[Resolved]  Indane Gas — about new connection

Sir/Madam,

Sub:New registration of LPG cylinder
We are new to Chennai. We are in need of a LPG cylinder. We do not have ration card to register. So is it possible to register for the new connection without providing ration card since we have PAN card, passport etc.

Yes, you can, just having proof of address where you are staying, it may be Electricity bill, phone bill, Bank a/c statement on others name too and your identity proof like, Pan, Passport, D License, E card.
If you need veryfication of this I can forward the email, in which Area manager Of IOCL confirm this. pls let me know.

i am from bhubaneswar, My dealer office is Backside of Trupti Petrol pump Saheed nagar.Bhubaneswar - 751007. Every time when i am visit here i saw two people who not good as talking to oridinary person, he behaviour only for rich people, i reliazed that. so that i am very unhappy for his behaviour.

i was submitet all the dogument of new gonection in the 01 aug 2009 at uttama gas ajensi siddharthnagar but new conection is not providing to til 27.09.09

i am a Indane Gas Customer i want my gas refiling by HOME DELIVERY But the Gas Dealer is not interested about it, he says we can not give home delivery because your home is very long distance, sir my home is only under 2 KM from the Dealers shop, so please solve my problem and provide me home delivery of My Refil.
or please suggest any concerned officer, where i can complain about it ? or is there any helpline number to complain about Gas Agency?

I hereby, want to complaint against the Indane Gas connection provider.
This is against "BABY GAS, DHENKANAL, ODISHA"
My Complaint is detailed below;

I had applied a new connection through internet. The gas agencies gave me a letter and I took a new gas connection on 25 October 2012. The gas agencies charged me high amount of Rs. 6000.00 And Told that "u will collect the items from our go-down" and I asked for bill they told that "donot worry about it, the bill will come from the main office and it will take some days and after 15 days they
gave me bill of Rs. 2500.00 (Approx)only. And a few items which were
Lighter -01no., Hose Pipe-01no., Gas Burner-01no, Cylinder with full gas -1 nos
Actually The govt. should declare the Gas price to costumer And the maximum area the gas agencies are charged the high price to the costumer.

Dear Sir,
i have the original documents & Sealed items as proof...kindly
guide me. The BABY GAS Agency is
really cheating the innocent people, who pay any amount without asking
any question, in fear of loosing the connection.
