I have gone to SRI SAILA GAS AGENCIES, miyapur for applying new gas connection.
But refused saying that no form is available at this point of time.
Also told to come next month.

Rude in interaction with the customer.
poor management....

I had applied for new connection for( LPG domestic ) now today it has been alloted to me but they r asking for to provide affidavit
that i dont have connection, as i m providing ration card which clearly indicates that i have no connection in my name is it compulsory to make affidavit or ration card is valid????.pl inform immediately...

I am the consumer of Indane Gas bearing consumer No.: 57254, the supply of refill of cylinder through SRINIVASAH AGENCY, OLD WAHSERMENPET, CHENNAI-21. I have a practice to book for the refil of cylinder with dealer direclty over the phone. After many telephonic attempts when we got connected we were put on hold for a long time, then the receiving person refuse to take our request stating that i am not eligible for booking...

1) In the villages of Bihar, there is no system of booking of gas cyinder for refill at gas agencies -- People have to depend on the distributor which comes from Indane Gas Agency.

2) There is NO SPECIFIC DATE or DAY of distribution of cylinders....

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELAYED GAS SUPPLY
GAS AGENCY NEAR MANGALAPURI, PALAM, NEW DELHI. THE PEOPLE WHO ARE SITTING IN THIS OFFICE DOESN'T HAVE THE DECENCY TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS AND ALWAYS TRY TO KEEP THE CUSTOMERS BLINDED. as usual i am again making a complaint against one of your dealer who is not picking up the phone for booking and misbehaving with pepple. If you are really accepting the complaints and taking action so that i move forward with the complaint otherwise nothing much i can do rather that going into consumer court.

I am regular commuter from vashi to CSIA(international airport), i travel from (koperkhairne) to Vashi by bus and then from vashi to kurla by train, and from Kurla to CSIA(sahar airport) by bus no 365.
there are two - three buses to travel to CSIA via marol i.e bus no 446 or 332.
but there is only one direct bus is available for CSIA i.e bus no 365, which has no specific time,
ealier bus was till Andheri (E) from Kurla...

I Mohan Lal, user of your gas agency, would like to know the information of the duration period of the gas finishing and how soon we can get it booked again and can receive. Please mentioned the days. i.e. If we receive gas delivery on 1 of month my gas finished within the month the days completed only just 15. Which data we may receive another delivery.

FIRST IS OF RANI GAS SERVICE
AND THE OTHER IS ASHIRWAD GAS SERVICE.

It is highly shameful act of an agency owner that they are supplying the gas with such a long delay. I've booked my gas cylinder on 24/10/2008 and i m receiving it on 5/11/2008. though they provide the same facility to the near or dear ones, but not to the normal consumer or the consumer like us who do not have personal links with them. it puts serious mark on the owner of the agency as well on the persons of departments who provide...

I have one LPG connectivity from IOCL LPG distributor M/s Pragjyoti Gas Agency with the consumer no: 201817.
I have come to notice that I have to pay Rs 350.00 to Rs 360.00 to the delivery boys for a single cylinder whereas the Government rate is Rs 337.00 (approx.). whenever, I argued with the boy regarding this excess money, they just informed me that the deliver cost have to born by the customer.
