[Resolved]  Idea - Prepaid Mobile Connection — SIM Card Rejected

i m using Idea 2G sim since 2 years & the number was [protected] . Suddenly Sim card show sim card registration failed, What is the reason ? No proper reply by customerecare

suddenly the message comes on my mobile that SIM card rejected & phone become dead.
I have talked with customer Care but do not got proper reply.
1) So as I am using prepaid how can I get back my balace money & validity ?

prepaid mobile cosumer — sudden currency vanish

I had recharged Rs.50 on August 21, 2009. The balance left was Rs.14+. Total currency in mobile was Rs.57. When I checked for balance currency in mobile on 1.9.2009. I found that only Rs.16 left. Pl write to me what happened to the remaining currency, how it vanished?

I use my mobile only for communication purposes. I made a request not to extend the services of caller tunes or commercial advertisements so that I can save the currency for communication purpose. Kindly write and confirm how the currency vanished. If the same happens next time, I drop using the mobile services of any company. Kindly do the needful and arrange to fill back the lost currency to my mobile number [protected].

mera sim card company ne reject kar diya customer care phone kiya to wo bolte he document jama ni he mera ye no. 2 saal purana he 2 saal se kya bina document ke chaal raha tha bina kisi information ke reject kar diya
