I hope if you are responsible then you will take action against this agency because every customer is in problem to delayed gas delivery and black marketing also very long time but there is no change after many complaints. I request you if you have power to cancel the licence of this agency please, we can not tolerate this.

very bad service by indane gas

I am also facing the same problem with the same agency. I applied for the same in april 2006 and still i am getting the same answer. Please tell me also when u get the second cylinder and pelase also update that how can I get it.

I am Sisir Pal, my consumer no. is 27874, i was applied for double cylinder on August '08. Till now (10/05/2009), i am not getting the same.

I have applied for 2nd cylinder before three years ago. My Agency in BTM layout. They are telling Govt. has stop to issued for 2nd cylinder. And they also inform me to take anather connection. My question is if Govt has stop for 2nd cylinder then why they are going to issue for new connection?

Indane cylinder — Not giving 2nd cylender

I have taken a connection of Indane after deposting the amount of Rs. 4140/- from Kurukshetra gas Enterprizes Railway Road KKr. on dated 24/08/09 .Now I have submit an application for taking the 2nd Cylender from this Entp. on dated 30/11/09 but Manager of Entp. refused to giving another cylender. Is I paisd justify prise? How much time take in giving the second cylender.

I book my second cylender (DBC) August-2009 but Agency had not give the second cylender till date[protected].

I am from Chennai.May i know what is procedure to get second cylinder ?? The cylinder is in my husband name but he went abroad . What is the process to get cylinder by myself as he cant come now.

even, i m also facing d same problem. today the delivery boy was issueing me a sealed cylinder without even weighing it...he said that, the gas-agency has not provided them a measuring-instrument.
when i measured d cylinder(on local grocery shop)...it just measured only 26 kgs. he weighted one other cylinder too...bt it also weighed only 27 kgs. he argued with me and asked me to purchase that under-weight cylinder.

Indane Gas — Not yet issued Second Cylinder Connection

I have taken Indian Gas connection in 2001.And I have applieed for second cylinder in 20007 in bangalore.But till now I haven't got the second connection.Even I am not getting proper responce from the company.Plase let me know whoom I have to contact for correct information when I will get the connection

AE 32240 have buked my cylinder on 29.01.2008 it has been havnt received our buked cylinder yet...we had been regularly contacting and visiting agency office (Amrit Enterprises, shop no. 2, c 4, dda marker, yamuna vihar, delhi) but there was no response....this is just ridiculous.. kindly look into the matter .
hope w'll be receiving it to the earliest date possiblee.

we r resident of a-3/28, sector-3, rohini, delhi-85.phone.no.[protected] consumer no. is zog2871 trying to book our gas cylinder from last 30 days but they dont pick the phone ever. i also booked the gas on indian oil helpline no. i.e.1260 but again the same result. our connection is with tirupati gas service sector-5, rohini, delhi.phone no. are 27042000, 27044000, 27046000. u kindly do something and send us gas cylinder & take some steps against them to maintain u, r goodwill.

We regret to inform you that, our Indane gas dealer is "Kunnamangalam gas" situated at Kunnamangalam, Calicut City, Kerala. Please note that every time when we got a refilled cylinder, we cannot book the next cylinder on the very same day itself but only after 15 days, after taken the delivery.

Now we taken the refilled cylinder on 27th December 2008 and we are compell to book the cylinder only on Jan 14th 2009 ( the reason which is mentioned above). For the last two month my son is not well and he need hot water and the gas consumption is high.
So please consider my complaint and make necessary action to release the cylinder from the dealer with immediate effect.

Please note that every time when we got a refilled cylinder, we cannot book the next cylinder on the very same day itself but only after 21 days, after taken the delivery.They deliverd the same after 20days from booking date through different private agent.They changes private agent frequently.After that we collect gas from different agent costing more and facing tremendus harasment.I have double cylinder but now both are empty. Is it your formulated process?why we take gas from different unathorised private agency?I want cylinder only from authorised (company approved) agency.Is it possible to arrange the above ?
So please consider my complaint and make necessary action to release the cylinder from the dealer with immediate effect &make arrangement for home delivery..

Neelam Gas Agency supply of cylinder is very poor & bad & distributor will not entertained the customer if you visited his shop. we can purchase the cylinder 1, 2 or 3 in black (illegally)

Raghu Gas Service Khandsa Road — Late Delivery for Refill Cylinder 1 month

Hi Sir
I have been chasing to Raghu Gas Service for my Gas Cylinder Refilling for last one month but there is no response from their side. Every time when we book for refilling the cylinder it generally take 1 ~ 1.5 month to refill after making the calls & visit again and again to their office.

