I had indane gas connection (Customer no. R26808) with M/s Rajendra Gas Services, 58 Shopping Centre, Ambabari, Jaipur-302012, Rajasthan. I had transferred indane gas connection from Jaipur (Rajasthan) to Ankleshwar (Gujarat). I had submitted both cylinder & regulator on dt. 5 / 9 / 2007 at Rajendra Gas Services, Jaipur. I had received a voucher (No. 0037512). I had submitted that voucher photo copy at M/s The ONGC Employees Co-op Credit & Consumer Society, Ankleshwar, Gujarat. They sent one confirmation request letter to M/s Rajendra Gas Services, Jaipur. But no reply received from them. i had talked with M/s Rajendra Gas Services through phone regarding confirmation, they replyed that they had not received any letter from M/s The ONGC Employees Co-op Credit & Consumer Society, Ankleshwar, Gujarat. So i again request to send another cofirmation request letter. M/s The ONGC Employees Co-op Credit & Consumer Society sent another letter through courier on dt. 3 / 11 / 2007. I also confired receipt of letter to M/s Rajendra Gas Services through courier office. Then i call to them regarding confirmation letter. They said they sent confirmation letter. They said within a week letter will be received. But we won't. So i again call them for letter. But at that time they replyed that they had not received any confirmation request letter from M/s The ONGC Employees Co-op Credit & Consumer Society. Then i again request for another confirmation request letter to send. M/s The ONGC Employees Co-op Credit & Consumer Society again sent another letter dt. 27 / 12 / 2007 through registready. But still we won't received any reply from M/s Rajendra Gas Services.

From 5-Sep-07 to till today 15-Jan-08. For above correncespondance to M/S The ONGC Employees Co-op Credit & Consumer Society & M/s Rajendra Gas Services, 58 Shopping Centre, Ambabari, Jaipur-302012, Rajasthan, i have spent 03 leave (Leave without pay which cost @ Rs. 3000/-). But till date no satisfactory reply from them.

    Indane cylinder — booking problem

    Its a regular feature that the executives at Raveena gas (franchisee of Indane) at c block, west enclave, Pitam pura, never pick the phone[protected] &[protected]. Though delivery response is very quick but to book the cylinder one has to try the number for constantly two to three days, either it remains busy for long or the bell goes but nobody picks the phone.
    As booking thru phone is the only option with me, it becomes very difficult and irritating to contact them for booking.

      This complaint is related to booking of Indane Cooking Gas through phone.
      My distributer is : Sondhi Gas Service, Saket, New Delhi

      This is almost impossible to get them on phone (+[protected],[protected] for booking of the gas and all the time you have to go there to book the gas. Is there someone who can look into the matter and save our time from going their??

      i have gas supplier m/s sant gas gill chowk ,ludhiana.
      the same is not traceable and i am getting supply from m/s inderjit gas near gill chowk.
      this is a hard exercise to get supply from them.u either restorew the previous supplier or change it to m/s bachan gas service at en early date. rather my supply be made as home delivery.

      This complaint is related to booking of Indane Cooking Gas /cylinder leakage.
      My distributer is : Tanwar Gas Service, Shop No. 8,CSC, DDA Market, Vaishali,Pitampura, Delhi

      I had lodged a complaint of leaking gas cylinder personally with the above Agency as getting their telephone nos. is almost impossible on 26.02.2008 . It was not attended for two days.Then,again I had lodged another complaint with emergency Service Cell on 28.02.2008.It was attended immediately by Mr.Vikram(mobile no.[protected]) on the same day and promising us that the cylinder would be changed the next morning i.e on 29.02.2008.Thereafter,I have been contacting Mr.Vikram every day as it has not been replaced till now.Mr. Vikram says that he had already instructed Tanwar Gas Service and they had assured him also.I am feeling very threatened as a leaking gas cylinder is lying with me for so many days without any help from them.I, therefore, request you to kindly help me in this regard.
      This is to inform you that Indane has services in Faridabad (Rainbow Gas Service) is in doldrums and is not giving proper services to the customers.It is an ongoing issue for years. They do not book the cylinder in time. They do not pick up the phone and in case if they pick up the phone the lady over there is very rude and harsh. she does not seem the understand the importance of one's problem.
      The Area Manager Mr. Maurya is not cooperative and he does not take care of the issues at all. he does not pick up his phone even.

      Sometimes the GAS Agency gives less GAS and does not weigh the cylinder and the cooking gas is finished before 15 days.


      My consumer number is R-14049 Springfield Faridabad.

      I would appreciate if this issue is taken care of as soon as possible.

      my consumer no is bg 3434 and i am fully registered with bindoo gas servicejawahar colony airport road faridabad for supply of domestic gas but unfortunately and regrettably it is extremely arduous and highly inconvenient to contact them telephonically as both the telephone nos i.e 2472520 and 2473590 remain continuously nonfunctional, instruments kept down with no response for OBVIOUS reasons expecting consumers to meet them personally for refilling of gas cylinders. such an intentional or perhaps mischievous act by bindoo is causing untold difficulties to this senior citizen of 76 years. pray look into and advise them to get both tel nos put in order, .

