My self Nitin Chauhan lodge a complaint of Bad Smell came from LPG Cylinder Delivered By Gas Agency named Dhrumin Gas Service, Sanand, Disct. Ahmedabad, Gujarat on date 08/12/2008 but nobody come to my house till today so pls do needfull in the matter.

under weight and leak cylinders are being supplied by the Nilokheri Gas Agency in Distt Karnal Haryana almost every month cylinder is replaced due to serious leakage this may cause serious mishap direct the agency to make arrangement to check weight and leakage at store because they don, t supply us at our home which is just 1 KM away from the agency store
Respected Sir,

I m a customer of nilokheri gas service (Indane) from many years.Now from 2 years here is a problem all cyclender seals are open.and a lot of smell comes from them.I know they are not givig us full gas in cyclender 14 kg.but in their machines it shows full.their machine is not show right result.I ask them for sealed cyclender then they ask here is only unsealed cyclender.and said we checked the cyclender smell and leakage.cyclender runs many short time now.

all the employee of indane gas nilokheri are include in this profession.I complaint many times to officer of gas agency but they give me no response and said in future this will be not happened again.but again and again they give us low gas cyclender.even you can check in nilokheri gas agency also.

I requested you pleaze take any quick action.Pleaze check all cyclender seal and leakagge problem.They give us short ga cyclender.

    Sub: Habitual delay in cylinder supply.

    Ref: Consumer No. 7788, Aravindan. Pk. Maninivas, Chemancheri, Po, Kozhikode. Kerala.

    I booked for my gas cylinder at Kripa Gas Agencies, (Indane), Pookkad, chemancheri, Kozhikode, Kerala. on[protected], Even after many queries the agency is not ready to suuply gas cylinder till now. Many times in the past I was compelled to complaint against this gas agency. I complainted many times in the past to your sales manager in Kozhikode district Kerala via phone. Last two times I had to complaint cosumer protection for getting my supply. Today I called your sales manager many times to report my complaint. But he did not accept calls. Hence I request you to look in to the matter.

      I own a house in Iyappa Nagar, Kamarajapuram/Sembakkam, East Tambaram by 2008 Jan. Our nearer Indane Agency is Sri Chella Agency, Shelaiyor.

      When we tried to get a new connection first time there were a law of submitting the Ration card to get a new connection . So I could not apply for a new connection at that time. Now in illegal market Gas cylinder sold for about 1000Rs. So I thought of again try for a new connection. And went to Indane Gas Agency with my "home sale documents". (Here I must say one thing, there is a long queue always. Even Gas booking people have to come and directly report to them as they dont pick up the phone.). My sale Documet has slight different address, as I said "Iyappa nagar, Kamarajapuram/Sembakkam" . But the post will reach me in both the case with proper Pin code details. That Lady told me She can't take this address since it's not the correct address. I went to home immediately (Only 11 AM to 12 AM working for new booking), And took my employers HR letter for address proof. She Said I can't take it as its not Original and It doesn't have Company Seal on it. I was upset and I told understand that we pay 1000 Rs to get a Gas Cylynder its a mandatory one for me and all. No use at all... Last Tuesday my wife gone with my authorization letter, they said customer has to come and sign. Ok.

      Finally I went there last saturday with all proof, Employee Original Certificate with Seal and all, they are saying as you speak rules we can't provide you the Gas. What is this ????? Are they rulling Part and I'm begging them for something????

      Everyone coming to that office is not happy about their service. All are saying please keep quite and do your work. Otherwise it would be difficult for public only.

      Please Please Please Ask them to remove the " Customer Service " Big board said by GANDIJI they hanged infront of their Office.

      Please do something to public get respected there.

      I'm afraid to get a new connection there as they take revench. They don't want public to speak. There is no politeness.. What they think I'm not able to understand. I could not sleep the whole saturday...

