[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine — Poor service quality

I hv 6kg digital ifb machine. and the motor of the machine is faulty from last one year and i m regualrly complaining about the motor. every time ur service engineer came the told that i will replace the motor next time. he came with new motor twice but failed to fit the motor once and second the motor he brought was faulty. Now the motor is so noicy I m surprised that a company like ifb is not attending the complaints. Kindly tell me i[censored] can help me in replacing the motor if not then please tell me ur disability so that i can through the machine out and tell everybody that u should not take the product of ifb

i was purchased a IFB made washing machine in Dec, 08 from Durgapur(WB) and after instalation it was get malfunctioning. i was made a complaint via internat on 6/4/09 and except a call from service centre nothing has been done till date.

The response from IFB service in chennai is poor - My problem yet to be solves

i have a ifb machine senator model which is under AMC.i was shocked to see that when th agent came to replace ruber tube of tumbler, he got an old part in a brand new packing.which when i checked, he said it was sent by his seniors.now i have complaint thrice about my spinning problem.they have given me th ticket no.which is 2990963.th problem has not been resolved.so it is my sinceer requesrt to all th consumers, i[censored] have taken AMC, pl ensure that u all r given genuine parts not cheated like me.
so npow my question is, is there anybody to do th needful????????

ifb washing machines — Service quality is poor and cheating consumer

Hello All

The IFB washing machine division is outsourced the servicing to a COMPAN called DIGITECH SERVICE ulasoor Bangalore. The service engineer name: Ramesh.

The service engineer after inpecting and investigating the machine said that to replace rotatary switch and wash switch and they charged around 5990.00 rupees.When they reurn the machine it has same problem.We again logged complain after complaint. There is no response from digitech service.

Please provide us IFB service support manager number and Consumer court details at bangalore.

We have all the records and details to logged complain against digitech services.

IFB WASHING MACHINE MODEL ELENA — POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

Washing machine was purchased less than 2 months. It Stopped automaticaally after heavy vibration. Service technician informed that stone is broken and PCB damaged. Afterwards booked a complaint to customer care at [protected] on 05.05.2009 TICKET NUMBRER 2996490. Again booked a complaint on 14.05.2009 Number is 3028300. Still nobody attended. Contacted local service engineer Mr Lokesh at [protected] and local service centre at [protected] . Now I am helpless. Can anybody from IFB helpme to restore my machine ??

friend i purchase a tirming machine[protected] ,a shopkeeper provide us 10 month warranty, after 10 day of purchasing it become dad now the shopkeeper is not doing anythig,
suggest me what can i do/

IFB WASHING MACHINE — Poor quality of service

I have been using the IFB washing machine (model EXECUTIVE PLUS; machine serial no. 86137) since March 2002.I had filed a complaint to the IFB customer care (Bangalore) on 8 th October'09 with the ticket no. 3600912. The technician attended on 10th of October, found that the belt was damaged. He took the damaged belt and informed that he would come on 13th of October for replacement. Now it is being over a week and still there is no sign of anybody coming to replace the belt inspite of several reminders. On contacting higher authority, they informed us saying that the technician had come but the door was locked, which is not possible because my parents and in-law are always at home round the clock. Added to the injury when complaining them about the service quality, they registered a new complaint (Ticket No. 3640382). I would definitely request others to look into the quality of service before deciding to buy a product

I am also suffering with this cheating company. I have an IFB elena washing machine which is under AMC. The service men from IFB completely spoiled it and now it is not working.

NEVER BUY ANY IFB PRODUCT IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND...

IFB WASHING MACHINE — no response in spite lodging complaints after complaint/calling

I am having a IFB Washing machine bearing nn; 25341 purchased @ Erode,the machine so far being got serviced @Erode.My machine is also under AMC & the AMC No: 5388 dated 26.5.09.I lodged complaint with Erode people for carrying out certain repair and on my call they came took the machine for service.Quite after some time(1month) they returned the machine.Immediately on delivery,on the next day onwards,the machine is not working again,so i immediately called the local people at Erode and also lodged ccomplaint to the toll-free nos: and the complaint nos given to me are: 3490952/[protected]/1.11.09.SO FAR NO RESPONSE,SCANT RESPECT,THE ULTIMATE IRONY IS MACHINE STILL NOT WORKING

Our IFB machine is under AMC and since past two months they are finding out reasons for not fixing the machine. The machine has leakage in the electric wiring and as a result of which it giving electric current on the body and due to water it is spreading in other areas of the house. The complain has to be registered in Bangalore and than some stupid agency here maintains it. As they have taken the AMC money in advance there is no response to our complains. It is sad that we cannot even file a legal suit against such companies.

The worst service i have ever seen. The customer care is helpless. No proper guidance to the staff. They dont have spare parts ready for the old models. The company is least bothered to take care of the customer complaints. If this persists then IFB will soon disappear from market.

Respected Sir,

I have purchased IFB Washing Machine at Chandra Traders Chennai on 13th January 2008. During the Demo Run onwards there was problem in the Machine due to Pressure Stat fault. The service engineer had done temporary arrangement to run the machine.

I have lodged written complaint through email as well as to customer care help line numbers. The Service do visit every time but problems keep coming one after the other. I strongly feel that the authorised service centre is not efficient enough to handle the problems effect. Threre numerous problems with quality of service its very difficult to explain every details.

May I request you take neccessary action in this regard and sage guard the interest of the consumers like me

IFB washing Machine ,model &kg digital,purchased on 07.09.09 and for which complaint lodged under 3793130 dt 27.11.09,have not been attended so far any person an we are continuing to face problems.My earlier reminder dt 13.12.09,have also not been given any attention.DO ATTEND URGENTLY.
