I am a consumer of IOCL gas. The distributor address is
“Siddhivinayak Indane,
S-5, Vrindavan Garden Soc, Lokmanya Colony,
Paud Road, Kothrud, Pune-411038″

Always, after I book the cylinder (over a phone), it is delivered minimum after 12-15 days. The lady who is handling this agency is also very rude.
There is only one phone #, which is most of the times busy.
Tremendous time is spent in doing followup with this.

I AM VERY MUCH FRUSTRATED WITH THE SERVICE.
I want you to take this up on
ASAP and do the needful.

    Hi,

    The petrol bunk whcih is in Bannerghatta Road adjacent to Sagar Apollo hospital is cheating customers by dragging their attention in between when they are getting the petrol filled for their vehicles.

    Many has the bitter experience towards this bunk and it happened me for twise when i went to have my redeemed gift voucher. They have cheated me of Rs40 by just jumping the meeter and always for 300+ my petrol tank of yamaha use to be almost full (after just got the vehicle to reserve) but could see it is not near to the mark. There are group of people just argue on this and end up in ultimately loosing 40 Rs.

    The Indian oil petrol bunk opposite to Virtusa at Ekattuthangal, Chennai uses a different petrol gun cum monitor. They are perfect frauds, who are cheating consumers by turning the petrol gun away while not completing the actual level at the end of every fueling.They steal 150 to 250 ml of petrol in every automobiles and more than litres in every four wheelers.At the end of every single day they must be cheating and stealing almost 100s of litres of petrol from common people.So peoples do not fuel there in that bunk.
    one can refuel at the Shell which is just few meters away from that bunk, where the service and standard is just too good.
    I have purchased twice petrol from Indian oil outlet ramaservice stationNear ISBT, anand Vihar.There is one advt. .if I send the bill no by sms ., I shall get gift voucher.Please let me know what is the no. I sholuld send the bill nos.?
    Yes Cheating is going on petrol bunk & diverting their mind .

      R K Distributor is a dealer of indane gas, now a days every consumer has phone facility, and finds its handy to book a refill on phone, but the said distrbutor is very srude his office phone always give message phone is out of order, its very stange that now technsavy era a gas dealer has no phones !
      even you can check the tel nos[protected] and 2771878
      plz take cognizance of matter asap

      the phone booking facility is so poor.i am trying to my gas cylinder last few days but phone is engased always.
      Indian Gas Booking phone is not Connected, I will try to last five days onwards till on number busy. So, What I am doing? My area is Meerpet, Balapur X Road, Janapriya Mahanagar, Hyderabad - 500 079.

        Dear Sir/Madam,


        This is to bring to your notice that I was cheated at Kapur Auto Services, Indian Oil Petrol Pump at Patpar Ganj Soc Delhi-92. It is next to Mandawali police station. I asked for normal fuel for Rs.500 for my car & was continuously looking at the readings on the machine, meanwhile another employee came at my driving side & asked me to switch on my wiper to clean the windshield though it was well cleaned already. I thanked him and fortunately turned my head towards the petrol machine. To my surprise, the attendant had restarted the machine & when i asked what happened he said that there was electricity cut, but i told them that how all other machines are working. I immediately moved out from my car shouting at them as i sensed some fraud going on. I complained to their local manager and updated him about the incident but I got surprised when he only said these two words to his guy ""Arey yeh kya ho raha hai sahi se karo"", then he moved back at other side, he too took the matter very lightly.



        After exchanging some words, I don't know how but they again, started the machine on the amount where the machine power was cut but i was not sure of if they restarted from the same amount or not. It had happened earlier too where we did not get the petrol of full amount.


        It's a complete fraud activity going on at several petrol pumps in delhi in the daylight. Some of my friends have told me that the same incident has happened with them some times back, that's why i immediately sensed some fraud there and took the necessary step But it was of no use.