      We are continuously facing problem while booking our cylinder, Agency bearer denied to book cylinder within 15 days of receiving of earlier cylinder. The normal time gap in booking and delivery is 20 days. And due to deffered techniuqe of agency, it takes 40 days to get the next delivery of the cylinder .The problem is same to the consumer having double cylinder.The current situation is that a consumer having double cylinder have to look for alternative substituion for domestic needs.

      Hence we are under vicious problems for domestic need, we request to the concerned authrority to check the matter at war footing and mitigate our basic needs.

      indane/ cooking gas — booking nos not available

      I entirely agree with the complaint against Pearey Lal & Sons (P) Ltd., Karol Bagh. This Agency never supplies gas on time. We (Consumer No. S19251) have to book the request several times and then we have to go personally there to book the request again. More over, we have told them many times that the cylinder be supplied only on Saturdays, as we both are working. Even though we book the request so many times, we never get the cylinder in time. Today, i.e. 16.10.09, my wife and me, went there to book the request. The "gentleman" there had assured me that it will be delivered by 2:00 p.m., but it was not delivered at all.

      This complaint is against Shashi gas service which has taken over Rudauli gas service in town Rudauli of distt.Faizabad.In Rudauli there is a huge crises of Indane LPG and it is created by the staff of the agency because of black marketing.Agency staff is hand in gloves with black marketeirs and we can not rule out the possiblity of area staff of the I.O.C. being invloved in it.At times fully loaded truck of gas cylinders, ment for Rudauli is diverted to faizabad for Shashi gas service and there at the distribution point people keeps on waiting without being informed.More so, the staff of the agency also misbehaves with the customers specialy the manager is very abusive.

      Please take the matter seriuosly as it is directly ralated to public interest and it is also damaging the image of the company.

      Not also this He has no Counter near Kalitala, MG Road and his distribution area is very big.

      Kindly take action to book over phone or open a counter near his Godown at MG Road for booking purpose on Sat and Sunday only.

      We (PEOPLE) are very much suffering from the issue of gas cylinder through local distributors.I am anil bhatnagar & Sarika Bhatnagar my cust no is 15809, 20459 booking no 5681& 5682 and our distributing agency name is pyarel lal & sons
      pyarey lal &sons, Phone no [protected] and the agency is under Indian oil corporation.I already booked my Gas Cylinder on july 21 2011 and still i did not received the cylinder yet .Why ?.I am sending this mail not only you, a copy to the complaint cell of indian oil corporation India and a copy to the Petrolium Minister of India.Pls chk and do needful.
      They always delay the gas cylinder and didn’t provide the correct consumer no and also they used the bad language with the customers and misbehave with the customer using abusive language.

      They provide the cooking gas 8 days late please do something as we are the regular user.

        My sister in law is a consumer of M/s Chella Agencies, Selayoor , Thambaram , Chennai-73 . ( Sathi Gopal, Consumer no. 40657 ) They are not taking refill booking saying that she doesn't have ration card. As her husband is an officer in Canara Bank, who is regularly on trnasfer , it was not possible for her to get a ration card.

        Request to take up and get refill at the earliest.

            My consumer no is 32712 and I get the gas from YADU INDANE GAS, Indirapuram. It has become a continuous feature that after booking of gas from m/s YADU Indane, they use to take too long time to deliver the same. Presently my date of booking is 11.01.2008 and today on 22.01.2008 the agency told that they require some more time as there is no supply of gas. At present we know that there is no shortage of supply and probably the black marketing of Yadu Indane is in full swing, you are hereby requested to take necessary action against the agent immediately.

            I am resident of shivalik nagar bhel haridwar , the gas agency working in our locality is BHEL GAS of INDANE company , the main problem now-a-days facing by us is of delay in supply of gas , the agency have back-log of 15 days , they said indian oil company supply is short they can't do anything to fulfill the need of customer. Tell us what we do if anybody have short of gas !

              My Consumer no is 14956. I booked the refil on 04.01.2008. but the cylinder is not delivered despite repeated follow up with the Kesri Gas Service and also thru numerous telephones to their office incharge Mr Ajit Singh on his telephone no. [protected]. Today the supply is being made for the booking of 9th and 10 th January as told by him.

              This problem is being faced from the last 3 months. Every time I have to personally visit them after following up for alteast 15 days. The supply staff does not make enry in the delivery pass book too.

                I booked for Gas cylinder on 02.01.2008 with an assurance that the cylinder will be delivered within 7 working days. But the same has not been delivered till date. I have personally seen the delivery van distributing the same around the area.

                I have to borrow 2ltr. Kerosene from my neighbor for use due to such delay. They also harass me and ask to come time and again. They also do not respond positively.

                Robertsganj gas agency Robertsganj Dist. Sonebhadra has been harassing customers by not providing cylinders on time. Seems like lot of illegal distribution is place.

                  I got the cylinder at 2pm today since then its have a great amount of smell in my kitchen. I have purchased this cylinder from Jayant Gas service, Janakpuri, New Delhi-58. I have contacted at their given phone no. but no response to my complaints. i have dialled following phone no's [protected], [protected], 23411654. I also called this no. [protected] but nobody is responding to my complaint they say this would be solved after 6pm. Can i know this thing if my house or locality gets fire in minutes who would be held responsible.????

