Dear Sir,
i am Indane Gas customer for last nine years.recently I changed my residence in the same campus.When apporached my dealer for changing the address they asked for original papers. well, I have the gas book but I am unable trace any other paper. Even showing my identy proof still the dealer insists for the original receipt which I am unable to retieve due tomisplacement during my quarter change.Is there any procedure to get address changed in such case? Or any provision to solve the matter?

We are the customer of INDANE GAS from last 30 years, but due to some circumstances we need to change our residence, but it is really very very ridiculous to change an address with INDANE gas. Our Gas Agency is KHAN AGENCIES JHANDEWALAN no one is ready to co-operate, Mr. Khan is never available in the office and his staff is ill mannered and very very non-cooperative.
Is there any one who can help to the customers...

Indane Gas — Change of dealership

My consumer no: 3875 and i have been getting my gas supply from M/S. POPAT JAMAL & SONS Egmore. Last week when we wanted to book a cylinder. I was informed that they no longer deal in Indane gas since then we have tried consumer care number[protected] / 46. But it always engaged throughout the working hours. Hence i have request you to kindly inform me name of new dealer to whom i should contact for my supply of cooking gas.

I am holding indane gas connection since 1997. My dealer name is pattamal gas agency. My consumer no. 18461. This connection belongs to my mother name Mrs. bruntha, who expired on 2010. So we plan to change the connection name to her son name. When we approach the dealer, they asking relation certificate from thasildar office, which is very difficult to get the same. We produce the ration card copy to our dealer, where the family members details are clearly mentioned, which is majorly consider as a base proof for all documentation. So, kindly advise our dealer to consider ration card as a more than enough proof for change of name as well as address, which helps to produce the same by consumers to the dealer without any unnecessary pains.

I am Indane Gas customer for last Two years. Recently I have shifted my residence to owned house from rented one. When approached my dealer to transfer my connection in same city they asked for original Subscription Voucher (SV). I have only the gas book and unable trace any other paper.     Iam consumer registered with NO.822344, MGA 1771, with Madhavi gas agency, Indane Gas Distributor, shaikpet, Hyderabad, and receiving supplies from the distributor .

    As I am retired officer of government, I planned to visit pilgrim centres, frequently, thus out of station . This resulted in lesser utilisation of LPG refill which spread to three months. I have taken the last cylinder on 19th May 2008.

    On 20th November, when I called Madhavi Gas Agency at 9-30 am, to book gas refill, they refused to do so, saying that my service is deactivated, and that I should submit my Original Gas connection voucher and receipts, to reactivate my service, and book refill.
    Consequently I had to run to the Agency with all the papers and the counter incharge, on verification wanted me to get a xerox copy of the original connection voucher. I had to engage an auto to Towlichowki, for xerox copy, and produced to the Agency at 12 Noon, after spending Rs. 30/- on autos and wasting 2 hours for the purpose.
    I fail to understand, as to why the agency incharge de deactivated my service, without intimation to me, and again made me to rush to the Agency, spending time and money.
    I construe, that the Agency not only failed to discharge their responsibility, and not customer friendly, thus reflecting the hollow promise of good service. I am deeply hurt at the callous attitude of the Agency and its staff, towards a Senior Citizen, and a retired Officer.

    I hope the Corporation authorities will mend such irresponsible distributors of LPG, and force them to render service as required from them. I hope my complaint will receive due attention, and will apprise your of the need to reorient the behaviour of Distributors and their staff.
    sir, with due respect i am very sorry to write you that i am a lpg consuner. my gas dealer "shree ji gas service, bangali ghat, mathura u.p. he is very irresponsible against booking gas refil . he has many phone no.[protected], 2400300, 2401133 but not answering the phone calls made by me and other customers . he has clear moto how to delay to book gas refil .

      I am Mohan residing at No 3, . chithirai Veethi, Senthil Nagar, Chennai - 600 062 as as Consumer for IOC No 25140 till from 14/4/2004 My agency at SRI BALAJI AGENCIES - INDANE DISTRIBUTORS, G1-G2, FORTURE CLASSIC APARTMENTS, 29, STED FORD HOSPITAL ROAD, KRISHNAPURAM, AMBATTUR, CHENNAI - 600 053 DIST CODE 5588841.

      As i have applied my Additional Cylinder vide Bill No 69, W.L.No 5424 Customer No 25140 dt 07/01/2006.