        It's my humble request to you to take some necessary steps against these frauds. They are cheating us and surprisingly all the employees having full of their share in this. This petrol pump has been involved in such practices for quite some time, i have no. of times seen people arguing with them.



        It’s high time to take some strict action against these people. I look forward to hear back from you. Any quick action would be highly appreciated.

        petroleum — scam in petrol pump

        There is scam in HP petrol pump in Ranchi jharkhand. I noticed, last 2 times i went there the meter is never on zero and when ever the workers start filling the petrol in my car they start distracting me. Even today i noticed it again, the same thing happened, the meter was not on zero and when i tried to see the meter the workers started distracting me but this time i ignored them and looked at the meter and it started from 20 Rupees. When i told them this they said not you are mistaking. This incident happened to many people i know. Please take action against this. If this still happens again i will be forced to go to consumer forum court. The location of that petrol pump is Near Kokar Industrial Area, Kokar, Ranchi, Jharkhand.

        The exact same thing happened with me. When I discussed it at home, found out that it had happened with my wife too.
        Have you been able to make you complaint heard. I wonder if writing on these portals ever yields any results.

        I also had similar experiences from AMAR SERVICE STATION, Marathahalli, if you go there and ask petrol then they will first ask money if you wait to fill then they will ask whether you are paying by card or cash, if you say card then you will not get even half the petrol. It happened with me 3-4 times, and then I got the number of the Petrol Pump supervisor from Indian Oil Corporation Mr. Ravinder Mobile Number [protected]. He promised me that he will take care of this. But last week again I filled for Rs. 300 and I used to get 300 KM for that I got but this time I got only 175 KM. That means no action has been taken against that Pump.

        If anyone knows the email address to escalate this issue then please let me know. I have filled petrol from this pump for than 10 times and lost money all the occasions.
        I have had a similar experience at the Indian Oil Petrol Pump on Zakir Hussain Marg, Nineteenth Hole Service Station in New Delhi.
        Same happened with me at the same petrol pump on 17th Jan 2009 at around 7:30 am. At this petrol pump where I got cheated I asked the attendant to fill Rs. 500/- Diesel in my Indigo. The attendant asked me to check zero mark. As I was a little off from the meter I got down from car and stood near the meter. Everything was going fine as I was monitoring the meter but suddenly when the meter was reading around 300 another attendant appeared from another direction and asked me to pay money and sign on the bill which I never asked. Within a fraction of a second as my attention was diverted the attendant who was filling diesel abruptly pressed some key on the meter and diesel stopped. On hearing the diesel stop sound I immediately turned towards the meter and it showed zero for some seconds and then 500. I got cheated. The attendant had reset the meter. At the rate at which the diesel was being filled into the tank I think I approximately lost around 100 to 150 rupees. Petrol pump name is "Kapoor Auto Service Station Patparganj Society Area, I.P. Extension, Delhi-92". Never ever remove your attention from the meter till you see the full reading. Petrol pump attendants funda "Divert the attention (specially when you are alone) and cheat easily". Authorities must take action against these fraud petrol pumps.
        i also had a similar experience at KAPUR AUTO SERVICE in patparganj, delhi -92.a few days ago

        I ALSO REQUEST ALL THOSE CHEATED TO GO TO INDIAN OIL WEBSITE AND LODGE A COMPLAINT so that repeated complaints might prompt the authorities to take some action against the habitual offenders
        The petrol bunk at Bangalore, MG road and Dickenson Road crossing do the same thing.
        Everytime I sit in the car and said fill petrol, they ran it half way and then said, electricity gone.
        post which they fill in the rest.
        This time it happened again and i got suspicious that why always when i come in this problem happens.
        When I shouted at them, they started again from zero.
        I am going to lodge a complaint with ioc as well as inform the newspapers.
        The same thing happened to me too at the very same pump twice atleast, and it continues to happen at various other petrol pumps. Specifically, Indian Oil pumps. Something should be done about the same.
        FOR THOSE WHO RESIDE IN VELACHERRY chennai.

