IFB WASHING MACHINE — UNDER WARRANTY BUT NO SERVICE/REPAIR

IFB 7 KG Digital washing machine bought on 5/5/09 has been giving problems since the beginning. Suddenly it stopped working one day and complaint was registered on 8/9/2010. Its been a month but the service centre has done nothing to repair even when its under warranty for 2 years. It is the worst service ever by any company. I would sue the company soon as none of the representatives are taking the complaint seriously. Complaint number- 5070837. No one should buy any product from this company, there have been way too many complaints made on this forum but still nothing has changed. IFB Should be banned by the government.

Very bad. I m trying since last two days.. they go on reminding (that is what they say on phone...) to the local authorised service person and the person or the area manager is not attending the phone...
And imagine.. they know only the area manager and service center no and name of shop.. they don't know the ADDRESS ... what a shameful thing for such a company... I think I should have purchased LG instead of IFB..

IFB /Washing machine /ELENA — poor after sale service

I purchased IFB ELENA washing machine on year 5.1.2009 . Witheen one year it started giving problem but the gratested promblem is their service . i registered a complain on 30.09.2010 with complain no.5198401 but my promblem is not solved.

It is highly disheartening that IFB's after sales service has failed miserably time and again. There's no commitment / responsibility whatsoever to attend to repairs by the service personnel. The most annoying factor is that they are not able to keep their promise whenever they fix an appointment for attending the machine, thereby leaving customer's whole days assignments in jeopardy. In short, the machine has become completely useless, unable to serve its purpose for long time now and unnecessarily occupying a good 10% of our dining area.

I had given complaint on 1st oct 2010 after continous tracking from my end 1 useless came to service my washing machine after that he told me to change front panel,till ten days they doesnt know whether wt is the procedure for warranty.till date they say today our technical person will attend but i dnt know when it will happen...

SO DONT BUY IFB WASHING MACHINES NO SERVICE WORST CALL CENTER AGENT THEY EVEN CLSE THE TICKET BY NOT ATTENDING THE PROBLEM...

Poor service. Though our washing machine (fully automatic front loading) is in AMC, everytime service engineers come and tell one by one each product is getting worn out. They never tell the truth or may be they are not capable to find and repair the fault. Company should do act to improve their service.

Please get my machine repaired on urgent basis. also please use good bearings. this perticular bearing was local made and not SKF made. this was the reason why it needed replacement aFTER 6 MONTHS

My AMC id is-481826. My complaint number is-5591144,. This is my second complaint number. my first is5582150.The problem is -The mechine is not rotating,that is the drum is not rotating.first day the service man came and checked and said circuit is gone.next day he came and he said motor is the problem.third day he said timer is the problem.fourth day he didnt turn up.After so many calls, he came after 2 days. he did some thing and finally he told he is in need of diagram to check the function of the programme..heleft without completing the the job.Ultimate result is The mechine is still umder repair! Is this the way of giving service by IFB, a very reputed company?I am facing problems now only.I am having IFB mechine for the past 15 years.previous years the service is too good. Now the standard is degrading. The company should take care in this direction

The worst service technicians at STAR AGENCIES in Ernakulum. Also the response time is very poor. The technicians are not having knowledge of how to diagnostics the trouble shooting. My suggestion is to look for some other companies to have an expertise..

Inspite of so many complaints to the call center and even customer care office no complaints are considered from past20-25 days and no proper services are given Ifb is only the name but no services no consideration are taken Ifb has come to a zero level at there work there motto is nothing for their customers only selling is there motto if you think its a very rude complaint please do the favour[protected][protected][protected][protected][protected]-thanks

IFB — Bad quality of repair and very bad customer service

Very bad customer service - do not have any intention of resolving issues for customers. Makes false promises, the technicians are not capable. I had an issue with the Washing machine, got it repaired by them after changing the spare part. Within two months the same problem reappeared, they have not yet fixed the problem after 12 days - I get only false promises.

27 september 2011 our complaint number is 7258587 it’s in amc but those service center people are telling they will send but they are not sending please forward our problem they came on 29 sep and told that door lock has gone and told that they will send with In two days but till now it didn’t respond. when we phoned to warangal incharge srinivas is very irresponcible not responding to the phone properly and he don’t know how to talk to the customer.we are at mammillagudem,ramalayam center ,khammam,andhrapradesh our mobile number is [protected] please forward our problem we are suffering a lot.

yes, I agree. Good washing machine but given the service dealership to bunch of thieves. Planning to buy a new washing machine ... definitively not IFB.

Never buy IFB products, I don't from how long they are in market, they just don't know what is mean by after sales service. They only fraudulently selling a piece of called IFB product.

Cheating innocent people's hard earned money

I had a IFB Washing Machine with the model No: Elite DX 5.5 Kg …I am facing Washing Machine Complaint for last one year & the same is not yet rectified from the Technical support / customer service End yet... On contacting the customer service People they are taking the complaints in a cool manner & not at all sending technical staff for assistance or rectification... After that we approaching the Technical staff directly in any of the local area customer Care & handing over the complaint number, they are coming to our place and seeing the machine and not rectifying the problem and going ... Now this is the 4th or 5th time... I am diving complaint against IFB washing machine... As of now my Complaint No: with IfB is: 10705112... & ID: 2493237... Apart from all these I got a near by IFB Care Centre which is alll the Useless people Sitting... No use of the Technicians...Even gone & call them they wont used to come... I contacted one Mr. Manoj technician for Tripunitura Area in Ernakulam in his contact no : [protected], for a lot time, he not picking the phone... As of his word, we are waited for technician will come, so put the Machine in off mode, were it stops... So I had lost some of my good cloths inside this machine...

VERY VERY PATHETIC MACHINE I HAD... I SUGGEST TO ENVIRONMENT DONT GO FOR PURCHASE OF IFB APPLIANCES... IF HAD... THEN ONLY U CAN USE THE SAME AS USE AND THROW ITEM IN A WAY...!!!