      Till from date i have not received my Additional Cylinder, when i contact regarding this to my Agency they confirmed me till Dec 2005 only we have released after that not yet.

      Due to usage of Single Cylinder i'm facing a lot, Now a days after completion of 1st cylinder booking has been done and it will taking 10-15 days, in between the time we are not able to run my family without a cylinder because other fuel's like kerosen and all very expenditure as a middle class family as we are 4 Members in my family (My self, wife and my 2 children's).

      In the view of the above i kindly request you to kindly consider my letter and arrange to release the Additional Cylinder without any further delay and oblige.

          Dear Sir,
          I have been transferred from Bangalore(Tata Consultancy Services) to Chennai recently.
          I am staying at Natham, Chengalpet.
          I do not have any gas connection .I had visited IOCL nearest dealer for new
          connection. He was asking for ration card. I told the dealer as per news
          statement that has been given in news paper there in no need of ration
          card(PAN cad & Residence proof is ok). He was screaming on me saying that,
          ration card is must.
          He is not ready to listen my words.

          Sir Plz help me. And suggest me what to do?

            Sir,
            I am an ENT surgeon working at Medical College Kottayam. I have an Indane LPG connection from Commander Gas Agencies, Kottayam, Kerala. I had applied for a second cylinder on 22.04.08. Its almost seven months now and each time on enquiry I am given the reply that its the company policy not to give second gas connections. Is this true? or are the agents playing a trick on me? With a small kid at home, we find it almost impossible to manage without a second cylinder. Is there any means of assessing the amount of gas remaining in the cylinder? Since this is practically not possible, its usually difficult to decide when to book for the cylinder in advance. Adding on to this agony is the indefinite delivery period of about 3-5weeks.More or less amounting to begging for a cylinder with relatives or friends each time the cylinder gets over. Is there any way out of this problem other than provision for a second cylinder? Is there any means by which I can procure a second connection at the earliest? Something like a special provision for health care professionals/doctors. Please advise.

            One more Query: Is it possible to apply for a gas connection from another company like HP or any other private providers when I have an already existing connection from Indane?

              Sub:New registration of LPG cylinder
              We are new to Chennai. We are in need of a LPG cylinder. We do not have ration card to register. So is it possible to register for the new connection without providing ration card since we have PAN card, passport etc.

              Yes, you can, just having proof of address where you are staying, it may be Electricity bill, phone bill, Bank a/c statement on others name too and your identity proof like, Pan, Passport, D License, E card.
              If you need veryfication of this I can forward the email, in which Area manager Of IOCL confirm this. pls let me know.

              I hereby, want to complaint against the Indane Gas connection provider.
              This is against "BABY GAS, DHENKANAL, ODISHA"
              My Complaint is detailed below;

              I had applied a new connection through internet. The gas agencies gave me a letter and I took a new gas connection on 25 October 2012. The gas agencies charged me high amount of Rs. 6000.00 And Told that "u will collect the items from our go-down" and I asked for bill they told that "donot worry about it, the bill will come from the main office and it will take some days and after 15 days they
              gave me bill of Rs. 2500.00 (Approx)only. And a few items which were
              Lighter -01no., Hose Pipe-01no., Gas Burner-01no, Cylinder with full gas -1 nos
              Actually The govt. should declare the Gas price to costumer And the maximum area the gas agencies are charged the high price to the costumer.

                I am an Indane consumer living in Kalka (Panchkula), Haryana. We have not been getting proper LPG supply. We have to book gas after 21 days of receipt of last LPG cylinder and it takes another 18-20 days after booking to get cylinder. In this way, time lag between two cylinders is not less than 40-45 days which is too high.

                Other Co's are delivering LPG cylinder to consumer withing 4-5 days of booking.

                I would like to know the policy of the co in this regard. If there is any policy in this regard, distributors should display the same in their office else company should instruct them to ensure proper supply and action should be intiated agst the defaulters.

