I BOOKED SECOND CYLENDER ON MY CONECTION ON 2/11/11 DISTRIBUTER (JEET GAS AGENCY INDRI) CALLED ME ON 11/12/11 FOR SECOND CYLENDER BUT ON THAT DAY HE AGAIN CALLED ME TO COME ON 20/12/11 I WENT THERE TO RECIEVE MY CYLENDER BUT TODAY DISTRIBUTER AGAIN HRASSED ME AND CALLED ME ON 02/01/2012 WHICH IS AGAINST CORP.AGREMENT WITH DISTRIBUTOR (FORM MS50) SO TELL ME WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO GET SECOND CYLINDER ON MY CONNECTION WHAT NECESSARILY ACTION WILL BE TAKEN BY THE CORP.ON THIS DIST. IT IS ALSO NECESSARILY FOR A CUSTOMER HAVING ONE CYLINDER BECAUSE THIS DIST. HARRASED THE CUSTOMER FOR NOT MATCHING THE SR.NO ON CYLINDER SO TAKE NECESSARILY ACTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND MAIL ME THE ACTION REPORT TAKEN BY THE CORPORATION ON THIS DISTRIBUTOR

I agree becausealled to come after 15 days or a month I myself having the trouble for DBC with HP .It is almost 10 months I booked for second cylinder and being called after ten days or a month and only one reply that company has not released policy for DBC.

    My consumer no. 24019 ( single cylinder connection). I booked for gas cylinder on[protected], till date the same have not been delivered to me. I informed to the gas distributor " Nilshikha' ( ph. no.[protected] they said that the same will be delivered after 15 days from the booking date, but please inform me that there is any such rule for distribution. I am now in very pathetic situation. Please help me.

      We had gone to refill diesel in our car to IOC bunk on 17.12.2011 at about 5.45pm. The address of the bunk is --IOC Ltd,Co-Co, 215/2, Erikarai, RK Gardens,Kundarapalli, Krishnagiri Distt.We were not told or no notice was displayed that "Credit Cards" or "Debit Cards" are NOT accepted. After filling deisel 33.70 ltrs they insisted we pay in cash and we had to Rs1510/-(ref: receipt No.36059 Dt. 17/12/2011). This a highway bunk and no bunk refuses to accept Cards. Why this harassment by this particular bunk ??
      We asked to meet the manager --He/She not available. We wanted to contact the complaint cell -no body attended. then we wanted to contact the owner Cell no (displayed in the entrance) no [protected] the person identifide himself as "Mr.Samruddin or Somaruddin" was rude and curtly kept the phone by saying we can go to some other bunk or may complain to whoever we like to. One sr staff Laxman or Luxman was winess.
      We wanted to use the Toilet/urinal Facility --we were told we cannot as the key is with owner. We wanted to have some AIR in tyres -we were told it is not available or not working. Drinking water, water for coolent not given.We were told even public telephone facility NOT available to customers.
      We are really shocked that IOC a navratna company 's owned bunk service is offering nil & horrifying service. Arrogant staff, Bunk management and totally hopeless hygine, Nil facilities.
      We demand check on this public sector(our /tax payers money) run unit, what action you have taken on the Mr.Samruddin and The so called IOC official who is supposed to inspect Bunks ??

      IOC , Diesel — Non Availability of Normal Diesel

      Most of the of the IOC petrol pumps in Delhi are insisting consumers to take XTRA preminium Diesel since normal Diesel is not available.

      I do not understand the reason for this but I feel this matter should be look into any resolved.

        r/sir or mam,
        myself cheated by Krishna automobiles, near sushila hotel, kashipur. i m filled 200Rs. petrol in my Bajaj discover motorcycle but after runs only near 15 km motorcycle was stopped due to petrol pup empty.

        when I complaint the owner of same pump. he didn’t listen my problem & carrying on me and also sexual abusing me.

        after this incident till now I m mantle disturb because he is a power full person & police don't take any action him.

          Sir, I have a Indane Gas connection i.e. 10537. The name of connection holder is RAM SINGH THAKUR. I have lost finish my original connection paper due to fire in my home. When i connected with the honour of the Indane Gas Service Sh. Arvind, he just said there are no option of issue the second copy of gas connection and there are no option to issue the second copy of connection.
          Plz help me as soon as possible because there are more problem due to lack of cylinder.