                  It is found to be leaking badly.
                  REQUEST ARRANGE FOR IT'S IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT.

                    This is for your information that very recent I have shifted from Pune to Chennai. As I was staying in Pune for quite long years, I have ration card from Maharastra and I was having double cylinder connection from IOC ( Indane ). Once shifted to chennai, I approached Ganesha Gas agency in Annannagar and after submission of TV from my earstwhile dealer in Pune, they issued me double cylinder connecion.
                    But last week they have started suddenly asking for ration card and once I show them the Pune ration ration card on which also this Indane connection is endorsed, they refused to accept the same.
                    Now they are asking not to book henceforth and talk to area office.
                    I am open to talking to area office, but my point is how an agency can tell me not to book gas once I have every valid document.

                    with sincerety and honesty I, DEBJANI LAHIRI want yo pass a kind information being your's company's suffering customer(agniraj siliguri).
                    I, have been booked the gas on last 23rd of december, and have kept continous communications with the deliverers of your distributing branches. today is 11th of january of 2010 and yet I have not recieved the gas cylinder that I have booked before.it is above 1 week that gas is not there at all in my home.
                    on the contrary, when I called today for reply, they harrassed me a lot and even to cement my trust they said ;"it's all the fault of the main deliverer, they are not providing us with sufficient gas at times, they're delivery is worst so what can we do?"
                    now, on putting your leg on my shoe, just give me a advice to do what?
                    my husband is also out of station due to transfer job, and my children are just provided with out foods.I 'm SICK TOO and is under treatment of AIMS.
                    being on the state of a parent who is as helpless like me now, please sent a reply. I will be egarly waiting for your response...

                    The above complaint is 200% true. people in siliguri are harassed by the Agniraj gas agency. I do not know if they are selling the gas cylinders in black market!!!
                    Dear Sir / Madam,

                    As per recent policy for booking of gas through SMS service, i booked on 16/05/2012 @1:48 pm but till today my gas has not been delivered . Secondly, again i booked on 16/05/2012 & it is surprise to know that same as to previous.
                    It is totally failure towards gas agency M/s Saptsikka who may be ignoring our requirement .

                    Kindly take this matter on urgent basis so that unwanted situation may not take place .

                      The said your agency is very un-professional and does not have even minimum business ethics.Keeping your business of indane with such type of agency will only jeopardise the brand image of a PSU like IOCL.
                      Please educate them to behave properly with cusomer and book the gas on demand.One has to go to the door step of this agency to even book the gas cylinderDon't you think it is rediculous.

                        I am a consumer of BARASAT North End Gas Centre near 11 no. Rail Gate of Barasat Dt: North 24-Parganas. My line no.is 8730. It is noticed that the dealer North End Gas Centre of INDANE is not transparent in their dealing.Previously I lodged complaint against the dealer a few years ago and subsequently the services were improved. I am a Government Officer holding the post of Additional District Magistrate, Murshidabad and as such I have to stay at Berhampore at my official BUNGALOW there leaving my family at my home at BARASAT( Block 5 Flat 5 Barasat Housing Estate Phase 2 NOAPARA).                         After a long gap I am compelled to lodge another complaint against the same dealer BARASAT North End Gas Centre near 11 no. Rail Gate of Barasat Dt: North 24-Parganas who appears to be irreparable in functioning. I am mentioning 2 (two) consumers numbers below who are suffering from inordinate delay in refilling.
                        Consumer No.[protected] Sambhu Bhattacharya at Barasat Housing Estate (Date of Booking: 8th December 2009) and the other Consumer No. 26643--- Harendra Kumar Chakrabarti-Dakshinpara Barasat (Date of Booking: 28th December 2009).

                          Dear Sir,
                          My Suppliers are Indane Cookwell Gas Service, 6 H Sarabha Nagar, Ludhiana, Punjab and my Consumer No is 4215.
                          I am a senior citizen and can't move around independently. I have been trying to book a gas cylinder for the past 4 days but the agency people are not picking up the phone. I have even confirmed from the enqiry that the number is not changed, nor is there any problem with the phone.

                            Sir,
                            I applied for a gas connection at Sreekrishna Agency Vazhakkulam Muvattupuzha on 23/03/07(Reg no.2384). But I didn’t get the connection till. When I reach office for enquiry, they used to said me that, due to scarcity of cylinders the Indian oil company stop giving new connection. I got this same replay for last ten months. I want to know if it is correct or not ….if it is correct please reply me when I get connection? else take necessary actions to get my connection as earlier as possible

                            Sir,
                            I relocated from delhi to lucknow in the montht of april. In delhi i was staying in joint family where essential commodities were shared.I applied through Indane distributor Gas and Gadgets Mahanagar Lucknow under reg(9883) for the new gas connection but due to the hold in issuing connection from govt it took long for maturity of the connection, meanwhile to cook my food i decided to purchase hotplate from market and support of cylinder from my local friends in Lucknow. Now after long delay when the connection was matured the distributor is forcing me to buy new hotplate with the connection, which is not mandatory as per company guidelines. When i denied to buy hotplate the distributor threatened of declaring me a defaulter in the inspection. This is real example o[censored]nfair trade practices, kindly help me in getting the connection as early as possible.