      I'm in a very good possition. Why we need to get insulted by them !!!

      lindane — pathetic service

      iam one of customers of indane from last 5yrs, before coming to dehradun i never faced any problem, but in dehradun iam facing pathetic service of your gas agency EREKA GAS AGE. pandit wadi, people hired their are not professional at all and they even bother to reply on customer concerns.
      i booked my gas a month back-on 16th Nov , connnection number-1631, i was forced to purchase cylender from black market due to delay in gas delievery and till date iam waiting for my gas cylender.iam getting torcher badly due to same, i visited several times at agency but resukt is nothing.
      just because of this iam facing problem in my professional life as well as these people never picked their phones and we have to visit ageny every time.
      i will wailt for next 48 hrs only in case of non-fullfilment i will force to launch complaint in consumer court agains agency and company as well.

        Poor response from Yadu Gas agency, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad Industrial Area, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad(U.P)

        Dear Sir

        I am trying to make a booking for refilling my cylinder on the following no.s[protected]. 2896032, 2896034, 2896035, 2896036

        No body is picking up the call at any of these numbers.

        Please look into the issue and resolve the same as I am not able to make a booking.

        This is a serious matter.

        Indane Gas — No response for booking gas

        The Indane distributor at Sarraki Bangalore by name Sri Gurukrupa Distributors is catering to a very wide area in SOuth of Bangalore. The telephone nos are always busy or never attended too. Inspite of repeated complaints, there is no response / improvement. Three nos are provided but every time we need to struggle for more than an hour. This problem is common to every one in our locality with Indane.

        Indane Gas — no response

        I am very sory to say that Indian gas is having vey Poor services in delhi.
        I m consumer of the my dealer is Ashu gas, rajouri garden. my sub no is AG612. every time i am facing same prblem after booking so many time, m not geting the gas delivered.
        Even I ad booked the gas through their IVR services.
        No body is picking the land line number which made for booking.

        I belive Indian Gas operation team is not having propr tracking on booking vs delivery data .
        please do somthing because this kind of poor service can not accpet for the rupted organisation.
        Again I had booked through IVR(1260) on 26th nov and booking no is 18, but yet not received

        Anybody hear me? I am shock on no gas supply at home. At first no response no pickup phone at the booking time. I ask that the anybody to hear and watch the activity of agency 2727, Sher Afgan, Baradari, Ballimaran, Chandni Chowk, Delhi – 110006 at that the lady present there said that the cylinder will be delivered within 8 or 10 days but no response till 10-12 days, this procedure continued every month. I am not only there are many customers to face this problem.

        Indane agent for gas supply M/S Yadu Gas Services, D-33, Site-4, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad has given the following nos. 2895768, 2896034, 2896035, 2896036 for booking gas refill. For booking a refill you have to try continuously for 15-20 days, you will feel lucky if agency people pick up your call. So many people have the same complaint. Kindly do something about them at the earliest. Many o[censored]s are facing undue harassment because of this.

        There is no response by Agency of Indane Gas Service. I try to book my refill bottle on phone but phone is engaged all the times. I definately said there are remove telephone handset on side.

        How long Indians will tolerate indiscipline of institutions. Gas is essential commodity. After efforts when telephone gets ringing but is not picked up, think what is felt by anyone.Gas Booked through tel. no. 1260, when gas will come is not know. consumer no. 21028.         Indane Gas — No response from Indane Gas Agent

        I've been trying to call up the agent to whom my connection is appended -- S & P Enterprises in Alaknanda. I've trying to call the agency for booking a refill simply because I've already booked with the toll free hotline and except for an sms confirming that, there is no movement on that front. I got an sms saying that my booking has been confirmed but no refill yet, it's been about a week now. And I need to tell the agency to deliver the refill before 11 a.m. as I'm a journalist (Senior Assistant Editor, Mail Today, India Today Group) and leave home around 11 a.m. and am not back till late in the night. That's my daily routine and it's a rare Sunday that I'm home. I need to inform the agency that as both my husband and I are journalists, there is nobody at home to receive the refill if it were not to be delivered before 11.

        But the only number of S & P enterprises that works is the most curious number -- either it is perpetually engaged or if it is free - a rare occasion - then nobody answers the call. I have been doing this routine for more than a week now but have been left absolutely frustrated. Would somebody explain me what's going on ? If S & P enterprises uses the phone only to make calls and not receive any? If the toll free line will get an operator for a change in case we need to get the specifics like the time of delivery registered? I'm absolutely disgusted and frustrated and have begun eating out of fear that the running cylinder will run out of gas anytime soon and I may not have fuel to even prepare a cup of tea for my husband and myself.