              Petrol sold at indian oil gas station, K.T Road Tirupati (opp: Varadaraja Swamy temple) is not correct in terms of volume. For Rs.100/-, they supply only Rs.45/- worth of petrol by manipulating the pump settings. This has been going on for a long time and after several visits, I am complaining now after confirming to myself this blatant fraud. Please conduct a surprise check and bring to book the dealer, who has political connections.

                sir our lpg gas distributor is pooja gas trikkakara.the agency is not delivering gas in time .it takes 32-35 days to deliver cylinder.the consumers are not permitted to book the cylinder only 5 days after the last delivery.so all together it takes 40 0r more than 40 days to get the cylinder.an average family cannot adjust with a cylinder for this much time

                I sent an email on 13.12.10, enquiring the status of my booking as below.
                "Please see the quoted ("BOOKING NO-9404 DT[protected]") highlighted text reply below. I booked for a refilled domestic cylinder on 29-10-10.. But I did not receive the same till date. " ..........

                I got a reply from the gas agency like this "booking no-3983 dt 13-12-10"!!!!!!!!!

                Sir,

                I am a customer of M/S Pooja Gas Agency, Thrikkakra, Cochin, Kerala and my consumer No. is 20048 my booking No. is 277059. I have booked for refilling the gas on 24.02.2012, but till 19.04.2012 I have not been served the gas. Whenever I enquired to the gas agency, they are in the habit of telling that the cylinder will be supplied in the next day. But till date no gas cyclinder has been supplied. This experience is only by Pooja Gas Ageny, but other agencies of nearby area are not doing like this.. Whenever enquired for delay, the authorities of Pooja Gas agency will say that the delay is due to shortage of gas. How this is only for this particular agency. Please look into the matter and action as deemed fit may be taken at the earliest.
                I already compliant in Indane complaint cell. they will say take necessary action with in three days. but still didnt got any information My complaint no.is 419256
                Please take immediate action.

                  hi sir,
                  I am a customer of vijayakumar gas agency(dealer of indane gas), pammal. It have become 24 days since the date of booking. v didn't receive the cylinder yet. At the same time our neighbour who booked on that same date have received their cylinder. When we enquired about this issue in person to the booking agency they are not giving a responsible answer. Neither there is someone who holds the responsibility. They are saying that it ll take another 15-20 days for the delivery. Kindly take necessary action on this issue.

                  we are having the gas connection of indane but the dealer is not atall coperation he is taking the new refilling registration after 21 days and after that also he dont give cylinder 10-15 days this is his regular schedule we are not even getting the phone no of in charge officer not even name.dealer name is HARI OM GAS AGENCY AJWA ROAD BAROA GUJARAT.

                    Indian Oil — not booking on phone

                    our area distributor is very rude to customer and do not book gas over phone.
                    My Consumer no. T/10754 - I have shifted my place of residence from 11, Becharam Chatterjee Road, Kolkata - 700 034 to 'Sundaram Gardens', A-2, 307, Kalipada Mukherjee Road, Kolkata 700 008, and my vendor is Gas & Gadgets, Manton Super Market, Shop no. 34, Behala, Kolkata 700 034. I have already issued a letter to them informing regarding my change of residence on January 28th, 2011 with the copies of my residential agreement and my house rent bill. Stating in the letter very clearly that I am a working person and I am not available in the house for the whole week except Sunday. I have requested them to deliver the gas only on Sunday but inspite of they have visited my place thrice with the gas cylinder and enquired from the building Security regarding my existing in that place. Secondly, I wanted to speak to them over phone line but regret to inform you that the phone lines are kept in the voice mail.

                    As a customer, I would request you to kindly rectify the issue and take the immediate action as to why the phone lines are kept in the voice mail, we are unable to communicate.

                      In Rane gas Agency , puzhuthi vakkam My gas consumer no is 21205 with one cyllinder. I booked cylinder refill booking no 325114 with cash memo no 3921 and received message on 7 dec 2011 On 15 dec 2011 a staff bringing gas to the neighbour. but for me ,He has not brought. because of gas, i didnt go anywhere. but gas suppling people is giving poor response to the customers. Will they give more importance to single cylinder customers? why this Rane gas agency is giving poor response to their customers? Is there anybody to controll this Agency ? The innocent people are exploited by these supplying people. God will not show graceness to this people

                        I feel the Indane gas should be banned till they respect the consumer and their grievances!

