[Resolved]  Ignou — Failure of Cs-60

my father has chosen this university for me to do bca & this is my right&duty to clear bca by hook or by crook ok;

IGNOU IS VERY IRRESPONSIBLE BUSINESS UNIT IT IS NOT A UNIVERSITY, THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FO RNOTHING, I HAVE APPLIED FOR RE-EVALUATION AND PHOTO COPY OF MARKS SHEET BY PAYING MONEY, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PAPERS ARE MARKS, IN THE WEBSITE IF I ENTER MY ENROLLMENT NUMBER IT SAYS NOT FOUND, I MAILED TO SOMANY PEOPLE AND I GOT ONE REPLY AFTER A MONTH THAT YOU HAVE TO CALL TO THIS NUMBERS, I AM CALLING FROM LAST 3 MONTHS NO ONE IS PICKING THE PHONE ARE IT IS ENGAGED, PLEASE PLEASE SUGGEST PEOPLE WHO ARE WILLING TO JOIN IGNOU NOT TO JOIN, THE ARE OTHER UNIVERSITIES WHICH ARE VERY GOOD, IGNOU IS HAVING VALUE IS ONE WRONG CONCLUSION IN EVERY ONE BEFORE JOINING ALL THE UNIVERSITIES ARE HAVING SAME VALUE...U NEED KNOWLEDGE AND DEGREE THATS ALL...THE WAY THEY EVALUATE THE PAPERS ARE SUCK...I DON'T THINK ANY OF THE EDUATED PERSON WILL EVALUATE YOUR PAPER...ALL ARE DUMB...IGNOU UNIVERSITY IS VERY BAD...

VIGILANCE CELL

Vigilance Cell formally came into existence in the University in 1998 and is headed by the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) to handle the vigilance matters concerning the University to ensure probity and integrity in public administration. It is considered as an extension of Central Vigilance Commission for the purpose of exercising check and supervision on vigilance and anti-corruption work.

Processing Complaints

The complaints received on corruption, malpractices or misconduct on the part of the officials of the University are taken up for investigation. While normally a Public Servant is required to address communications through the proper channel, there is no objection to lodge complaints directly or communications giving information about corruption or other kinds of malpractices. While genuine complainants shall be afforded protection against harassment or victimisation, serious note will be taken if a complaint is, after verification, found to be false and malicious.

Lodging Complaint

If anybody of this University asks for bribe or if you have any information on corruption in this office or if you are a victim of corruption in this office, you can complain to the Head of this University or the Chief Vigilance Officer and the Central Vigilance Commissioner as per the addresses given below. The anonymous or pseudonymous complaints are not entertained. The identity of the complainant should be disclosed and their identity will be kept confidential. I think the Course books provided by IGNOU is not sufficient to clear all the papers. All the topics should be covered with details and examples.

2 subjects of second sem got N.P. I re- appeared it when the 4th sem exams came but still its coming N.P. Now i have to submit the exam application for the 5th sem. I am really worried about it .
Please help me out.

i think the syllabus should be revised bcoz it is difficult to sit and study as a regular course.

i tink cs 60 should remove from syllabus already we have mcs013 discrete maths in 1st semester so no use of this paper

I am agree that syllabus of CS-60 is really vast. It should be made as an options subject.
I am not agree that copy is not being checked properly. I have got the marks how much i have written in the copy.

Even I am not agree with comments mentioned above. I am in third semester and got satisfactory marks in previous semester's. My score till date is near about 70%. So I completely disagree and don't think marking is too tight.

Big mantra to clear the IGNOU exam is write the thing clear and precise and also focus on your writing too along with subject matter. If your content is not readable then there is no point how good you have written. This is based on what I observed from my colleagues.

i am completely agree their are not check examination copy correctly.
i think from syllabus of mca parer of cs-60 should be cutoff.
because when we have paased all parers of mca completely, then what is it use of this paper (cs-60).

all complaint should be forwad to the IGNOU site.

CS-60, Is having lot of syllabus, even after studying 9 volumes, questions / problems are not coming which are in IGNOU stuidy material in exam.

I / Students are suffering, to study maths through IGNOU books. We are in confusing which books we have to refer to complete cs-60.

if someone pass HSC with computer subject still he have to give cs-60 ???????

I AM SERVING IN ARMY AND NOW I AM POSTED IN ASSAM SO I AM UNABLE TO CAME DELHI FOR THE UNDERMENTIONED PROBLEM.
I WAS THE STUDENT OF BLIS AND MY ENROLLMENT NO IS[protected]. I GAVE THE BLIS EXAMS IN DEC 2008. AND I PASSED THE ALL PAPERS EXCEPT BLS3 &BLS4P. FOR THE REST PAPER I AGAIN GAV E THE EXAM IN DEC 2009. I HAVE PASSED THE BOTH PAPER. BUT I DO NOT GET THE MY MARK SHEET OF THE SAID EXAMS. WHEN I SHAW THE GRADE CARD ON NET I FOUND THAT IN MY GRADE CARD BLS3P IS SHOWING IN COMPLETE. BUT I HAVE ALREADY PASSED THIS PAPER IN DEC 2008.
DUE TO THE SAID PROBLEM IN MY GRADE CARD SHOWING THAT BLS3P IS NOT COMPLETE.
SO I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE THE NECESSARY ACTION PLEASE. I WILL BE HIGHLY THANKFUL TO YOU FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS.