                Indian oil corporation — improper delivery of gas cylinder

                dear sir
                this complain is about improper delivery of gas cylinder at marangburu gas agency at chotta givindpur at jamshedpur. i have requested almost 20 days back for gas cylider refilling and when ever i call or go to gas agency they commit me of delivering it by two days and till date no action has been taken. i have even spoken to owner and she assured me of doing needful but yet not done and now even she is not receiving my call i hope some black marketing of gas cylinder occurs there please take necessary action

                my gas consumer no is 25828 at SUDHEENDRA INDANE GAS AGENCY BANGALORE. I received refill on 24 9 15. Re fill was checked for leakage and found leaking hence we did not take the delivery. The person took back the cylinder telling he will deliver on the same day. As on now 26th 9 15 11 AM cylinder has not been delivered. Please see it is delivered immediately. Also we phoned up the agency and customer center they are not lifting the phones.
                I would like to highlight how the cylinders are leaking at the delivery point? is there no check at the filling point? customer and gas company both are sufferers. see the problem is sorted out immediately

                  Hi Sir/ mam,

                  I have applied for a new gas connection on dated 01.11.2008 at B. N. Gupta and Co. Gas agency which is the agency of "Indian Oil Corporation Limited" situated at A-1, New Vishwash nagar, Qtr. 18, Shahdara, Delhi - 110032. I dont want to purchase Hot plate from the agency as I have it already at my house. Now they didn't send any enquiry till date to check my hotplate so that they can provide me new connection. On dated 10.11.2008 I went to their office they they told that they couldn't find my address. I provided them again nearby address but, till now no outcome has been come. It shows that they dont want to give me new connection untill I purchase hotplate from them. However, The company policy says that customer can purchase it from anywhere. I want to know that why they cant find my home as I dont live in "Paatal Lok". Please do the needful.

                    Sir,

                    I have a domestic Gas connection with M/s Jwalani (Distributor for Indane), C/15, Jajodia Market, S. F. Road, Siliguri – 734405 (WB), Ph. No.[protected] having cust. no. J/15191.
                    Sir said agency always misbehaving with customers, when they will visit to agency Office and will harass them for booking of Gas cylinder or dealing with any matter. After booking a gas, they will take minimum 15 days to deliver it for next booking we have to wait minimum 18-20 days. If any customer wants to book the gas before mentioned days they say that this is the rule of IOC that you have to wait minimum 18-20 days. If we want to show written order for the rule they are unable to show. Local IOC authorities are totally in favour of agency and no action was taken against the agency till date, why we don’t know. On dated 12.11.08, I lodged a complain to local IOC Office over phone (Ph. No.[protected]/2571515) and asked for a complain no. but they denied to do so and simply assured that they will look after the matter. Than, I dialed to IOC Kolkata Office (Customer care Ph. No.[protected]/[protected] but no one has picked up the phone.

                    Sir we are regularly reading your statement in News Paper that supply of domestic LPG Cylinders are running smoothly and are under control in spite of several draw backs are still exists as stated above.

                    IOL-LPG — LPG refill delays by Shastri Gas

                    I have been struggling to get my refill LPG cylinder from your agent M/S Shastri Gas for the last 28 days. Everytime I call they it will be sent immediately. Off late they have been saying that they hads sent the refill and there was nobody at home. This totally false, since due to construction activities at my house there is always somebody available and we had ensured that if the delivery man does come to accept the cylinder with the required payment.
                    Till date there has been no positive rsponse from your agent. Also the attitiude of your agent's staff is not all positive, they seem not to care and eager to cut off the phone rather than listen to the customer complaints.

                    I have connection with 2 cylinders with M/s Guruvayurappan gas agency, kodambakkam,chennai.the date of last delivery of refill is 8-oct-2009 .When I phoned for booking on 4-nov 2009 I got the reply that because they have supplied gas on 28-oct-2009 they will take the booking only after 21 days from last supply. from this I am getting the doubt that they are using my account to draw cylinder and supplying to some one who uses heavily (or hotels) .
                    agency of Agniraj at ashrampara is following the same prosedure on giving the cylinder to custemer and i have booked the cylinder gas after one and half month latter.even after we could get any gas and they are saying that gas is not avilable in The godown.all my family member has arrived to siliguri we are eating at hotel. we are extrimely fedup from Agniraj Agency.

The Field Officer suggested to me again approach to agency's authority M/S Jwalani, C/15, jJajodia Market, S.F.Road, Siliguri, viz Madam, Gautam & Mrinal ji for release of LPG subsidy in respect of following months against my consumer No.12139(copy is enclosed).The undersigned have meet with above employees of concerned agency on the same day. But inspite of request they have not taken any action till date.