        BEWARE OF INDIAN OIL PETROL PUMP (IOCL) NEAR GURUNANAK COLLEGE, OPPOSITE OT WESTIN HOTEL.

        i use to get very low mileage in this particular petrol pump. so today i need to check them extra carefully. and you know what ? today i caught them red handed. i gave 100rs to fill petrol. other attendant try to distract me . suddenly i turned to see the nummber. he was causually typing 36rs in number pad. i asked him why you typed 36rs even after telling you to put 100rs petrol. he said "no sir it was in zero. you dont need to worry blah blah blah". he started to put petrol. asked him to take his hand. and you know what . it stopped at 36rs. and then he "machine problem ." he tried to start the pump manualy remaining 64rs of petrol. i stopped him. asked him to give remaining 64rs. i told them i not going to come back here again.this happend not for the frist they did it again and again to me some 4 times. something cheating going on.

        this is new kind of fraud. if ask them to fill 100rs. they type 40rs. when you are not seeing meter. then they show you zero in counter. meter stop at 40rs. then they manually fill remaining fuel until it comes to 100rs. sometimes they set it to 100rs. purposely stop the fuel manualy and then start it again to fill the remaining fuel.

        so friends.

        1. if anyone try to distract you . dont take your eyes off from counter. answer him without taking your eyes off from the counter.
        2.if you want to fill petrol 500rs... attendant filled only 200rs. then never tell him to fill remainig 300rs of petrol. just leave the pump station with 200rs of petrol. he is definitely cheating.

        GOOD PETROL PUMPS I FOUND OUT IN VELACHERRY REAGION:

        1. Small bharat petroleum petrol pump in 100ft bypass road. its located on left side of the road when you travel towards velacherry. here quality seems to be good. i can feel the difference. quantity also 100% good. only one guy will standing and pour fuel to your vehicle. another interesting thing i found out is. they opened pasted banner mentioning they have quality checking tools here to check quality of petrol.

        2. HP petrol pump in velachery by pass road. its on the right side of the road when you travel toward velacherry vijayanager. quantity is 100% same. quality some what good. my bike gave good mileage.

        3. IOCL pump in taramani link road. quantity is 100%. no cheating. but quality also some what good. but i can feel the difference in quality between these two pump and small bharat petroleum pump in 100ft road.

        So friends BEWARE OF IOCL PETROL PUMP OPPOSITE WESTIN HOTEL NEAR GURUNANAK COLLEGE.

        NOTE: This is was on JAN 2013. so i will try to update periodicaly which petrol pump is cheating and which is not.

          I have got a LPG connection with IOC with No: 85280 and the distributor is Yemkay Gas Agencies, HPO Road, Palakkad-678001, Kerala. The delivery of Gas cylinders take more than one month and their reason for delay is shortage of supply. In my case the gas booked on 02/02/2009 as No. 47 was supplied on 05/03/2009. But I could not take delivery of the gas, since I had exchanged my empty cylinder for a gas filled cylinder with a neighbour. More than this, I did not get the second cylinder booked on 27/01/2007 and the funny part of it is that the distributor has displayed in his office that the second cylinder has been given upto 31/12/2005 with No. 265E. I would like to know the truth of all this in the backdrop of annoucements by our respected Petroleum Minister Mr. Murali Deora that the supply position has been normalised and the delivery of second cylinder would be done upto 31/12/2008, with in the next two months.