        Indane Gas — No gas service

        Dear Sir/Madam

        My consumer number for Indane Gas is 720. I have taken the connection more than 20 years earlier and use to take gas cylinder on a regular basis. Last cylinder I have taken in the month of July. After that I have been informed that my consumer number got locked and I need to apply with my original voucher. As the connection is older than 20 yrs. I have lost the original voucher. I have provided all other documents, but they (Uttarayan Gas Agency) are not ready to accept it. Under such situation I am under real trouble and as I am 78 yrs old, can't roam here and there to get it sorted. Please let me know what to do.

        I want register one complaint against pattammal gas agencies mudichur road tambaram.

        If i booked for refill cylinder they are give the cylinder after 22 days. I called up the agency, they told no refill load at any time. and the cylinder cost is Rs- 353 but they are charged 380 for each.

        please take the action.

          Dear Sir,
          I wish to inform you that I am resident in Kilakarai, Ramnad Dist, Tamil Nadu and Our LPG Gas agent is SETHU GAS AGENCY. In our place most of our delivery boys especially Muthu, Ganesh, Vera and some other boys are selling of gas cylinder in black market and not delivering to the real consumers on time.

          SINCE 1 YEARS THERE IS A MASSIVE SELLING OF THE GAS CYLINDERS IN BLACK [mostly selling to Maruti Omni van and they are charging 650 to 700) THEY TELL US TO WAIT FOR 21DAYS TO BOOK A CYLINDER AND AFTER BOOKING THEY GIVE US A TIME OF 10DAY MORE TO SEND THE CYLINDER, BUT THEY TAKE AT LEAST 15DAYS TO SEND THE CYLINDER (they try telling that the load has not come) BUT WHEN THE DELIVERY BOYS COME TO OUR PLACE - WHEN WE ASK FOR A CYLINDER IN BLACK (offering extra money - 600) THEY GIVE USE THE CYLINDER ON THE SAME DAY. WHEN THIS ISSUE WAS TAKEN TO THE SETHU GAS AGENCY-KILAKARAI, MANAGMENT THEY SAY USE TO CATCH THE BOYS SELLING THE CYLINDERS IN BLACK IF WE CAN(with out the notice of the managment how will the gas delivery boys sell the cylinders in black). PLEASE DO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION REGARDING THIS AS IT IS BEING REPEATED EVERY MONTH.

          Kindly take necessary action against delivery boys. Delivery boys only creating artificial demand and also instruct RDO to take necessary action against those using illegal LPG domestic gas cylinders in Omni Van

            MY COOKING GAS CONNECTION NUMBER IS 8832 (BAJRANGI INDANE GAS AGENCY, KANPUR, U.P). I ALWAYS BOOK GAS IN TIME BUT ITS A REGULAR PRACTICE OF AGENCY THAT THEY NEVER DELIEVER GAS IN TIME, EVEN AFTER CALLING THEM SEVERAL TIMES.             My cooking gas connection number is 623 ref no-466649 cash memo [protected](bajrangi indane gas agency, kanpur, u.P). I always book gas in time but its a regular practice of agency that they say door closed delivery may be reattempted shortly never deliever gas in time, even after calling them several times. I think they must be delivering it to some other people in black. This time we booked the gas on 24st of octouber but till today i didnt got any delivery...Some body told me about this complaint site so i am writing to you...Thanks

              Dear Sir,

              Iam a indane consumer with Arjun enterprises (Distributors for Indane) located at no.17, DDA Shopping Complex, Munirka, N.Delhi 110067. My consumer number is 14853 . for quiet some time the supply given by the delivery boy do not have proper seal and also the period of gas use has considerably reduced. on 6th Dec.2008 I personally visited their office made a complaint registered and requested to send the cylinder with weighing scale. Despite this the boy delivered the cylinder in my absence without weighment on 9th Dec.2008. the receipt portion was not signed by my wife. I found the seal tampered and the weight was apparently less. I wish the vigilance department to look in to the matter urgently and deliver justice.