I was several time asked to IOCL Toll Free No.. every time they listen all of my problem after that they give the popular answer sorry this time our system is not working properly try after 2 hours. or next day.                       My customer no. for LPG at M/s NEIL GAS AGENCY JABALPUR is 16193. I have booked for the refilling cylinder on 3/11/2008 which is still to be delivered. On registering the complaint he told that the cyclinder will be delivered on 10/11/08. On 11/11/08 the telephone attendent said that it will be delivered today. On not responding, I again approached on 12/11/08, the attendent said that the cylinder will be delivered on 13/11/08.
                      This happenning, I faced in every month. Sometimes they misbehaved on telephone.
                      Please do the needful against them. Atleast reply to undersigned may please be given.

                      I ave a domestic connection of indane LPG consumer no. KB15518, but the dealler donot deliver the LPG filled cyleder in time, some times the deler. I had several times comlained to Area Manager of the indane gas over telephone but he only replied to contact the no.[protected], but the authority do not help any more. It is situated in CLW/Chittaranjan, Dist:- Burdwan, West Bengal, PIN-713331.Regarding my complaint, it can be checked from the records.
                      The concern authority is not doing his job.
                      Therefore, it is requested to give the attention on proper distribution of LPG Cylender in time.The concern authority should do their job sincerly.

                      i am a customer of orissa in cuttack under the agency prachi magalabag using gas cylinder .what cylinder ur supplying that has a number D-08(say) which is a exprie date of the cylinder.but till ur supplying by ur agency .when i have given a complain to ur agency to alternate that cylinder, he has refuse and told me to contact to the higher authority, missbehave me .pls take necerssary action at ur end and inform me as soon as possible .

                        I, on behalf of all the peoples of Khatra, BANKURA, want to lodge complaint against our dealer for following reasons:
                        1)On demanding double cylinders, they force consumers to take 2 different connections at high price&even if we do so, they supply weak gas pipes&ineffective lighters with the connection.
                        2)On booking gas, they take time according to their wish(not less than 10 days)& they have no specific rules.
                        3)The phone by which consumers will do their booking is always dead.so we have to go physically which you know is impossible in todays fast life specially for those who reside at a great distance from the office.
                        4)Inspite of their several follies, they are very rude&deaf towards consumers' inconvenience.
                        Our situation right now is absolutely pathetic because we have nobody to complain&nowhere to go.Until the authorities do not take any step, we the residents within the town&specially in the outskirts, are in absolute distress.Its an earnest request to take a glance because it is no personal problem but a lot of people are suffering for this

                          m/s. SAIEESH ENTERPRISES, Anandbagh, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, who is the authorised distributor for indane gas for in and around anandbagh areas is illegally collecting Rs. 150/- to book a new connection whereas i have enquired the same with a authorised distributor M/s. MANIKANTA GAS SERVICE, Plot No. 64, Ashok Enclave, Kapra, Hyderabad is collecting only Rs. 20/- towards the new connection. So a net of Rs. 130/- is been collected illegally by M/s. SAIEESH ENTERPRISES. Please take a severe action on M/s. SAIEESH ENTERPRISES who is collecting such illegal money and keeping ridiculous rules and regulations which are not the actual rules kept by the parent company and acting MONOPOLISTICALLY in issuing the new connections. M/s. MANIKANTA GAS SERVICE is accepting the new connection applications with hassle free documentation.

                            Indane Gas — Not issuing New connection without gas Stove

                            I have gone to register for a new connection with Sri Rama Gas agencies, (Indane Gas Agency) which is at Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore. Even I have my ration card and other required documents I was refused to get a new Indane connection. The reason is, I haven't gone for the Gas Stove. Since I have a ISI marked gas stove with me, i dont want to go for a gas stove.
                            But the manager refused to give a connection without Gas Stove.
                            I was thinking that indian oil corporation is very good in customer service, but in this case it is disgusting. Can somebody take action on this?

                            i have taken new gas connection 9/02/07 under connection no. s-13548 and having own house at my residence 490, gh8 pachim vihar, new Delhi due to transfer given by my emplyer i have shifted to Panchkula but My gas provider M/s.shubh gas service, 88-b jwala heri market paschim vihar is saying that for transfer connection should be 3 years old.
                            so, he is not taking the regulator etc and very are getting the big problems.
                            even i have shifted to Panchkula, Haryana.
                            so, please help guide us .

