[Resolved]  IFB Washing Machine — Service centre

The chennai centre of IFB does not respect its service contract . My machine is under AMC. Its more than 10 days and I have made several calls to them and also sent them emails but no one has the courtesy or decency to either reply or attend. On 4 occasions during these last 10 days, they have said that a service personnel would call on us but not respected this.

Sir,

I have purchased IFB washing machine last five years back. It was running good but just one month back there was a problem in the motor. I have taken AMC with IFC, which is in force. i am staying in Puliyur, Karur District, Tamil Nadu. I am contacting the following persons every day, more than the past 25 days. One Mr. Praveen had come 15 days back and told that we will replace the motor within a week time. So far no one has come and attend the complaint. Further in this connection i am contacting the following persons daily.

My IFB 5.5Kg Elite model Washing Machine create Heavy noise.

I found Came To Know That The Bearing at back side was fallen, and requested may times to service center they are not care to attend.

Still this machine was not in working.
The chennai centre of IFB does not respect its service contract . My machine is under AMC. Its more than 10 days and I have made several calls to them and no response at all. I have raised multiple complaints for my washing machine.There has been no follow ups. I have been following constantly and thing is there people close the complaints without even giving a single call
Various complaints numbers are 12752698, 12663537, 12695450. I have had worse experience in life for the service
Same here at Bangalore - 1 month back they have taken AMC money - part money - and not replaced yet

I had purchased IFB senetor 6kg model on 25th oct 2009. After Installation I have not used for my routine loundry except for good cloths.
on 23/12/2009 leakage problem came in. After that I was using very rarely just to care for costly m/c. On 28th March 2013 problem of running motor came in. during this span I was in USA for one yr. I mean Very less use of machine.On 26th May 2014 again same problem of Motor running struck in even not using machine for and year. Mechanic came on 27th May saying PCB problem He came after several persuation with customer care he came on 31st May in the evening saying card is ok problem of Motor. I do not know how customer services are offered through untrained mechanics I may be wrong complaining IFB machines does not give good service to the customer. My 4 year warrentee is now over. I feel company should take a note of feed back from customer and stop looting innocent customers.

Sir, Your machine is good.Using IFB Executive 4 kg model since 1999.Unfortunately service is the worst, IFB people do not take complaints seriously . AMC is just fooling public. Outsourced person was serving my IFB so far.You pay so much to employees, for worst response even for online registering of servcing.Will you please send your representative for fixing of electrical wiring problem since a week in my washing machine. Dear Sir,
I, a resident of Nashik, have an IFB washing machine. Some time back the door got jammed . My neighbour intimated the IFB service centre tele No to be 6569111. After prolonged dialling, the tele responded and confirmed that it belonged to IFB service centre, and sent me a mechanic who after having broken open the lock( the only course as per him) gave me an estimate of Rs 7000 plus for further repair . While I okayed him to go ahead, I also wanted to speak to the Manager concerned about it and get confirmation regarding cost, guarantee, buy back option upon going for a new machine and many other issues towards strengthening my confidence on the organisation and the work expected. But there is no response from the No as sated above for the last three days. I also do not have the location of their office at Nashik to be able to personally visit them Please HELP.

IFB Service is very Worst, they are not responding, please dont buy IFB, surely you will hurts after couple of months, better buy any other branded Washing Machine

I curse the day we bought the fib washing machine.i complained about 10 days ago they haven't yet showed up. I live in bangalore.my amc no. Is 10054.i live in bangalore.
My 6 kg front loading, fully auto washing machine was working perfectly in Chennai. When I got transferred to Bangalore, I got it dismantled and packed by IFB rep and re-assembled at Bangalore by IFB Service engineer Mr Shankar (Mob No [protected]), who did not/could not do a good job. The very first use caused the drive motor to burn. I was forced to fork out Rs 5000/-. He came, happily replaced the motor. the next day there was again a problem with the motor wiring. I again complained and he came, did a temp job. A fortnight later I again have the same problem. IFB promised to arrange to send a Senior Technician from their franchisee at Bangalore. I was even given the name and mob No ( Mr Rajkumar [protected]) of the franchise owner. He too promised to send a senior tech. My Complaint id Ticket No is 14166705 dated 01 Nov 2014. Today is 11 Nov 2014. No one has bothered to visit. I am considering approaching the Consumer Forum for redressal.IFB IS LOSING THEIR CUSTOMER BASE AND IS NOT BOTHERED AT ALL ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! The sad part is that the product is very good, but their after sales service is very very poor in Bangalore. I was a very satisfied customer in Chennai. Even my sister had a similar experience in Bangalore and shifted to a Siemens washing machine. I really do not expect IFB to respond to my Complaint I am posting this for awareness of other consumers.
My dishwasher complaint on 15th October closed unattended. Repeat complaint in the month of November again closed unattended.

This company is a big CHOR Company I have ever seen.

The case is now given to our legal advisor to file a case in comsumer forum.

I have AMC with Keelkattalai, Chennai IFB service centre for my washing machine. It's stopped working two weeks back. I lodged a complaint and following it up since then with the service centre. It has been more than 12 days, and with the false promises every day the machine is not repaired yet. My humble request to all the readers of this message, please don't purchase IFB machines and don't have any AMC's particularly. Irresponsible and useless guys and waste of Money and time..
very bad customer service i feel bad to buy a ifb machine it often shows error while it wash and in hot it shows error while it rinse.

Not getting service

My machine is out of order for more than an year, company is not able to provide an engineer who can understand the problem, they are not even responding properly for this matter.what should I do.