                        I am really facing trouble by Indane gas and its policies its online system is firstly not working so they asked me to contact the gas dealer near my location now when i approached the dealer they asked me to cough up Rs4000 toward oven, pipe etc else they will not allow me with a new gas connection then when i have paid that the delivery man come to my house and is demanding huge money for deliver they simply said rs405 doesn't include the delivery charge and if i do not pay his charge which i think is a nothing but corruption they will not deliver any further gas cylinder to my house.

                        I am really in trouble i do not know who will actually help me or not as Indane gas is already doesn't bother about consumer and they do not handle any query be it new connection or be it complaint, if you people can help its good if you cannot then you can refer it to any consumer society on my behalf and i will thankful to you for the same ,

                        Indane Gas — Corrupted dealer grabbed RS4000 for gas connection and now the deliveryman asking for his share

                        Hello,

                        lets block delivery line of Indane gas and their employees and CEOS office and ...stop them every where you see ...start non co-operation. It will teach them a lesson ...I urge all my sisters and brothers throught the universe please join hands and block them shipment service completely
                        Block the supplu lione of INDANE GAS block every delivery and service and every one associated with Indane gas should be stopped lets stop disrupt their survice they think we are help less lets make them helpless.. I urge all my brothers and sisters to joinhand and lets agitate the issue the company is for us and not we for the company it is our oil which they have sold at higher price it is our land it is our oil reserve as per constitution it is our natural resource it should not be handed over to any commercial firm but be at the hand of State and State is the custodian and not the owner of this oil so selling and bidding the oil in auction is illegal and stop all oil companies it is for us Indians Join hand .. let make them help less save our resouirces save mother India Jai hind all private companies who ever indian or outside should not have any right to exploit our resources ... Save it do it >...Else there be any tragedy more rthan Bhopal gas more than Herosima more than Myammar Orange agent .. lets topple them ans top them at any cost ...
                        As per constitution the oil companies have no right over oil reserve in the country and also as per natural law it belongs to Indian and govt even is the custodian for the benefit of people and does not have any right to give it in auction and now when these companies is hitting us hard with high price lets block Indian oil and Indane gas supply block when ever you see all the supply or person with the indane gas logo going block them all persons associated with this company should not be allowed to go block and disrupt their service

                        And then block all oil companies supply. Jai hind save our resources save Mother India Jai hind save it at any cost !!!

                          Recently when I went to the Indane (Ajay) Gas agency (Distributor) in Sathuvachari, Vellore, TN; and I had a bad experience with the proprietor over there.

                          He is sitting outside the office near to the door with some papers like a security. He is not allowing customers to enter into the Indane distributor's office and asking lots of questions from outside itself.

                          He is not treating us like a customer and treating as of though I got some money from him.

                          Also I came to hear from my relative that when they have went for a DBC registration, they were told to come only 11am to 12pm intervals and not on saturdays and sundays.

                          It seems the incharge for registration of cylinders will come for only 1 hr as mentioned above.


                          Please take necessary actions and henceforth let them treat the customers as customers and not like their sub ordinates. Do call me if required.

                            I am not able to submit my complaint using the online idane account, however not able to sumbit the same from last few days & assume that this option is temperarily not available, therefore would like sumbit my complain as I have not been heard by anyone on the agency & the online complaint option is not woriking. I have narrated the issue below.

                            This is to bring in your kind notice that I had applied for the DBC in July 2010; however I have not received the DBC till date. I have visited to Mata Sheetla Gas agencey several times, however did not get a satisfactory answer. The representative Ms Mamta told me that we don’t have the stock available; drop the copy of your booking & you will be informed as soon as the stock will be available. I have done this several times, however never received a call to collect my DBC. Also I found that few customers who had booked after me, they have got their DBC.

                            Request you to look into the issue & revert at the earliest as to by when I can expect by DBC. I have been harassed by the working staff appointed at the agency & their rude behaviour is not at all acceptable.

                                    I registered a gas cylinder on 22th july 2009 at Alpha - II Krisna Gas Agency, Greater Noida, U.P. which is not delivered till now. (29 july, 2009)
                                    On telephone they say me today they delever my gas. Delivery man says that they (Krisna Gas Agency ) did not give any gas registered to me.

                                    Indane Cooking Gas — Abnormal delay in delivery of Gas.

