[Resolved] IFB Washing Machine — Poor service quality

In spite of lodging several complaints, company was unable to repair the machine properly. The warranty period is not yet expired. Ill response from the service centre today. Did not send a service personnel although commited to do so at 10 am and compelling me to take leave from my ofice. No one cares for the customer. POOR SERVICE - IFB WASHING MACHINE

I am having a New IFB Washing machine. I raised a complaint 10 days back in Hyderabad saying there is over flow of water and its not working. The complaint number is 12102556. The service team came to my house after 3 days and found that there is a problem in the washing machine and some part needs to be replaced. Till today no one has attended it and when i call them they are telling that some one will come tomorrow to do the repair. .
Till today their tomorrow has never came and till today my washing machine is idle.
I call so many time to the local number not able to give any replay .

Calling the Service center from Goa for 8 days. Still the complaint no [protected] is not attended. The sub centers in Goa are giving false promises and not attending on the given date 17/12/2015 and time. For which we have to stay home taking unnecessary leaves. Today the technician called and after asking the problem he stated the said part of the machine is not in stock with the sub centers, for which we have to wait for a week or so. This is truly embarrassing that such a named company does not care for the customers. and that the customers face a huge problem with regarding IFB. This complaints leave customer with no other option of buying Machines of from others brands.

Poor response to complaint

I have a IFB microwave 20SC2. The door hook springs were replaced by auth service personnel about 6 months ago. They have again broken. Despite repeated complaints on given numbers there has been no response at all.
