I am a LPG consumer with M/s RAJ FLAME, SHOP NO. 11 Ground Floor, Shanti Market, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059. The Telephone nos. 25337713, 25338997 for booking gas refill. It is common phenomena that for booking a refill you have to try continuously but unable to contact, you will feel lucky if agency people pickup your call. Ever they do not consider "booking" through landline to tel.no. 1260 as well as through services provided www.TOMOGAS.com.
We are handicaped by this agency.
This is clear message of "KAALA BAAZAARI" with curruption in all department related to GAS distribution SYSTEM. We can't understand that WHERE IS GOVT., Consumer Complaint Forum ?

Gas Service — Late supply & misbehave
I am chandan jha,my address is A-36,Inder Enclave,Phase-2,Mubarak Pur Road,Nangloi,Delhi-110086.I want to say that HARI SINGH GAS SERVICE is the biggest blackseller of delhi.But noboy can take action because he spend money to give bribe.They provide the delivery atleast 45 days of booking & they dont accept any booking according to booking date.They count the delivery date. They have not any contact no.for booking the gas supply.people have to visit the agency & stand in the long ''Q'' within 1 or 2 hours.
They also misbehave to the customers.plz take some strict action agt this.