                              petrol bunk frauds,
                              I said to put for Rs 1000 in petrol bunk near concord motors, guindy, chennai.indian oil petrol bunk. he took my credit card and
                              started filling, suddenly the guy came running and made an argument with me saying that credit card that, sir its not
                              workin, that time i saw it was 600, after getting the second card from me the 1000 was blinking in the meter that time i didnt recognize what he did then ii got the whole picture,
                              that means he stopped at 650 and made that rs, 1000 as blinking.

                              when i made an argument that if its 1000 rs it will show how much qty i.e in litres it will be displayed below,
                              he was just blinking and further questioning he was doing his own work as if i am not speaking to him, then what i left the place, it was a lesson for me .

                              not only in this petrol bunks most of the petrol bunks are like this .

                              Cheating Techinc using by (Madhu Enterprises (Indion oil distibuter Dealer - Airport Raod - Kodihalli - Ph[protected] &[protected] They simply divert your mind while putting petrol inthe tank and charge extra. I have put a complaint against this. And the manager is not taking any action against the their staf. It means manager also taking something inthe cheated money.

                              Petrol prices were reduced by Rs 5 from 6th Dec'08. Today (6th Dec'08) by morning 9.30 AM i took my bike to an Indian Oil Petrol bunk in T.Nagar, Chennai to fill petrol and the machine still had the old rate maintained and he was filling petrols for vehicles. When my turn came, i questioned him why he has not changed the rates. He said the owner has not come yet and so he couldn't change the rates. I said it is not legal to sell petrol at the old rate when govt has slashed the rates, it is like cheating people. He said whatever it is you can speak to the owner. I didnt fill petrol there, I noted the Petrol bunk Licence number - it is 3479. It is in G N Chetty Road, T Nagar, Chennai-600017 (Near Vani Mahal). Hope action is taken against the petrol bunk owner.
                              Cheating Techinc used by (Madhu Enterprises (Indion oil distibuter Dealer - Airport Raod - Kodihalli - Ph[protected] &[protected]::::This is a regular thing done by this petrol bunk staff. If you ask for Rs.200. they set the meter for Rs.70 and prepare to fill the tank while trying to divert your attention. If you question them before they start filling, they again reset the meter to '0' and start filling only for Rs.130. All of the staff get united to confuse the customer. The staff do not give their manager's phone number. Even if the manager is present in the petrol bunk he does not take any responsibility for this. The staff even tell the customers not to go there again if they dont believe in them! They rob people during peak hours and rainy days.
                              There are many petrol bunks like this cheating people in bangalore. IBP petrol bunk at Pipeline-Gowripalya road, near kuvempu circle at vijayanagar is one among them.(Read: silkboard.wordpress.com/2006/08/22/mileage-and-petrol-bungling-shell-shocked/) Does anyone knows if any action can be taken on this issue. why are tv channels not doing anything on this?
                              yes, in some petrol bunks while filling petrol they are disturbing customer not to watch the reading, they diverting our mind asking some useless questions. why because for cheating petrol.
                              cheating in DeveGowda Petrol bunk in Banashankari Bangalore, while filling the fuel they will mislead the customer by adjusting the fuel meter.In this petrol bunk the fuel meter itself corrupted, they have done some technical adjustments in the meter. If you fill the fuel for Rs 100, your tank will be filled for 60 to 70 RS.
                              please take care, while filling in this bunk.
                              Just this morning I had a bitter experience at DEVEGOWDA PETROL BUNK. This is not the first time. Despite of YELLING FULL TANK, the guy pretends not to hear and puts for Rs 50. Then apologises and re-fills from there and not by bringing to zero. Mine is a scooty of capacity 5l. Even if the tank is empty, on filling it should not go beyond 250 (considering petrol price per litre to be Rs.50, but is much lesser). But it comes upto 264-280 every time. Even this morning he pretended to be hearing Rs 50 when I said FULL TANK and started filling. He stopped at 50 and asked me to move the vehicle bit further. I started shouting at him. He continued to fill as if he was deaf. When I said how much can a 5litre tank take, he stopped exactly at 250 where as there was more space in tank. I request people to avoid this Bunk.

                              Same issue with Seeta Circle petrol bunk (Giri Nagar). He only hears Rs 30 even if you say full tank.