Moreover both the telephone number are never work fine,nobody is there to address our call

Main (R.S.Shukla Customer no.4045 Diboliya Indane Gas Service Nadigaon Distt.Jalaun U.P.) indane gas ka customer hoon. mujhe 27 nov 2010 ko cilinder ki delivery milni lekin abhi tak mujhe cilinder nahi mila hai. Diboliya Indane gas ka malik cilinder ko black mein bech deta hai aur kuch kaho to kahta hai ki kya kar loge. Number lagane pe cilinder nahi milta aur agar gas malik 550 Rs do to turant cilinder mil jata hai.
Agar gas ki kami hai to kitna bhi paisa diya jaye gas nahin milna chahiye. Ye aadhi gaadi cilinder black kar deta hai aap aakar ke dekh sakte hain. Yahan ye business khoob chal raha hai.
Is par action lete hue mujhe sahi time par dilivery dilane ki kripa karein.

This is the third Consecutive time that we had booked a gas cylinder with Indian oil and despite getting sms that my gas has been delivered to us we had not received the gas cylinder. our booking no. was 4072.

I booked a cylinder before 2 month with South Madras Gas Agency, RA Puram Chennai before one and half month. Refill is not delivered. Kunnamangalam Indane gas agency — not delivering refilled gas cylinder

Indane LPG consumer No.6281. booking reference No. 242164.dtd.25.10.12. yet I have not received the refilled gas cylinder from Kunnamangalam Indane gas agency.

Delayed in Gas connection after transfer.
I had taken Indane Gas connection in Ranchi from M/S Devi Gas Agency. In the year 2008 i had been transfered to Delhi and that time i submitted my cylinder & regulator at M/S Devi Gas Agency, Ranchi and taken transfer paper to resume my connection at Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi. I approached to my near Indane Gas agency M/S Subh Laxmi Gas Agency, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi in October-2008 and that time M/S Subh Laxmi Gas Agency send transfer paper for confirmation to MS Devi Gas Agency, Ranchi through speed post, after that i approached to M/S Devi Gas Agency, Ranchi for confirmation. M/S Devi Gas Agency replied that agency sent their confirmation to M/S Subh Laxmi Gas Agency, Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi. But till the date M/S Subh Laxmi Gas Agency has not accepted that he has received confirmation from M/S Devi Gas Agency, Ranchi. I continue approaching them time to time, but till the date i haven't get connection from Indane.
I again request to the concern people to please look in to the matter and resume my connection.Other wise situation will compel me to ask Indane through RTI and move to consumer court. My detail is:-

Indian Oil — Petrol Thieves

On 9th March 2009 I had filled petrol in powai from Bhavani Auto petrol pump in powai(Opp IIT), i asked him to fill it for Rs 200 and paid it with my debit card. When i left from there i had reset my Kms indicator to 0. My bike does travel atleast 200 kms everytime when i fill in that much of petrol, but this time it didnt even go 150 Kms. They didn gave me petrol of Rs 200 but it was less than tht. I didn check the reading because i trusted them. i have the debit card reciept with me.
May be i was wrong in trustng them. This is a Fraud. If they do this with 10 of thier customers everday day, they ll earn in thousand daily.. We should do something about it..

I fill petrol daily from this petrol pump . All the worker who fill the petrol cheat the consumer they dont use the proper measur .The reading shows right but the quantity of Petrol dosent go in the tank.Manytimes i coplaint to the manager but nothing happend to my complaine. Hi,

Last night I got my car filled up with petrol worth Rs. 500/-.

However, the petrol pump attendant did not fill for complete. This is not the first time that the petrol pump attendant has done, I have been cheated twice on the same petrol pump & if we try to raise our voice against it it doesn't helps.

The petrol pump I am referring to is Indian Oil Petrol Pump opposite to the Nanak Pura Gurudwara, On Ring Road.

I'm not sure is writing a comment on this site will make any difference...

Sunday morning i went to Indian Oil Petrol Pump at around 10am
at Mundhwa, Near Meter Manufacturing company.
i asked the person to fill xtra premium of rs.100/-
What he did is he was changing the nos before fillinf and suddenly the other person changed he concentration to wards him and the first person suddenly settled his meter to rs.100/-
In hurry i just went out from there and later when i checked my fuel meter is was showing half (i.e: only rs.50/- was filled)than other days when i filled.
I think this happens with most of them out there
i want you pls take some strict action towards the matter
even if you need some proof i gathered it. and you can even caught them red handed

I have lots of time undergo from this situation whenever I've go to full petrol to balaji Nagar (HP) petrol pump, petrol pump nearby DMart on narhe road and VPS*SHAHID LTC(which is already mentioned).they are really very corrupted.From every customer they thieves petrol.Whenever any customer complaints to their manager they just refill some small amount of petrol even I already faced this situation for 3 times and today I've lost 225 rs. Petrol because of this.I am fed up of this so humble request to You kindly do something on this Type of corruption. This will be the essential and effective stand against corruption.All the mango people's are facing this situation every day and nobody can do anything for this.So please requested you to take it as a serious problem.

Indane cooking gas cylinder — Delay of Gas cylinder delivery

Sir,

I beg to say that I have cooking gas connection with IOCL. My Customer no. is 25804. And my connection issued from KWIC GAS SERVICE, 51, JAWALA HERI,PASCHIM VIHAR ,NEW DELHI. I was booked Cylinder last thursday(29/4/2010). They said cylinder will be delivered on Monday(2/5/2010). But, as of now they haven't delivered Cylinder. Several times I have make a call regarding this. But , that People just said delivered today or tomorrow . Plz, suggest what can I ?