                Our distributer telling after 22 days of delivery you can book, then after 10 days cylinder will supply.But they are giving delivery only after 20 days.It is very difficult to manage.
                Do not know what is the reason? But something I have noticed that now some people are capaigning for induction heater sale. I do not know any link is there or not?
                Please make a note and solve our problem.
                Any complaint or grievance from a consumer must be act/answered just below the complaint to assure the customer that IOC does act and not just collect complaints. Unless action taken or being taken is posted this portal is of no practical value. This helps to better your public image as a PSU- a NAVARATNA!! Being a large company( monopoly) does not mean that you cannot think on these lines. Now that we make this request, please think and act!

                  Dear sir
                  myself Dr satyanarayan prusti veterinary assistant surgeon, veterinary Dispensary khaprakhol, in patnagarh subdivision, under government of orissa.I have applied for new connection of Indane gas on 1st week of october with all the required documents at patnagarh branch office. I have also received the letter on 3rd week of November.After that went to the dealer on 25th November at 2 pm, but the office opened at 4 pm and there was very large crowd where I waited for 8 pm and when I did not get any chance to enter into the office I returned back to my home. After 3-4 days when I again visited the office they told me that you should come after 4 days as they have no register which they have submitted to Bhubaneswar. So when again I contacted them on 2nd December they told me to come on 4th Dec. So I again went to the office on 4th Dec they again told me we have no staff and there is also no paper material which is now at bhubaneswar .Again I contacted to the office on 12 th Dec they replied same thing that we have no register and no regulator and told me to contact them after 5 - 6 days.

                  So for this gas connection I have already spent my 3-4 days.And thing is that it is very difficult me to go to patnagarh so many times by leaving my headquarter.In addition to this the behaviour of the office staff is so rude that they are thinking themself as superpower as they providing gas to people and people go to there and pray for a gas before them.

                  What ever my knowldge is concern Indian Oil is not a private sector, so people should get good service as it is a govt aided orginisation.

                  so its my sincere request to through the matter and kindly make an enquerry so that you can able to know howmuch diffuculties people are facing here in patnagarh, Bolangir, Orissa.

                  godown of Binapani Indane gas PATNAGARH in the dist. of BOLANGIR, ORISSA.Even at times I have to

                  avail C L for fetching the gas. He also takes Rs 340 without making door delivery.


                  Kindly look into this matter and see that no body is harassed .

                    We are getting supply of gas refills from Kasna Gas agency, sector Alpha 2, Greater Noida. Gas agency is adopting mischievious tactics.They assure supply of gas cylinder after 1 week, but cylinder is not supplied. When we approach agency for non supply, their stereo type reply is that they had sent cylinder but found that the house was locked.
                    We do not go out of house after booking of cylinder but even then we hear the same excuse. Agency is blackmarketing of cylinders and the cylinders are available at 2 hours notice @ 700/- per cylinder through any grocery shop.

                    I (Vipin kumar) am customer of M/S Kalka gas agency LIG Kalkaji New Delhi-19. My Consumer No. is 29516. I Booking a refill on[protected] booking no. 16 but not deliver on[protected]. Please send as early as possible and instruction to kalka gas agency.

                    Indane Gas Refill — Refusal to supply gas refill

                    Gemini gas company located at railway station road,Thalassery refused to supply INDANEgasrefill to mrs saraswathi sreenivasan,Gas consumer no 1003,senior citizen and widow on the grounds that more than six months had lapsed since the last refill was obtained from the same Gas supplier who has been supplying cooking gas to the same consumer at the same residential address for more than twenty five years and has been asked to furnish an Imdemnity bond on judicial stamp paper to prove her identity to be considered for a Indane gas refill
                    This complaint with a copy to be sent to the Honrable Union minister for Gas and Petroleum for remedial action

                      we have booked for re-filling of gas but they delivered cylinder having broken seal on 12/12/08 to the female member of the house when no male member is present.when i wanted to complaint, they did not pick up the phone.
                      therefore i request you to take necessary action.

