[Resolved]  Imint Rewards + ICICI Credit Card — False promises and cheating

Imint seems to be good from ICICI BANK, at same time they shd inform how to redeem points ...

imint reward point — not earning the imint r-points

dear sir,

I have to state that I am having icici credit card since long.My card no. is [protected].I am nor earing my imint points properly since last two-three months.In this month's bill also,I haven't got any imint points.I am a regular user of your card for a long time.I request you to please look into the matter and do the needful to earn me the real imint points,so that I can redem the same.

on my registered mobile with ICICI Bank Credit Card stating that I have got 2389points accumulated on my I Mint account, and given an option to redeemed it to get some gift vouchers.

I don't know what else I a supposed to do. I have been trying to reset my password.In spite of following all the instructions nothing seems to work. Most of the time even accessing the portal is difficult. Does it really exist?

I'm also sufferer of same kind. I have 2750 reward points kept with imint. Without any notice ICICI bank transferred all reward points to such of an unknown company. I would like to get IMINT card and would like redeem all points. Please advise me.

We should take up the case with consumer court. Should involve the ICICI Bank also for outsourcing the benefit to a new company with our consent.

I had placed the request for imint card around 30 days ago and I was told that I would get the card in 10 working days and therefore I had changed my residencial address on 10th of March but till now I have not got any intimation regarding the return or delivery status of the imint card...Rohit Sidhu [protected] Mohali-160058

I had 2266 points as on 31st March 2011. But without CVV no. and expiry date I couldnt able to redeem the points.I dont get a card from you .so kindly send the card at the earliest.My account number as per ICICI statement is [protected].

I have undergone a lot of harrasment in the hands of ICICI bank credit card department as I once happend to call on the helpline for the payment confirmation of my credit card and I was told by one of the executive that the ICICI bank is providing me the facility o[censored]pgradation of my current gold card to titanium card free of cost so therefore I had placed a request for the same and was told that I would get the same in 7 working days but the card was never delivered to me till date despite several reminders made by me on the helpline and everytime I was told that the card would be delivered to me in 7 working days moreover I had placed the request for the same 5-6 times from may 2010 till date but to no avail, Also their helpline is chargeable unlike other banks.

What I fear after seeing your post that i am using the ICICI credit card since last 8 yrs. and never redeemed the points earned. I have never noticed or they (ICICI or i-mint) have informed separately regarding the expiry o[censored]nused i-mint points. This time, when I got the cr.cd. statement; in between the i-mint offer advertisements, it is written as 'i-mint points that are unused for 3 years expire unless redeemed.' So, now I fear I must have lost the points earned all through the years without being noticed. This is very sad thing. I hope ICICI will do something positive on this account.

As i have made payment through cheque against all my transactions due to you on time but still late payment fee of Rs. 400 has been debited to my account with no reason.
Its my humble request to you to please kindly reverse late payment fee of Rs. 400, Service Tax and interest amount levied on it.

I agree with all, imint site is a sick site and never gets open where as other site from the same network open fast ! When Citibank can give good rewarding response in redeeming the points why ICICI should transfer the job to sick company. I have two cards Citibank and ICICI but I am happy with citibank and iMint compensate the pain. Request ICICI bank to roll back the desicion.

My Total points earned from icici bank is 10995. Total points redeem is 30., Net points balance is 10965. Iam surprising still now I have not received i-mint card., And Iam not know how to redeem?. Without my concent how it is possible?. Last 3 years number of times I send mails to imint., There is no reply at their end.
