I have not recived my Idea post paid bill scince connection.threrfore i get lots of problem. I have all ready complained several times in costumar care, but yet they have not respond me.
So, kindly take this subject and help me take necessary action against them as per rule.

I have given application for converting my idea prepaid connection to postpaid 15 days back and since then I am waiting. Now my prepaid sim has been inactivated and I have been told that it wil take2 hrs time now its almost 24 hrs gone and still it is not working. I have lost so many important calls.
I have been in touch with local service provider and a person named Yogesh from Idea. Now he has also switched off his cell.

IDEA is providing SIM to those type of people who are using the number for illegal purpose. i am providing the list of IDEA mobile numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] etc.) are engaged in supplying college/school girls to high profile people. Many my friends(specially girls) recieve call from these numbers. They are misbehaving in the call. i think these numbers are a part of high profile racket. i request...

send my bill on my billing address...

I recharged by Rs. 60 i got the message that my mobile is recharged successfully. Even if it is showing Zero balance.
I tried to call customer support. I m not able to speak to custmere executive after tring 3-4 hours.
Last time i took 10 appr to contact the customer care.

I bought a recharge voucher of Rs.222 from local dealer from masih garh on 13-sep-08 and did recharge but i did not find talk time.
After that i did contact with customer care but they did not give me response. After 3 or 4 times calling the customer care excutive Mr. Ashwani gave me a complain No 58015654 and said that after 2 or 3 hour you would get talk time but still i did not find talk time.

I amwas customer of Idea Cellular ([protected]), Maharastra for last 4 months. Without asking Idea had activated MMS service for which the bill was more that 1800+ for a month. I had not paid the bill from that day. I ready to pay the Balance bill after Deduction of MMS amount.

i am getting almost 20 messages from a number 58888, i have serched this number in net and found this is a site named "mobile.india times.com " i havint given my phone number to this site or redistred my name in this site, i doubt they have got my number from idea .
i want to stop them sending messages...

Through net i set my caller tune for which Rs 30 to be deducted and Rs 15 subs cription charges. At that time there areRe 1 in my cell my request is in pending.I phoned to custromer care for my problem they said first u recharge ur account and said within 24 hrs .But they charged 60 rs instead of 45 rs is there any solution....

I beg to say that i have idea prepaid connection with number [protected].
(1) I wanted to deactivate my internet services from idea.
I have already called the customer care many times to deactivate the unlimited gprs service @rs 20/day.
But the amount of money is still deducing.
(2) I have already send the message to deactivate the service(i.e DEACT gprs20 on the number 12345 as the customer care told).br...

Inspite of repeated reminders Idea is not correcting my bill of August, 2008. Following are the problems in my bill:

1. Idea is charging money for STD pack whereas my plan is full value plan.
2. Idea has charged advance charges for next month, which is to be returned as per TRAI latest guidelines
3. Idea has overchrged GPRS charges for the period when GPRS was not activated on my mobile.