          I had been in out of state for more than 29 years. I feel the difference in gas supply in both places. Here I enjoy more systamatic supply. Thanks to IOC keep this always.
          WE ARE FACING LOT OF SUPPLY PROBLEMS FROM INDANE GAS DEALER FROM PALAKKAD .. YEMKAY GAS AGENCIES. WHENEVER WE BOOK THE GAS IT TAKES MINIMUM OF 25 TO 30 DAYS TO DELIVER THE SAME. WHEN COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES AND DEALERS IN AND AROUND PALAKKAD YEMKAY GAS AGENCIES DELAYING THE DELIVERY VERY LATE. ALL OTHER COMPANIES AND DEALERS SUPPLY THE GAS WITHIN 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF BOOKING. PLEASE RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AND ARRANGE FOR A SPEEDY SUPPLY OF CYLINDERS QUICKLY. MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 82208 WITH YEMKAY GAS AGENCIES AND IS IN THE NAME OF M.MOHANKUMAR, OLAVAKKODE.

            MY FATHER MR AJIT KUMAR BHATTACHARYA IS THE CUSTOMER FOR THE ITEM MENTIONED ABOVE. CUSTOMER ID 8258. HE WAS SUPPLIED WITH A GAS CYLINDER (SR.NO.165039) ON 13/02/2009 AND AS USUAL THE SUPPLIER M/S SHREEJI ENTERPRISES( 81/A, S.P. MUKHERJEE ROAD, KOLKATA700026, TEL:[protected]/[protected] REPRESNTATIVES ARE NEVER BOTHERED TO SHOW THE WEIGT OF CYLINDER AND LEAKAGE CHECK DURING DELIVERY. NOW WHEN WE STARTED TO USE THIS CYLINDER ON 10/03/2009 IT STARTED LEAKING WITH NOISE AND SMELL OF LPG.
            CONSIDERING THE EMERGENCY, MY SEPTOGENERIAN FATHER, WHO WAS AT HOME, IMMEDIATELY WENT TO DEALER AND LODGED A FORMAL COMPLAINT. BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE DEALER IS STILL NOW RELUCTANT TO ATTEND THE CALL.
            WE ARE ALREADY OUT OF STOCK WITH THE BACK UP CYLINDER AND THE PRESENT ONE WAS LEAKING, FORCING US TO KEEP IT ISOLATED AND COVERED WITH THE SEAL, WE ARE USING KEROSINE STOVE TO COOK .
            INSPITE OF THREE REMINDERS, THE DEALER IS STILL RELUCTANT TO ATTEND.

            LPG Cylinder — gas leakaging

            emergency phones non responding, in spite repeated dialing to
            ph no s 1716 and 24576261 as given by the LPG dealer Samatha
            siva shakthi Ent., malakpet(kothapet), Hyderabad.

            Indane LPG Household Gas — Gas Leak

            Yesterday night when we attempted to change the Gas Cylinder we could smell the Gas Leak hence the new Cylinder was removed and kept separately. This morning we have made a Complaint to M/s. Jaya Gas Agency, Porur on their Land line number 24769329 referring our Consumer number 4276 about the Gas leak and subsequently we have reminded 4 times till late evening. Every time the answer was the Mechanic will come within half an hour, but at this moment of time 1845 Hrs. no one has turned up.

            Being a Senior Citizen I have been put to severe hardship and forced to consume outside food the whole day which I avoid due to age factor. I would request you to take up the matter seriously and do the needful. I wish to say that I will not hesitate to take up this isue at the appropriate level, if my complaint is not addressed properly by Indane or its useless distriburtor.

            Indane Domestic LPG — Leaking of Gas from Cylinder

            The Gas Leakage Problem was immediately informed on 15.07.09 at 12 Noon to my local Agency (Nabarun Gas Agency, Asansol, West bengal)and after receive my complain over Telecon the Agency assured me that they send their Mechanic for rectification. I am regret to mention that till date nither any mechanic from the Agency not yet to come to house or any information given to me from their end.

            Kindly take Action immediately so that the major accident may not occoured.

