Idea — idea recharge

i have purchase a idea sim so that i could use internet . one day i have brought 5 recharges of rupees 10 each. 2 of the recharges were not getting recharged. i have complained against it but there were no reply from them. because of them my important work got delayed that day because i was not able to use internet. please file a complain against them.

In my city mandsaur the idea disributerto lazy and to shagy.they do not provide the available recharges and sell them in blackso u plz look about the condition hereotherwise the ur prestige will greatly affect.

Dear sir,
I am Sultana begum from andhra pradesh (Hyderabad). I have entered all information to freecharge.in for my vodafone mobile with 333 amount on 17/06/11.
but suddenly the site blocked and but total amount rupees 343 got detect from my SBI account and recharege was not successfull
so please check it and do the needfull ASAP more then 10 days completed from the date of recharge.

I have recevied a mail from order Ccavenue as recharege as done successfully

Please check this ASAP possible.

Idea — RE CHARGE

Dear Sir
This is to inform to you that I have recharged my pre paid cell with the value of 100 rs on 26 or 27 Oct 11.

After some days I again recharged it with the value of rs 50.

Both of balance have been deducted without any intimation. I called your toll free no 198 and some another
no but my complaint was not logged anyone.

Kindly check at your end and this is a very simple query and i hope you are also know about rules,regulation,
laws and TRAI.

on free recharge site I am doing 300/- recharge on my mobile [protected](idea) balance is reduce from my account but i am not getting talk time on mobile
plz do something as early as possible