                      I have a connection from shri radha govind gas agency, my consumer has 3215, i want to ask you some questions, about your deliver boys why you are not so responsible. I had booked a cylinder on dated 2/08/2012 but you didn't deliver cylinder yet, that's why now I've thought i wanna change my connection from your agency you all are greedy.

                        I have booked for LPG refill twenty days ago. As there is no supply on sight, i approached the dealer PATTAMMAL GAS AGENCY located in West Tambaram, Chennai for clarification. To my utter shock the desk clerk in the front office told that thay somehow lost the one day refill bills and asked us to wait. I keep on waiting and losing hope. To my surprise, I found that INDANE IOC have not keep any online complaint forum to attend the needs of the consumers. One web address in the name of INDANE keep on saying that the 'SITE IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION'. Pathetic.

                          SIR, I AM CHANDER PARKASH SHARMA A CONSUMER OF RANI BAGH GAS AGENCY VIDE CONNECTION NO RB-8194. FIRST COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS AGENCY IS THAT THEY NEVER LIFT THE RECEIVER OF PHONE. WE HAVE TO TRY TO CONTACT THEM ON TELEPHONE BUT ALL IN VAIN. IF WE GO THERE PERSONALLY AND LODGE COMPLAINT THEY ALWAYS SHOUTED. THEIR BEHAVIOUR IS NOT TOLERABLE.

                          SECONDLY I HAD SHIFTED FROM MY RESIDENCE 3083, MOHINDRA PARK, RANI BAGH DELHI-110034 TO 3148, MOHINDRA PARK RANI BAGH DELHI-34 NEAR MY RESIDENCE DUE TO RECONSTRUCTION OF MY HOUSE. I INFORMED VERBALLY TO THE DELIVERYMAN TO GIVE THE DELIVERY AT 3148 INSTEAD OF 3083 MOHINDRA PARK TILL THE COMPLETION AND SHIFTING TO MY OWN RESIDENCE. I DID NOT GIVEN ANY REQUISITION LETTER TO THE AGENCY TO CHANGE MY ADDRESS/DELIVERY ADDRESS. IWAS LIVING AT 3148 MOHINDRA PARK ON TEMPORARY BASIS I HAD NOT BOUGHT THAT HOUSE. DELIVERY PLACE WAS CHANGED ON VERBALLY REQUESTS FOR A TEMPORARY PERIOD. HENCE, QUESTION DOES NOT ARISE TO GIVE A LETTER TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS. THEN HOW CAN AGENCY CHANGE MY ADDRESS IN THEIR RECORD. NOW WHENEVER I REQUEST THE AGENCY TO GIVE THE DELIVERY ON MY OWN RESIDENCE AT 3083, MOHINDRA PARK, RANI BAGH DELHI-34 AS I HAVE BEEN SHIFED TO MY RESIDENCE ON 21.1.2008., I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO COME PERSONALLY WITH THE RELEVANT DOCUMENTS JUST LIKE GAS PAPERS THEN THEY WILL LOOK INTO THE MATTER. NOW PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT SHOULD I DO ? I AM A JOURNALIST. IF I PUBLISH THE COMPLAINT IN NEWS PAPER IT WILL BE HARMFUL FOR THE DIGNITY/PRESTIGE OF YOUR COMPANY. THE STAFF OF RANI BAGH GAS SERVICE HAVE NO CONCERN WITH THE DIGNITY OF INDANE. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO KINDLY TAKE A STRICT ACTION IN THIS REGARD IMMEDIATELY AND INFORM ME PLEASE. IF POSITIVE RESPONSE IS NOT TAKEN WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THIS COMPLAINT, I WILL BE COMPELLED TO TAKE PAINFUL ACTION AGAINST THIS AGENCY BY FILING A SUIT IN THE CONSUMER COURT.                             dear sir,
                            i am in govt service and i was trasferred from dehradun to akbarpur, district ambedkar nagar( uttar pradesh) around 2 months back. i got my connection transferred to akbarpur from dehradun. the agency here at akbarpur is not functional for few months. i contacted the jallalpur agency for entertaining my transfer voucher for which they expressed inability. they told they have been given the charge of cylinder distribution only. i contacted dso of the district. he say to wait only. please help me out in getting the connection transferred.