              Dear Sir, I am having Single Domestic Cylinder connection (Indane) in M/s Madhu Gas Service (Tirukoilur-605757, Villupuram-District, Tamil Nadu, Ph:[protected]. My LPG Consumer No. is 25416. I had earlier sent SMS on 09-03-09 and 10-03-09 to M/s Madhu Gas Service and Email on 11.03.09 to Mr. U.V.MANNUR, Tamil Nadu State Incharge(INDANE) regarding Req. for LPG domestic refill to me in right time. I booked for refill on 17.02.09 - entered in my Gas Book. But still the agent did not deliver me a refill. As I am indulging in maintaining Law and Order round the clock, it is not possible to me to go to the cylinder depot to get a refill in person. So I request you to kindly ask the gas agent to deliver me a refill at once. (I had earlier been delivered a refill on 09.02.09, which was emptied on 08.03.09 itself)

                THIS COMPLAINT IS REGARDS WITH INDANE GAS AREA OFFICES ( U.P.(BALLIA, VIKRAM GAS AND UPHAR GAS SERVICE)) AND PADRAUNA (PADRAUNA GAS SERVICE) AS SUCH THERE IS CUSTOMERS OF THE AGENCY THEY ARE NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE THEIR CYLINDERS DELIVERY AND ALSO AFTER GETTING TOUCH TO THE AGENCY OR GODOWN THE CUSTOMERS ARE NOT BE ABLE TO HAVE DELIVERY. THERE IS SERIOUS COMPLAINT REGARDING THIS ISSUE AS THE CUSTOMERS ARE VERY MUCH UNSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THEY ARE GETTING. SO PLEASE TAKE CARE OF THE COMPLAINT AS THIS MAKES A VERY MUCH BAD IMAGE ON MIND OF THE CUSTOMERS.                 Dear sir,
                I am a customer of mansarovar indane mansarovar jaipur. Con. no is T31962, There is no proper way to booking gas through phone or mobile, only way to go agency only reliabe way, it is not possible for every custmor, there is no proper control over agency of indane authorities, Why every one knows the reason.Therefore, I approach you, GOD help me, one can see for last two years I have to take refill on godown. Itis way to get everyone solve proplem, INDANEis sleeping only.

                  I've a single cylinder gas connection and I've applied for the second cylinder on 18th May 2006, since then I haven't received the second cylinder. I approached many times to 'Saeesh Enterprises, 23-226, R.K.Nagar, Malkajgiri, Hyderabad, but they refused to provide me the cylinder stating that there is a freeze in issuing new or extra cylinders.

                  Today, 10th March 09, I approached them, they told me that "The cost of extra cylinder is 1600/- but What are you willing to pay extra for my stomach?". When I refused to pay the money he denied me the cylinder and told me to suffer the consequenses.

                  I believe that the owner of the agency is not at all afraid of any legal actions.

                  Could you please help me on this matter?

                    I am a central government employee (CSIR) and was working at Lucknow for the last 22 years. I was not having a gas connection at Lucknow and was staying in the accommodation provided by the office. Now I have been transferred to Trivandrum. At present I am staying in a rented house. I do not have a ration card at present. I have contacted the nearest IOC dealer for a gas connection. He is insisting on the production of a ration card for booking the gas connection. At present I have only the employers ID card and PAN card with me. The employers ID card also shows my present residential address.

                    Can you help me in getting a gas connection? Is it compulsory to have a ration card for booking a gas connection?

                    (I am trying to get a ration card and is running for the last many months from one office to other to complete all the formalities. I do not know when such a thing will be issued to me!!!)

                      I tried to contact this number many times to register the complaints against Babu gas Agency at Perumbavoor, Ernakulam.I was continuosly trying to get this number.but there was no response.
                      We are not getting the gas cylinder properly.Many subscribers under this Gas agency have the same complaints and all are very upset.Please do the needful.

                      I am an indane lpg customer, my customer id is 5271.Agency is Vikram gais agency in transport nagar Agra road Jaipur.contact no is[protected].