                            I would like to bring to your kind notice that I am domestic consumer of Indane Gas since 5th September, 1988 having Consumer No. T 1355, SV No. 28795 under the Shah Distributors, 10C, A. T. M. Road, Kolkata – 700020, Code No. 99192810 and there after the Distributors has changed to Dilip Distributors, Flat 1, 2, Tarak Dutta Road, Kolkata – 700019 in 1991.

                            In the begining Dilip Distributors was giving satisfactory services, but recently from the last one and half years, I am facing lot of problems from this distributors such as :

                            (1) Supplying :- half empty cylinder,

                            (2) Cylinder :- filled with water and gas,

                            (3) Refuse to book the gas on the Consumer Book on one ground or the other and even after booking the gas on the Consumer Book, they have not supplied the gas and make vague entry on their Book as supplied.

                            (4) Behaviour of the employees are very rude and some times they shut down the sutter on the working hours on the ground, no cylinder is available.

                            My maid servant has to go several times to book the gas.

                            Inspite of warning to them that I will lodge the complaint against them to the authority, they have not bothered and now I have no alternative but to lodge a complaint with you.

                            You are, therefore, requested to look into the matter and mitigate my above mentioned problems.

                            We are facing problem every time to booking of Gas. All telephone numbers of above gas agnecy such as Land line[protected],[protected] and Mobile No. [protected] are not attend by Above gas agency. I have also complaint so many times to Mr. Sudhir Gupta, Area Sales Manager (IOC) about this problem but still no action. Every time we are booking our gas personnaly his shop.

                            So many times discussed with Owner of Dinesh Gas Agency as also angree type persons and misbehaved by him with me.

                              My consumer no is. 26860. I had booked my monthly cylinder on 20th Dec. Today is 14th Jan and still it hasnt come. On repeated calls they have said waiting period is 35 days. When i called their agency number for general inquiry, they said withing 25 days they can send a refill. So i called them again saying that if they said 25 days why in my case it hasnt been delivered still. They said because the previous bill was entered into their accounts only today thats why it will take another 10 days for new bill to be generated. Now this is inefficiency and corruption in every day life and harassment for consumers. I had paid my previous bill 1 month back, and they need 1 month to enter it in their accounts !!!

                                  I am a client with consumer number 54366 with M/s Kalpana Gas Agency, Vijaya Nagar, bangalore. I had booked an LPG on 7th January, 2008 and for the last four days I have been following up for delivery of cylinder. I have been assured every day by one of the so many at the office counter that 'today it will be definitely delivered'. We have been still waiting, keeping other works pending and under day-time house arrest, since someone has to be at home. Pl tell us, what next to do. Kindly come back fast.

                                  anand gas has made a rule that the gas will be booked after 15 days of the delivery. they supply after 25 days. their cc is always busy. our gas does not last for 40 days. puja days are ahead.

                                  kindly speed up your supply.

                                  i suppose booking after 15 days is a local rule.

                                  kindly see. road side market is very strong. kindly install a tatkal/auction system.

                                  New GAS connection was booked on dated 6/7/09 vide receipt no [protected] at Dwarka Indane Gas Services .
                                  Inspite of repeated followups nither delivery has been made nor inspection of cooking range ( Hot Plate ) has been done by the gas agency for inspection Rs 150/- has been paid saparately vide receipt no 1149 dated 11/9/09 . .I was told many a time that gas agency person will come to inspect the cooking range( Hot Plate ) but no one turned up till date inspite my several personal visits to the agency .

                                  Honourable sir/madam phillaur me jo aapki indane ki agency hai usne hame tang-tang kar rakha hai. sir ji date dalwaye huye ko 25 din ho gaye lekin ab tak cylinder nahi mila aur agar hum cylinder lene jate hai toh woh kehte hai ki ajj gaddi nahi aai kal aana roj ka yahi bahana hota hai.inhone toh hamara khana bhi dushwar kar diya hai.jab hum office mee jata hai toh phir kehte hai aaj aapkeghar bhej denge. toh sir ji please please kuch kare sir hum to tang ho gaye inhe bolte bolte. sir ji yeh black me bhi cylinder bechte hai 550 rupaye me.sir ji jaise ki agar hame aaj gas mil jaye to phir date woh 22 din ke baad dalte hai aur sir bataiye ki jab gas milne me time lagega toh phir kya isme hamari galti hai.sir ji kirpya karke kuch kijiye sir inhe toh bolne ki bhi akal nhi bahuthi buri tarah bolte hai.jo iss agency ka maalik woh galat bolta hai .