                                    I am a resident of Space Valley, Flat-2D, 8/72, East Mall Road, Kolkata-700080 and I got my gas transferred under Consumer No.05917 T to CANTONEMENT GAS SUPPLY, 38A/1, J.N.Tiwari Road, Dum Cant., Kolkata-700 028 for more than 4 years. But the above dealer is completely dishonest and ruthless to consumers. They never attend telephones and if by change they pick up telephone, their standard reply is that their computer is not working so they are not in a position to book gas. On the pretext computer malfunctioning, they are not giving gas booking no. and after several reminders and request they are proving me gas at least after 20 days or even a month. They are simply not bothered about consumers concern and do whatever they feel like. I failed to understand how a registered dealer of your estemeed organization is behaving such a ruthless manner.
                                    You are requested to kindly look into the matter and take immediate action against the erraring dealer, otherwise it will be presumed that you are also a party of the dealers misdeed.
                                    An early reply and action in this matter is kindly solicited.

                                    Most of the time their phone line is engaged, even if we get the line the answer is not a responsible one.

                                    My father is a consumer having C.No-20354 of DubeyGas Service' ,64 Ellora Enclave, Dayalbagh, Agra, 282005, Ph[protected] & 2800336, Uttar Pradash. It is their rule/practise that a new cylinder booking is registered after 22 days from the date of delivery of last cylinder. So, following their practise ,we booked for new refill on 01/09/2010 but after elapsing 13days further, i enquired on 13/10/10 for my new refill personally. They said that another 05-06 days will require to deliver the said cylinder. That is lead time will stood as -22 days + 13+6 = 41 days. It is very unfortunate to note that that a fresh cylinder will come after 41 days. I do not know how a family can manage its cookings by a cylinder for 42 days. I want to brought this to the notice of appropriate indane authorities for looking into the matter.
                                    please also note that they making the bill in back and supplying the cylinder after 15 to 18 days . i would also request the management to set up one man enquiry commission to get more details regarding unfair trade practice by the dealer .

                                    My Lpg connection is with maharani enterprises patna 800006 and distributor code 69130160.My ioc/er 4566108 and consumer no B-1339.the vendor of my area is mr.guddu.His regular habit is to black the cylinder in market at very high price and deprive geniun customers by delaying the delivery.In this process whole staff are hands in gloves.currently my booking no with the dealer is 4981 dated 19.10.2010 and 01 nov 2010 has passed there is no sign of delivery.on query with the dealer he makes false excuses like scarcity of gas etc.so kindly save me from such corrupt persons and ensure timely delivery of my refilled indane domestic cylinder. thanking you.

                                      I am holding an indane gass connection with Mahalingam Gas Agency in Coimbatore. While trying to book a cylinder i encountered the following problems :

                                      1 The person who picked up the telephone informed that booking cannot be done through telephone anymore and asked to visit their office in person alongwith a mobile phone. He refused to book gas until a personal vist with a mobile phone, and slammed the phone without any room for further questions.

                                      What is IVRS system and is it compulsory for all who have indane connection to own a mobile phone. Is IOC compelling all its indane gas consumers to own a mobile phone? what is the fate of people who don't own a mobile and the fate of elderly senior citizens who cannot operate a mobile & also villagers? How can a gass agency compel its customers to undergo a formality without even explaining what is the changes they have brought about.

                                      Please let me know if there is a way out of this situation. Also Mahalingam Gass Agency often summons customers to visit their office in person for every situation, This is very inconvenient to elderly persons and employed ones and also their office is closed on all holidays.

                                      This system change is only with indane gass customers whereas the other bharath,HPO are not insisting in any of these formalities. Due to this there is undue delay on acquiring refil. PLEASE HELP.

                                      Requested for distributor change online but they refused saying the applicant should come in person with the regulator and need to pay the fee.It is clearly mentioned that online transfers can be done without physical visit and nil fee payment .They are always misguiding and they never offer help. We have requested through iocl website and even Indian oil is not concerned about the complaints or requests made online because it is left unattended for more than 10 days.

                                        I am a customer of Sheel gas, dealer of Indane at delhi. I booked on 25.05.11 for refill of my LPG gas. But, till date it's not delivered. refill booking no-8508 with cash memo -8536
                                        I had booked Gas cylinder on 4th July,2012 at Sri Ram Gas service, Baroda and yet not received the Gas cylinder.