                      I tried to contact this number many times to register the complaints against Vikram gas Agency at Transport nagar Jaipur.I was continuously trying to get this number.but there was no response.
                      We are not getting the gas cylinder properly.Many subscribers under this Gas agency.The same complaints and all are very upset.I m very upset because when visit there he say's deliver in two or three days.After three days he told me after 5 days but not deliver.
                      When i want to know about deliver system, He told me that Book your gais after 21 days from last deliver and delivery after 35 days from booking date.It meens I will wait 2 months for geting the cylender. i m realy in problem from last 15 days without gais cylender, with all of my family member.

                      I want to know through you what can i do to resolve my problem.bkz he said symply i have no cylender.

                      Please do the needful for a consumer safety from monopoly of agency.

                          We are living in Sardarnagar Area of Ahmedabad.
                          We have gas connection agent called Omkar Agency from Indane LPG for house hold.
                          We have one connection for the family of 4 adults and 2 minors.
                          We book the cylinder every 21st day after we get the filled cylinder at home.
                          Now, after booking the cylinder the delivery is made after 15 days or longer.
                          I believe the delivery should be made within 7 days of booking.
                          So we are very very upset with the service.
                          Please help.

                            I went to get my Indane Gas Cylinder refilled after 10 months, but was told that Verification/Validation of my cylinder etc. will be done because i am taking a refill after more than 6 months.

                            WHY? I have a valid indane gas connection, why should i take a refill within 6 months everytime? On what basis Indane is assuming that everyone should take refill within 6 months - otherwise re-validation is needed.

                            And the process of re-validation:
                            1. Get photocopy of your gas connection documents.
                            2. Letter stating why Gas Consumption was low. (Imagine? Are there any bigger fools than these folks. On one hand there is scarcity of gas, on another hand they want to know in writing why i consumed less. Junk Guys).
                            3. The Gas Rubber Pipe.
                            4. The Regulator.

                            Yeah you need to take these and present it to your gas agency, and these lords will then decide if you are eligible for a Re-Fill.

                            It is a open secret that gas connection and refills are available and sold in black-market. And here, they are indulging in Red-Tape harassing genuine customers with freaking rules that dont make any sense.

                            Shame Shame Indane. Can you explain this?

                            Is there really a Rule that one must take re-fill within 6 months? And if you take later than that you must give a reason and those letters and things explaining why you consumed less?

                            Cant believe this man. These guys are worse than thugs. Their only skill is customer harassment.
                            You mean, you need to tell them why your gas consumption is low?
                            In a country where cooking gas is already scarce!!!

                            Indane, this was a good one. Any more tricks?
                            Strange, these guys should be awarded a PhD (PhRed) in Red-Tap and Harassment.

                            Kindly note that we had placed an order for a refill gas cylinder more than a month ago and till date there is no response. They do not take calls, the phones ring out most of the times without a response. If we manage to get them they are extremely rude and bang the phone down saying they will send it.
                            I am sure that if IOC officials chect their registers and supplies the black marketing will come to light. The delivery persons they engage to deliver are absolute rowdies, arrogant to the core and disrespectful.

                            When we complain to Agency, they ask us to go and complain to who ever we want.

                            Kindly Look into our complaint and arrange the refills on time.

                                Respected Sir/Madam,
                                I stay in bangalore, we have Gas-Connection from Rashmi Indane Distributors, #23/4, Nayandahalli, Near Rajarajeshwari Nagar Arch, Mysore Road, Bangalore:560039. Issue is that when we book for a cylinder,
                                1.They dont deliver in time,
                                2. Person delivering the cylinder does not have patience nor curticy to leave a message if incase if the house door is locked. When we try reaching him, he speaks rudely irrespecitve of person is elder or not he's not bothered at all.
                                3. When we tried booking the cylinder from the above distributor, they also guided us to book from "24Hrs.Refill Booking - Ph :1260" which we did and even this case also they deliver the cylinder always late. when we try to reach them for booking cylinder they come up with weird answers.
                                4. Worst part is when i tired to update the same to Indane Customer Service Cell, they disconnected our call twice. Please let me know to whom we can reach for our issues, even Indane them selves or not responding.