                                  Indane Gas — Exploitation by Distributor and Delivery boy

                                  I am the customer of the Indane Gas (Welcome colony Anna naga west Ext.), My consumer No: 20838. I've used for the past 10 years, our distributor given a good service. because of summer my family members are out station, and also iam a running staff. at the time of delivery iam not able to receive gas. I informed the distributor and he told go and adjust the delivery boy and collect the gas. i came and spoke to the delivery boy and he said you please go i will deliver. At that time iam engaged in my work. So i hand over my cylinder to my neighborer's shop SRINIVASASTORES and i informed the owner the delivery boy will deliver (19.5.2011) still the cylinder was not delivered. kindly deliver or otherwise you please cancel my connection because of poor service rendered by you or your distributor i will go for my poor distributor, i purchased the connection in TATKAL scheme.

                                  Dear Consumer Complaint Forum,

                                  I am Ashish Saxena has a Indane Gas connection no. 17911 through B.S. Gas Agency, Govindpuram, Ghaziabad.
                                  I am facing severe problem of delivery of Gas cylinder, normally booking is done after 21 days on previous booking but after booking the agency is taking 3 weeks time in delivery. In total the Gas availability is in 42 days after the previous delivery. The gas is not of good quality as it is finishing very soon, I dont know what they are sabotaging with the cylinder.

                                  The most panic situation is that when we ask to the delivery boy or agency about our cylinder delivery they simply deny for the availability but they offer cylinder in black money and for this they take INR 750.0 in comparison of nominal charges of INR 300.0.

                                  This is a harassment which lot of people are facing but I am raising my voice. Kindly help us by stopping such nasty working methodology of these hawkers and agencies.

                                  This is simply exploitation of normal public by these Government Frenchies.

                                    and complaint was verified at 5th january but the full cylinder has not been replaced till now... we have already complained to local authorities but no response frm the dealer.so i kindly request u to take immediate action to replace the cylinder

                                    What is new connection Procedure? This kind of question i asked Kiruba Agencies Chitlapakkam(Asthinapuram Near Chirompet) first they told Ration card Appling slip(Recipt from Family card section). Then i went with that slip, now they are telling we need Ration card, They are selling lot of cylinder in black) Pls take action and do the needful.
                                    Kiruba Gas Agency - Chitlapakkam(Asthinapuram-Chirompet) - deficiency in service supply cylinder.

                                    Our LPG distributer is "North End Gas Centre, Prasadpur, 11No. Rail Gate, Barasat, West Bengal (Code:[protected]". We have two connections: Consumer Nos. NE6160 and NE-14525. The distributer follow no norms to supply LPG. I am giving few delivery dates against booking dates (given in brakets) for understanding: 19/05/07 (27/04/07), 04/07/07 (26/06/07), 29/08/07 (06/08/07), 08/10/07 (13/09/07), 15/11/07 (08/10/07) , 23/01/08 (24/12/07). The supply from the distributors in the surrounding area is found better. They always tell that the supply of LPG from IOL is irregular. A large section of people collect LPG from the delivery van without any prior booking, of course with extra money. The delivery van can not reach to door because of this. They do not supply LPG to door as per the booking serial. Rickshaw pullers of this area has got a source of income, they also collect LPG from the delivery van with extra money and supply to the consumer. It is very hard to get a LPG cylinder without expenditure of some extra money. Delivery person always demand tips. They are attentive who give tips. People like us are being ignored. Till date, they have not taken to door the weighing machine, even after several demand, what has made mandatory by IOL. In several occasions, we have received less amount of LPG. This is being sent for necessary action. Thanks a lot.

I have approached M/S vidyasagar gas agency, RAMA MARKET, PITAMPURA, NEW DELHI of indane gas to issue me the connection on tv brought from guwahati. I submitted also all the requisite documents in this connection. But he is telling me that he does not have the book of "TRANSFER VOUCHER IN" and can not issue me the gas connection.                                     I booked gas on 21.1.2009 and till date ie, 23.2.2009, we have not received the cylinder. we have called the agency every week, they are telling us next friday you will get the cylinder, but 2 fridays already gone, again today i called up they are telling us next friday cylinder will come. sir we are having premission to use 2 cylinder per month basis, but we could not get one cylinder per month properly. sir i am heartfully telling we are very very...tired to get the cylinder from this agent.

                                    And one more sir, they didn't not supply the cylinder on door delivery basis. if they confirmed cylinder delivery we have run to the Tea stall shop or some main departmental stores where they are keeping their cylinder supply vehicle from that place we have to collect the cylinder. PLS ADVICE US THIS IS THE PROCUDURE TO COLLECT THE CYLINDER PLS ? and also they are asking the Token, we transeferred the cylinder from Chitlappakkam to Gummidipundi for the month of Octoeber.But we are having the Indane gas cylinder book.                                     I have complaint against Bhangar Sub Gas Office of Rajarhat Indane Gas Supply, Dist-North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. .He always delivers gas after 10 to 15 days from the date of booking and when asked he says there is short supply from the company.This time I have booked on 7/8/2009 in my card. Every time I have to give telephone reminder several times for supply the same. My Coonection no.is 6312 .He had not supplied gas to me till date
                                    Moreover the booking office deny to book after 21 days of supply of cylender.