                              Suggestion: If the dont fill for how much we ask and stop at lesser amount either ask them to make it zero and re-fill or simply pay for that much and fill it in any other bunk.

                              Unhappy with mean service they provide.

                              i have been cheated in a different way in the same bunk in guindy, very few petrol bunks are genuine these days, an dthey have invented various methods to cheat customers
                              Yes this petrol bunk guys cheat people a lot. Even I had experienced 2 times. I told him to fill for Rs.100. The previous transaction was stopped at Rs.50 and there will be another guy coming towards and ask do you want to fill oil. That's all this guy continued the meter with 50 and filled showing as if he has filled for Rs.100. The second time I told him clearly Rs.100 but he stopped at Rs.30 when I asked him he says he didn;t hear me properly and continued the meter till Rs.70 and said first he filled for Rs.30 and now for Rs.70 so totally Rs.100

                              Really filling petrol in the petrol bunk near concorde motors is a bitter experience.
                              In my city vizag most of the petrol bunks are not maintaining Air which is compulsory for vehicle users but petrol bunk managements are not to provide this facility to the customers
                              This may be damage of the tyre and reducing the fuel efficiency so please take care of the petrol bunks in my Visakhapatnam city.

                              example one petrol bunk maintained by simhachalam devastanam is also not maintaining the Air in his bunk wchich is located at Gopalapatnam and popularly know as Gopalapatnam Petrol Bunk

                                I am a consumer of Indane Gas with my Consumer No.10186 & 1375 and my distributor is: MARGHERITA GAS SUPPLY . P.O. MARGHERITA .DIST. TINSUKIA . ASSAM .
                                I booked a gas cylinder on 19/09/08 and went to collect it 5/10/08 . That day Indane gas agency demand the amount in advance and gave me reciept for the cylinder bearing the date of delivery on 7/11/08 . But I have not received it till now .They always shows extreme shortage of gas cylinder and never deliver it to customer doorstep from last 8 to 10 years . They made a system to collect LPG from their godown . Phone lines are kept on hook . Now the gas distributor run a subdistributor which we think is unofiicial and creates a black market of LPG in our locality .Earlier complaint was made directly to the Indane gas consumer complaints and redressal cell, Tinsukia also but they are not taking any action against the distributor .
                                IT IS DISGUSTING TO UNDERSTAND THE INTENTION TO TAKE THE CUSTOMER ON A RIDE WHICH HE HAS TO GULP WITH HELPLESSNESS. BEING ENFORCED ON - WHAT IS THE CHECK ON SUCH EXCESSIVE ACTS AND WHAT IS THE MEANING OF SUCH SLOGANS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AT BEST AND ACHIEVING AWARDS AT FORUMS WHEN SUCH INCIDENTS MAKE US PONDER WHETHER TO LAUGH OR CRY ON SUCH HUMILIATION! FEEL, IOC OFFICIALS SHOULD TAKE SERIOUS NOTE ON CUSTOMERS LOSING TRUST IN THE FAIR SYSTEM OF DISTRIBUTION WHICH HAS SUCH REPERCUSSIONS.
                                CUSTOMER IS NEVER A KING BUT A SLAVE IS PROVED IN SUCH INSTANCES.Now I request immediate stern action on the agency and its staff for the harassment they are meting out to the customer and the Gas Cylinder has to be delivered immediately at my residence .
                                Yes, I agree with Purushottam Khemani. However, I also feel that now situation has improved a lot in comparison to what was position about 20 years ago. Still many times we are put to harassment. there must be more competition. Another example of harrasment is at CESC - it is result of monopoly of CESC in Kolkata.

                                    I live in Gaur Green city Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. I have a gas connection with Yadu Indane Gas Service, Sahibabad. I have been living in here for the last two and half years and not even once I have received a cylinder weighting the weight written on it. The delivery boys openly sell cylinders in black. The cylinders always weigh less than the actual weight. RWA at my society decided to check the weight of all cylinders at the entry point and put a seal on all cylinders with the correct weight. This worked well for a month or so till the delivery boys started fielding with the cylinders in the society premises after the seal was put. They always first give/sell cylinders to the people buying in black and then give cylinders to actual customers. As a result the actual customer never gets a cylinder before 10-12 day of the booking date. I will strongly suggest that you lift samples from the delivery vehicles. Ours is not the only society facing this problem instead, customers of this particular agency in Vaishali and whole of Indirapuram are tired of receiving ½ filled cylinders.