                                1)I had Booked for Indane Gas with Vishwanath Gas Agency, Near Kamakhya Theatre, Bangalore during 1997. Subsequently I moved out of Bangalore on transfer & returned back to Bangalore only during 2009. The old address I had given at the time of booking was No. 2718, 17th "C Cross, 5th Main, Banashankari 2nd Stage, Bangalore-70.
                                2) Recently I came to know from the present occupants of the above address that there was a communication letter from RASHMI GAS AGENCY, Nayandahally, Mysore Road, Bangalore received during 1998 that I have been allotted the Indane Gas & hence was asked to contact them with Registration slip, proof of address, Ration Card etc.,
                                3) Immediately I contacted Rashmi Gas Agencies with their letter issued during 1998 along with Registration Slip issued by Vishwanath Gas Agency.
                                4) However, staff at Rashmi Gas Agency have informed that your area of residence (i.e., at BSK 2nd Stage) will not come under their purview, & they can not do any thing as I am contacting them after a Gap of almost12 years.
                                5) Now I have permanently settled at No. 34, Singapore Gardens, Green Fields-II, DODDAKALLASANDRA VILLAGE, Near Gubbalala Gate, Kanakapura Main Road, Bangalore 560 062. I don't have gas connection 7 IMMEDIATELY I NEED A LPG GAS CONNECTION TO MY CURRENT RESIDENCE.
                                5) I don't know what to do. Kindly takeup the issue with Rashmi Gas Agency & Vishwanath Gas Agency & see that Gas connection is provided to my Doddakallasandra Residence immediately. Kindly advise what procedure I need to follow.

                                I, Md. Badruddin having consumer no SIT03587 had booked the number for refilling the cylinder on dated 03/10/11. Our booking no. is 419 and cash memo no. 952. My distributor name is Sulabh Indane Gas, Near J & K Bank, Phulwari Sharif, Patna. I received message on 18/10/11 “ Dear Indane customer, cylinder has been delivered against your refill booking 419 with cash memo 952”, but I did not received my cylinder till 20/10/11. Whenever I booked the number for refill the cylinder I always received this type of message but I got the cylinder seven to ten days after complained. Plz. Reply what I do ?                                   My Consumer No. i 20983 with M/s Sri Revathi Gas Agency, Chennai. I reported a leak in my cylinder to the after office hours Phone No. 22263898 on Sunday (March 08) at 4PM. The call attendant Mr. Sekar took down the details and informed me that the a mechanic will attend within 1 hour. As nobody turned up I called up again at 8PM and was informed that being a Sunday there were limited number of mechanics and also that there were more than 100 calls prior to mine which are pending. I called up M/s Sri Revathi Gas Agency (Ph#[protected] at 9.30 AM and informed them about the leak and my complaint made yesterday to the office hours phone number. The operator told me that she will send a mechanic within 1 hour. Again at 11.00 AM I called up the Gas agemcy and informed them that nobody had come to check the leakage. I also called up the Indane Customer Cell (Ph#[protected] and spoke to Mr. Selvam and informed him about the non action on the part of the Gas Agency and requested him to persuade the Gas Agency to attend to the problem. At 12.30 PM a mechanic came from the Gas Agency. He fit the regulator to the cylinder and lit the stove. He switched off the stove and said that it a problem with the washer and went out. Expecting him to return with the washer and on not seeing him I went out and found that he had already gone away. I immediately called up the Gas Agency and informed them. She told me that she will contact the mechanic and will ask him to return and attend to the leakage. Now it is 2:30 PM and there is no trace of any mechanic and the telephones of the Gas Agency and the the Indane Customer Cell just keep ringing. I kindly request the authorities concerned to look into this urgently as cannot afford to continuously purchase food from outside for my family.