Our LPG distributer is Gas &Novelties.171/b, G.T Road(Baiiavpur) Serampur, hooghly, West Bengal (Code:[protected]".at Tarakeswar here on parmanent Distributer. Gas &Novelties sub office .We have two connections: Consumer Nos. TG2687(Ajit kr Dholey) and TG2578(Jitendra nath Dholey). The distributer follow no norms to supply LPG. I am giving few delivery dates against booking dates (given in brakets) for understanding: 21/04/09 (31/03/09), 03/06/09 (09/05/09), 15/07/09 (19/06/09), 02/09/09 (31/07/09), . The supply from the distributors in the surrounding area is found better. They always tell that the supply of LPG from IOL is irregular. A large section of people collect LPG from the delivery van without any prior booking, of course with extra money. The delivery van can not reach to door because of this. They do not supply LPG to door as per the booking serial. Rickshaw pullers of this area has got a source of income, they also collect LPG from the delivery van with extra money and supply to the consumer. It is very hard to get a LPG cylinder without expenditure of some extra money. Delivery person always demand tips. They are attentive who give tips. People like us are being ignored. Till date, they have not taken to door the weighing machine, even after several demand, what has made mandatory by IOL. In several occasions, we have received less amount of LPG. This is being sent for necessary action& repiay to me .Thanks a lot.

                                    I am registered with IOC dealer namely Satyam Gas Agency, Dewas Road, Indore. It is really nightmare to do gas booking through phone. They never pick the phoen rather on one occssion I have personally visited the outlet. I was shocked to note that all the receivers were put off. It is horrible to deal with them.
                                    Behaviour of their staff is so shabby and rude that no educated person would like to talk to them. The owner of agency is having political back ground so they are not bothered for general public
                                    Sir this is more in nature of query. My distributors are M L Bose enterprise of Raja Dinendra Street at Kolkata. They are telling us that the booking can be done after 15 days from the date of previous supply. Thereafter they say that the rule is to deliver it after 21 days from the date of previous supply.
                                    Though the delivery invariably takes 23-26 days.
                                    My query is
                                    Do Indane is following this policy or is it a practise of M L Bose Enterprise.

                                    -excluding booking date & delivery date (2 days) 21 days to be gapped + 15 days = 23 + 15 = totally 38 days will take time for delivery of refilled cyl. between one refilled cyl. to another cyl.

                                    -I don't know what type of policy is maintained by ruling party of Petroleum Ministry of Govt. of Inida and it is not justifiable for period of 38 days of delivery taking place to simple 4 members family consumption of refilled lpg cylinder.

                                    In fact, normal case (no hot water for bathing purpose used) one refilled lpg cylinder comes hardly for 21 - 23 days ONLY for FOUR MEMBERS SIMPLE FAMILY (as per family planning of Govt. of India policy).

                                    It means the policy adopted by existing petroleum ministry indirectly encourage / force the customer to go for black marketing to get refilled lpg cylinder on higher prices (by giving bribery to delivery man / black marketers).

                                    This is not only my grievance but also other customers of Indane service (VARSHA GAS SERVICE) of IOC, Ahmedabad.

                                    For information and take suitable action to speed up quick delivery because Pipe line gas services already implemented in Ahmedabad in some areas and what happened to those cancelled connections of LPG of Indane.

                                    I regret to inform you that I have booked a gas cylinder in my agency "PRATHANA GAS AGENCY", Moovarsampet, Nangallur, Chennai - 91, Agency Code- 1068 on 24th January 2011. But till now they have not delivered the gas cylinder. When I went in person, I was shell shocked to note that they have not even generated the bill and I was forced to take the gas cylinder in auto for which I spent money from my pocket as there is no no adequate man power in that Agency. Further, they are saying that the next booking will be registered only after 21 days from the date of curent booking. But to my knowledge, IOC has already cancelled that rule some time back.

                                    Kindly instruct them not to adhere that 21 days gap of booking rule. Also advise them to deliver the gas in time and not to make the consumer to come and collect the gas cylinder from their Agency.

                                    This to inform you that, the srevice in our area is not proper and there is unwanted response from the supplier.

                                    The problem is :
                                    I have booked the gas cyclinder on 7th may 2011 (saturday) through sms service.

                                    I got the message from the supplier on 17th may 2011 (Tuesady) at 20:10:24 pm. that, Your cylinder will be delivered shortly.

                                    but, after some days, On 20th may 2011 (Friday) on 15:11:22pm that, I got a message that -
                                    Your Cylinder has been delivered against your refill.

                                    (Details i got from the supplier tp my phone : Booking number : 202463 ; Cash Memo : 1942
                                    My costumer number : S.RAMAMOORTHY - 9830 My phone number : [protected])

                                    Still today, i dint get the cylinder to my home. I called them and asked about this problem, they are saying that,

                                    "THEY CANT COME TO OUR AREA FOR 1 CYLINDER ONLY FOR YOU. THEY OLD HARSHLY THAT, THEY WILL COME ONLY WHEN MINIMUM OF 20 CYLINDER IS TO DELIVERED".