                              Dear sir,

                              My consumer no is79677 and this connectation is on name of my father Mr.B.C.Subudhi.

                              My self susanta subudhi, #-4, Sriram Building, Near Rama Temple, Annasandrapallye, H.A.L, Bangalore-15, Cell-[protected] and cell-[protected].mail [protected]@gmail.com.

                              I am staying hear last 3 years when i came hear to bangalore that time i was bachlor but before 2 years i am get merried.
                              When i was bachlor that time a single cylinder was sufficient for me but after merried i had applyed for another one cylinder.

                              Before when i applied for another cylinder that time i asked to the manager of ananth gas agency that which one i will prefer about that shall i apply for 2nd cylinder or shall i applyfor another new connection?
                              Then he sujjest me that you apply for another 1 cylinder in this same existing connection then only you can get it with in 2-3 years otherwise if you apply for another new then it will take minimum 5-6 years.
                              after his advise i will prefer for his 1st answer.

                              On the date[protected] when i visit his office to get a full gas loaded cylinder then they given me a cash voucher reciept and told me to take the gas from his distrubuter place and i was wait there upto 12 pm then due to some other work i have to plan to take the gas next day morning.
                              Next day at 10 am again i visit gas office with the empty cylinder and with the slip also but they are again refuse me to delivery the gas at the same time and they told me to wait for them their distrubution place.
                              When i ask him why you are not able to give me now?
                              Then they told us that they have no any rule to delivery the gas from this place.
                              so to avoid the qural i think to do what ever they aresaying just obey them.
                              I thought to take the gas after 11 am onwards after taking my tiffin.
                              I put that empty cylinder at my garage (Bike Parking Slot) and go for my tiffin to my house.after taken my tiffin when i came to take the cylinder that time my gas cylinder was missed i serch there and ask to others upto 1-2 hours then i think to meet with the boss of ananth gas agency.
                              When he listen this matter then he told me that at first you go and complain i regieser in Your police station and after that you came to me with the receipt then i can help you?

                              Like as his advise i do such as how he sujjest me like that and to finished this process it was taking much time .
                              Next day when i came to gas agency that time the boss was not there.Then i think to talk with the manager regarding of this but he directly ignore me to listen also.
                              He told me that for this he can't help me you have to go to its head office which was atJ.C.W road on 4th floor.it will take minimum 1 year to get a cylinder.
                              I was surprised and when i ask how we will cook then he replied me that that is non of his busieness.
                              when i asked him about of my 2nd cylinder which was i am allready booked before 1 years then he replied me that again it will take another 1 year now my no is in q.

                              Same day some of my guest are visit my house when i saw them i am lost my mind and plan to take a another new one cylinder(Stove gas) of 5kg of rupees 700/-

                              when my wife saw this cylinder that time she told me that she will not cook on this cylinder and before some days she listen from her friend that one gas cylinder was blast on her on of any friend house same 5kg cylinder.
                              due to of my pressure she agree to cook but i given her promise that to given her this big and safty cylinder(Indane) but not this 5kg?

                              so many thing i am not able to explain you that now every day we have squarel between us for this gas only and some time also i have to leave the house with out any food.
                              i have also not confidence with this cylinder which was with me roght now?

                              when i think that if some problem will happen then i can not survive any more so as soon as possiable i have to solve this issue.
                              i want to request you to please help me on this regards how i will get a gas(Indane) as soon as possiable.
                              I am not to right my feeling and motions also may be you can understand or not?
                              Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, Please, HELPppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp Meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

                              Hear there is no any optation to send you the police station copy and my gas receipt also but above i am given everything my details and my mail id also you please send me you mail id then i can send you all the copy of document which was with me.

                                Gas lickeges through regulator, even I have launched a complaint to M/S Rai Gas Agency, Manish Market, Shahpura, Bhopal(MP) on phone no.[protected], 2422676
                                My gas is leaking either from regulator or from cylender, It started in night, I searched for any emergency no of Kasana gas agency but didn't found. Next day I made the complain with Greater Noida Kasana Inden Gas Agency. But no body came to my home till after 2 days.

