will be activated within 24 hrs. I called many times to too many numbers (Which are Mentioned Below ) Now its been more than 6 days. Still my phone is not activated.

Pradeep tellecaller called me and offer me to convert the idea prepaid i.e [protected] (its my wife mobile no.) to post paid. and told me that your call rate will be 30p per min and you will get 600 mins idea to other free @ 299 monthly rental plan. I gave him 500 Rupees also for this scheme.

                                  it have been approx 1 month my number is not started. customer care have arrange 3 time verification for sim. But no executive cumes to my place.

                                  This SHAIV BPO also cheat me. These center person RAJEEV, AMIT, VIPIN gives wrong information, and when i buy the new connection The scheme tell by them is not in IDEA POSTPAID. and now these person Not pick the phone.

                                  this SHAIV BPO is cheater. Don't belive on this BPO.
                                  These people are a bunch of asses. They called me and told one of their stories. the story was completely malignant. I had to pay an amount of Rs. 1200/- and this amount corresponded to my internet usage of just about 3 to 4 hours in which I just did surfing. The interesting part is that according to these dunce my bill should never had crossed Rs. 150/-. Later, I came to know that this 150 WALA PLAN was only for corporate customers and not for me. That was after the bill came and NEVER before that. I had bought the sim only after listening to this 150 WALA PLAN, but had to pay the amount for trusting these .
                                  i am worked with shaiv b.p.o service rohini sec 7.he is not giving my salary .he is delaying (nitendra-[protected])saying tomorrow and further next tomorrow from .til now i have no money.

                                    This is complaint regarding your employee in customer care department, not giving proper solutions to our questions.Instead of giving solutions to our problems, just urguing with us & saying( i.e your personnel problem), so you have to lookout.These words are said by one of your customer care executive named Ritesh Chillal, Emp Id-705563.
                                    We are not yet satisfied by your Customer care employees service.your employee says that, it is not their duty, regarding my complaint.Our complaint is that why Customer care employees are employed in company, if they say that is not related to them & unnesesarly Urgue & use abuse Language.
                                    We want to look in this matter urgently.
                                    Since 1st of April 2009 my twice recharged amount of Rs 90/= has been deducted. But when I wanted to give complaints on either 4444 or 12345 you are always announcing that our customer care representatives are busy. So kindly get my recharged amount refunded on mobile & let me know on both on mobile as well as e-mail address.

                                    This is idea company policy to deciet there prepaid customers. Most probably they choose random prepaid nos. to steal some amount from their balance through there system. These guy activated there music station service on my no. and keep deducting 30Rs. every month and when i complaint this matter to their reps, they blamed me for activating it. I am absolutely convinced that this organization is full of scroundrals. One can easily presume from there behavior about the large no. o[censored]sers they have cheated this way and made crores of ruppes through this cheatin scam.
                                    When the first time 30rs. were deducted from my balance i was playing "holi" with my friend and that instant i called up idea care and brought this matter to there reps. The guy was very illiterate and lacked manners and moresoever refused to accept any of my reason. Therefore finally i had to tell him that eunuchs are better than people serving in your organization, atleast they come on holi n ask for some rupees whereas your company has created a monopoly to steal there customers money rather than begging on festivals. Hence i told him to not give my 30rs. and said it will surely make the leader of tranny's happy (" your company's ceo"). Inspite of all this they again deducted 30 rs. from my balance. How great is this company.

                                      i purchased a mobile sim of idea from New India Electronics (a branch of kings electronics), Panvel Tel[protected] on 22 march 2009 and submitted all required documents i] Pan card Xerox ii] Electricity bill Xerox iii] Photo
                                      On first two days the shopkeeper was saying your account will be activated shortly in half an hour but still Its five days gone and mu number is not activated
                                      when I call to Idea customer care of Idea they are way far from customer friendly, Hardly get connected from any other network and idea customer care no 12345 is blocked from my idea mobile, they just keep telling send the documents by courier, If you send mails to their customer care there is only a auto generated response nothing else
                                      And just see the mail receipt from one of their customer care executive amit Bhandari he just send a mail saying that your number is activate without confirming whether it is activated or not

                                      well any way I can submit new documents but the problem is now the retailer Kings Electronics can make misuse of those previous documents submitted for getting connection for any illegal matter like terrorism. What should I do now? and if this document problem is not a issue then why this all security bubble, just to increase inconvenience to customer,
                                      Anyway send the same letter to security officials of india,
                                      Well there is no rule to give receipts for any documents submitted

                                        Executive Engineer, Public Works Division, Achalpur submitted all necessary documents on 23rd inst. @ Catch Services, Rajapeth, Amravati for getting an internet connection. A net-setter has been received but has not been activated yet on 25th inst. It has been told that it is being activated in the noon today dtd. 25th. after verification of address proof centre. Ours is Govt. organization and we requested to concerd office to get activated net setter 849 plan a post paid connection with unlimitted download plan. But no responce we are getting from Amravati (M.S.) office. The person bering cell No. [protected] is not attendind our call since noon today. You are requested to consider our urgency and do the needful regarding activation of an internate connection. My cell No. is[protected] & expecting +ve action.