                                    I CALLED THEM TODAY ABOUT THIS MATTER, THEY TOLD THAT, THERE IS NO VENDORS FOR OUR AREA SO, THEY TOLD TO COME AND TAKE THE CYLINDER ON OUR OWN. ORELSE THEY WILL DELIVER THE CYLINDER NEXT WEEK.
                                    BUT, I DONT HAVE CYLINDER IN MY HOME .

                                    So, i kindly request you to take action against this issue.

But till today 14.06.2011 I didnot get cylinder. On 02.06.2011 I rang to the agency they said bill is ready and u will get the cylinder today. But they didnt. Last week i.e.. on 10.06.2011 they says i have not yet booked the cylinder. If i want i have to rebook again and I can get it within three days. I am totally frusturated.

                                    I dont know which is the best way of complaining about the IOC Dealer.

                                    I tried the Telephone numbers printed on the oppiste side of the Cash Receipt, which either didnt work or no one will lift it.

                                    My LPG Distributor is Sri Saila Gas Agencies, Miyapur, Hyderabad.

                                    Lot of complaints abount this dealer.

                                    If we book a cylender today, we will getting the information that the Cylinder is booked but, cash receipt is generated after a week's time and from there he will take a week or 10 days to deliver the cylinder.

                                    Even after many requests and complaints with the delaer, nothing is happening.

                                    I have seen many complaints about this dealer, but i didnt see any action against it.

                                    I would like to complain about this. please let me know a right channel for this

                                    I am a domestic LPG customer of Indian oil. My gas distributer is Ennar Gas Service, Hyderabad-500062. Customer No. is 03932.
                                    I have submitted Adhar card copy and Savings bank pass book copy to this gas agency on[protected]. The same day Adhaar card copy and domestic gas customer card copy also submitted to the bank. The LPG was billed on[protected] .Bill No.[protected].of Rs.1024.50. Subsidy has not reached the bank as on date. When I contacted bank they referred me to Ennar Gas. Ennar gas service has told me to contact IOC. I have tried several times phone no. [protected]. Always this phone is engaged.
                                    Please advise M/S. Ennar Gas Service to arrange the LPG subsidy at the earliest.

                                    we get our gas from our gas agency, some man used to come with cylinders and give us the new and get the bill payed.he gets extra amont from demandingly saying it is mandatory, the gas bill shows Rs.614/- whereas he got Rs.650 from us.

                                      Hi all,
                                      there is always been a huge task to get the refill request submited to the Indiane Gas Agency ( Shirdi sai Indane Distrubutors, Domlur Bangalore - Karanataka), these people dont accept the request untill a month of the cylinder been provided, and when we try to contact the vendor after the month, NO ONE PICKS UP THE CALL, there are four number's[protected],[protected],[protected] and a mobile [protected]) out of these, two are OUT OF SERVICE[protected],[protected] and the rest two no one responds!!!!

                                      please suggest as how to get this resolved, as this is the same situation most of them face in our locality!!!
                                      need suggestions and helpline numbers on this.

In this prosess we got gas within 32 days after booking. when i m in utter surprised then my service porovider ignor my request for early refilling the cylinder. Now please tell us where the consumer stand in India. Can I hope any solution of this problem.

                                        Secondally they does not take any booking before 21 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder hence how it is possible to continue with a same cyclinder for more then 35-40 days. Although i am holding 2 cylinder but no use of it.

                                        So please treat the mtter seriously.

                                        I am a LPG Gas consumer, I deal with' Balasore Gas Agency', Saheed Park Market Building, Cinema Bazar, Balasore ( Orissa) whose distribution code is 89020456 . A phone number i.e.[protected] given by the said Agency for telephonic booking . But when I call for Gas booking to this number, they never pick the phone . So each time I bound to go their shop for booking .
                                        Today also I had gone to their shop after failing telephonic booking and saw a boy sitting there was busy with his personal phone call and nearby phone was ringing once and again . I complained and after a long argument he booked my number and after 10 days Gas can be delivered to me if available . He also abused me and said ' do what ever you want to do, I am not bound to answer you ' .
                                        Each time, I am suffering this type of problems by this dealer and having a single cylinder, I am bound to depend upon hotel for my family . They are not issuing me double cylinder and harashing me to supply Gas in timely .Secondly they does not take any booking before 21 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder hence how it is possible to continue with a same cyclinder for more then 35-40 days.
                                        In this situation, what can I do ? So please treat the mtter seriously and oblige .

                                        LPG gas booking — No Response from the dealer

                                        I have recently [censored]ed my residence from Nanaganallur to Anakkaputher (near pammal).My Indange gas dealer for the Anakkaputher is Ms.Vijaykumar agencies.
                                        i am trying to reach the distributer over phone for the Cylinder refilling there is no response from the distributer for the past 4 days.I am not able to locate the alternate contact number through the website also.

                                        I may have to take half a day leave and visit the Vijayakumar gas agencies for refilling.I am wondering why this kind of response from the gas agencies.

                                        we were talking about the developement of communication technology, but still there are people dosnt bother about the customer needs.

I got my cylinder booked as serial no. 131 dated 25-Sept. 2008, but till date i could not get the gas delivered. Almost daily I see a long queue for the cylinder, it means the system of home delivery is totally failed at this agency, and more over a large no. of people in the queue do not get the cylinder and they have to go back and come on the next day in the queue. So it is my humble request to the concerning authority to solve this problem at his earliest so that the people who can not manage time to queue, may also get gas properly.