                                    I am K..M. Varghese S/O Mr.Mathew owns an indane gas connection with no 9224 from Haridwar Gas agency, Haridwar (phone No.[protected]), Uttarakhand. Whenever I am trying to book gas through telephone either they do not attend the phone or after attending they make lame excuses and disconnect the phone even after completely hearing the booking details. After repeated dialling, they simply say a booking number and disconnect the phone before hearing the address for home delivery. They always prefer the customer to collect the gas directly from their godown so that they can earn Rs 8/-minimum from each customer.Even if we plan to collect the gas, from the godown, they delay 6 to8 days after booking. Kindlydo the needful as early as possible and make the gas agency to provide home delivery to the customers.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I am Sunil Kumar Gupta working in NTPC, TVHPP, Joshimath. I have a Gas Connection with Consumer No. J15020. The date of issue of this connection(single cylinder) is 06.06.2007.
                                    The Gas Agency at Joshimath is being run by Joshimath Gas Service(probably a unit of GMVN).
                                    I have been running for last 2 years for issue of DBC Connection at this Agency but have not been issued the same till date. Every time I go to their offfice, I am said that there is no DBC Connecion available with them at present. Further, they say that their is no need for submitting any application for issue of DBC (and if I insist on taking the my application, they don't take the application) and I am asked only to bring the original papers of SBC(single bottle cylinder) whenever the DBC is available. Till date they have always said that DBC is not available. The attidute of the personnels of this gas agency is also very disturbing & non-responsive.
                                    Kindly, inform me if it takes more than two years to avail a DBC connection for a connection which is around 4 yrs old and when can I get the DBC.

                                      My connection no. is 38661.@ mohanil gas agency / Near IIT gate / new Delhi.. 02 weeks back an indane field gas supplier has delivered a leak cylinder in sealed form. twice my father has reported to the man called shambhu who delivers but he has only committed false promise of replacing it.
                                      I have tried calling the agency many times but either they are not picking up the phone or busy...
                                      Due to the leakage the smell has covered the whole area in the house and its dangerous too.

                                      Request you to please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                                      My connection no. is 42098.@ mohanil gas agency / Near IIT gate / new Delhi.Today i received a gas cylinder and found that it is leaking. I have tried calling the agency many times but either they are not picking up the phone or busy. Due to the leakage the smell has covered the whole area in the house and its dangerous too.
                                      if immediate measures will not be taken, anything could be happened. i talked but they are telling wait for morning. right now we cant do anything.

                                      Request you to please look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                                        My indane gas consumer no.06493 at kurinjipadi, cuddalore dt. tamil nadu. our dealer venkateswara
                                        gas service, neyveli. I don't received the cylinder after booked, within 15 days. some time take 25 days
                                        time to received. so please let me know, actualy how many days to wait for the cylinder after booked.

THEN BOOKED IN TWENTY ONE DAY AND DELIVERED IN 27 OR 30 DAY . I HAVE A BIG FAMILY AND, BUT I CAN’T TAKEN ANY GAIN OF OF THIS SERVICE . I AGAIN BOOKED GAS VIA TOMOGAS BUT THE DELIVERY YET PENDING. THEN TRY TO CONTACT ON PHONE NO;[protected] OF HARI SINGH GAS AGENCY BUT NOT ABLE TO CONTACT BECAUSE THEY DOES NOT RECEIVING THE CALL . BUT 18TH JANUARY DELIVERY IS FIRST WHEN I COMPLAIN YOUR AUTHORISED DEALER FUEL CENTRE THEY SAID SORRY THERE ARE MISTAKE. MY CONSUMER NO. 19772. THIS MONTH BOOKING ON 16TH MARCH AND REGULAR COMPLAIN TO FUEL CENTRE THEY INFORM ME TODAY YOUR GAS WILL BE DELIVER BUT LAST THREE DAYS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED TILL DATE UPTO 11.00 AM