                                I request to high authority person that please keep 2-3 emergency number from where we can call even in night time. Its critical issue as it is concern with public secruity.

                                  When i try to submit required document to JIBAN JYOTI SHOP NO-45, DAKSHINAPAN-2, GARIA HAT ROAD(S), KOLKATA-700068 (Ph no[protected],[protected]for my HOME LPG connection.They are compailing me to purchase Hot plate of 3000 Rs/- along with cylinder.
                                  i requested them that in ORIGINAL PAPER issued by INDANE, it is clearly mentioned that if subscriber have HOT PLATE having IS marks and its range is (either IS:4246 or IS:4760) then subscriber has to pay inspection charge of 150 Rs/- as mechanic charge to inspect condition of HOT PLATE.
                                  JIBAN JYOTI employee are adamant and they are saying that they will not provide me new connection without purchasing of HOT PLATE.
                                  Can anybody will suggest me what i can do in this situation.

                                  I have requested for lpg domestic new connection vide our no:-[protected] dated 16-03-11 on gas distributing agency i.e M/s sona enterprises, maqsoodpur, vasavt kunj, new delhi-70. I reached at this agency on 10-05-11 after arranging all the required documents and want to deposit money as per demand for one cylinder but the agency denied to give the connection without oven. I requested frequently that I had allready purchased ISI certified oven but the agency is stucked on their word . please intervene the matter to avoid further delay & get it be provided by paying money (without oven).

                                    I am having Indane Connection No. 13258. The gas agent is M/S. D P Tharore &Company ansari Road darya Ganj Delhi 110002. The agency does not pick the phone calls for booking the gas cylider. We have to go personally most of the time or go for trying the phone for a number of days. Also no weighing is done at the time of delivery at home.

                                    We are the residance of mahipalpur new delhi and we have allotted our gas with Sai Sewa enterprise vasant kunj b1 market.
                                    There main problem is that they never pick up the phone. everytime we have to go at the agency and booked our gas. And after that it took more than a week time to deliver the gas. They always gives us delivery boy no and many time we have complain that there is shorted of gas when he delivery.
                                    when we reported to office they are not responding and telling this is the way we do business.
                                    So make sure that this doesnt happen again and if they dont make booking through phone they should cancel their phone booking.

                                      last one year I am trying to book new gas connection in varanasi .the gas agency (MUKUND GAS AGENCY ) manager told me now not accepting applications .since 2007 June I am trying to apply. they selling connections in black market .the managers behavior is rude &rough.

                                      HI, I understand and agree with you and have forwarded the mail below to indane to take feedback and make it a drive.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I am a resident of Bangalore and I am looking for a new Gas connection
                                      but the law doesnt allow a person to hold a gas connection without a
                                      Ration Card. I totally understand you following state law and not
                                      issuing a new gas connection but would request you to please escalate
                                      customers feedback on the same to governament so that we can atleaset
                                      expect an action to be taken to amend this law incase you have
                                      feedbacks from masses. Current law is not at all consumer friendly and
                                      promotes corruption and burecracy in the state which is again against
                                      law and is promoted by the current law which says its mandatory for a
                                      citizen of Bangalore to have a Ration Card. I buy a gas connection at
                                      double the price in black from Indane or HP or any third party and I
                                      dont have an option. I can also try a local vendor like elf or jyothi
                                      but they are ruly in demanding money. This is a loss for you as you
                                      are loosing customers and this is promoting illegal and small vendors
                                      to grow like mushrooms and take law in hands. Small cylinders are
                                      costly, risky.

                                      Law should be to there to help citizens and criterias should be
                                      justifialble. If in India we have a law which discriminate from one
                                      another then why do we object to Obama not supporting law of
                                      ousorurcing jobs to India. This world has changed and we need to
                                      change and adapt ourself to the current requirements. Please make it a
                                      drive and pass it on to governament to help them realize they
                                      understand the loopholes of the current law. Its not easy for a middle
                                      class family to take a break from job and run around to get the basics
                                      for survival. When the question is for food which is money and Gas I
                                      prefer food as I can eat raw and survive and keep my family alive. Gas
                                      is a luxury for me.