                                        Secondally they do not take any booking before 21 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder hence how it is possible to continue with a same cyclinder for more then 35-40 days. Although i am holding 2 cylinder but no use of it.

                                        I have been calling the M/s Kasna Gas Service in Alpha II, Greater Noida for the last four days to book for gas refill, but no one picks up thhe phone nos. I hope that strict action should be taken against such vendors.

                                        I am having a Gas connection in the name of my son Rakesh Kumar Singh with the Bindu Shakati Indane Gas Service, Nedermet, Secunderabad. I changed my residence in the same locality of Dr. A S Rao Nagar at Brindavan Colony. I went to the above named supplier with ID and address proof and requested them to record change in address but they refused to record the change on the plea that they do not supply Gas in the particular building where I shifted, although they said that they are supplying Gas in Brinda Van Colony. When I said if you are supplying Gas in the Brindavan Colony, why you can not supply in my building which just at the entrance and not at the outskirt of Brindavan Colony, they got irritated and said you and ask other residents of the Apartment and let them know whether any body is getting gas supply from them. It was very ridiculous. I being a new tenant in the Apartment, it was very difficult to go to each of the 20 occupants whther they are getting supply from the named supplier. When I showed my inability, they very bluntly said to take transfer of connection and search for another supplier in the locality. I felt harassed and returned back. My simple request is that when the said supplier is supplying gas in my colony why they will decide to choose a particular apartment not to supply Gas their. Is it possible that I go to each and evry occupant to ask whether some one gets supply from this supplier. Is it not lethargic on the part of the supplier to entrust this job to me instead of making their on verification?
                                        I, therefore, request that the supplier be made to supply Gas at Jyothi Paradise Apartment, Flat No. 502 at Brindavan Colony., A S Rao Nagar and they should be asked to record change of address. Needless to mention that they should be penalised suitably for inflicting such harassment.
                                        I had booked my cylinder to JHANSI GAS SERVICE, JHANSI delaer tel no. [protected], connection no. JT12464 name G. Subramaniam on 18/12/2009, on the date 26/12, 30/12 & 4/1 i had reminder give to Jhansi office but no response given to myself, but when i directly approch to Miss Pinky at Jhansi office on 08/1/2009, she told me that your cylinder had been delivered on 30/12/2009.

                                        according to myself that they are making the delivery in black, if i dint get the same in day or two i will move to consumer office .

                                        I booked through SMS for gas refil on 27 th Nov.2009.,and got booking no 1.
                                        I again made a complain to u on 17 th dec 2009 that i hav not recieved gas and from indane gas i recieved a message that u r looking after this . my feedback no was 17155.

                                        Some time the phone is ringed but they did not pick the phone I don't know whether agency changed the phone number or not. If he changed than agency has the responsibility to update the consumers.
                                        I am totally agree with all above complaints that agency persons are not responding properly. They never supply regularly because their Van pullers sell the filled cylnder to others without booking at high prices .It is their every month feature

                                        i m consumer of khichripur dixit gas service my cusumer no is 49089 and my mobile no is [protected], my khichripur pur dixit gas agency according computer record my silender was booked at 1/1/11 and supplied my home on dt 2/1/11 but i have shocked because i have not booked my silender and not got any silender to till 12/01/2011 and when i went to agency for book my silender than this event come in my sight that my silender booked automatically and delivered than agency get me delivered slip record on paper slip and said me that i shoud meet to gas godown distibutor and i went for meet to distibutor his name is jagatpal. he talk me very abusly rudely threat me so i requesting to LPG deparment that i hope u take this matter on a personal lavel and take action very for agency and distibutor jagat pal

                                        Respected Sir,

                                        I have a domestic LPG connection No 4082 in the name of Rajinder Kaur issued by M/s Venus Gas Agencies, Dhuri. I booked a refill on dated 09/04/2011 the cylinder No. 408159 was delivered on 16/04/11 that was took into the kitchen for cooking on 21/04/11 The Cylinder had a leakage, about which I lodged a complaint to the concerned agency, the complaint was attended on next day, but without fruitful result. I again sent a telephonic message to Sh. Pawan Kumar, who did not attended me properly, saying the I had a confusion, there is no leakage . When I tried to lit the gas stove, it started to give smell, immediately I switched off the stove, again I informed about the leakage They ignored it, without considering the consequences The cylinder is continuously leaking while fitted with regulator in off position also. No body is bothered about the leakage and the consequences there off. Hence I have kept the cylinder outside in Open in my house Despite complaining 4 times nobody bothered to solve the problem, you can imagine the problems in cooking food without LPG. Lest there should not be any kind of mis-happening. I am unable to prepare food on gas.

                                        Hence your good self are requested to look into the matter, and advise the concerned supplier.

                                        I received one gas cylinder on 20/11/2014 vide cash memo No.[protected] and paid Rs.965/- . But regret to inform you that the subsidy amount is not received. Kindly into the matter.