KWIC GAS Agency — Non Delivery of LPG Cylinder

It has been 20 days now that I requested for refilled LPG cylinder, since then I have been following up with the persons at Kwic Gas Agency, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi.

I waited for a week, then I called them, they said they would deliver within two days, but it did not happen.
I visited them, the official said since there was shortage there was a delay, I would get the delivery next day.
I called them day before yesterday, the person who attended the call said the delivery person is on leave so they would get it delivered on Tuesday. When I said it is almost 20days now, that I have been chasing for the person so no, you have requested just a few days back, when I said that everytime I am calling you are giving me a new date, the person disconnected.

Today morning when I had called they said they would deliver today, it was not delivered when I called up again, the person said delivery boy would return tomorrow and the cylinder would be sent tomorrow.

When I told that by your dilly dallying service, the other cylinder would also get empty the person said "abhi khatam to nahi hua na."

Would request the concern to look into the matter seriously and take necessary action.

We are an existing consumer, residing at Barasat. Our service provider is NorthEnd Gas, Barasat, Our consumer No. is NE2509.

Yesterday one cyllinder was supplied in our residence but there is a lickage in valves so we are very afraid of that. today mourning we called the service personnel but he told that this is not a serious problem. But I am not on his commands my told him to write down it that here is no problem in cyllinder but he refuses. In such condition we can not use the cyllinder and for this we are complaining to you and requesting you to look after the matter as urgent basis.

Sir,

Indian Oil — defective cylinder

Dear Sir,

I wish to inform you, I received one Cylinder on 06.11.0 9, from the above distributor, but there is GAS LEKAGE CONDISION IN VALVE, So I am very afraid of that, immediately I called service people, but he told
this is not serious problem, every day we are received so many compliant in various customer, this is not our mistake this is from IOCL filling plant only.

So kindly look in to the matter and take necessary action, otherwise, I will go to consumer court, because this is not a first time, it is happened many times( the same problem I face last one year three to four times)

I am Indian Oil gas consumer having Consumner no 66818 at Yadu Gas agency, Industrial area shahibabad, Gaziabad.

Usually one cylinedr last 3 month when I was in Patna but in Gaziabad it just last 1.5 month no one at agency are paying any heed on this issue and it seems that there is some pilferages from cylinders before deliveriung it to home.

Nearly half gas per cylinder are being delivered to me and full payment are received against that

request is to kindly look in the matter and arrange to do needful in tis regard.

Indane Gas — not giving connection

sir i have applied for new gas connection and i also got confirmation e.mail for the same, that my SL69 NO [protected] AND WE REPORTED THE KOTPUTLI INDANE GAS THEY REFUSED TO GIVE THE CONNECTION . SO PLS LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS EARLY AS U CAN .

sir i am in chennai villivakkam . we booked the cylinder before one month, still we didnt recieve the cylinder . we didnt buy the cylinder for 3months, but we booked the gas before one month, yesterday we booked they told we didnt book the gas, not giving proper response to us irregular answers they giving sir, withwhom we complaint, one person returned in the gas book that date, yesterday also i went book they strike the tat day date, still ve didnt get, our gas book no485 .sv no 319842

again we booked the cylinder on 10.11.2008. they written in the book, but they didnt enter in the computer,
and again we went to on 2.12.2008. still we didnt receive the cylinder, think about our situation sir, we family peoples not bachelor also

Sirs, It is true that the Indane gas dealers are either supported by politician or by ioc officials and therefore the complaints given by the consumers are never cared.The dealers do not care the customers as the officials of IOC are well looked after by them by giving nice treat and as usual sent with their money purse.A big racket is being done by these dealers by syphoning the gas to the big hotellers during night and later delivered to the poor consumer by manipulating the seal.As the consumer/household are starving for gas they just grab the cylinders the moment it was delivered.
There is no fulproff system to ensure that the gas refil is given to the poor customer.The seal should be opened just like top up cards to mobile phones or any other sealing method.
There must be a 24 hours 31 days 365 electronic auto customer care service for eradicating malprctices.Vigilance by third party agency ON i IOC would be a viable solution

Dear Sir / Madam,

I have a LPG Gas connection with you from long days, my customer number is T/11577, from GAS & GADGETS, Manton Super Mkt, Shop No- 34, Behala Manton, Kolkata- 700 034, favour of Rama Ganguly.

On 19/05/2009 I have booked a cylender over telephone to directly Indian Oil Booking Center, and my booking number is 3983. At the time of booking they assured me that within 3-4 days they can deliver the cylender. But till today I have not received the same.

Regarding the above today I made a quary to my distributer ( M/s Gas & Gadgets) over telephone, and I am surpried that they checked and told me that already they deliverd that gas cylender to my address, where as till today I have not received the same.

So, I think that the delivery person of M/s Gas & Gadgets already delivered my cylender or sale out to other person for his own interest.

You are requsted to do something as early from your end .
