Yes, Indane Gas -Kalpana Gas Agency kukatpally are very rude they never respond properly over the phone and if we go directly contact them they behave very rude and you find solution to your problem you have to wait infinite time ... to things done.

I have complaint a gas leakage on 25.01.08 at 8am. Even after repeated telephone they didnot come to check it upto 2pm. The boy came and told that the cylinder is defective and it has to be replaced. But the people came to me arguing that it is a used cylinder so it can not be replaced. Still now the gas is leaking when the regulator is opening. I am really in distress condition kindly suggest me what to do.

They are not delivering time and we to go to the agency for many times and they are misbehaving and abusing us.
I have submitted application in Tehsil Divas Kunda on 1/12/2009 application no.[protected]. Persons of agency are putting pressure to withdraw the application.

Ma Ashtabhuji Indian Gas Service of Kunda has disturbed all the cunsumers. The consumer of the agency never get LPG Gas at time. They supply LPG cylinder at their own and are always late.They supply gas cylinder after 40 to 60 days. This Agency has no rules and regulations and the rules which are there in the agency are their own rules. They never follow rules of Indane Gas Company because of this all the consumers of Indane Gas Sevice of Kunda are annoyed and buy cylinder from black market. IOC LPG — Delay in gas supply

I am attached to the IOC LPG dealer M/S. Divya gas agencies at Karicode, Kollam, Kerala with distributor code 4522576 .

I had booked LPG renewals with the centralised booking point at Ernakulam after the receipt of last LPG cylider supply in August 2009. On completion of 30 days I tried to inquire at the dealer regarding the fresh issue. The telephone of the dealer is always busy and even when I get connection there will be no reply it. As even after repeated attempts to get connection for days .It is impossible to get connection to the phone as there is only one No. available. So I had to go to their office which is far away from my residence

On enquiry I was told that our booking a month ago was not valid as I am eligible for booking only after 21 days from the date of last receipt of the last LPG cylinder. We were not aware of any such rule if any, and there was no communication on such a rule from either the dealer or from the centralised computer booking at Ernakulam.
They have then recorded a fresh booking on the date of my visit in September
Now I am without any supply of gas and my second cylinder is also empty.
Kindly do something

I am consumer of Indane gaswith consumer number 74934 (with domestic single cylnder type).I had to shift my residence from Kowdiar Thiruvananthapuram to Kanyipuram, Thiruvananthapuram.So I transfer my gas connection from B.P gas agencies Kowdiar to Guhan gas service Thiruvananthapuram.I went the Guhan gas agencies with the documents of the gas connection along with the agreement paper and its copy of ahouse taken for leese within the area of supply of Guhan Gas service. .I reached the Gas agency at 11am on 13 thApril 2009. Then they asked me to come in the afternoon because the transfer of gas will be done only in the afternoon. So again went there at 3pm .Then also they said to come on 15th.I had to went there three more times and they are postponing that they couldnot do it right then because they are busy.On the fifth time I asked whether I could get a complaint book or complaint number they made bad comments on me.Tthe staff of the gas agency also were saying bad comments and was laughing at me.I asked whether I could know the name of the person, they said he was the manager of the gas service and I couldn't do anything as complaint against him.

I am a consumer of the above mentioned gas company having consumer no: 10518. I have approached the booking counter for booking. The person sitting in the counter informed me, since, you have not booked yours since six months; your connection is blocked and you will not get any gas hence forth.
When insisted, the person concerned suggested to call to MR. RAFIC AHAMMAD, Ashok Complex, Adarsh Nagar, Jaipur, Ph:[protected], with, one affidavit from the court. This officer is not responding to my calls over phone.
Sir, I am staying in Lakshmangarh which is 125 km from Jaipur and working as an Assistant Professor in MITS Deemed University. Here I stay in campus and the gas consumption for my family (three members) is very less. Every time I book gas after a period like this. The present status of the connection shattered me.
Can you help me? The supplier is the only gas supplying agency in this town. His monopoly in this business shatters many villagers. Those are used to standing in a long queue listening to the music of the poor state of affair of this great nation in their own local language from one of the most faithful employee of the agency. I am from Orissa. I don’t understand the local tongue. What I guess, may be, the door step supply of gas has been stopped since many days no one keeps record of that. Being a teacher I am a silent spectator of the drama, educated privileged and riddled with my own problem. The officer engaged in the other side of the table in the name of service of this country is dumb and deaf.

Iam also experiencing similar problem of not delivering cylinder on time by my indian gas agency "BRIGHTENING GAS SERVICE", Hyderabad. they never lift the telephone. we are forced to go to their office pesonally book the gas. despite this failing to supply gas. i request serious action on this frellow.

Really horrible, no one pickup the calls, called at least 30 to 35 times to India Garage - Guttahalli, they never bother to pickup the call. All emergency numbers are either switched off or not reachable. very pathetic service

I have gas connection with Priyanka Gas Agency Lalghati Bhopal MP.My connection stands in my fathers name PMPatki Cons No.PI2707. Your dealer does not pick up phone or keeps off cradle or if all picks up they donot register and supply booking number. You may yourself try on their numbers[protected], 2731680, 2578999 and verify and feel consumers pains.They will simply say "kal lag jayegi" that's all and cut the telephone. Even on asking booking number for further follow up they will not provide. I am a common man but the higher govt.executives in our colony also complain the same.They comment "vo to personally jana padta hai tab hi gas book hogi". Pls look into the grievance.

Could you please let me know how many days take to deliver a Cylinder in a month? In fact, the Distributing agency takes 15-19 days to deliver a cylinder, and the Agency also directed to book for a gas cylinder after expiry of at least 16 days after receiving the delivery. It is surprising to note that the dealer have the online booking information which leads a consumer in to sufferings.I have booked online on 03.12.2009 but my dealer "Golden Flame" has had no information about it and I again have booked over phone on 19.12.09.

Please cancel my online booking of one LPG cylinder. Please look in to the matter so that we can make effective use of online booking. If there is no reply and no rectification then it will be assumed that the process is an eye wash.

This place looks like a grievance venting one. Every one is cripping, trully, but the Government run gas agencies either lack the competence or the attitude to get up and resolve these. The gas distributors are so arrogant that they fear none. They do all sort of nonsence but there is no one to check these. Sometimes i feel the Gas Companies themselves encourage such type of activities because of subsidy.

I am the customer of Singh Gas Service of Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The Agency is found to have been involved in illegal trade practices and black marketing. The complaints are:
1. the delivery is as late as 15 days.
2. The gas Hawker is having abusive behaviour towards us.
3. The agency is not accepting our complaints.
4. The weight of gas in cylinder is as low as 8 kg instead of 14.2 kg.

I hv booked my indane gas cylinder through online tel no[protected] on dtd- 16/02/2010 vide booking no-330.
but till date no action has been taken by gas authority.

Second times again i hv booked gas cylinder on no[protected] on dtd- 04/03/2010 vide ref no-357
but again no action has been taken on above bookings by concerned authority..

I am surprised... what is going on with indane gas authority .
why they are not respond on these bookings.
and why gas cylinder have not delivered yet.

we have faced many problems because of their mistake

Sy cylinder for the last 3-4 days, but I am unable to contact any of their numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy. 24 hour booking no. as well as the helpline nos. are also not responding.
