Dear Sir_Madam,
I have been using an idea postpaid connection since Oct'06. Some days before, due to some personal circumstances, I didn't submit the bill and than my connection had been deactivated. Again I was requested to activate my connection by submission of my pending bills and also give them some extra charges for activation. After that, my O/g & I/c had been barred without inform me and when i asked to the costumer care, they were also unable to tell me the reason for barre. Since that day I am facing many problems due to IDEA's fault.
But now this is too much, my number has been putting on hold since a week, again without giving me any information. Now i am unable to talk with costumer care because my sim is still unregistered. I went to Idea Care Shop Sec-17, Rohini, Delhi, then he told me that your verification has been negative, that why your no. is 'put on hold' condition. I am suffering from too much problems again only because of IDEA's fault, not mine. I am a working person and live alone at my residence. From last five days i am on leave because for making my verification positive. But the verifier boy never came on time which i requested and also he didn't make me a single call if he found me absent at home on my alternate no. Now they says that we cant do anything, your no. will not be activated. During this time I am also loose financially.
I am requesting to you that please consider my request asap. Its my personally request to you. I have been facing much problems since a week.
