I had an idea postpaid corporate connection. when i left that organization i have given a letter to Idea office at Adoor. It was on july 2008. But still phone bill is coming to my previous organization addressed to me. Its adding the previous bill till date. What should i do? Didnt got the 1000 mints in my account as per wriiten on the coupan.

Idea,
I have purchased a top up coupan for Rs 149 on which is it is hardly coded on to the front of coupan that customer will get 1000 Mints Idea To Idea call free for a validity of a month.

But the scene is very diffrent and i havn, t got even a single mint as a free idea to idea call.When i called to customer care the executive said the plan has been changed and the coupan which you bought is OLD.At the same time...

Change from prepaid to postpaid

Dear Sir,

Earlier i was using Idea prepaid connection i.e. I -Card.Many a times i was called up by Idea persons to convert connection from prepaid to post paid (Rs 299 plan).I was told that roaming charges will be free on incoming calls and if i dont like the scheme, i can get my prepaid connection back with the same scheme (I-Card) in next month. But later on i got to know from other person that roaming will not be free...

Automated repeat calls through out the day

My wife receives atleast 25 automated calls a day from Idea cellular on her number inspite of repeated complaints to their customer care. I have been fed up of their service.I want to register a 'case of pestering' against them as these automated calls start from 8' O Clock in the morning and they last till 11 pm at night. My mobile number given to someone else without my consent

I am not able to use my mobile number [protected] from IDEA Cellular’s now as it is giving me SIM registration failed. This number is with me for more than 7 years now. I called up the customer service on [protected] also but the only response that I got was that the details are not available at present, please call again tomorrow.

i would like to bring this case in your kind notice that a shopkeeper in gurgaon (har) on kahadsa road used to cheat people by giving wrong details of recharge vouchers and theirs validity.
I went to that shop and i asked for life time validity recharge voucher he told me its of 195 Rs. i paid him the amount and waited for the updation bt i recived a message giving a talk time of 50Rs. and NIL validity...

Extra charged on Holidays

I am having postpaid customer of Idea Cellular.

I am charged extra (than normal pulse or message) on Holidays.

My friend of prepaid never charged for the same. Though Being a postpaid customer paying extra rent of 199 still i am charged extra for each call or message on Holidays. Why so ?