                                      My consumer no. is 015530 with PROMINENT FUEL CENTER, DONGARGARH, Dist. Rajnandgaon (C.G). I booked telephonically for the refill cylinder on 06.11.08 vide booking no. 925 at PROMINENT FUEL CENTER, DONGARGARH and I recieved the same on 15.11.08. At the time of giving door delivery of the refilled cylinder, the delivery boy is demanding Rs. 10.00 extra than the billing amount. When I brought the billing amount of Rs.344.30 to his notice the Delivery Boy said that since iam not a Salaried employee of the DISTRIBUTOR so I am charging Rs.10 to 15 extra for the delivery. He also told that Distributor has a knowledge about these things.
                                      I don't know since when it is happening, but I am suffering from the date of my connection in 2007.Pls let me know the action taken against this complaint at my email address- [protected]@gmail.com

                                      My consumer no. is 38676 I booked oneline for the refill cylinder booking no. 273340 and Cash memo no 24185.At the time of giving door delivery of the refilled cylinder, the delivery boy is demanding Rs. 10.00 extra than the billing amount. When I brought the billing amount of Rs.397.00 to his notice the Delivery Boy said that since I am charging Rs.10 to 15 extra for the delivery. He also told that Distributor has a knowledge about these things.


                                      He taken back gas cylinder. no delivery today

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        I am working in a Public Sector Organisation, approached Mohan Gas Services (Near BEL Circle, Next To INdial Oil Petrol Pump, Bangalore) to get the New connection. They asked me to produce the ration card. i produced the ration card and asked the connection without stove, since i had the stove of which has provided by INDANE only. (Actually our organisation gave the pigeon stove as a new year stove, which has the feature of automatic lighter once start the operation(lighter is not required) since it is very user friendly i had given the same to my relative, who stays in village & exchanged the stove which they got along with cylinder in the month of april 2008 from Indane gas service provider)

                                        Mohan Gas Agency told that if i purchse Gas cylinder & Stove both from them, they will give the connection within 3 days and no inspection of house or kitchen.
                                        If i want to purchase only cylinder technician will come and ceck the stove, since i had the stove i agrred for the same after 2-3 days he came and saw the stove and said that the stove is from Indane only is good that i have that. later he asked me to show the kitchen, being a bacheolar and living in city like Bangalore, it was embarrasing me to show him the fully pledged kicthen. i am in a rented house where i have two rooms and one bath room, when he asked me i told one room where i using as living room & keeping all i belongings, asper the requirement mentioned in website i need to have a place for cooking ...
                                        ( Q. How do I get a new domestic (14.2 kg/5 kg cylinder)Indane connection? Where is my nearest LPG distributor located?
                                        Ans: Indane is available for domestic use in 14.2 Kg capacity cylinders and also in 5 Kg capacity cylinders in select few cities primarily in hilly / rural areas in the country.
                                        New LPG Connections are now Available on Demand across the country. In case you do not have an LPG connection from any of the PSU Oil Companies in your name and you have a separate cooking area in your house you can have an Indane domestic connection in your name)...i told him that i will use that as a kitchen and shown him the table which i will be using to keep the stove on it and cylinder under that to full fill the safety requirement as well as two windows in the room. But i have been refused to get the connection based on the reason of his inspection note that "No kitchen"... i twice went to the agency and explained the situation, but the authorities are under the impression that i have only one room, they are not ready to listen to me & not even offered me a seat to express myself. As a right for information when i asked the same in writing the Madam refused to give in writing didnt give any chance to further conversation again i started brefing ...Suppose i have purchased stove & cylinder there itself no question of Inspection... no matter about kitchen...no matter of being refused by them & unexpected treatment...waste of my time & writing this big mail !!!. Since i am not purchasing stove from them all these cycle of activities, thogh i have the same stove being provided by them... as per the website i fullfill all the requirements and i stress & reiterate that i have to rooms, one wooden table to fulfill the safety requirement...more importantly the INDANE STOVE.

                                        when i requested eventhough they are under bias & decided not give connection, i was told to come on Tuesday to know my final status...of connection...
                                        My appeal to Indane gas is to just go through the mail and atleast make sure that same worst situation will not happen to others in future or advise me to take next step...that what i have to do...
